741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: WBC Explores Possibility Of Remote Scoring For Upcoming Fights on: May 13, 2020, 06:19:29 AM
What do you guys think? Is this feasible?
Honestly, for me it might be feasible. Actually, judges can have more ability to see the fight blow by blow on this set up since there will be no blind spot at all. For this reason, judges can deliver fairer verdicts.  But of course it will only become possible if there would be high quality cameras on every corner of the ring including top view. But then again, doing such events is still not advisable at this moment. However if this is the only way they found to cut their losses then why not Cheesy.

You are not the only one dude because we are all in this sh*t. Just be thankful because we are alive at this moment. Nevertheless, I hope the best for your country. I hope you at least got disciplined fellow countrymen unlike mine Roll Eyes. That's why I'm so irritated every time I watch news because not only about Covid updates I was able to watch but also about chaos between the citizens and LGUs due to improper distribution of money/relief goods. This is what I am scared of, that people are slowly losing their sanity because of hunger Sad.
743  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My friend recommended this forum. on: May 11, 2020, 03:06:32 PM
Based on your name, it seems you're a fan of Mobile Legends Grin. Hmm let me guess, are you a Filipino isn't it? I'm glad that this is your first post, at least you know where to start unlike other newbies out there who skip the basics.

Anyway, other respondents are correct and you can follow their advices. Here's my own simple tip, before exploring the international boards why don't you visit Plipinas first (or where local board you belong). That's the first way of familiarizing this forum. Welcome Smiley.
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 11, 2020, 11:00:01 AM
Still surprised that Tony had lost. I thought that he will play as usual, hold a lot of strikes, wait till opponent ran out of stamina and win.
But yesterday...
Actually for me that is what he did, his main plan is to squeezed Gaethje's stamina. That's why he keeps on punching and kicking the thighs of Gaethje in the early rounds. However, all those efforts seems not so worthy because he received a lot of hooks and jabs (take note, right on the face) in exchange of it. Even DC was so amazed that Tony's face able to endure those heavy punches at first without having a cut Cheesy.
Maybe this lost is because he did not fight for a long time? Maybe he was unsettled with all that covid-19, events being cancelled, then organised again and that kind of stuff. I didnt see fire in his eyes, he looked so disappointed or sad during the fight (imho). Maybe his mental problem returned?
There should be no excuses when you lose (and I'm glad that Tony admitted it). One thing is for sure, Gaethje beat him in a clean way, that's it Smiley.
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Biggest Lesson you've learnt from Bitcoins Investment on: May 11, 2020, 03:09:42 AM
So, its a game with two tails....success and failure.

What is your own one big lesson?
The biggest lesson I've learned while investing in crypto (bitcoin to be specific) is somehow related to what you've mentioned — that in life, you must learn to gamble. I learned how to risk something for a possible exchamge of something better Cheesy. I realized that always playing safe and staying in your comfort zones won't give you sigmificant changes. Yes! You are moving but not as fast as it seems. It also teach me that failure js normal and you should nver be afraid of because the important thing is you stand up and fight again Smiley.
746  Economy / Economics / Re: Get ready for more tax. Save your BTC! on: May 10, 2020, 02:58:07 PM
Well, I guess there's a silver lining of being not yet employed because there is no taxes that I need to pay Grin. Plus, there is no concrete regulation with regards to crypro earnings here in our country so I can freely enjoy all of my btc savings without any major deductions. However, I make sure that I will not feel comfortable and do unwise spendings. I just continue saving money to have a reserve in this crisis times.
747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 10, 2020, 08:25:37 AM
The predator did amazing work, destroying Rozenstruick in just 20 seconds. Marvellous fight that got performance of the night $50k bonus.
What he did is jaw dropping lol. I mean, I expected that one of them will drop the canvas but I never thought their fight will end so fast Cheesy. How unfortunate for Rozenstruik not having a chance to showcase his punching power.
Main event - unexpected result. At first I wanted to write that Khabib sneak away once again, but I will say that Khabib would definitely defend his belt Smiley
Hahaha, Khabib's greatest contender was murdered by the Ranked 4. Then who's gonna beat him now? But kidding aside, that match was so disappointing. Watching Tony bleeding and wobbling is so cringey Embarrassed.
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to know whether it is right to join bounties? on: May 10, 2020, 06:32:18 AM
you should look for a bounty program that is not too risky, for example in a translator program maybe ..
Yeah! @OP if I were you I will focus on other services. Offer what you are good at. Aside from translations, you can offer escrow services, avatars and signatures for sale, you could also use your talents such as painting, digital editing etc. to earn money. That woulf be more worthy of your time rather than joining bounties with full of uncertainties Smiley.
749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 10, 2020, 05:19:03 AM
Just in! George St. Pierre is now on the Hall of Fame Shocked! D*mn! I'm glad that he made it. Actually he is the reason why I became a UFC fan. He was one of the greatest fighter of all time, he deserve this.

750  Other / Meta / Re: Can we delete our accounts here? on: May 10, 2020, 02:20:56 AM
There are many scammers who might benefit from it but those are exceptions and it would also provide a opportunity for people loving a kind of privacy Cheesy like for those who are banned permanently, wouldn't they be able to delete their accounts and delete their thousands of posts instead of letting people know their stuffs even when they are banned?!
And then what? We can no longer trace back if a new account and that banned account got the same user? A big no for this. Even tons of abandoned accounts are stucked here, it is helpful somehow because we can use it for referencing. It makes hunting untrustworthy people here a lot easier Smiley.
751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 09, 2020, 12:26:55 PM

What the. . . I got my bet on that specific fighter. Hoping that the whole event will not get cancelled just because of it. Jeez.
How unfortunate that Jacare is not the only one who got the virus, two of his cornermen did as well. Good for them they are all asymptomatic and now isolated with the others. Moreover, the Florida Boxing State Commission agree to continue the event since all remaining 23 fighters test negative. So chill, there's no need to worry abouy Cool.
752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto casinos pros and cons on: May 09, 2020, 09:05:30 AM
I don't think I've seen any crypto casino (without fiat options) that requires KYC.
They will ask if some suspicious activity was seen on your account but nevertheless, most of them aren't really asking for it. I agree with the pro that crypto casinos brought us.

But you know what, I am not actually bothered if a crypto casino ask for a KYC as long as they are legit and credible. Plus, if that particular website already got a wide variety of games, got freebies (like daily bonus etc.) and more — you can find whatever you need. In simple words, if they are the best in this kind of business then it's okay with me Smiley.

However, there's no such thing because the level of competency is so tight so shifting from one another is inevitable and complying KYC every time I shift is not a joke. It is really annoying for sure Grin. That's why a site without a KYC is awesome because we can safely enter and exit in case we want to try new options.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you view an ICO project if it was launched by an accredited lawyer? on: May 09, 2020, 06:42:32 AM
If that's the case then I might say the ICO will be 100% legit simply because he knew the laws Smiley. Besides, for sure he don't want his credibility tarnished so he won't run a scam for sure. But when it comes to its future, I think being an attorney as a dev or CEO won't contribute so much on the sales. I mean, he is not as popular as other personalities in the industry so don't expect that the prosperity of the project is guaranteed. At the end of the day, it was just another 'promising' ICO Roll Eyes; high chances for it to become a pump and dump coin.
754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some People Cannot Stop The Urge To Sports Betting And Gamble Even In Pandemic on: May 09, 2020, 04:42:44 AM
how about in your country do you have some people who cannot stopped to gamble even when your country is in lockdown
Yeah! Those my friends who are new to crypto gambling. Seems they enjoy rolling the dice while we are on the quarantine Cheesy. I'm quite shocked actually because he suddenly messaged me yesterday and told me that he (with his sibling) is now playing on a particular gambling site. I'm glad to know that, at least I have now a companion.

Well I really want to bet so bad as well especially for the upcoming UFC 249. I can really feel that I might win if I bet to Ferguson. However, I need to play safe at this moment so I prohibit myself to do so. I don't know how long this lockdown lasts. I need to preserve my money as much as possible, maybe I'll catch up after Smiley.

Here are the Face Offs Shocked!
https://www.facebook.com/46299886275/posts/10158265028631276/?app=fbl

It's unusual to see that Tony didn't surprised Dana by his yell and kung fu stance lol. He is so serious. On the other hand, I don't like Cejudo's stunt but it adds spice to their match up to be honest and I enjoyed it. Let's just wait how karma treats him Cheesy.

756  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn and withdraw on: May 08, 2020, 11:01:17 AM
Yes! You can earn here but I feel sorry to burst yout bubble. You cannot make a living here to be honest because the earnings you could generate is small (maybe you can if you live in a 3rd world country). So please, don't set this as your motivation for staying here because it was all wrong. At the end of the day, this is a forum and what we mainly do here is to communicate and learn, finding an extra income source is just a second thing.

No offense but I guess that should be the right mindset of everyone particularly the newbies. Anyway, welcome here mate Smiley.
757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vaccine against Covid-19 should be made before sports events will take place? on: May 08, 2020, 09:23:21 AM
No doubt that Option A would be the best thing to do. Continuous quarantine is the key for us to slow the spread of the virus until there will be no new cases recorded. Through this, the eradication of the virus would be a lot easier. However, sad to say but this option seems not feasible for everyone especially for those poor countries because their economy status will fall drastically. And if this happen, worse problems than the virus might happen Sad. That's why I understand if some governments are willing to take the risk (Option B). Hmm, maybe the least thing they can do to avoid anyone's health compromised is to maintain social distancing and strictly implementing rules for the civilians.
758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 08, 2020, 05:38:22 AM

See? There's no way for PBA to resume the games unless they've got a private island with appropriate facilities like UFC Grin.

UFC is different, it's the game of 2 fighters in the ring only, we are talking of basketball, there is a team with trainer and coaches, that means a lot of people are involve, so it's not gonna happen and there's no way they will break a law when they know how the government penalize law breakers.

Yeah I know, that's what I've said. I mentioned UFC just for a comparison Cheesy. Besides, I know that UFC is a bigger industry than PBA thus having more capabilities/resources to conduct events despite of the pandemic.
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 08, 2020, 03:55:01 AM
I could bet with you guys, I am confident that the organization will cancel the season, they have to reason to continue this when the number of cases in the Philippines has been increasing consistently. As of now, the total number of cases already exceed 10,000, that's already alarming because despite of the measures the government has impose, we were not able to control the spread.
Indeed, the gap between the new cases over the recoveries is still far. That's why I'm not yet convinced that we are now flattening the curve. If you heard from the news, few areas in the Metro are now conducting a 1 week hard lockdown due to the increasing number of cases despite of the ECQ. Plus, mayors are discussing about the possible extension of the quarantine up to June 15.

See? There's no way for PBA to resume the games unless they've got a private island with appropriate facilities like UFC Grin.
760  Other / Meta / Re: Large number of face mask selling threads in marketplace board on: May 07, 2020, 09:04:56 PM

No, they literally don't protect you at all.
Even the protection from the persons surrounding you is controversial. Some studies show a slight effect while others show that there is no effect at all.

You need at least a N95 Mask to be somewhat safe.
Actually I thought that it wasn't safe at all from the very beginning since we knew that a simple cloth can still absorb droplets even how many layers it have. It's a simple logic that such material is not water/liquid resistant. However TV advisories (here in our country, I'm not sure with others) said that it was okay which later on convinced me to believe the same thing. Hmm, why would they say that if it was a malpractice, because of the scarcity of surgical/N95 masks? But the bottom line, it was a misinformation so it was all wrong looking at any angle Angry.
