I know that most of you expected a cheerful announcement but unfortunately i have to announce that badam is leaving the development team. We had a mutual agreement that he is not continuing the development of the wallet. He said that his time that he can dedicate to the project got very limited because of real life occupations, that caused recent delays and bugs, so i am going to work in the future with a new developer. He deleted over teamviewer every development file and code chunk, so right now every development file is in my hands and they are going to be developed by the next dev. I am really sorry to come out with with such an unpleasant info but i can't force him to continue if he doesn't want to. He assured me that he will transfer the 1000 extra RSU-s that he got as lead developer so the position is vacant at the moment but i am already in negotiation with a new developer. I will keep you updated once i got more info, please be patient. what a pity..  so this was the important anouncement? why didn't you tell us yesterday? we were looking forward to it i agree i am sure you knew about this for awhile and you just tell about this the last minute  Disappointment...nothing new in the crypto world. Noone knows. Because people are just mining and dumping. If there is no market for people BUYING the coin, the value will plummet. WRONG! People just mining and hold.  Nope. People are still dumping. This is still considered free money. Lots of dumpers happy to earn even 1cent a day since its free. Really? Where? Cause daily volume market is 3.5 btc. 3 millions mined every day. So,in which exchange dumper are dumping? Is at least 1 million are dumped everyday, price should be at 18 satoshi. So, 90% are holding. Only major dumper is xcloudcoin; they have periodic dumps which keep the price from rising. Because of this and the buy support, the price is stable. Maybe he should use stronger servers...mining in his pools are a waste of time. Mining with 60TB and only 500 burst in the past 3 hours? wtf? lol with 60tb you should mine in solo dude, you should make almost 50k a day, those are more than 5 blocks per day, what's the point on mining in pool, with fee? I solo mined for a day and didn't get any blocks, go frustrated and moved onto a pool in hopes problems were fixed but pool mining not even getting more than 5000 burst a day! Seems anything more than 5 TB in pool mining is useless. Changed to solo mining and leaving it, not going to check my wallet for a few days see what happens. Probably better dividing that 60TB into 5TB and plotting each to a different wallet then pool mining probably make way more than pool mining with the whole thing on one account. Anyways I'll update with results in a few days. Hoping diff doesn't reach 10PB by next week. |

It's been a while since my last official post here, yes I know!
I don't like posting about things that carry no weight or have nothing to offer, hence the apparent distance or silence.
As posted on twitter yesterday, there has been a delay on the main projects (community pressure demanded for an ETA of which we were very reluctant to put one out) however, I can show you guys something progressive and tangible to demonstrate that work is happening.

I have a crazy amount of cloud servers with really powerful CPU's, and I was wondering if there is any way I can put them to work making me money. I don't have to pay anything for them, but I'd still like to be making around a half or third what the electricity costs the people running them. I won a bunch of credit on the site and I don't want to have to go to all the trouble of selling Minecraft servers or something like that.

These fucking API trading bots are killing us. All these small sells decimate the price because our buy support is non existent.
Yea it has been a problem for us, we have made the first buy of cld with the Burst pool income 100k sold at 439 sats. are we able to rent some hdd cloud mining? I hope so! Im gonna beat the crap out that coin when it open for renting  Can't get enough CLD and BURST! Instead of mining burst with all that space why not sell it, sure he'll sell out in a few hours, monthly/weekly rentals. Expenses taken out and profits shared upon the share holders... Wondering if space were to be sold for mining will they be pre-plotted already? |

Here's some basic performance metrics on Centos 6.5 with dcct's linux plotgen: i5-2400: 3400 nonces/min E5-2560v2: 7000 nonces/min E5-2670v2: 7100 nonces/min 2xE5-2560v2: 13900 nonces/min i7-3770k: 4300 nonces/min FX-8350 @ 4.2GHz: 3500 nonces/min adding to that: Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Quad-Core: ~3900 nonces/min i7-5960X: 7400 nounces/min i7-5930K: 6130 nounces/min Baller status, 3~4 7970 can be bought for the price of that i7-5960X....LOL Ya that 1000$ cpu, anyone using it to plot is just straight out of their minds. Gonna try getting a azure trial and test plotting on their AMD opteron cpus. Looks like were forming a nice list for a wiki page |
