Almost every Bitcoin loaded debit card is provided by WaveCrest. AFAIK, the only one that is provided by a different company and won't face this limitations is the Golden Card from WageCan[1]. [1] https://wagecan.com/PricingYes, they are the only one providing cards not issued by Mychoice as of now, but 160$ for this card is just an outrageous price. Consider the cards can be in USD only, people have to pay the foreign currency fees. Between this fee and other fees, it takes about 5% to load the card (not considering then ATM fees, BTC rate) And another thing, you need a passport for the verification, something that not everyone has

Yes, there is a dozen. If you go to the "service discussions" forum you will find plenty of topics about it. Basically you deposit Bitcoin then it is converted to $, €, £ then you order a virtual/plastic card and that it.
Is there any trusted list of such services (including physical cards)? Also how are they regulated? Is there any chance to get this card annonimously (at least from your own government)? It seems a bit unsafe if any issues will happen. As I was saying, look in the "service section" you will find all that you want to know. All those cards are issued by Wave Crest Ltd which is owned by VISA Intl (they bought it last week). You need to provide some ID documents once you reach the limit of 250$, before May 2017 the limit was higher. and for some countries (at least mine) you need to be verified before to get the card. Those cards can not be delivered to all countries so this is something you need to check as well

Are there ones for Paypal ? Does is matter which currency you get ? I want to order something and I must us paypal You sound like you have done this before so I am wondering if you could help. You can use the cards to make payments but not to withdraw funds from PayPal to the cards. The thing is if you read PayPal policies you will find that for some countries, only adding cards issued in that country is possible. Let say you're Italian, you can only add a card issued by Italy. So it really depends on the country you come from.

Since Visa Intl acquired Wave Crest Ltd last week I guess this is the reason. And BonPay, like others, needs to adjust their service accordingly. I hope they will be operational by September. I subscribed to the mailing list and I am in waiting mode as well. Pretty sure we will see some others change in a near future, from Visa, nothing is surprising

But that doesn't change the fact that BCC is not supported by anyone and you can't do shit with it. So no point in recommending someone to witch if it's not accepted. It's as if you would say "Well just use Litecoin" cool man but no one wants to get paid with it.
What makes you think it is not supported by anyone? It is widely supported and even those reluctant at first are now fully supporting it - just look at Poloniex who quickly got behind it in only a few weeks. BCH is for real. It more closely follows Satoshi's original idea of on chain scaling. SegWit is a wild idea to create PRIVATE off chain service that make profit for AXA and Core. SegWit re-introduces the middle man and fees!!! Bitcoin Cash is true peer-to-peer. If your argument to use Bitcoin cash is the 8Mb, low fees and the short confirmation times. Then why not switching to another altcoin as well... such as Doge and others

This is what I don't understand with governments. There is a lot of cash to grab from Bitcoin, so why not accept it? Especially when a lot of them are claiming they don't have enough money and need to reduce budget for education and others or need to invent some new taxes which are sometimes just funny. Or worst, giving advantages to the big firms so they pay less but the population pay more...and get less...

Well, I am confused I didn't see this. And more as @HostFat tried with Kraken and it worked for him. He was maybe lucky but I don't want to bet and trying my luck I want to be sure as I prefer to be clean and don't have any problem Another thing about Payoneer.com 5. . Prohibited use of the service Digital currency is listed in https://pubs.payoneer.com/files/tc/TermsPayoneerGlobalPaymentService.pdfEdit: I contacted them via the Chat and asked them directly, this is what they told me Me: Hello,
I am interested to use Transferwise but I have a question:
On the FAQ it is written that we can't receive money from a bank account where the transfer won't bear your name as the account holder (https://transferwise.com/help/article/2200390/creating-a-transfer/incompatible-accounts-and-currencies)
Here the FAQ is saying the opposite:
The great thing about your TransferWise Borderless Account is that you can use it just like a bank account in many cases; for sending payments to other accounts or receiving payments from your clients or employer using the bank details attached to your borderless accounts.
Yes, if you're being paid in Euros from a company in Europe, you can receive regular bank transfers into your Borderless Account.
https://transferwise.com/help/article/2811590/borderless-account/how-is-this-different-than-a-bank-account
https://transferwise.com/help/article/2811625/borderless-account/can-i-receive-wages-into-my-borderless-account
So I am confused about this and would like to know Thank you
Thanks for getting in touch! Just a moment... Eliisa: hey! my name is Eliisa Me: Hello Eliisa: Just a moment. Alright, so it's actually different. The first FAQ link you sent me is about regular transfers. Eg. you just set up a transfer from EUR to GBP, and the money is not coming from a Borderless acocunt So basically if you open up a Borderless Account, it's basically like a virtual bank account you can hold with us. You can open it in 3 currencies (EUR, GBP, USD) and receive local account details for these and let's say you need someone to pay you from the UK (in GBP) you can just provide them your local UK account details and the money will show on your GBP Borderless account, :slightly_smiling_face: Me: Ok let's say I open a brderless account EURO, Am I able to receive payment in Euros from a company? Eliisa: yes you are :slightly_smiling_face: Me: Thank you, another question: Am I able to receive payment from a company like Kraken.com which is related to Bitcoin? Eliisa: I'll need to double check that for you. Would it be alright if I send you a follow up e-mail on this? Me: I will be very happy if you can check about this yes Eliisa: Alright, not a problem! :slightly_smiling_face: Me: Thank you so much for your time. Do I need to give you my email, or you can get it from this Chat? And last question, Transferwise is a UK company or Deutch? Eliisa: ___________.com <-- is this the e-mail I can reach you on? TransferWise is a UK company Me: Yes this is the correct email Eliisa: super
So, if we want to receive for example a transfer in £ in our Transferwise account in €, we can't unless the account sender bear our name (then why not receive a transfer in £, to our account in £... it makes more sense) But there is no problem to receive a payment in € to our Transferwise account in € Am I getting this correctly? Because she said "The first FAQ link you sent me is about regular transfers" I am not sure what do they call "regular" :feeling me dumb:

So sad only passports are accepted for the golden card? My hope has been killed in 1 shot Why I am so unlucky with those cards? 70$ for the passport +160$ for the card is too much for me

Is there a plan? Yes! You just have to send a support ticket and to wait to get a reply explaining why/what/How. Not so difficult.
BTC-e to Bittrex? I am not sure what you want to say, but do you know BTC-e is dead?

August has never been a good month for Bitcoin so difficult to say something about. Add to that all the fake drama from July where people where in panic for almost nothing, as well November where the same panic will also happen and all the weak hands will sell their bitcoins in hurry....

Save your time. Create an account at kraken.com, send your bitcoins there, sell and transfer to your bank account with SEPA for a ridiculous 0.09€ fee. You will get the money to your account within 24 hours

I'd like to trade small amounts of cryptocurrencies without having to do any sort of identity verification. I don't want to trade fiat at all. I'm only looking to trade small amounts of $25 to $100 worth of cryptocurrencies. I simply want to do this as a hobby without having to jump through any hoops. Are there any exchanges where I can do that?
I have never met an exchange asking for my ID just to trade cryptocurrencies. Usually, they start to ask some ID documents as soon as you want to deal with fiat (deposit/withdrawal)

I did send 5 euro from Kraken to transferwise, to the Borderless account, and it worked. I think that their FAQ is old, or maybe I was lucky.
You were lucky I think. As today checking their FAQ carefully this is what I found: Not only their faq says they don't support transfers from or to Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, directly or indirectly (as posted an user before)... But also they can't receive money from a bank account where the transfer won't bear your name as the account holder https://transferwise.com/help/article/2200390/creating-a-transfer/incompatible-accounts-and-currencies

This is part of the problem ---> https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ ---> https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.htmlWe can't really blame the specific sites we use. It just seems that the days of a bitcoin micro-payment platform are gone. VISA is a far cheaper and faster method of engaging in the day to day transactions we encounter. Hopefully more markets start accepting bitcoin cash so that maybe we can engage in the markets again without being gouged! I agree Visa is faster than Bitcoin but cheaper it depends on the side you are seeing it. As user yes sure but as merchanets not sure. Merchants are charged a percentage by Visa when you're paying with a card.

Sorry to ask but you do the fees to send bitcoin are currently outrageous? Do you plan to return the fees as well? Because paying 4$ to send $0.01 is ridiculous. And if you return the fees it will cost you like 8$ in total

I use Kraken most of the time. For my needs they are realiable when it's time to withdraw money to my bank. I got it in 24h at max, sometimes after some hours depending when I request it. I used to have cards but I can't use anymore. Sometimes I use Purse.io when I want to buy something from Amazon for my house
