801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about the future of the market? on: June 17, 2021, 01:49:19 AM
No need to be overly paranoid like that, the market isn't gonna go anywhere, remember we've experienced massive dump in the past and it could hit $65K as new ATH, the current market have stronger resistance than ever.
NFT however is just one niche in crypto market, it could potentially be the future of the market but in my opinion it's just gonna be another niche like defi that's gonna help grow the market and if NFT could succesfully become a technology that's used in various field like gaming, music, etc it could open up blockchain to a whole new bigger market
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you make money with NFTs? on: June 17, 2021, 01:33:30 AM
those nfts that sold for millions of dollar are like rare paintings, they have that much of value because the creators of such art already famous. if you see in the NFT market many of the NFTs are worth less than a dollar and not even an individual bought that despite the price.
if it's making some small money you can do it through playing games that reward nft instead. but scoring millions of dollar from an NFT is gonna be very tough, you need to be come the next da vinci in a nutshell.
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will EIP-1559 make the price of ETH very high in the future...??? on: June 16, 2021, 04:56:26 AM
Personally, I don't expect too much for eth price to go up because it's already going up high compared to last year, but I wonder how much coins will actually get burned each day compared to the coins generated from mining. if it's only small percentage compared to the coins generated from mining then I doubt it's gonna have any significant effect, and EIP-1559 already being waited for too long the hype already fading. I'd say nothing much gonna be happening even after EIP-1559 rolls out but thats just my 2 cents.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme tokens dangerous or moon on: June 16, 2021, 04:30:53 AM
I face palmed so hard when reading this topic lol, such coins no need to discuss, it's gonna be a total waste of time, if a shitcoin want to moon it will after all the pump and dump cycle is already planned before hand by the whales who plays in this coin.
also, this discussion more suitable to be in gambling section, because that's essentially what it is, if ordinary coin that have real project you can discuss their fundamental and roadmap plus maybe their product with this coin, you can only discuss when moon and when dump.
805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme tokens dangerous or moon on: June 15, 2021, 11:13:04 PM
It's really dangerous token. The only shib and doge coin that can be considered as legit tokens because these have real development progress. So many meme tokens created to be scam tokens and that's the point. People didn't even know so many scam tokens in the market and they are still seeing it as legit tokens. They have no clue about what they have bought because they only care about profit.
806  Economy / Speculation / Re: Number of transactions declining in last 2 months. on: June 14, 2021, 04:03:18 AM
Maybe the holders of bitcoin are holding so hard, as you see usually those with big capital invest in bitcoin instead of altcoins and probably because people who
make small amount of transaction choose to use other altcoins because of the fee.Remember that bitcoin in 2018 was frequently used for paying things online, now most of payment gateway also accepts other cryptocurrencies that are cheap in fee
so it could boost the number of transactions but I really doubt it's because of bearish market.
807  Economy / Economics / Re: Xi Jinping Beats Crypto, Bitcoin Mine Closes on: June 13, 2021, 02:19:52 AM
Doesn't matter, bitcoin will run just fine like it was, i'm pretty sure those who owned mining facilities and have made some big money could move to smaller countries in maybe south east asia quite easily and start new mining facilities there.
if the main reason is because the power blackout, then there's many developing countries that offers electricity due to excess of power generation and lack of power consumption. also, if the hash power decreases, difficulty automatically adjusts anyway.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will be bearish market over?? on: June 13, 2021, 01:57:48 AM
don't be too nervous man also, don't overthink the current market too much, from the perspective of early holders who buy at relatively high price, it's bearish, but in the eyes of those people who holds since 2018 or even earleir, we're still in the bullrun for long term.
the bearish market usually gonna be there for quite long and that's exactly because in most of investment like stocks, crypto, etc the market could never sustain to be bullish forever. there's always up and down and how long the market stay that way no one know for sure.
being a diamond hand holder, you should stay calm every time theres price movement.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No DOGE Allowed? Thai SEC Bans Meme, Fan and Exchange Tokens as Well as NFTs on: June 13, 2021, 01:14:37 AM
I'm thinking what they know about NFT is just the overhyped NFT sold for millions dollar thing that's getting a lot of publication by the media while the use case of NFT is actually many and many games actually have used NFT so the player can make transaction of NFT outside platform but each country have their own preferences I guess.
the meme tokens though, should be categorized as a gambling since it's purely pump and dump coins and the volatility far surpasses other coins.
810  Economy / Speculation / Re: El salvador has become new history of bitcoin! on: June 12, 2021, 03:02:23 AM
In the midst of a number of negative sentiments that continue to occur towards bitcoin but finally there is some news that is quite encouraging for us bitcoin lovers, according to the news  after El Salvador, Paraguay is now considering crypto assets as a transaction tool in their country, and even plans next month Paraguay congressman Carlos Rejala plans to submit a bill to attract international mining companies and other crypto businesses to invest in the country, but unfortunately now the IMF (International Monetary Fund) says if the two countries (El Salvador and Paraguay) adopt bitcoin it is possible will be problematic for the economy and law in the country later Cry.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.businessinsider.in/cryptocurrency/news/paraguay-could-become-the-second-country-to-adopt-bitcoin/amp_articleshow/83363776.cms
If these countries could provide a place to build a mining facilities that runs on renewable energy that'd be great, same with el salvador so the problem regarding massive energy consumption will be resolved although actually it has been debunked few times and just an overblown issue.
but yeah, the IMF will be a big problem for the whole cryptocurrency market in the future but technology like blockchain or any crypto as a product of decentralized system gonna be hard to go against, mostly they just gonna make some random regulations.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too blind to see on: June 12, 2021, 01:51:16 AM
What kind of a big picture you're looking at?
some people said we're bullish, some said we're bearish, there's too many different opinion influencing the market, some even said that if the correction is above 50% that means it's accumulating for the next pump but no one knows of course.
If bearish could be predicted that easily same with bullish, everyone would be a bill gate, sometime the market stray away from technical analysis pattern, people seeing the market and speculate it as bullish doesn't mean they are too blind to see.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk manipulating the market? on: June 12, 2021, 12:59:02 AM
I believe that Elon Musk is one of many whales who manipulates the market. He is a great influencer that can easily influence the mind of the people either it is good or bad and it has a huge impact in crypto market. I think he did it for his own benefit and popularity.
He's more than a whale, most of whale who try to manipulate the market will definitely try to pay some media or certain group of fudders but with elon it just needs his own tweet from his own account that makes him spend almost no expense to manipulate the market.
Imagine if you have the power to do that, influencing people just by using your own freaking tweet and of course elon is manipulating the market like so hard, there's reason why he keep taunting the whole crypto community despite SEC warns, that is for his own benefit.
and he got all the time to keep doing just that.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum May Surpass Bitcoin’s Market Cap in the Next 10 Years on: June 11, 2021, 04:31:34 AM
ETH 2.0 is NOT gonna shake the crypto world, it's just fixing a gas problem that's already solved by now because traffic in ETH chain is decreasing.
if ETH 2.0 rolls out it's just gonna be your another crypto day with ETH but lesser gas fee which is pretty much ordinary, not increasing scarcity and all in all very little have to do with its price.
These are facts as the gas price has dropped considerably even without ETH 2.0 because developers and users migrated to other chains which makes sense because they are sick of the high gas fees and they could maintain that even without migrating and with the total number of coins in existence there is a possibility that it could surpass but even if it does then it does not make much of a difference.

The scenario is changing every year, Ethereum could surpass Bitcoin in the next ten years but what about other coins they are also competitive, ten years from now it could be between this token and another token that will become Bitcoin tough competitor, look at Binance it is building its momentum and many are shifting to Binance now, and many more tokens are on the rise, thanks to DeFi, it creates momentum on other coins.
That's true but ETH market cap is still too big to get overtaken easily in my opinion, the 3rd coins have relatively low gap compared to the 4th coin that's why the position keep shifting overtime but eth has established quite strong market cap as its foundation to retain its position.
on the other hand project like cardano could be a strong competitor in the future, but bitcoin with defi is what gonna steal market dominance once it's booming and people figures it out, so many factors that could actually change the crypto market as a whole but not really much people knows about it.
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i believe a person who said"my trust wallet get hacked" ? on: June 11, 2021, 02:55:17 AM
that's seems unbelievable based on scenario you mentioned,if you know HD wallet principle such mnemonic is used to generate the private key and if even the owner of the wallet doesn't have any idea whats his mnemonic is, then I doubt any hacker could just come up with some random made up words and access the wallet.
Some people might always trying to say that their wallets got hacked out of the blue without doing anything phishy but who knows the real scenario right?
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ECR20 BSC BNB difference on: June 10, 2021, 03:18:22 AM
ERC20 is a standard protocol for creating token in Ethereum blockchain, you can call a token an ERC20 token if it follows the standard, BSC or Binance Smart Chain is a chain owned by binance (different to Binance Chain) that uses EVM for dapps, etc and to become a alternative chain for ETH due to high fees. BNB is binance's coin in a nutshell running in Binance Chain (different than BSC) but have its wrapped version in various chains as well in form of token (ERC20 or BEP20). CMIIW.

when an NFT platform tells you to change network that possibly means their platform running on different blockchain than what you currently connected to, so to change network is to either choose other network in metamask option or to add a custom network using an RPC URL provided.
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: sent mistaky usdt trc20 to trx address on: June 10, 2021, 01:34:37 AM
it's retrievable only if the company intended to after all the privkey is on the company's. even if the company have any excuses i refuse to believe that they don't store the privkey because that's gonna be such an amateurish move so a big chance you could get your USDT again after all it's trc20.
however such company usually resolves problem very slowly so you need to always follow up your problem regularly.

817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ANNONIMOUS HACKER TARGET ELON MUSK ABOUT HIS TWEET on: June 09, 2021, 11:52:16 AM
TSLA stock already dumping no need such action to make elon stop manipulating market, after all, if people just stop giving much attention to elon there's no market manipulation, but most of people giving the power for elon that he takes advantage of after figuring it out.

Elon Musk tweeted and replied also: https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1401287393228038149
Elon musk's Recent tweet about bitcoin is not good at all, but I don't know why people feel panic with his tweet! Elon is not manipulation the market, peoples who follow Elon's tweets are manipulation the market.

He certainly isn't directly manipulating the market but he did take advantage of it as proven by many of his tweet that seem to give a clue about pump and dumps and the proof is SEC putting elon musk in their watchlist and that's certainly for a reason.
818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are all altcoins dependent on Bitcoin? on: June 09, 2021, 11:19:09 AM
Not really, it's just market phschology in general since most of altcoins are paired against bitcoin so when it crashes people also getting afraid of bitcoin making their coin looks less valuable but some of altcoins also not really dependant on bitcoin but mostly are shitcoins that usually stray away from following bitcoin market price movement.
but seriously though, you should consider seeing your asset more in btc value than in dollar value of you truly believe in crypto future since it means you're seeking for future profit rather than despairing at the current bearish,

820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Art NFT projects confusion on: June 06, 2021, 07:57:10 AM
It's basically selling ownership from the artist to someone else and the hash of the digital file of the art itself stored on chain. I know some people gonna say it's useless to buy an art nft since the file could be digitally copied by like anyone but copying is different than having the right of ownership.
