1761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BULL RUN! BULL RUN! BULL RUN! on: November 20, 2018, 02:31:13 PM
No bull run here, so bearish now, bitcoin has dropped lower than $5K, and I think the prediction was really correct and from
here there is a big chance that will be taking off to moon. Well, that's just a prediction, we might see a rise or see a further dump, but let's stay.
Lol it looks so difficult consider Faketoshi still exist. that was the worst creature in the crypto.
The market has been getting a lot of manipulation by him and in fact that we need a lot of institutional news to create FOMO again. Remember this will be so difficult consider a lot of people have been leaving from the market.
1762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Discussion) New Hope For Us on Cryptos? on: November 19, 2018, 11:48:19 PM
All of us are now seeing crypto currency nightmares now, almost all crypto currencies are down by 30% or more, this is the impact of investors' dissatisfaction with crypto developments, what remains is certainly a big question, is there hope if we invest in crypto currency? If yes, of course this is a considerable opportunity please share your opinion here, so we can know what and how
Yes there is and why not? Remember when each of bitcoin growth from $90  to this rate and  does it not enough? For me personally just try to consider the lowest point as my opportunity to buy more crypto.
Big bubble will always come in annual period and that's my take on the crypto right now.
1763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes an ICO-friendly environment? on: November 15, 2018, 01:55:15 PM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/report-france-accounts-for-minor-part-of-global-ico-market-while-us-leads-the-industry

"As the AMF reported, France has accounted for a small share of the market, with 89 million euros ($100 million) raised in 15 ICO projects, while most of ICOs were carried out in the U.S. According to the study, French ICOs amounted to 1.6 percent of global equity financing in 2017."

What do you attribute this to? A capitalist culture? Less taxes?

I think the most ICO friendly environment will create the most economic progress, as it appears to be turning into the preferred form of funding for companies' evolutions across industries.

What do you attribute this to? A capitalist culture? Less taxes? In your opinion, what makes an ICO-friendly environment?

As far as i know, EIDOO is an ico that based on france. It should be included on that list. There was no a lot of strict regulation will create an ico friendly environment.
Malta has been doing it and then a lot of icos are moving their business to the malta to get less on its limitation to create a product based on crypto.
1764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of ethereum on: November 15, 2018, 10:43:18 AM
ETH is in a downtrend. This is a normal phenomenon in the crypto market. Sure, in the near future, ETH will recover and increase in price. Therefore, do not be afraid, invest boldly in ETH when the price is low can bring great profits for investors.

It's so annoying when people advise sth not governed by facts. It's nice, ofc, that you're so optimistic, but give us any proofs, pls. That's important cause people might listen to you, buy the coins and lose everything!
I think increasing contrast being rich, Ethereum is coins that can be trusted. with the increasing development of the Ethereum very capable to make believable and generate even more great benefits and increase each period features.
But the market has been creating a lot of pessimism. Remember about when there was someone that invested in ethereum when it was reached peak price and then it has plunged a lot and he was loosing a lot of his investment.
1765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: October and December are the months of Crypto ??? on: November 15, 2018, 09:05:27 AM
I like many others here, are tired of the decline in the market and want to see a rise in prices, but honestly I don’t think that growth will start any time soon. I think growth will be only next year.

If it can be more conservative, then the bull market will not come next year, it is more likely to happen after 2020.
Although I am very much looking forward to the arrival of the bull market as soon as possible, the rational analysis tells me that this is very difficult. If we lose patience, then we will miss it. Patience is the key.
It will come next year and probably not this year. Remember the recent news about the battle of miners will give a long term impact to the crypto. you can see that these miners are still continuing its drama. It will not end until there will be someone will be lost on it. craight and jihan this is interesting for watch.
1766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when altcoins stop following bitcoin price ? on: November 13, 2018, 11:43:51 PM
As we notice that almost all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin . I'm just wondering when they will become independent and don't follow the bitcoin price?
Bitcoin will still be the best and Bitcoin like USD with such a large magnetic power.
Bitcoin affects the global market greatly, whatever happens to Bitcoin will definitely affect the market as a whole.

This is unavoidable, when Bitcoin has the largest market and is currently the most trusted coin, Bitcoin will still be the best. This is a thing that we must follow, Bitcoin becomes a benchmark and this will last until there is a coin that does have strong power. I can ensure that Bitcoin will still be the best in at least the next 10 years. Look at the data and what will happen in the future !!!
When altcoin can gets its own pair through use fiat money as the main pair and then altcion can be inidependent. As far as i know about the fact that look at the stable coin and it can be independent with the help of fiat money that backed it.
1767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do most project die if they failed to meet soft cap on: November 13, 2018, 11:42:13 PM
I think this question is self explanatory, the aim of ICO in the first place is to raise money to fund their project, if they could already fund the project then why would they do ICO? The softcap is usually the minimum amount required to do the funding successfully so if they do not reach this amount, they usually just abandon the project because there would be no money to fund it successfully.

I agree, especially if the project totally depends on raising funds via their ICO. The outcome is only one - abandon the project. Those who fortunately reached their soft cap can still continue their project but a lot of times the development is so slow giving so many reasons not to do their job.
But that's not the main reason. There are dozens of platform that didn't even raised a lot of money an still build a proper product. If the team has a lot of knowledge about that and it will so easy for them to build it.
Byteball evene created by a single developer and it doesn't need any team
1768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Altcoin price depend on BTC or ETH?? on: November 13, 2018, 09:11:34 AM
Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
What is your opinion please share.
all of erc 20 altcoins is made up in etheruem and when the price of bitcoin gets down the affect in altcoin is strong because eth price is depend on bitcoin price, when the price of bitcoin gets down its get domino effect the price of almost all of altcoins get down too.

Yes, I agree, but I wonder when this tendency that altcoins depend on ETH and ETH depends on BTC will end. It's strange that the coins don't live their own lives, and all still depend on BTC.
Because they still used bitcoin as the base pair. Remember ethereum has been doing the same thing too and that's why they can't even leave from the bitcoin domination dude. Bitcoin as the rule of crypto will be dominating crypto forever.
1769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anybody heard of Whalecoin - Is it legit to invest or mine it? on: November 13, 2018, 09:05:07 AM
I just heard of this coin and the name does should suspicious.
What are your views on it and would it be something to atleast mine to see where it goes.
Since you don't spend anything but time and a bit of electricity to get some of this coin.
"WhaleCoin is a decentralized social network where Whales reward their followers" source: https://whalecoin.org/
I take the view that this coin is just a sh*t on the Crypto market because I don't see any benefit from their project goals, this coin is dedicated to whales and their followers, Do you think this coin can get a lot of adoption only with whales and their followers?
This was actually pump and dump coin. We don't need decentralized social media because basically that idea doesn't make sense for me. just thinking about this coin has created to scam fool others. i don't even see any other reason to create this shitty coin.
1770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is there still future for digital currency? on: November 13, 2018, 07:29:03 AM
I don't think that this is the end of Crypto because this is a very natural thing happening on the market, that coins always go up and down in price. With every day moving, of course, it's very good for day trading and you can make a profit every day. I am sure that the price of the coin will recover.
Of course there are still opportunities in the future for digital currencies for you, you will get big profits. Currently, there are often ups and downs and have not improved but believe the market will rise and grow again, so that in the future the digital currency will increase for those who have a good ability to rise. in my opinion if daily trading is not good now because it is difficult to see market conditions that often go up and down and you can lose big money. wait for a good coin in the future to benefit you.
If most of companies that created icos can give very useful product and it can be adopted by a lot of people in few years later and then as a token holders and we will becomoe the next rich person.
As far as i know that this has already happened with dot com bubble.
1771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe and invest in ICOs? Why? on: November 13, 2018, 07:27:21 AM
after a lot of ICO scams, I felt doubtful about some ICOs, so, I only invested a little in some ICO.

FOMO covers my mind, so, we must choose good ICO, analyze websites, whitepapers, teams, advisors, managers, and ranking from web reviews.
Because only some of them are worth to invest right now. some icos have gained a lot of big advisor and investors just like the project called elix that has gained a lot of support from ripply co founder and he is also investing 3 million dollars on it.
The hype will become the main thing to invest in the ico right now.
1772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your experience in trading? on: November 13, 2018, 04:55:10 AM
During these hard days I'm trying to buy solid token projects that are very cheap but price continues to go down... I am very sad for this Sad
Why are you so upset? I think a bad experience should also be. I started learning trading from a cryptocurrency market, and I discovered a lot of new things. One of this is that there is no bad market, inexperienced traders exist. And besides, you bought your position in the flat, and not at the peak at the end of last year. You just need to wait for a favorable moment.
How bad the situation of market depends on the trend. A lot of new traders without any knowledge try to become the next rich person ini the crypto through put all of their money instantly. But it's much better to get the bottom. You can get the deep price and the more profit you will get in the future.
1773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never regret anything on: November 12, 2018, 04:42:56 AM
In crypto currency, Never regret anything.
No point in looking back and saying “only if I had done that.”  Or if only I had sold earlier, instead
Realize you made the best decision in good faith, for every reason that made sense or did not make sense  at that time.
Now it is time to let it go.
Focus on here and now.
That’s where success lives in crypto currency

but i lost my friends savings i think it is so difficult to not regret it is a human feelings
I think the author meant only his own decisions. Of course, it’s much harder to take responsibility for other people. And there will already be completely different thoughts. It’s not so scary to lose the savings of your friends as losing friendship with them.
Author just tried to create his own opinion regarding the market right now. So many people are loosing their faith due to the various reason. This just another awareness or supporting thread for others.
This what can i take from this thread.
1774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Curse of the word "Soon" in ICO. How do you take it? on: November 12, 2018, 04:41:25 AM
As many ICO taking a Pause on their Token Sale and/or launched on project/MVP/APPS and with only a promise of "Soon" and an Update that either begins or ends with   "Please be patient..." as Investor and Bounty Hunter, how do you take it?

For me, I prefer an honesty and giving me an exact time even if it will still be next month or next year than endlessly receiving a "Soon" reply. I find it non-committal and an excuse for being delay and not taking responsibilities of that delay coz if ICO didn't set a deadline or lauch date ofcourse  they can't be held liable as late coz there is no date which is absolutely crazy.

I know there's nothing we can do about this but it's just crazy time for investor/bounty hunters and not only patient is a key but also a lot of funds on your pocket coz there's no ROI anytime "SOON"!

How about you? Any thoughts on this?
I just try to understand about the fact that market is not even supporting the ico. The bearish trend will give a bad impact to the ico token after it will have listed on exchange site.
Remember about there was no a lot of demand and that should be the correct reason to say soon for ico sale. But it's not appreciated
1775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Postponing ICO, a sign of negative market? on: November 12, 2018, 04:39:30 AM
It is, so many of the projects now are having a hard time reaching the target that they have placed on their projects and with that there is a lot of things to be taken into consideration when this happens. It is one as a result of a negative market with the coins being down and all but also there is the fact that a lot of people are no longer interested in investing in new coins due to the growing number of scams

Worries and doubts will put this an end and it looks a negative market trend. We saw a huge decline and makes some ICO can't proceed to its goal as they don't achieve the desired amount they want to. It is so sad for us,  maybe crypto isn't a long term investment thus new coins isn't very welcome to the community.
Less marketcap and then less money in the crypto market and with the more coins come and that makes the money will have divided by more coins too. This will give a negative impact and that's why the ico should have created more preparation and waiting for the next hype to be come as soon as possible.

1778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Platform pending on: October 31, 2018, 01:40:19 PM
I invested in one of the altcoins and platforms of the coin that I invested should have been launched in the middle of this month, but in reality the platform has not been launched until now and price of the coin dropped because investors were disappointed with the project, because the project not in accordance with the roadmap and my question now is whether the project is a scam? and if it turns out that the project is not a scam then the project platform is launched, can price of the coin increase again and will investors trust the project again? I am afraid the price will never rise again even though the platform has been launched because investors have been disappointed with the project.
When they are changing the roadmap and it has the same meaning if the project has break the agreement with the investors and it can be considered as a scam. It will be so difficult to increase until the developer will try to replace it with a good product. Remember so many projects have been doing this shitty act and i guess you must learn more about the past project just like iconomi
1779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Inactive dead coins awareness on: October 31, 2018, 01:38:22 PM
i think it's important to protect new cryptocurrency fans on some information like dead and inactive coins as every day new coins are pumping into blockchain market.
here this link will help you identify many dean and inactive coins, so you can avoid being losing your funds https://deadcoins.com and anyone you have more to be added can let us know.
I thougt this is very interesting to see because we have thousands crypto in total but most of them have already died or becoe crap coin. But would you like to create a list of coin that being a scam coin too?
This will be very interesting to see this kind of awareness.
1780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoin pyramids worth it? on: October 31, 2018, 10:02:33 AM
Pyramids? like those scam schemes in real life?

No, they are not worth it. Don't waste your money with any of those. If you want to make profit with altcoins then just start trading. Don't be like those people that are into quick money because getting involve with those is going to put you to the bad side and even drag you to being scammed.
I guess OP means a project just like bitconnect or another ponzi ico which offers them all daily profit. OP looks like a newcomer in the cryptocurrency because he doesn't even know about the project that called bitconnect.

So many people are being scammed by bitconnect and this time it looks all of bitconnect creators have already arrested by the regulators.
