1321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why we trust binance exchange? on: May 05, 2020, 02:17:52 PM
The only reason Binance is so popular is that they don't list scam projects. The projects listed at Binance are the best and help investors get profit. In addition, Binance's security is very good and we do not need to fear hackers
there's always possibility of being hacked even when they invested so much into security there's always a hole but what most people want is that exchange able to make sure their clients fund safe and if there's something bad happen due to their mistake they will reimburse, binance so far is quite good at that I must admit.
1322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: May 05, 2020, 11:52:12 AM
From the data of coinmarketcap, we know that ethereum have the 2nd most market cap.
I think it will be hard for bnb to surpass eth market cap because eth total supply will keep increasing (have no fixed supply).
Ethereum blockchain is used by many platforms, so the price will be stable at the top.
the smartcontract is not as hyped like in the old days but it does attract some project meanwhile bnb is just a coin made for exchange and nothing more, even if you ask people which coin has greater potential it would be eth though im not really fancy them.
1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ---> Major Crypto News and The Birth Of Blockchain 4.0 Is Upon Us! on: May 04, 2020, 01:37:20 PM
Smartcontract can be considered as a blockchain's feature caused by the smartcontract of ethereum have already developed used bitcoin source code.
If you are saying scalability and interoperable will be blockchain 4.0 and is not it already available when it comes to the sharding blockchain like zilliqa or etc?
1324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: May 04, 2020, 12:50:41 PM
Is high rewards like 350,000$ for bounty hunters still possible this days? I know it's all down to the success of the project but is this still achievable? How many successful projects with such reward paid hunters since 2018 that you know?
Until right now, only Robotina. The other bounty project i dont know, they are all gone. and it make me scare to join another bounty. But because this pandemic, i started again, and hope the best for bounty that im joining
Now it's hard to find a good campaign on a big budget. I only see them running the campaign for 2-3 months with a budget of $ 10-30k. It is really too low compared to 2018 and 2019, and given the current plague, I believe the new projects will save their budget more than before
If you compare them with 2018, it will certainly be much lower and make you disappointed. But looking at the reality, the market is collapsing and new projects are having a hard time raising capital. Therefore, the budget of 10-30k $ is quite reasonable with the current situation
Im quite agree with you about this but the fact that if the team can distribute the reward after the campaign has already ended and that will be much better, There are so many projects have already delayed the payment for the hunters and this is the payment that must have gotten by the hunters.
1325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you could, would you delete every altcoin? on: May 02, 2020, 02:55:39 PM
I would. Why so many cryptocurrencies should exist? Only one, and all of us would want the same coin.

Like in the real world, we have yens, euros, dollars. Imagine having only 1 currency  Shocked

Wouldn't it be great?

It would not. There was a lot of reasons even for the fiat country whey they must have their own currency. If someone controlled it and it will be manipulated automatically.

The fact that so many cryptocurrencies exist with a different purpose. Smartcontract also brought a huge adoption for crypto too. Any crypto that came with an innovative idea has its own role.

1326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ludena Protocol | Rewarded Gaming Platform | 3 Million Users | AIRDROP on: May 02, 2020, 01:32:48 PM
Is there an MVP that i can try to use it right now? Im interesting to try your dapps and can you give me the direct link to your dapps.

Can adpol token be traded by the user to another user? It looks like you are also digging the potential to do an advertisement on your dapps too.

Hi Psynthax, actually we already have a LIVE APP on the google playstore with over 3 million downloads that can be found here:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vinetree.gametalktalk2&hl=ko

Unfortunately the app is only availabe in Korean at the moment, but we are working on adding English support for our Global launch scheduled by the end of Q2 2020 (June!)

Here is a video (in korean) of a community user using our app, completing 'quests' earning points, and redeeming the points for google play giftcards

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERc0QjoSn_M

Stay tuned, we are hard at work to keep our roadmap and it won't be long before you'll be able to try out our app in english Smiley

I have checked it and it looks very interesting to wait for the global launch

The teaser in the google play looks very good.

I hope that the exact date for the global launch will come as soon as possible too. I will try do download it when it will available soon.  Cheesy
1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockburn, A big Failure on: May 01, 2020, 03:20:48 PM

That's really unfortunate, but I guess, they are not the only one or two of those projects that suffered this kind of catastrophe. But I saw this blockburn project before and it seemed promising when they launched it. Didn't expect that they will be one of those that will fail big time. Really hard to find quality projects nowadays.

After checking and seeing this I don't think there is really future for this coin
https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/blockburn#markets $0.00007642
It's not even traded on a good exchange very low liquidy, bounty hunting now is very uncertain, you never going to know what you are going to get.
The future of the hunters that participated in blockburn campaign can be determined easily of the hunters will never receive their reward. The dump that happened with burn token looks very strange because it was going to the bottom instantly.
This project is not worth to be followed.
We will see there will be a lot of scam accusations toward this project.

1329  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the Oil be burned and how it will affect the climate on: April 30, 2020, 02:52:26 PM
Sometimes I wonder how much it will cost them to just stop and not pumping oil for a moment. To burn oil like that because there's no more place to store it meanwhile they keep pumping the oil from underground baffles me. maybe i don't know the technical since I'm myself is not a miner but is burning oil really necessary?
1330  Economy / Economics / Re: How can the corona virus end Faster and economy reopen on: April 30, 2020, 02:27:05 PM
We need to wait for the vaccine, otherwise we will fight with coronavirus for a very long time, a plasma transfusion is good, but it must be carefully selected so as not to infect a person with any diseases, if the donor is not healthy. Need a vaccination.

The recent remdesivir news kinda gives positive vibes to me and hopefully the economy will be all better after the vaccine released. I read that oxford already come quite far with the vaccine and will be ready by end of this year. regarding the thread starter opinon regarding catching the people behind this virus, that's just useless, first thing, how you can know whether there's mastermind that cause this outbreak or it's just simply a natural disaster?
1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH hits $160, after a +11% gainer in the last 24 hours on: April 29, 2020, 03:42:21 PM
Ethereum has became too good these days and I see a lot of gain. Currently it is above $196 and it has been positive for more than two weeks now. I believe that this week that we are entering it might go above $200.
Eth continuously growing this past few days like btc and other alts. I think it might because of the coming halving that is few days away. Its likely that investors are now bullish that there might be a huge changes in the market due to halving. Well we cant accurately predict it because the price can move downward without notice so lets just hope this is the start of much better status of the market.
Bullish like it has appeared Bitcoin and ETH has moved back quickly so we have to see the movement every day because of this fluctuations could be a decrease in a moment but I think it's not possible because this is a good position before halving occurs, maybe this will be a benefit for us to buy before prices soar.
This bullish momentum caused by bitcoin. I think this is still the best time to buy but remember we are already in the bullish momentum and the price keeps soaring even more.
It's too risky to take this for the long term as it may go down after the bitcoin halving will have done.
1332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC bottom is yet to come??? on: April 29, 2020, 03:40:06 PM
I think it went to the bottom this year. Since it went below $ 4,000 in March, prices have been steadily recovering. And now bitcoin has gone above $ 8000 and it will certainly continue to go up because halving is approaching
Ah and why? your opinion was contradicting with the fact that is happening with the market right now. I will say that the bitcoin is about to get the next ATH again.there will be the best chance to sell your chunks. No more bottom for bitcoin and bitcoin will increase after halving. the last dump may be the last bottom for bitcoin.
1333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will another altcoin rise to overtaken Bitcoin? on: April 28, 2020, 02:41:49 PM
I believe most of the people will say it's not possible. Maybe Bitcoin has some flaws or limitations but there is no one coin in my thought that can surpass Bitcoin.
Even some coin manage to somehow catch up bitcoin capitalization Im doubtful that it will do well with the scaling, they will be flooded with immense amount of transaction and the blockchain becomes crowded thus slow transaction again its just probably the same thing all over again.
1334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of IEO is Exchange on: April 28, 2020, 01:30:50 PM
from what I observed is like that, good IEO is only held by good exchanges, you must know Harmony or even the one that is finished is Cartesi, both of these projects have successfully launched IEO on Binance, yup because Binance is a big exchange it is easy to find investors , if Harmony and Cartesi are held in exchanges like p2pb2b or probit, I'm sure 90% will fail
I believe that Exchange is one part of the reason why a certain IEO is successful. On the given scenario that Harmony and Cartesi got a successful IEO is somehow because of the exchange, Binance is one of the most famous and reputated exchanges today and no wonder that they have a bunch of users than any other exchange which means more promotion to the IEO project. There are some successful IEO happened inside Binance and project devs would probably choose to initiate their IEO there to gain more trust in the investors.
Binance is really way ahead of its competitor in term of marketing and hyping up about the project they have. Other exchanges are just outright shoving the project to people's throat meanwhile binance only do IEO once a month and they are selecting it carefully. as much as I hate this kind of centralized exchange they have done a good job in this field
1335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying low selling high ain't always successful on: April 26, 2020, 10:30:05 PM
Buying the dip has its bad side and that's unable to predict market movement You buy the dip, it goes dipper. You buy the high, it goes dipper, you convert to usdt, it starts surging ....I quit buying low selling high for now
If you pass more time in cryptocurrency, you will more experience. From me I would advise you to passed at least 4 years then you will know what is coming pump or dump. In 2018 everyone was felling frustrated for crypto situation, some investor didn't believe that it will turn back. But who has experience, surly he knows that price will turn back. Still altcoins price is flat, you shouldn't miss it.
That's not really the truth even veteran traders still have hard time accurately predicting what's gonna happen in the future. There's no certainty when pump and dump gonna occur even if you have traded for many years and know all the trading pattern but that doesn't guarantee anything will go as planned.
1336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: War affects the Entire Cryptocurrency? on: April 26, 2020, 10:20:15 PM
I disagree with that. War in a long run will definitely have negative effect on the price of coin. As a matter of fact, war will affect the economy of a nation and when that happens, it will result in fall of prices of things in general.
but some time ago I had seen a case of a trade war that could have a good impact on the price movements of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency because they were trading warriors going to make transactions using cryptocurrency money thereby triggering the rise in coin prices at the exchange.
That's just some minor thing, trade war in general will make chaos out of countries economy and it's not good for our crypto market or things in general as he said. Even if price pumping happened to crypto it's just temporary and will soon be replaced with bearish market.
1337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of IEO is Exchange on: April 25, 2020, 09:01:00 PM
No top exchanges no successful IEO projects, it's very true that without top exchanges IEOs won't be successful, thanks to better exchanges like binance and few others, I do hope that new Initial fund raising will come in 2020
New initial fund raising platform means a new exchange site. These days people trust only the exchange site which was having very good credibility like binance, okex, and more major coins.
I don't even think if the new platform can easily perform like what already did by the major exchange sites. A bunch of new exchange sites have already launched and they don't know what to do.
1338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May I buy Bitcoin & Ethereum now? Or I am late? on: April 25, 2020, 08:57:24 PM
I just read an article that bitcoin halving can make a big jump in Bitcoin and Ethereum price. They said Bitcoin can hit 10K USD, and for that, the author described 5 reasons! So, should I buy now or the price is already high? Which will be more beneficial, Ethereum or Bitcoin? Please help me out.

Thank you.
You should at least buy that even small amounts to anticipate the pump that can occur anytime. The price is not yet so high compared with the price when bitcoin was surpassing 10k. There was still a lot of room to grow.
You can put your money on both invest a large percentage in bitcoin and small in ethereum. That may be the best decision that you can take.
1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much does the community trust crypto banks on: April 24, 2020, 09:01:31 PM
cryptobank already exist and it's called coinbase, so many people mostly first timer saving their money there it could be called as such and no, most of people who are already experienced enonugh in dealing with crypto prefer to have their own wallet than letting third party saving your money. too much unnecessary problem that you might face in the future if something happen to them.
1340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of IEO is Exchange on: April 24, 2020, 02:38:49 PM
It's true but it is also true that exchange like Binance don't launch any IEO offer they get. they evaluate before listing it and also they charge a huge fee. That's why, some IEO goes with poor exchanges which result them no success at all.
those projects should review their project first and consider whether it is deserve to be listed in a top exchange or not rather than giving up and go straight to the shittiest exchange there is. there is reason why binance only have IEO once a month or longer they put quality first rather than quantity.
