801  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CONFIRMED! Leroy Fodor's stakeminers.com site is a scam! on: August 01, 2015, 03:50:39 PM
... he has asked me advice about the best ways to Stake and gave him personal advice on communication and professionalism
This certainly is a very real issue for Leroy to learn to deal with, but seeing as how it's obvious he studied at the "Butterfly Labs Special Needs Institute" for his PR degrees, I don't have high hopes.

The sad thing is that, theoretically, the concept of stakeminers seems reasonable, but dude is seemingly not playing with a full deck to begin with, and is revising history.

The revisionist history, IMO, is just blatantly dishonest and the biggest red flag for me.

Dude talks about being honest and not hiding behind whoisguard, but he's apparently not being honest with his involvement timeline with Bitcoin - You just can't fundamentally trust someone like that.

Also, for the love of FSM, learn to use Spell Check. There is no excuse for poor spelling if you're using Chrome, for example.

Full disclosure: No involvement with Stakeminers. Only alt currency I have an interest in mining is Comedy Gold.

PS: I have zero trust for anyone posting screenshots of wallets running on Windows. That's just begging to be hacked and having wallets drained right there.

PPS: Also, publicly posting user names with tx id's is a pretty horrible invasion of privacy IMO. I understand it's recently been resolved, but the fact he thought this was a good idea to begin with, should give investors pause - Speaks to the "not playing with a full deck".

PPPS: I recommend

One scammy fat fuck scammer down in the bitcoin community. Only a matter of time before the rest like Joshua Zipkin his almost twin goes down #JoshuaZipkin #bitcoinscammer
http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2015/aug/01/ex-boss-of-mtgox-bitcoin-exchange-arrested-in-japan-over-lost-480m

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conviction_rate

Japan has a conviction rate that exceeds 99% (Note that it includes guilty plea cases.[1]), which has been attributed to low prosecutorial budgets impelling understaffed prosecutors to present judges with only the most obviously guilty defendants.

then OOPS here comes his best sock puppet account again to add his 2 satoshi

SMH. To borrow a phrase from Bruno, "That boy ain't right".

I'm just waiting for the moment where your operation goes up in a conflagration again, and you lose everyone's investments.

Either that, or waiting for you to make a "Oh noes, I got hacked !" post.

yeah, he and uncle stu registered some worthless patents. no one knows how and why they went through
Worthless? Elon Musk certainly didn't think so when he gave Garza a car in exchange for use of his patents.

Bruno i am done wiht you man, I am just sick of your stupidity, you are just a waste of time, you have no proof to back up your claims, you cant find one single person in a world of Billions of people who can back up your lies and nonsense. and thats sad, becauyse we can find it on you. isnt it weird how you sayus I am such a scammer, a liar, a theif, a con artist, yet here you are conning people into thinking I am that, here you are wiht multiple layers of proof showing you are a scammer, you are liar, you are a theif. its so sad in all your ramblings you cant find one iota of support , not one single person i have stolen from, not one single instance where I have scammed anyhone.

Ahh, I see you, too, studied at the "Butterfly Labs Special Needs Institute" under the tutelage of Prof. Zerlan, Dr. Peterson, and Asst. Van Raak.

I enjoy these sorts of obviously desperate posts. They amuse me.
810  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: cyberpinoy and his zany acts of arson, and stakeminers.com on: July 29, 2015, 05:46:56 PM
You are either Bruno himself on one of his trolling account to help boost his own trust to make himself look good due to his theft and lies in the past and try and cover his atrocious crimes he has commited (sic), or you are just really poor at picking good role models (LOL).

*sigh* SMH... Stopped reading right here.

tl;dr: Stakeminers is sketchy at best.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=989670.msg11997943#msg11997943

Anyways - cyberpinoy - like I said before you deleted my post, "Self moderated threads are for cowards"

Prior to the above building burning down, Leroy lived inside with his wife and kids, and it was also a grocery store, an internet cafe, a disco, and the largest solar powered bitcoin mining farm in all the Philippines, all at the same time.

This post will disappear once Leroy Fodor logs back in because he doesn't want you to know any of this big fat ass lies of his. See my sig if you don't believe me and read his own words on the linked thread.

Bruno what do you want man,

Yes we had a store

Yes we had an outside disco bar

Yes we had an internet cafe and mining farm however the pictures we did have of that burned in the camera that was in the fire, Plus we were constantly moving it all around for the best place to put it in the area we had to deal with. We were in the process of making a place special for all of that when the fire hit.

So,Yes we had a fire that destroyed 3 business, a mining farm and our home, Yes at one point we did own the biggest mining farm in the PHILIPPINES (not in the world Bruno in the Philippines, stop confusing the two), yes we tried to get help to get us out of that fire situation, Yes our cousin stole a lot of money from us and made us work harder and put us back beyond the plans we had originally made, yes not many people helped us and we got back on our feet by ourselves, yes my business partner is from Vietnam , No none of us are perfect we are all humans, yes we make mistakes, NO we have never ever stolen from anyone, No we have never scammed anyone from one red cent of their hard earned money, Yes StakeMiners is authentic, yes we are hard workers, Yes we go out of our way to do what is needed to make our site progress.

And YES after the fire we did exactly as we said we would and reopened the pisonet cafe

Altho you cant prove me wrong, I can prove you wrong Bruno. Why did you not show the proof of the fire? These was right there where you pulled that picture from.

It is so funny I have disproved you on every single aspect of your accusations, you started off saying Me and wolvman were the same person, you then claimed I was scamming people and posted testimonials of my own past clients.

We find out You beg for coins too hwen backed into a corner!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=56438.msg671933#msg671933

We also find out You steal from people, you commit crimes but there is real authentic proof against you, including police reports.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1012713.0

I mean seriously I just get so bent becasue man, 5 minutes looking at you and we see a thief, a scammer,  a racist, a sex offender, a liar, a paid forum poster, pretty much everything you seem to have blamed on me, and then more, yet you have no proof at all of any of your accusations. I mean where do you get off man, who do you reelly think you are, your not a crypto saint thats for sure, you even got kicked out of working for a charity of all things..

Its not like if these people were scammed by me thaycant find me, They know my real name, they know where I live, heck some of them have talked to me personally face to face, some of them know my phone numbers, they know more about me than you do in your months of research.

Please stop wasting our time bruno by now you are smart enough to see you have been barking up the wrong tree. So now its just a matter of do you want to accept the reality of the truth or do you just purposely want to try and ruin something someone else has created.

815  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Legality of Mining Bitcoins on: July 28, 2015, 02:10:18 PM
There is nothing illegal about mining Bitcoins.

From an accounting perspective, you owe capital goods tax for the daily average value of mined Bitcoin on the date it hits your wallet.

Every quarter, I need to send off my mining income BTC details to our accountant so we can get even with Uncle Sam.

Just unboxed a couple S5's I bought a while back and found one of them had obviously been used excessively.  It has soot all over the heatsink.  I have submitted a WTF email to Bitmain...I guess they really are going downhill Sad

Let us know how it goes!  That was not the "2nd hand" unit was it?
It was still a batch that showed new right?
Bitmain has been doing this for quite some time now - Passing off obviously used and dirty units as "brand new". I've received dirty and used "brand new units" myself.

I want that Josh Zerlan guy to come back here and start calling us all liars and monumental assholes again.

In retrospect, those were some fucking funny times - with watching the dude publicly commit career suicide and all.
818  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: #robocon... again. 35 days, no response on: July 27, 2015, 08:54:49 PM
Storytime: I was entertaining the idea of bringing one of these to Dallas over a year ago. Went so far as to contact Jordan, got a copy of the contract, took one look at it, noped the fuck out of there.

Obviously logic isn't the guy's strong point!
They have drank deeply from Homero Joshua Garza's cup. It should come as no surprise.
820  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Sfards: SF100-the first 28nm Dual-Mode Miner gets into mass production on: July 27, 2015, 04:37:42 AM
Since there are lots of people are cheating by using our name. I'm worried you might get cheated by a faker. Please contact us and we will help you to find it out ASAP.
Skype: sfardsservice
Email: info@sfards.com
Please Be Careful
We only have one official SFARDS Skype account sfardsservice. If there is any other similar account such as sfardsservice [ASIC market] contacting you. Don’t listen to them and please double check the account you have talk with and make sure you add the right one.

Can you offer any insight as to when you may have more stock of your units, and if pricing is going to remain firm for the time being ?

Is it your intention to not court the hobbyist miner market altogether, given your current unpalatable, premium pricing ?
