If you rephrase the question than you might find your answer.

Should I use american english or english english?

Actually it doesn't really matter.  The written versions of each are almost identical.  It's the spoken form that varies.  The dialects vary significantly in both the United States and Great Britain.  In the United States you have the South, Northeast, Midwest, Northwest.  Some of the same words sound different in each of those regions.  The same can be said about different regions of Great Britain.  The printed word is typically standard across all regions.

Little information, charges where the dev. not even respond to defend themselves. It has many red flags raised.
Possibly a new case of scam.

Possibly?

This is worse than a scam.  This asshole is putting trojans on peoples computers with the goal of stealing from them.  It's like burglary and it's illegal.  What this idiot did can get you put in jail in many countries all over the world.  If they are in the United States and can be identified they can and most likely will get arrested.

This isn't just a  hidden premine, instamine, or ICO with the only intention of dumping on an exchange and moving on.  The intent of what this fool did is to steal.  It's theft.

What's just as troubling are the people that want to find a way to keep this shitcoin alive.  With all the other coins out there why would anyone want to bother with a coin made by a criminal with the intent to steal their treasure?

Pathetic.

Whats the purpose?  Roll Eyes

Instamine and then dump whatever they can on exchange for whatever btc they can get.  Then launch another worthless coin and do it all again.

Someone will probably be stupid enough to buy this garbage.

2 days POW, ha ha.  The lifespan of these coins keeps getting shorter and shorter because they all die after a few days.  Gotta be quick.

Expect to see GeekCoinDark launched in a couple days.

Worse than I thought.

People should listen.

Situation right now:

2 pools = 48.63%
3 pools = 62.34&
5 pools = 74.95%
10 pools = 91.22%

Decentralised cryptocurrency right there.  Roll Eyes

PoW is a sitting duck.

How many darknet servers did the FBI take down a few weeks back? What if they realised it would be 100x cheaper to just subvert 3 Darkcoin pools and tank the currency so we couldn't use it at all? $12,000,000 marketcap destroyed overnight at the taxpayers expense.

DEA agent Wendell Campbell for one is on the case - remember this? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YQnYpc52ks

How would taking down the top three pools tank the currency?  People would just disperse to other pools.  The hashrate would just go down temporarily until people switched to other pools or solo mined. It would actually help to disperse the hashrate by forcing people to mine elsewhere.  That's what you want isn't it?

I would hate to see anything like that happen and doubt it ever will but it would benefit your desire to see a monopoly on mining disrupted.

Edit:

I'm a firm believer in solo mining myself.  In a perfect world mining pools wouldn't exist.  There are a few coins that have been released recently that are solo mining only.  I really like the concept.  Unfortunately that alone isn't enough for success.

Have you guys seen this video of the BBR project ? I think the first clip is far superior to the others

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tix3Q0rLeWo

BTW, what is MR Zoidberg working on these days? KB Fees?

I forgot about that video.

I like the first one as well.  I like the others also but they seem a little too glitzy.  That look is great for a video game intro.  No disrespect to the author of the video.  They have skills for sure.  The first one just seems more clean and professional for a cryptocurrency.  But that's just my opinion.

Does it really matter? If this coin makes it to exchange it'll be dead in less than a week

Too true.

200   - 2 (9.1%)
100   - 4 (18.2%)
50   - 8 (36.4%)
No Anti-Instamine   - 8 (36.4%)

oh my god  Shocked

Did you expect anything else?

875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FIND] FindYou Coin - Faucet Distribution on: November 21, 2014, 07:01:16 PM
After the most recent payout it is equal to 246ish Wallets/Clients online per hour.
I've left my laptop on all day and night and now it has 20k coins. I bet that if my power didn't go out for 3 hours last night I would have 23k. (out of all nights it had to be last night!!)
You guys should reply with how many coins you have.

im only at 10k Sad i got in a lil late
At least you could start receiving coins when you found this thread. I found it while I was at school and I had to wait 5 hours before I could download the wallet. I couldn't stop thinking about how many coins I was losing.

Ha ha That's funny.  I hope it didn't distract you too much from your studies.

Interesting distribution model for this coin.

I started the wallet in a virtualbox on my laptop and remoted into home and did the same.  Have about 44000 coins.  I doubt they'll ever be worth anything but what the hell.

876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: November 21, 2014, 08:28:03 AM
I was hoping that someone in an official capacity could update the blockchain download link so it's not so far behind.  It's little things like that will drive you crazy.  If you're going to link the blockchain at least update it periodically.

Windows version
The format is not portable. So either we want
  • a portable database format
  • a converter commandline tool
  • an export/import function in the daemon for a monero-only, specific asccii dump

It isn't complicated.  Just update the file.  It has nothing to do with the future database.  The link to the current blockchain is too old.

I remember smooth saying it was on purpose.

Why?

Keep bumping your request, till someone does.

Ha ha

They know.  That's why it's so frustrating.  Seems like a simple task.
