881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best t in me to fill the bag? on: March 13, 2020, 11:39:34 AM
Picking the new coins at this situation to invest is not a wise decision to be honest because even if a project has great fundamentals and high chances of getting valued if the there is a trigger on bullish trend but now they might die with the sudden crisis so stick with btc or other major altcoins.

I agree. Even the top 100 is struggling to grow in price when Bitcoin is not moving. I'd say pick the altcoins that is at top 100 except for those hard forks. This is probably one of the best opportunity to buy more cryptocurrency since 2018 because of how low the price is. Let's say the crisis is over, then all the stock market price and those top cryptocurrencies will be soaring high.

Presently I don't think it is wise to fill your bag now, reason being that this sudden fall in bitcoin price is still headed in a direction no one can exactly tell,so I think what is best is to hold on a little longer to ascertain which way forward before buying some coins but for bitcoin one can begin buying in bits

Exactly, no one can expect what will happen in the future but it doesn't really matter when you are thinking for the long-term hold. Bitcoin reach $10,000 multiple times, why would you think that it wouldn't reach that price again? when this is all over, you'll regret buying at this price. Also, even if Bitcoin were to fall below $5,000, why would you think it will it will not go up? remember in 2018 that Bitcoin almost reach $3,000 but still reach $10,000 this year. Don't let fear control over you and just think long-term investing.
883  Economy / Speculation / Re: btc dropping more then 39% in 24/h - on: March 13, 2020, 05:30:29 AM
How do you know that it is in the right dip?

What? how do you know if this is NOT the right dip then? there's just no way that you would miss this opportunity. Opportunities like can't be miss because of the way market moves. When you consider the future of Bitcoin, then you should see that $5,000 is nothing compared to the future price of Bitcoin. We've already seen Bitcoin go pass $10,000. With the right trend, we could reach that again.
884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY THE BLAME ON BOUNTY HUNTERS FOR SHITCOINS? on: March 12, 2020, 04:43:41 AM
I think bounty Hunter is not to blame, even most bounty hunters are victims for now, there are many who are not paid after working for several months, some are paid but altcoin has never been listed on the exchange.
so there is no reason for Bounty Hunter to be blamed.

No reason? Bounty hunters are the main source of the advertisement for the project to go across the world so I think bounty hunters have a sin on its own. But let's not call all bounty hunters, only those bounty hunters who shamelessly shitpost everywhere, those who promote in an absurd way, and those who doesn't even do a little google of the project. Even a single glance of the campaign manager would mean a lot.
I think meron na tayong rules and regulation regarding sa cryptocurrency.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This 7 News of Last Week will help you to understand the Market Sentiment on: March 11, 2020, 08:50:53 AM
Bitcoin becomes legal in some important countries the past week. And this are good news, the price should be bumping for this. But the oil crash brings all markets down, so, we could wait for a bump before the halving, but for the next weeks the markets will be really unstable.

Corona - Oil - Bitcoin

All are related!

Read this news and you'll understand that the biggest factor pertaining to Bitcoin being dump is because of the plustoken scam https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-drop-due-to-13k-btc-plustoken-scam-not-coronavirus-analysts. I don't know why most investors are trying to correlate Bitcoin to oil when they have a different market.

I bookmark the crypto news sites if there are updates about cryptocurrency all over the world I don't miss the latest news. but due to the effects of the corona virus outbreak paralyzed the entire business industry of various large companies . all the big news in a week does not make the price of Btc go up, but it decreases significantly because many investors sell because of anxiety and panic because of viruscorona.

No, the only reason why they are panic selling is because Bitcoin got dump significantly this month because of a certain scam. But still, high volatility isn't really new here.
887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stock Market took a huge dive, Cryptocurrency follows on: March 11, 2020, 08:26:18 AM
What I think is that it is just a coincidence that Bitcoin and stock market got dump at the same time. I'm sure that if plustoken scam didn't happen, Bitcoin would still be flying right now. We just had a problem along the way and I don't think that Bitcoin and stock market is correlated that much but it is sure that they almost have the same investors.
888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stack Sats Calculator - How much bitcoin you would have if you keep saving sats! on: March 10, 2020, 04:04:22 AM
Do all these calculations account for the volatility of the market? Like, in 2017 the price reached $20,000 and year later it dipped to $3,600. The goal of stacking sats is to lower the risk of buying at the top and experiencing a crash, and this strategy performs best when the market is bearish or very uncertain. If you just make some linear upward extrapolation into the future, it might be way off the actual results.

I think it only calculates the current price that you put in the calculator. For example, you say $8,000 in the future, it will calculate your holdings in that price. Why don't you try it? It's pretty easy to understand and it's pretty useful too when you want to be motivated to save dust money. Also, it's not like Bitcoin will stay $8,000 forever according to my prediction, we could potentially reach more than $10,000.
889  Economy / Speculation / Re: Convert or HODL? on: March 10, 2020, 03:57:51 AM
Dude, why would you convert? this is probably a good price to buy more then wait until we reach $10,000 again. Why would you think that we wouldn't reach that price again when it was proven that Bitcoin could do it. The only reason why we are being held at around $9,000-$10,000 was because of the plustoken scam that is selling his Bitcoin since august. Just a few days ago, they already sold their most Bitcoin and with that, I'm sure the recovery will happen. Just hold and you won't lost anything.

If you are still deciding to do so, just relax for a bit and stay away from crypto and you'll be surprised and glad that you didn't panic sell.
890  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: March 09, 2020, 06:44:05 AM
There's an article posted that there's a coin dumping Bitcoin and that might have been the cause of the sudden dump today. I don't really find any reason to panic at all as this is a sudden dump. This is just another one of those buying opportunities that we are waiting for so why we are panicking? We've seen it all, even if Bitcoin where to be dump like this, it will still grow in time.
891  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 🔥 🔥 WARNING!! 🔥 🔥 PLUS TOKEN DUMP 13K BTC!! KAYA NAMAN PALA.. on: March 09, 2020, 06:33:37 AM
Grabe!

892  Local / Pilipinas / Re: IRAN BABAWASAN ANG PAGGAMIT NG SARILI NILANG BANK NOTES? on: March 08, 2020, 02:06:02 AM

Pero buti nalang false news ang spreading of virus through bank notes.
893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be taking 1st place in 2020? on: March 07, 2020, 05:30:52 AM
Ethereum is one of the best projects created, perhaps the best after bitcoin. Transactions much faster than bitcoin. In my opinion, the next few years could even exceed the BTC price. Mark what I say

Are you kidding me? Then I can say the same thing for DASH or perhaps doge coin then since it is much faster than Bitcoin. Also, are you even looking at the market capitalization? Look at the supply of Ethereum and you'll see that in order for Ethereum to surpass Bitcoin in price, Ethereum need to surpass the market cap of the whole world.  Your words are just full of empty dreams that will never happen. Bitcoin will still stay as the king of all cryptocurrency.
894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's End Game on: March 07, 2020, 05:22:29 AM
Bitcoin users isn't even 10% of the world's population and you are already thinking of how Bitcoin will end and how the government will create their own digital currency to fight Bitcoin. Let's be honest here, the leading government isn't seeing Bitcoin as a threat right now but as an opportunity that will help their own economy prosper. Look at how Japan us utilizing Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It's amazing how Bitcoin is getting more used than it was before. Bitcoin will not end for a very long time.
895  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: PONZI SCHEME FRONTROW on: March 06, 2020, 03:26:05 AM

896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bitcoin Legal in South Korea! on: March 06, 2020, 03:13:15 AM
Congratulations to South Koreans.

First Japan. Then India. Now South Korea.

Slowly and silently Asian countries are discovering the fact that the only way they can compete with USD/EUR is by legalizing Crypto aka BTC. They wont ever be able to take their individual national currencies to the level of acceptance USD/EUR has. Hence, they are banking on decentralized medium of exchange.

Question is When China?

China will never accept BTC but will create their own as China had been developing their own crypto world. They may not allow BTC in the mainland but probably in some places like Hongkong where the business areas are. This kind of structure had been done by them in their current system. The Chinese are also creating their own digital currency so crypto must be accepted but not in the mainland.

Who knows? Maybe they will accept Bitcoin too when time comes? because as long as Bitcoin popularity hits the mark, then maybe their government will have a change in their mind to accept Bitcoin again? it's not like Bitcoin will just perish in the future. Bitcoin is here to stay and more countries are sure to accept Bitcoin, we just need time. Also, it's not like China's citizen hasn't accepted Bitcoin anyway, they do and they are taking advantage of it.
897  Local / Pilipinas / Re: If regulators are corrupt, is there any chance crypto will grow in PH on: March 05, 2020, 03:58:35 AM
-snip

898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How I tripled my Investment with TitanProjects (TTN) in Couple of months. on: March 04, 2020, 03:02:50 AM
In short, you are shilling this altcoin to quadruple your investment then? Well played there mate. Trying to lure investors into thinking that this is a good project that will make them money by showing them how you triple your money. I did read the story and it just a typical "I made money by holding this altcoin and I'm so grateful, you should too" story.

This is probably another pump and dump coin. I won't even bother to check if it really is.
899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does it have volume ? on: March 04, 2020, 02:56:27 AM
As my experience I was saw more coins in crypto market that coins can get more trading volume within few hours or in a day due to,  those coins are pumped by pump and dump groups to trap the investors. or some time we can see technical issues with getting proper data from the exchanges.

That pretty much sums the way low volume coins pump. It's probably the easiest way to lure newbies and also lower members of those groups thinking that they could earn too. The best way to avoid it is to don't buy into their FOMO. Really, FOMO will let you be irrational and invest into something that you shouldn't have.

The moment you saw something pumping, a simple 1 min google search to the project and you'll avoid losing $$$ that you shouldn't have in the first place.
900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Sad News]: Nigerian shot dead after resisting robbers access to crypto phone on: March 03, 2020, 04:27:00 PM
Jeez. This is not just a sad news, but terrifying to think that people would think that cryptocurrency holders are rich that they would rob them. I think the the stereotype is spreading that robbers think that all Bitcoin holders are making a lot of money. I think this shouldn't have happened if he just kept this to himself and stayed anonymous about his Bitcoin holdings. We never know who will sell or betray us out. For $400, definitely not worth it.
