So if you eat 3x a day in a usual basis then eating just 2x a day during Ramadan could work already (that's what I knew of it). For this reason, yeah you might experience dizziness or tummyaches along the process but it doesn't necessarily mean that your body will now collapse and become very vulnerable against diseases.

That's good to be honest . I really appreciate those people behind those charitable works. Like here in our country, many organizations and different icons from various industries do something to ease the burden of infected, the frontliners and even those healthy countrymen who suffer from the lockdown. Props to them but I can't help myself to become lonely a little bit because aside from goods they only accept cash donations .
