901  Economy / Economics / Re: The Economy around the world will be very bad in April to May 2020!!! on: April 02, 2020, 05:04:05 PM
currently Muslims around the world number around 1.8 billion people https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muslim_world and the Covid-19 vaccine, or what we know as the Coronavirus that we know attacks the immune system, has not yet been discovered.

when Muslims do fasting in the month of Ramadan then automatically their immune system decreases, it is certain that those who fast will be more susceptible to disease, especially Covid-19.
You have a good point in all fairness. Of course! Food is our main source of energy so your body will tendency weakens if you deprived it with food. But you know what despite of their tradition, I haven't met someone who became so ill because of it Cheesy. As far as I know, Fasting is not a manner of not eating at all but only a way of meditating and sacrificing your wants which is eating freely in this case. So if you eat 3x a day in a usual basis then eating just 2x a day during Ramadan could work already (that's what I knew of it). For this reason, yeah you might experience dizziness or tummyaches along the process but it doesn't necessarily mean that your body will now collapse and become very vulnerable against diseases.

I'm pretty sure that your body will not get compromised by Covid 19 as long as you are not having a direct contact with the infected person Smiley. Well, let us hope that the high order priests of their religion will not allow religious gatherings and encourage all of Muslim to do it inside their home because we all knew how fast the virus spread.
I hope you all prepare for all the worst possibilities that will occur over the next 3 months
Better to use might instead of will  Wink.
902  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Start Learning about Bitcoin while Stuck in Quarantine! on: April 02, 2020, 09:47:34 AM
For me, and I think for a lot of people, this quarantine time is the best time to get in touch more in cryptocurrencies most especially in bitcoin. We could be full time here for now. So, if you have nothing to do, invest your time here, this will be beneficial go you as time goes by.
Indeed, if not cryptocurrency then at least spend most of your time doing what you love. Making yourself more knowledgeable everyday feeds your self fulfillment and uplift your confidence. The feeling of being wiser among your colleagues is soo satisfying (but don't brag of course). So instead of stressing ourselves out of the news about the pandemic which are getting worse I think, try to unwind and be a better version of you Smiley.

Right now, I'm studying the fundamentals of a Diesel power plant. Who's with me? Cheesy
903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 02, 2020, 05:54:06 AM
Why not?! Live your life to fullest if and only if you are already a billionaire and just gamble for fun and. Just let the fate decide whether your overall wealth will diminish by few coins or added by few coins as well Grin.

But on the contrary, if you set gambling as a career and think twice, you should consider first the game you are playing with. Maybe doubling the bets after a loss could work more efficiently in strategy based games such as sportsbetting rather than dices, roulettes and lotteries.
904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 02, 2020, 02:25:54 AM
[snip]
I choose to forget about their fight for the meantime because in my perspective uncertainties weigh greater. Due to this possible postponement (again Roll Eyes), it make me believe to Daniel Cormier — The Khabib vs Ferguson match is so cursed.

Speaking of DC, check this out: https://www.facebook.com/groups/289311115223820/permalink/683208649167396/?app=fbl . Now I realized how warm-hearted DC is. That's the heart of a true champion.

Lol, I saw it on Meta a while ago and it was a good joke to be honest Grin. I like how CMC pull off this year's April Fool's day (the first time?), it is catchy and relevant to the current events thus I'm not shock that most of us buy it. What really makes it special for me is the butt-shaped graph hahaha.
906  Other / Meta / Re: April fools 2020 on: April 01, 2020, 05:35:14 AM
Good for me I'm not yet infected by the recent virus spreading here Grin. I guess I need to limit my post this day, it's better to be late than sorry. This is my form of social distancing lol. Keep safe everyone Smiley.
907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In times of turmoil, is Bitcoin really a safe-haven asset? on: March 31, 2020, 03:02:01 PM

NOTHING is assured with BitCoin, it is like being in the casino and hoping you win.
No, there is actually. I can say that you can rely on bitcoin when it comes to profit-making. You should only be careful and never let your environment (like this current pandemic) overwhelmed you which later on leads you on making wrong decision on buying/selling.
BUT, BitCoins reaction to its first financial crisis is very worrying to me.
What do you mean by "first financial crisis"? Mate this is not the first time when btc experience a bloody dip (not as bloody as I witnessed last 2017). So relax because the price is stabilized at this moment Smiley.
908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto changes. on: March 31, 2020, 09:04:12 AM
In fact, this market collapsed at the beginning of March, but it quickly recovered in a short time. I am very optimistic with this because the crypto market is not affected too much by the virus. But the virus has caused so many deaths and illnesses, I hope health facilities around the world soon stop the disease.
Indeed, I am still confident that bitcoin and along with other significant alts (s*tcoins are worthless in any season of the year) can survive despite of the pandemic. At this moment, the price of bitcoin still stabilize at the $6.4k+ mark with an increase rate of 3.68% Shocked. See? It still kicking in despite of the hard times. Thus we have a valid reason to stay positive Smiley.
909  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc going to 2k or 3k or 7k or 9k on: March 31, 2020, 05:56:00 AM
I hope bitcoin can increase for $7,000 to search for the next stable price because we already reach $5,000-$6,000 at a steady rate.
Let's hope so Smiley. Actually, that's what I am predicting as well, bitcoin is going up even a little bit or if it will go down then for sure it will not reach below $5k mark. You are right! Btc's price are stagnant in $6k so I'm confused why most of the respondents vote $3k in the poll. That's so pessimistic  Undecided. I am aware of the global recession due to the pandemic but for me reaching thinking that we will reach $3k is too much.

Perhaps, they want to buy bitcoin at that price. I want to buy it at that price too. But we need to look at the situations and the conditions at the market. The bitcoin price can go down anytime, including to reach $3k if many people panic for what happens in real life, and they really need money for their lives. I think if the price reaches $3k, that means the global recession will happen and not just the pandemic, but it might worst than we can imagine. We can wish that the bitcoin price will still increase as this day, bitcoin price gives good moves at the market, and we are close to hitting $6,500 again. But still, be careful with anything that might happen, so we don't miss something that will occur at the market.
Hmm, sounds a little bit greedy for me. Yea! Who doesn't want to hoard on that kind of opportunity? Of course no one, all of us will grab it for sure. But I think such dip must not happen at this moment as much as possible simply because it was a bad omen for all of us. This could be a clear manifestation of global recession (like what you've said) and if it happens then people with low power in the society will deeply suffer than us. Is it okay that you are living fine in the middle of pandemic while poor ones are almost dying? I don't think so. As for now, quantity of lives matter the most.
910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODLers, spend your BTC on: March 31, 2020, 02:18:42 AM
There are only two reasons why I preserve my bitcoin: 1) Because for the sake of saving, wishing that it will skyrocket in the near future (especially that halving approaches soon) and earn profits 2) I don't see any opportunities of using it in the reality. Though we are in a crisis today, honestly I am still willing to spend it on his true form because I knew that this is the best way to attain more adoption. But what should I do if I'm just limited on buying prepaid load? So the tendency is to hodl my coins, I have no choice in short Sad.
- Don't put all your assets in Bitcoin. Buy gold, silver, solar panels, food, toilet paper. Keep some cash for emergency.
Hmm, it sounds that the shortage of toilet paper in your country is really serious huh. So the memes I saw recently are real Cheesy. Why mind using toile5 paper when you can use face towel and soap & water (for call of nature) at the first place?
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 30, 2020, 02:56:35 PM
Hi!  Cheesy Cheesy

I'm newbie here.
I would like to join some bounty campaigns good.
Do you guys introduce me some?

Thanks Kiss Kiss
Firat of all welcome  Smiley. Before anything else, I advice you to read first the rules and FAQs of this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0 . It will surely help you about your other queries.

Anyway, going back to your question, you can find bounty campiagns in the Bounties section. What I'm not sure if they still accept newbie accounts but good luck to your journey nevertheless. But if I were you, I will familiarize first how this forum works and establish a good image before going into the main business.
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 30, 2020, 09:54:36 AM
1. I have never joined any bounty campaign other than bestchange this year.
2. I've been on leave for a few months yesterday and until now it seems like the development of the bounty still doesn't look very good.
3. I left the campaign a long time ago, and I've followed it a long time ago.
4. Yep, I really enjoyed the signature campaign.
we all really enjoy the signature campaign for now. it's just so fast to say that we are happy to follow the current signature because it's only been 3 months since the beginning of 2020.
Yeah but so far so good for me. How fortunate i am to have a great start with my journey this 2020. I guess this is the best thing happen to me so far, I experienced volcanic eruption last February and the current pandemic this March yet blessings are still coming Smiley. Actually, this sig campaign I joined in made me a licensed engineer. All of my earnings here sustained my daily expenses when I was reviewing back then. Praise God!

I think they are speculating a price of $ 3k because of the current pandemic, and there is no clear solution to this.
Well, I understand why they are reacting like that. But I think we are missing something, we are too focus on the bad side up to extent that we forgot now how to cherish the good things happening. China which is the source of the virus got fast recovery, Japan finally have Avigan and this could be the long awaited offense of mankind to kill the virus thus expect the war will end very soon. See? Through God's grace everything flows better Smiley. Though US and some of European countries are at its peak, I know they can beat it in no time because they are rich countries after all. So I don't see any reason why btc will go down that hard.

915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk has been blocked in Russia because of Gambling advertisement on: March 30, 2020, 03:12:21 AM
For this reason, do you guys think the Russian local board will be erased soon?
Nope will not happens, unless Putin ordered Trump to do it, which doesn't worth the effort  Tongue
And i doubt theymos will erase one of the most active local board, even today i count many posts, so no worries about our Russian friends!
Good to know, I thought it will have greater chance to get deleted because of this news. At least they still got a reason for staying here. Good luck for them on how they will access this site. I know VPN could work but they should be very careful or else they'll receive a punishment for sure. We all know how sharp the claws of Putin's governance Smiley. Nonetheless, I hope this is not final — I hope they will revoke their decision.
916  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2 User apply in same campaign, it's bounty cheater? on: March 29, 2020, 05:26:12 PM
If they apply from both accounts at once, that will obviously abusing bounty even though they get accepted or not. On the other hand, if they apllies on different weeks if the previous account weren't accepted, then it's okay in my opinion.
Based on what I understand on what you've said, applying Accont 1 & 2 simultaneously today but Account 1 is only accepted then after weeks you attempt to apply Account 2 and fortunately got accepted as well is allowed and not breaking the forum rules. Am I right? If your answer is yes then I might disagree with it unless that certain campaign tolerates such manner (though impossible to happen). This is wrong in all ways because you are abusing the campaign already, that is not the right etiquette of a decent bounty hunder/sig campaign participant. And anyone proven guilty should accept red tag. Some of you might find it too harsh but for me it sounds fair, the best way to remove cancer-like members here inside.
917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk has been blocked in Russia because of Gambling advertisement on: March 29, 2020, 02:58:58 PM
But banning the forum itself is unnecessary,
Indeed, because this forum just serve as the platform for spreading news. It doesn't necessarily mean that it has sometjing to do with the shady stuffs started by scammers Sad. Don't get me wrong, I really love how Russia put attention regarding such matter becuase this means that their government really cares. However I think they're overreacting already.

For this reason, do you guys think the Russian local board will be erased soon?
918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not we donate some Bitcoin for corona virus? on: March 29, 2020, 09:19:12 AM
Many countries and organizations have opened different chanels for donations to fight corona virus or for research for vactination.
That's good to be honest Smiley. I really appreciate those people behind those charitable works. Like here in our country, many organizations and different icons from various industries do something to ease the burden of infected, the frontliners and even those healthy countrymen who suffer from the lockdown. Props to them but I can't help myself to become lonely a little bit because aside from goods they only accept cash donations Sad. I hope in the future (I'm not wishing for another disaster of course) they will now include crypto, mainly bitcoin, as a form of donations.
919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: March 29, 2020, 05:28:07 AM
No business left for me, I'm free all the time so for now I just enjoy spending my time in my friend's house. My daily routine are just limited to playing games, sleeping and eating nothing more and nothing less. *sigh I'm soo bored already but still blessed because I'm not yet crazy Grin. Actually we are now heading to day 15 (as far as I remember) of community quarantine and the journey is still long so I must become stronger in order to kill this boredom. So help me God Smiley.

Honestly, I miss sportsbetting so bad. I hope this misery will end soon.
920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: March 28, 2020, 11:29:50 AM
Though bounties help a project to create popularity and hype among crypto users, the main investment and funds is brought in by the team's marketing and closing ability.
You already nailed it! Exactly, projects/services get even more popular with help of bounties especially if it is done in a place with very high population like this forum. And for me, that's a big thing already because you directly hitting your objective as a promoter — introduce your work to as many as you could. Actually, I think there's nothing to lose for them when they make bounties/sig campaigns here in the first place simply because for sure the money they allocate here is just the tip of their total fund Grin. So for me, it is all worth it!
