901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling payments fees on: February 20, 2021, 10:42:25 PM
Yes, the gambling websites are still charging the high fees but that is because they want to lead our transaction towards quick confirmations. For this problem, most gamblers have now shifted to cheap crypto like trx and ltc which costs very less fee compared to btc and eth withdrawals on these gambling sites, in fact, these times are when these low price and low fee coins can be utilized to their best advantage.
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take team's cohesion into account when betting? on: February 20, 2021, 10:22:12 PM
This is a just a TV show it's scripted, if the team has no talent even if you give them the best encouraging words that they've heard in their life, they are not going to turn into a champion team, talent is mold for many years and it's not only words, all the team has high morale while playing but talented and team effort wins the game.

You may be right here but I have seen some underdog teams changing the games after intervals during half time. Don't you think that they were motivated enough that they get great energy out of it and if every single player decides to play for the team instead of looking for their personal benefits, that energy works as a teamforce and makes that underdog team win?
903  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Amepay does not keep payment promises Bounty on: February 19, 2021, 11:12:09 AM
Small Rabbit told us about a distribution wallet that sent out some tokens to those who staked their AME tokens on exchange's and the main wallet. Those interest values were manually paid by the team but we don't know why are they now delaying to pay us. I think that even the manager is helpless here because it is the team and their hired men who are putting pressure on him to ask us to keep patience and support the delay while the price is only increasing. Even if it is not manager's fault, i think that if the team 'now' decides not to pay us, the manager's reputation will be harmed.
904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com announces Israel Adesanya as their Global branded ambassador on: February 15, 2021, 11:42:20 PM
Would like to congratulate Stake on their biggest achievement so far. A champion has become the brand ambassador of a champion gambling website in the gambling industry, speechless. Waiting on some giveaways as I want some free money these days to bet on these games and win big.  Grin
Keep it up guys and bring us more surprises.
905  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Missed out on bitcoin, please make me a plan now on: February 15, 2021, 11:25:32 PM
No need to cry as buying dips will also bring some profits to you. Did you buy the dip that happened on 14 Feb? Excuses don't work in financial world and you should take action and wait for its reaction instead of looking for help. There are new IDOs taking place and many coins are still undervalued with a chance to go up any time. Why are you still waiting? Go, find some by DYOR and then invest. Nobody can tell you that specific coin to buy because you will blame them if it will not perform.
906  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live games & Slots!| on: February 15, 2021, 11:11:54 PM
I have no target of profit anytime I participate on this kind of contest but I have a limit on how much is the max amount I should spend. I will stop playing once I feel that my luck is over, no matter I'm in positive or negative. Just like the latest Deposit Race, I stopped when I made $150 profit as I felt that my luck was over when my balance seems to be stuck (hard to get more winnings/get more dead spins).

I am glad I saw your post today which shows that you know when to stop. Congratulations on your insane profits. If I may ask you to create a video of your journey of reaching an unspecified target (profits) from a $25 deposit, will you make and upload it to YouTube? We will be happy to share it and gain you huge number of unique views.

Maybe you can try the normal spins (not the buy feature)
I have tried normal spins and the results are not too difficult to get the Bonus round

Buy feature is really bad if you consider my experience. I tried it with demo at first and was amused. Then, when I bought it with real money while playing for real, I lost 75% of its purchase price.
907  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betnomi scam-ish behaviour on: February 15, 2021, 10:58:27 PM
They bribed people from the forum through indirect sponsorship.

Bribed through? Signature?

Quote
They are known for holding payouts for a very long time and not cashing out.

I never faced such an issue, if the withdrawal didn't process instantly, I contacted sorsis and he helped immediately.

What strikes me the most is that 2 months ago they posted a customer's passport on the forum. You would only be a customer of this site, and then suddenly see your passport on the forum so that everyone can see who you are.

I am unaware of such an incident, can you please share a link about it here? I want to see if they really did that.

@csmiami, from my own experience and knowledge, they had been fine till now so cannot complain that I ever had any problems gambling there and my fellow posters, please don't start saying that I'm shilling on their behalf as this is my experience at their website. If you think they should be flagged at some point, please do so and I will support if enough proof will be available.
908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feb 22 & XRP, what do you think will happen? on: February 15, 2021, 10:40:19 PM
Don't overthink and just wait and watch this event, don't try to trade this because it will eventually swipe out all your capital if you will not take care of proper money and risk management. We may see 2-sided big wicks taking place on XRP on a daily chart for that day (22 feb) as both ends will pressurize each other to win the battle and wicks will happen that will liquidate so many noobs.
909  Economy / Speculation / Re: Manipulation of price will decrease soon? on: February 15, 2021, 10:24:09 PM
If big institutional 'groups' are formed and they buy crypto suddenly, then manipulation will take place. If institutions hit exchanges one by one, the growth will be stable and the manipulation curve will decrease upto some extent. It can be noticed that btc or any major cryptocurrencies that are here to stay, will not see sudden falls and if they do, they will be bought up by new institutions and will remain stable and can only grow till any institution decides to leave crypto after taking out their profits. We saw Elon adding #bitcoin to his Twitter bio and btc saw a quick pump, imagine what will happen if he tweets #boycottbitcoin
910  Economy / Economics / Re: Indian Economy to grow at 11.5% in 2021 say IMF on: February 15, 2021, 09:55:18 PM
I doubt there is a lot of BTC in India, so whatever the government does it can't have that big an impact. Are there any known Indian BTC whale ?

I know many traders in India personally who trade above 1k btc on a daily basis and such whales will not let their business shut down so easily. The path that Indian government chose is not the right one as they did not adopt internet in its early days which is why they were 10 years behind 'in terms of dealing with it' where many countries adopted it early. They are doing the same with crypto and will regret later.
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do gambling websites start investigating accounts only after big wins? on: February 15, 2021, 09:38:55 PM
# If a player has cheated against them and they have proof for the same like multi-accounting and arbitraging as seen in most cases.

# If the gambling website does not have enough bankroll to pay for that big win to the customer and their intention is also not to pay anything to him/her, they will just block his/her account. Some websites compromise with the customer and pay their deposits, some offer extra over it out of their wins and some do not give anything and are declared bankrupt.
In case they don't have the money they should ask the player to wait and next time make the max win smaller in such a way that they are able to pay the player in case he wins it.

I do not think that any gambler who wins big will lend time to a gambling website to manage funds and pay him because gamblers are more clever than before and they know their good and bad, while the gambling website may run away or declare themselves bankrupt as I said before, then what will the gambler do and where will he go? I think there must be some insurance for these gambling websites which may help them to pay such big wins to customers at the time of bankruptcy.
912  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do i need to be a successful trader ? on: February 15, 2021, 09:22:30 PM
I have always learned that patience is the key to success and it pays off when you can hold longer. A friend of mine told me few days ago that if I would have kept eth till now that I bought for $1 a coin in 2015 and had 100 coins, it may have given me 1000x in profits but I sold it for $10 per coin in 2016, so no 1000x for me but just $1000. Trading costs time, very long time because these assets were worth nothing because no recognition was there, and now cryptocurrencies are seen everywhere.
913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we lose at gambling? on: February 15, 2021, 08:59:03 PM
I can relate myself with you because when we are chasing loses there usually comes a time when we actually end up covering our losses but then we start thinking of making some extra and that's where the end usually occurs. I remember playing a few months back when I lost around $40 and to recover them I deposited like $200 and I was quite happy to recover by sports betting and was sitting pretty at around $280 but then I just kept betting for some reason and lost everything.

I believe the cycle of recovering loss works like this - Loss -> Deposit more -> Recover -> Play more -> Bust everything -> Get mad lol Grin.

I don't deposit more but lose it like 50% lost, so I don't stop and keep trying to get back my bankroll and sometimes make 400% of the remaining bankroll which is 200% of initial bankroll. Yeah I get mad a lot when I lose everything. I have prepared a chart and have written almost all my mistakes that I commit during gambling but I am still unable to follow them and there is just one reason that makes me chase my losses - greed. We cannot control our emotions when we gamble and it pinches in our mind to stand up, try again to win back the loss and then withdraw. My problem is that I never withdraw even after winning back my bankroll.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do gambling websites start investigating accounts only after big wins? on: February 15, 2021, 08:40:59 PM
-snip-

The answer to this question is to "Stick to those legit gambling sites"

The problem is not sticking to legit gambling websites, but which 'legit gambling sites' do they think are legit and which sites are really legit. Gamblers who play on a website, if freezes or locks their account due to suspicious activity some day, turns out to be a scam for them? With such mentality, almost all gambling sites are scam because websites that stick to their rules can ask you to do KYC even if you only have $22 in your account there but such websites have a reputation and are legit to me. Yes, I talked about the issue of that newbie who started screaming 'Stake Scam' after getting locked out of his account due to suspicious activities.
915  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Play Smarter 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: February 15, 2021, 08:00:24 PM
Thank you, I totally agree with you. Funny thing is I don't have another account and i didn't break their terms of use. Its a scam, what they do, pure scam.

You are calling Stake to be scam, thieves, etc.
Keeping our 'support' for Stake aside, I want to ask you a question here:
Do you even know who you are talking about?
It's Stake you are accusing, which is a sister site of Primedice, Primedice which had been online and paying all its players for years. Even millions of $ in payments were made to real people and the management of Stake has many members of Primedice included, so before accusing for a $22 (kinda money-laundering), I think you should go check their history. I rarely heard any accusations against Stake and please don't come to me saying that they were only interested in stealing from you alone.  Cheesy
916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we lose at gambling? on: February 15, 2021, 07:37:58 PM
Chasing losses has been the best example that suits everyone's situation including me. I try to chase my losses and sometimes even double my portfolio, but greed never lets me stop at that point and I decide to gamble further and when I get under my capital again, I try to chase my loss with higher bets and lose all of it.
917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do gambling websites start investigating accounts only after big wins? on: February 15, 2021, 07:19:34 PM
There can only be two reasons:

# If a player has cheated against them and they have proof for the same like multi-accounting and arbitraging as seen in most cases.

# If the gambling website does not have enough bankroll to pay for that big win to the customer and their intention is also not to pay anything to him/her, they will just block his/her account. Some websites compromise with the customer and pay their deposits, some offer extra over it out of their wins and some do not give anything and are declared bankrupt.
918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UBER will start to transact with Bitcoin? on: February 15, 2021, 07:06:26 PM
Bitcoin is good for everything.
If bought, holders can wait for profits and sell it later at their targeted price.
If taken as a form of payment, there is no risk because the company is not buying it out of their pockets but are accepting it and will probably change it for fiat. This will be a different experience than holding and trading btc.
These companies are at advantage because they have a business for which they can charge in btc, but it is good only when what they are charging is higher compared to the fee paid per transaction. Though, if CEO of Uber showed interest in accepting crypto, he must be having some vision in his mind.

The combined betslip that I made with the free bet I got from the SuperBowl event has won. I appreciate sportsbet.io and Steve so much. I like to make bets on sportsbet.io and I hope that I keep winning.  Grin

This is quite crazy winning 4.5 mbtc with a free bet. You should have posted this here when you made this bet and I may have followed. However, I only managed to make around 2 mbtc with 2 mbtc free bets (1 for super bowl and another 1 for updating my app), withdrew and traded it and lost.  Undecided

People will see if he has basis on this complaint.
Stake will not tarnish their reputation just because of small amount.
I don't think stake team is not looking at his case as they are pretty much active with response to their players.
They are one of the established casinos here and I don't believe they will just ignore his case without basis.
I have the feeling that he knows what he violated and he is just in denial stage here.

I feel really bad for the sites which are accused of scamming their customers 'even after serving their best to them.' Before accusing Stake, did the accuser try to contact Stake directly on this matter? They can be accused for not replying if they were sent a request to look into this at first. But looks like he did not go the right way and chose to harm Stake's reputation by accusing them.
