Do not be bothered by the recent drop of active users or by the number of replies to your topics.

How will you handle some rated X contents? Disturbing and gruesome contents that will be displayed in that site? What if those pedophiles found this project and posted a bunch of child pornographic contents in your site? How will you handle that thing? Because as far as I can see, this is a free website that anyone could use to their advantage because number one, it is anonymous and they can get away from it. I'm sure there will be a lot of these people in there and your site will be full of X rated contents in a matter of seconds if this gets really out of hand. X rated is the easiest cash grab in the internet.

I just don't get it. How will you handle this things when this went south? I'm interested in what your replay is.

Edit: Got my answer in discord. Nice conversation, straight and clean answer. If anyone is interested in the conversation. Just go to this imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/xz99E79. To summarize, Rated X contents can happen in this platform and they won't do anything about it. Anything can be streamed here.

I received an email from ETN team last November regarding AnyTask and I really thought that it was just a spam email from someone else. But, it appears that the ETN is quite serious about it and they Tweeted about it few days ago.

"We are excited to announce great progress has been made with #AnyTask. After two testing phases, the platform is now in a very good place. The BETA launch to the wider public will be ready before the end of January. More AnyTask updates next week."

Code: (TWEET & WEBSITE)
https://twitter.com/electroneum/status/1215653534256988161
https://www.anytask.com/

Can already see that the website is running but I do have some issue with it. Whenever I tried to think of a username for account creation, it doesn't let me create it as it says most of my names are already taken. What I did is I thought of a lot of usernames to take but all of them are already taken so I randomly smash my keyboard and guess what, q20a3hwed9chawe39urnhfun is already taken too!

I think they should look into this before making an official release.. Or perhaps I am mistaken to think that it is already launched? I know it's still in beta but I don't know if account creation is suppose to be working or not. Hoping for an answer.
946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SCENARIO BEHIND BITCOIN on: February 10, 2020, 03:01:52 AM
The talk about satoshi's identity is getting too cliche. There are thousands of posts on the forum discussing satoshis identity but at the end of the day, Its completely irrelevant. Bitcoin isn't centered on just one person and certainly not Satoshi.

Yes, I don't know why but there's an increasing talk about the identity of Satoshi this month. I've already seen 3 freshly made threads today and they are full of shit with their conspiracies, and now this thread.

What are your Arguments?

How can the most decentralized, own your key, transparent, technology that you could ever want have the conspiracy to control people when Bitcoin itself is against it? What are your arguments?
947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: **TAKE YOUR COINS OFF EXCHANGES** on: February 09, 2020, 05:01:18 AM
Not going to happen for everyone. Trading will always be a thing even in the cryptocurrency world and exchanges is the only thing that will help gate that way. Even if the risk is there, traders have no choice since it's the fastest and the most profitable. Although it's the best advise for a holder like me, it's still not applicable to day-to-day traders, and there's a lot of them in fact.

Any updates on the bounty for the last month? It's already Feb 9 and the spreadsheet hasn't been updated yet. I'm hoping to get an answer.
Payment renewals have been available since February 1.  You can see in the January payment column for the signature campaign.

I see. That's a mistake of mine. I didn't notice it is at the first part of the spreadsheet. I thought it would be continued at the last after the December report so I didn't bother looking at the first part. Thank you for pointing that out. Have a nice day.  Smiley
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: GLDS - Digital currency backed by real gold on: February 09, 2020, 03:32:12 AM
There's not much in here. How can you prove that you own something just by having those fancy pictures and videos? We want transparency and real documents that we could check 24/7, not those facade that you are presenting to us that you get after googleing for 5 seconds. Where can we actually see this company? Does this company complied with the legalities yet? we need answers.

I haven't read much but if you could point us to where we could get the answer, then that would be good too but if you are just pointing to your whitepaper without giving a definite source, then this is a definite scam.

Coins.ph getting hacked?
Or kahit sariling way ng security like yung mga old laptops or something, basta magawan ng paraan.

Yep. For some reason sobrang common parin ung linyang "safe/secure naman ang coins.ph" kahit historically karamihan ng exchanges, kahit ung mga exchanges na malayong malayong mas malaki pa sa Coins.ph e vulnerable sa hacks. MtGox, Bitfinex, etc.

952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to newbies who wants to mine coins for start on: February 07, 2020, 02:18:28 AM
I believe 2 kinds of mining exist.

1. Normal "guaranteed" income mining where you just mine a big coin where you pretty much know how much you will make at all times.

2. Investment mining, where you mine either a freshly launched coin or one that is still very new and wait for the value to go up.
If you were lucky to be one of the first miners on a new coin and got a small bag of coins, then after a few weeks, the value could go up.

But like I said, its an investment and the risk is high.
The investing mining you mentioned is ( Cloud Mining) which is the most dangerous mining idea in crypto space, you have no control of any thing and the team behind the cloud mining website are the ones to send out your rewards every day, many Cloud mining services already exit scam and most of them have no real mining farms

What are you talking about? Did you even read the whole message or just read the first 2 words? He didn't mention anything that is connected to cloud mining, he said that investing mining is like a lottery mining where you mine a new coin and pray that you get lucky to get someone to pump it.

This just shows that you are not paying attention or even reading anything and just in fact cares only about posting some random stuff

To be honest, I don't recommend any mining at all especially for those newbies. It's not profitable and it takes a lot of maintenance to do wherein stakes or dividends, just invest and wait.
Kaya never talaga akong nag-submit ng KYC ko kahit saang ICO man or exchange maliban sa coins.ph.

It's better safe than sorry.
954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why most of ALTCOINS are dead or worthless? on: February 06, 2020, 01:09:19 AM
I don't think it was all on Ethereum. The thing here is that even if Ethereum wasn't created in the beginning, there will still be scammers and shitcoins, nothing will solve people's greediness. The failure of the coin was due to that fact that they really don't have any solid plan to make the coin worthwhile. Most of them are money grabbing coin/token to attract investors from which the developers once have their desired investors, they can just runaway.
955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ETH] I was scammed on Youtube. What to do? on: February 06, 2020, 01:00:08 AM
Jeez. I am so impressed, not by the scammers but by your naivety. I just can't believe how people fall for this even if they know that the cryptocurrency space is full of scammers. This is plain sight robbery. Why didn't you do your research first before sending the money? You are either naive or this is fake. You even plugged your eth address for donations.

Maybe, just maybe, you are the one who is robbing here?
We all know that this crypto space are full of scammers but the thing is he is just reporting it to us in order for us to be more aware about on what situation he is up to. Scammers are everywhere in the crypto space and what we need to do is to share all of our experience to them in order for them to be more practical and more knowledgeable about what the scammers are planning into, and the best thing to do is to do dome research and ask someone in order not to br victim of scammers again.

Did you read the whole thread? He is not just reporting it to us, he is also asking for donations which is equivalent to begging here in the forum. That's one of the reason why I can't take this story seriously. A newbie account who knows about cryptocurrency but got scammed from a too good to be true giveaway and is asking for donations, isn't that quite suspicious?

957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: February 04, 2020, 02:38:13 PM
Just dump your XRP for now. It is making some big mistakes that is affecting its market. Though I'm an investor of XRP, I know its limit and reaching that high number is just a pipe dream because this coin goes against the original purpose of Bitcoin and most cryptocurrency which is decentralization. Though I'm not hoping for it to climb high, it will still give a decent return when you invest in a good price. I invested last December and now I'm at good profit. I recommend that you don't give much hope for this coin but play with it.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing 1$ every day in bitcoin over the last five years on: February 04, 2020, 01:36:13 AM
I wish I could have known Bitcoin Back when it was first made. This just shows how much profit you could gain from investing in Bitcoin rather than investing in stocks even with just 1 dollar, though it wasn't as safe. This is the reason why I do the same thing, I always have at least save a portion of my salary to Bitcoin and do it every month, not missing a once because I know that the potential of Bitcoin is high. Even though I started 2017, the return is still pretty decent.
959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Change mainstream media's perception on "Bitcoin being used by thieves" on: February 03, 2020, 02:52:23 AM
The only way to do it is to start ourselves. If no one believes or clicks this kind of news, then they'll just reduce this kind of articles because media is all about the clicks and everyone loves a shocking news or a negative news which a lot of people clicks.

But let me be honest, this are just pipe dreams. A lot of people just doesn't care much about the news medias is throwing at them. As long as they are entertained, then a lot of people will click even if it there's little to no truth in it. That's the reason why I stop believing it and just use it as some sort of a signal.
960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not we donate some Bitcoin for corona virus? on: February 02, 2020, 04:38:54 AM
I've already donated some of my Bitcoin to directrelief. I feel like I'm being part of something important as having a Bitcoin donation is helping with the adoption and the whole world. With the increasing Bitcoin donation from the community, I think the other platforms will try to adopt Bitcoin too. Not only we are helping those in need, we will be part of something.

Also to the people above, it's not like all the people are equal. We should consider that a lot of people are those below their financial needs and donating would be a lot of help for those really who in need. It's not like China is the only place that you could donate to, why don't you guys consider the Philippines? Any donation is a lot of help be it money or physical necessities like mask.
