941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we buy tokens for young projects? on: November 15, 2021, 05:27:40 AM
I think this is a difficult question, isn't it too big a risk to invest in projects that are just being developed? On the other hand, if the project has a good roadmap and a promising team, then you can invest and get good profit in the future. By the way, it seems to me that the CheckDot project, which is associated with the verification of other crypto projects, may be quite promising in terms of investments.

What do you think about this issue? Do you invest in young and just starting projects?

Honestly, you don't have to invest in new projects to make it. There are a lot of undervalued projects that have been around for a few years that haven't mooned yet. These are safer investments because if they were going to exit scam, they would have done it when they were new. As long as development is still ongoing, and they have a good roadmap, these may be better investments. I like 0xMR and RVN specifically.
942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good list for a short or medium term investment? on: November 15, 2021, 05:25:28 AM
Hello,
In your opinion, is following list good for a short or medium term investment?

  • SLP
  • KEEP
  • NU
  • CPO
  • NBC

Any idea welcomed.

Thank you.
Frankly the only one of those that I have heard of is KEEP and I sold that a long time ago. I'm currently investing in the NEAR ecosystem, that's what the big boys are doing: A16z, pantera capital, coinbase ventures, grayscale investments... I'm buying NEAR, REF, OCT, and the DeBio IDO on skyward finance. NEAR is in the top 40 cryptos now and it won't be long before it's top 15.
943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins not available on Binance. Missing something? on: November 15, 2021, 05:23:03 AM
Hi, guys

New into crypto. New into Binance.

I just tried to buy some coins but it seems that they are not in Binance.

Just as an example: According to https://coinmarketcap.com/view/vr-ar/ the coin with ticker CAPP is in top 5 in the VR category. However it is not present in Binance, so I cannot buy it. I assume it is just not listed there for some reason.

If I cannot buy that coin from one of the recognized platforms such as Binance, then how can I buy this coin, and any other that is not listed there?

Again - this coin is just for the sake of the example.
It costs projects up to 1 million USD to list on Binance. Not every project wants or is able to afford that. You can trade any token on decentralized exchanges but you need to learn how to use metamask. If you can't understand metamask try NEAR protocol, it has a decentralized exchange (Ref Finance) that allows you to trade a large number of cryptos and NEAR is as easy to use as checking your email.
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT hype-Who knows what the next big thing in crypto will be? on: November 12, 2021, 09:50:54 AM
Some people are spending millions of dollars on NFTs like crazy these days. They buy so-called NFT art sold out for ten million of dollars (USD) as their Avatars of social platforms.
It sounds ridiculous, which is exactly its charm.
For what I know, crypto behaves in strange and bizarre ways. First it was the ICO hype. Then came the "De-Fi" hype. And now it's the NFT hype. Who knows what the next big thing in crypto will be?
The next big thing in crypto is the metaverse. We will see farms and AMMs and lending platforms like Qubit, Burrow, Ref Finance, Spookyswap, Alpaca in VR space in the metaverse. You can walk into one of these dapps and interact with it, just like you would a bank. Staff can be on site to assist you.
945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more suitable for investors, Eefi or NTF? on: November 12, 2021, 09:49:07 AM
Due to the non-interchangeable characteristics, the circulation of NFT tokens is extremely poor, but with the development of the Defi concept, another new gameplay possibility of NFT tokens has been born: "Defi+NFT". The core value of the combination of DeFi and NFT is whether to use NFT to generate more assets, especially in the use of DeFi, whether it is games, mortgages, loans, and pawns, it is very suitable for NFT assets. DeFi + NFT = decentralized finance + non-homogeneous currency, is to transplant the method of liquid mining to the NFT field, is it the best partner?
Eventually we will see tokenized NFTs that can be used for trading on AMMs like Ref Finance or used for loan collateral on platforms like AAVE. In the future your home will be an NFT and you can trade it or put it up for a loan to buy another house or a car.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should the Uber of crypto use Ethereum or build its own chain? on: November 12, 2021, 09:46:35 AM
Should a decentralized ride share have its own blockchain or would it be better to piggyback off on Ethereum?

Pros of going with Ethereum:
- All the hard stuff taken care of.
- Easier to find Solidity developers.
- Tokens and future requirements easy to make.
- People already know how to use web3. Metamask.
- Easier to bootstrap with airdrops.

Cons:
- Ethereum community is focused on money as opposed to freedom.
- Soylicon Valley influence.

Here's the white paper for the same - http://degenrides.io

First, degenrides is a bad name because it implies degeneracy will occur inside the taxi. Second, the project doesn't need it's own chain, you can get a grant to build on NEAR protocol or another chain. DM me for details.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When TRON (TRX) will be pump on: November 12, 2021, 09:45:03 AM
Almost all cryptocurrencies have been too much pumped but why not Tron??
I can tell you why, CZ probably told Justin to back-off for a bit so he could build out BSC. Additionally, TRON never released a cross-chain bridge like most other EVM chains did, so it never grew.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment on: November 12, 2021, 09:41:17 AM
I have some capital and I will like to know the right token to investment in. Am new to NFTs and will love to get your opinion on which NFT to buy for a short term base.
NFTs on Paras on NEAR protocol are increasing in value quite rapidly. I'm personally looking forward to AMM exchanges like Ref Finance trading tokens backed by the value of NFTs or enabling borrowing based on NFT value.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are some high-quality, legit projects that are under $0.10? on: November 12, 2021, 09:40:03 AM
Ok so I'm looking to load up some serious bags on a handful of high-quality, legit projects that are under $0.10

So what does The Hive suggest?

Give me options of tokens that are under $0.10, as well as $0.01.

Looking for 5-10 solid projects that are just getting started with a large potential.

I know low market cap and other things need to be taken into consideration, but we can discuss other qualifiers once we compile a list of the best tokens under $0.10.

Thanks!
0xMR is traded occasionally for .09 on Uniswap v2, Mooniswap, and spookyswap but is traded at .25 on Polygon, xDAI and BSC AMMs. You can arbitrage or get in at a better price on Ethereum or Fantom. It's an under the radar project because it's mineable, so there was no IDO/ICO to fund listings or marketing. Instead everyone has to mine tokens or buy them on exchanges. There are no team funds and it's impossible for the project to exit scam or dump on you like other projects. 0xMonero token has real world utility because it's used in several casinos, they run their own called mixercasino dot com, and they are building conceal protocol multi-chain mixer with zk-snarks.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we avoid scams in blockchain? on: November 12, 2021, 09:37:12 AM
Hello everyone, I'm interested in the issue of checking projects and tokens.

There are many projects and each shows users big plans and ambitions. But as practice shows, not all projects keep their word and people often lose money by investing in the wrong project.

Recently I came across a project that was created to solve this problem - CheckDot. They have a nice strategy for checking and verifying projects, which seems to be useful.

What do you think about this problem and what solutions do you see?

The best way to avoid scams on Ethereum and other compatible chains like Polygon and BSC are to invest in mineable tokens with no premine, ICO/IDO, or dev wallet, like 0xMonero. Unlike 99% of other projects, there is no way for the team to dump on you or exit scam because they do not control the supply, miners do.
951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment poll on: November 12, 2021, 09:35:38 AM
Dear Members, I am planning to invest $1000 to buy few risky coins with a good possibility to grow. From your perspective, which of the above coins have better potential to grow. Would you split $200 between each of the coins or rather buy 1-2 projects? You may vote for few projects. Thanks

I suggest you stop buying garbage and invest in something like REF or BOO that can be farmed. I'm earning 50 usd per day on Ref Finance and 15 usd per day on Spookyswap. You could also stake. I'm earning 100 usd per week staking Songbird.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a token on Bsc that isn' t a scam? on: November 11, 2021, 09:38:02 AM
My question is: is there some token on bsc that isn' t pumped for bull trap?
0xMR hasn't pumped yet and the chart looks good on poocoins.
953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the fastest way to grow wealth in our present world of digital currency? on: November 11, 2021, 09:36:24 AM
Altcoins and NFTs, without a shred of doubt.

We have entered the age of digital transformation and the digital economy.
Boomers were able to get rich by simply buying a house in the 80s and sprinkling their savings across low risk stocks, which netted them a 45x.

Now, crypto was the chance for us get rich with a 100x in Bitcoin since 2015 at $500, another 100x for those who invested last year and probably another 50x for those who invested this month.
Everything is digital now.

Don’t get left behind.
NFTs seem to be the fastest way, so do dog coins but those are high risk. I prefer to yield farm on Spookyswap, Ref Finance, and Pancakeswap. These are paying me 100 usd per day, which is enough to live on.
954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PancakeSwap on: November 11, 2021, 09:35:07 AM
I'm starting to notice that fees are rising even on the BSC, but what I can't understand is how PancakeSwap fees are calculated and how (if it does) slippage tolerance could affect the amount of fees I have to pay for each transaction (where do I have to apply the slippage percentage shown in order to exactly calculate the total spendig).
Slippage is for pools with a lower amount of liquidity or tokens with transaction taxes on them. If Pancake is too difficult to understand, try Ref Finance, it doesn't require metamask.
955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stellar Price Prediction: Is Stellar (XLM) a Good Investment? on: November 10, 2021, 12:48:44 PM
XLM Price Prediction is one of the more generally known crypto projects, so it's stressing to see that XLM's value actually hasn't completely recuperated after the 2021 summer droop.

If this pattern proceeds, XLM may run alongside the bulls, overwhelming its $0.39 obstruction level and move higher. Alternately, if the financial backers betray the crypto, the bears may dominate and depose XLM from its upturn position. In less complex terms, the cost of XLM may dive to nearly $0.39, a negative sign.

In the interim, our drawn-out XLM value forecast for 2021 is bullish. It has a high chance of arriving at new statures. Notwithstanding, that will possibly occur on the off chance that it breaks numerous past mental protections.

XLM normally pumps before XRP so a good strategy might be to invest in XLM then when it pumps, sell for XRP then sell the pump for XLM again. It's quite risky though. Most people can't time the market. I make more money farming on REF finance and Pancakeswap than I do trading. Maybe the XLM AMM they are releasing will have farming on it.
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need help with 1st transaction on Trustwallet / Pancake swap on: November 10, 2021, 12:34:28 PM
This is the first time, I am using trustwallet / pancake swap

I am swaping Smart Chain BNB with MiniKishu

While swapping I am getting error as

"the transaction cannot succeed due to error: cannot estimate gas: the transaction may fail or may require manual gas limit"

I tried to change slippage from 0.5% to 1.0%

please inform what is the meaning of slippage and how to set manual gas limit as per above error

please help

I suggest using REF Finance on NEAR instead of trying to get a mobile wallet to work with DeFi. Ref Finance doesn't require metamask, you just log in on your browser like you do with your email. A lot of mobile wallets stopped working with DeFi recently because an exploit was found. There are few wallets that work with DApps now.
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No more long term bear market on: November 10, 2021, 12:32:48 PM
If bear market is going to happen in 2022 it won't last long like the past because this adoption of a thing is 10x more stronger than the past, if you think that all crypto coins are going to lose 90% of their value again you are dreaming, oh unless Covid 2.0 happens
Nobody knows for sure what will happen exactly except whales that control the market. The best that we can do is determine an exit strategy and sell as the market goes up and buy again as the market bottoms out. I personally have a portion of my funds that I cashed out in Ref Finance yield farming. That way it's still earning money regardless of what the market does and I can take funds out and sell them for USD when I'm ready.
958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone willing to be my mentor/helper? on: November 10, 2021, 12:09:45 PM
So I'm about to invest in cryptos for about 1500 euro after trying it out in september with great failure, lost a bunch, bought high and sold low cause I needed the money.  Now actually I'm thinking of flipping coins, find good coins in dip and sell them in pump and repeat in other coins, I'm gonna stop cashing out cryptos in need of money.
Most traders lose money. The advice I can give to you is to follow what this tweet says- https://twitter.com/MotherbrainDAO/status/1458371659677769729?s=20
If you need more advice you can send me a DM.

I should also add, what they don't tell you is that 90% of traders lose money. If you want to make it you need to mine crypto and/or yield farm on a platform like Pancakeswap or Ref Finance.

959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top Altcoins and it’s potential 21 (Drop Names) on: November 10, 2021, 12:07:59 PM
Good day my fellow crypto lovers and welcome all the newbies here, crypto has been growing rapidly and taking over fiat, even some banks now accept crypto.
In general they are some crypto currencies with huge potentials that we might have good chances of making a lot from them or its ecosystem I know of a few but I'll like to get some more from you guys. Please before I start mentioning note; this Is not a financial advice and will be best for you to DYOR before taking any financial approach. These are;
PYR
NEAR
Solana
Ltx.... Etc
These coins can make greater returns from what I've been seeing already sol proved me right now PYR and NEAR broke their ATH.Under these I mentioned you can get cool NFTs  (PYR,NEAR-paras.id) and some cool farming pools on ref.finance ... Sol did a metabuild proposal on twitter you should follow them for more opportunities. Note this is not a financial advice I urge you to Do your own research
Please add some cool coins to the list and mention it's cool future I'm here to learn.
I sold my Solana for NEAR, that's how bullish I am. If you want to make money, look at what the whales are buying. Coinbase ventures and Greyscale are both backing NEAR protocol and that's a good sign. Compared to Solana, NEAR has a lot more upside and so does Ref Finance. I hear REF is going to add lending soon Wink
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best DeFi Projcet 2021-2022 on: November 10, 2021, 12:05:18 PM
In your opinion, what is the DeFi project to keep on radar and study and which DeFi projects do you consider new gems and have you already bought them?

I'm currently making the most money farming on Tarot, Spookyswap, and Ref Finance.

In your opinion, what is the DeFi project to keep on radar and study and which DeFi projects do you consider new gems and have you already bought them?
For me I suggest to look into spiritswap dex. Its a project under the fantom umbrella, and seems could do a very big potential in the future most likely same with what pancakeswap did. The only difference its residi ng on fantom opera chain where ftm is their ecosystem. Im not recommending it to some beginner since everything in defi is quite dangerous or risky. But I assure you this platform will be one of the top tier projects in the future.
Spirit wont grow because many countries are region blocked.
