It's hard to predict if bitcoin will reach 8k this year , however , in the long term bitcoin will surpass the 8k $ value for sure. But in my opinion bitcoin will not reach that value this year , maybe somewhere near.
Always we people say bitcoin will reach to 10k or more than that but the bitcoin this time we are facing the hard fork effect dump but I am sure that bitcoin will started bump again in the chart. As every year we see the natural bump in the end of the november and complete december. You do not need to worry about it. It is just me or others doesn't have the same anticipation on this fork as compare to Aug. 1?
The forum was full of anticipation on the Bitcoin Cash before, but I don't feel any with the Bitcoin Gold? Previously, I felt that the forum was lively and there's a lot of discussions on Bitcoin Cash before, and almost everyone is updating what's the current situation of the fork and what blocks are we before the fork. But with this Bitcoin Gold, all members just want to get this free coins and dump it hard. And some have even stay late to be part of history.
But why with this fork everyone is not excited?
There is not that many people interested in this one because the progress of btg is slow. You may find the n number of threads about the bitcoin gold from the last month onwards by the forum members but I don't why forum moderator and top listed people from the forum does not open up their thought or information about bitcoin gold. I haven't checked in meta section about this. If any big shots created there excuse me for it. Even I don't find the pinned news by the theymos how he done for bitcoin cash. Simply doubt on all these things. |

Are you referring to cryptocurrency when you mention currency? If you do, I think Bitcoin is really ranked number 1. It cannot be compared to fiat currency because it is a virtual currency. It could be probably done neatly but I just use two batfiles to restart the miner periodically;
the miner .bat file:
:loop
miner.exe ...
goto loop
so that the miner will restart if closed and the second .bat is closing the miner periodically (every hour in this example):
:loop
timeout -t 3600
taskkill -t -f /im miner.exe
goto loop
This is the manual operation to mine the bitcoins with the batch file. You need to set the .bat file with the wallet address and reset=o Some of the batch file with cg or claymore software's batch file reset value can be increased to 1 or 2. Is there are any miner sotware reset automatically without the help of the manual interventions. |

I'll go for Day Trading. If everyday you earn 3%-4% then in 1 month you can double your capital. Our brain indeed is not prepared to deal with exponential growth. Many people have problems understanding exponential behavior in different aspects of the world.
But I don’t think many of them are depressed because those who sold at $100 made a good profit if they bought lower than that. This issue has been debated in the forum many times and I don’t find many people believing that there are still early adopters holding significant amounts of btc.
