What country is regulating? I haven't really noticed anything but if the ICO scene does move a to  acredited investors then I will probably look for a different coin alternative to the alternatives, I'm not gonna buy stocks from people with 10 million-100million or a billion dollars.

Then the whole market can go F**** itself it will be a wall street game.

Why don't more ICOs choose to go with the waves platform instead of Ethereum? Ethereum is pretty crowded and it takes a long time to load those balances..
Waves seems a perfectly fine operational platform?

Nah nog steeds hetzelfde, had ook hetzelfde met deeponion wou ook niet. ook zo'n conf gemaakt - type bestand: CONF dus het is wel gelukt wat je zei maar het heeft geen effect op de wallet daar staat nog steeds niet gesynchroniseerd

Waar kan ik de conf file vinden de download kwam met een zipfile en daarin alleen een applicatie

I don't believe in decentralised Real-estate, you can only decentralise so much. Decentralising Real-estate means losing control over quality.
Just because they deal with high value assets doesn't mean they will be succesfull, I think that is a big misunderstanding.
Decentralising government doesn't really work either, you get republics. But then again every governmental structure has flaws. But we can work around that because we are flexible but when it comes to something like Real-Estate where there's no flexibility, there's just am I going to repaint it or not and based on your intention and duration of the hold this will result in yes or no and I think that is harmfull for the industry and consumers alike.
Also in the case of Atlant where you work in a democracy you will have to rely on fellow traders to know what is viable and what is not. And I simply would not trust my peer traders to have sound judgment on real estate, lawyers or anything like that. You need to be very familiar with laws, tax regulations etc for real estate to be profitable or have a good lawyer. For myself I can only really see these projects succeed when you would invest in historically valued buildings such as a castle, windmills, old governmental buildings. But then you'd still be stuck with the costs of renovating.


Blockchain tech is great, amazing and this the core of the revolution you can't tokenize every industry and you would not even want that because it would make a mess of the economy. Though tokenzation of some industry's can he highly beneficial.
But this is just my opinion ofcourse.


I also think some company's aren't directly scamming but are abusing the age of the tech and the ICO structure of fundraising. Wasting investors money and so on, something I haven't noticed attention going to a lot. I also notice there aren't any real marketing researches done, more like; I just lick my finger see what the wind does and follow that.

In my opinion, I get why they do it but honestly it can bum me out when I see that in the last moments they start random bonusses, I just received an e-mail from electroneum giving a 50% bonus because BTC is up to 4k (their price is dollar pegged)
and another 50% bonus because you're in the bonus early.. like for real? I get the strategy but I also think that's a bit of a ''f*** you I don't give a f**88'' in my face.


I think bonusses should be kept to a pre-ico bonus and possibly a scaling bonus in the ico.

I liked the substratum bonus though where they offered a 10% bonus with 10% of the raised funds going into a jar for hurricane relief.

What do you mean, in terms of organisation? Of it's construction/business model? Or the worst scam.. which isn't really an ICO so I guess you can ignore them for this award.

Ik weet zelf niet precies wat een hard fork of fork of soft fork of wat dan ook is, heb er wel een keer over geprobeerd te lezen maar begreep er weinig van.
Ik ben er wel al achter gekomen dat de hard fork de druk op het netwerk moet verlichten.

Maar als ik zie hoeveel coins er nu op Ethereum staan en dat er ook nog andere portomonee's en netwerken zijn waar men haar coin/bedrijf etc kan bouwen ga ik eens kijken naar een alternatief voor Ethereum, ben van plan sowieso wat in waves te gaan investeren, heb zelf ook al NXT gekocht, maar ben vrij onbekend met deze zaken dus het is een beetje een gok maar aangezien het allemaal relatief nog jong is, is er vast nog wel wat speelruimte en in de tussen tijd probeer ik mezelf zoveel mogelijk bij te brengen hierover.

Denk sowieso wel, en alleen vanwege de jonge aard van ethereum en andere chain's dat er nog wel veel ruimte voor verbetering is en dat een ''Ethereum 2.0'' niet ver weg is.
Snap ook niet zo goed waarom niet meer mensen voor waves/lisk/Nxt kiezen. NEO zal misschien een wat minder populaire keuze zijn op het moment vanwege dat ze uit China komen (toch?)

Hey, I won't get into mining myself probabply but I have considered a start up mining. Are there miners that really make their living mining?

Wil even toevoegen dat ik zelf ietwat skeptisch was vanwege hun presentatie, sinds het nogal wat grammatica fouten heeft, de woordkeuze is goed maar veel misplaatste komma's. Ik ben momenteel bezig met hun Witboek te vertalen en de meer ik lees des te enthousiaster ik word over dit project. Ze hebben zeker hun onderzoek gedaan en weten wat er moet gebeuren en op welke manier. Dus ik meld even dat ik hier zeker aan mee zal doen, ook omdat er een bitcointalk lid bij betrokken is die al lang hier rondzwerft zie ik weinig kans dat dit een potentiële oplichting is, zelfs als het witboek en andere pagina's veel elementaire taal fouten bevatten.

Ze hebben ook een erg goed team.
