901  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Was the JFK Assassination Hoaxed? on: October 31, 2017, 05:20:07 PM
JFK speeched that there is a shadow government, he blatantly told so directly in one of his speeches not very long before he got assasinated. I'm pretty sure the same people he was trying to address to the American public are the ones behind it. Furthermore, they withheld 75,000 pages related to the JFK assasination in a last minute call.

But then again he made a lot of enemies, USA is corrupt as hell and there are plenty of people who had rather seen him dead than alive.
902  Other / Politics & Society / Re: To travel is to live on: October 31, 2017, 05:17:00 PM
"Travelling leaves you speechless, then turns you into a story teller" a famous quote.
the world is book and those who do not travel read only one page. What you people think about traveling is worthy for life or not?
i am in love with travelling because in the end we only regret the chances we didn't take.

Chewed out quote but nonetheless true. I hope to hit the road soon again, I backpacked for a while and returned home. I can't adjust back anymore. Once you start you can't quit.
The lifestyle is so different and everyday becomes an adventure. I'm looking forward to hitting the road once more.
903  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Former US President JFK Murder Conspiracy on: October 31, 2017, 05:14:11 PM
They withheld 75,000 pages and won't be disclosing them anytime in the future. I suppose the wound still has not healed and releasing it now because its fucking obvious its a government job, would stir a culture of distrust towards the government apart from the doomsday and conspiracy theorists they make fun of.
Ofcourse it isn't a mystery, I bet the government knows who's behind it because most likely its CIA/FBI. JFK speeched that there is a shadow government and thats where he ''went to far''.

Yeah I participated in the aidrop but can't be bothered using EtherDelta its a horrible exchange or my computer is to old. Idk.. I'll just keep it in my wallet see what happens, the token doesn't really impress me and I doubt it will see any other exchange than EtherDelta.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think ? on: October 31, 2017, 11:01:34 AM
I think going all in is the last thing you should do, going with promises isn't smart either.
Since these questions are asked every day I'm not going to bother listing coins that you could invest in, how about you take a few hours a day or a full week, whatever time you can and research different products and their markets?

I think you should make your own decision anyone will just recommend what they have stashed as this in alignment with their beliefs.
907  Other / Politics & Society / Re: India at 70 on: October 31, 2017, 09:27:27 AM
How is India a democracy when its politicians are in their function by virtue not election aren't most of the political parties related to eachother (family?)

Also India might have shaken and driven out the britains from their country but certainly not their minds. If you compare India now to how it was before the occupation, India certainly was in touch with its roots. The populace of India has westernized a lot. I personally think that India has a very profound spiritual background but it seems that a lot of Indians have forgotten about this and adopted the skeptic british mindset. Mahabharata remains one of my favourite books, I really like Vedic literature in general. But I feel as if India is really trying to be western when it should just be India, thats what it always was and what it should strive to be. Themselves. India was a modern country in itself without westerners.
It had manners, great fashion and very developed compared to most countries. Though there were and still are the class systems and in my modern mind I can't really agree on that, India has always had a good amount of prosperity being naturually rich and is home to some of the earliest philosphers even before Greeks. India could be considered the first country that was developed enough to have loads of free time and when any society gets free time they will devote this to philosophy, math, astrology and other sciences. Which is not only a privelege but also shows how socially developed a country is when there's a general free speech and free thought. Most western countries after the fall of Rome weren't ready for this untill the 17th century. Only Arabia dominated by Islam who didn't forbid sciences such as math and astrology didn't even come close to India in that matter.
I think India and its Vedic literatures is one of the few that actually acknowledges the possibility (or believes in it) that earlier civilisations were far more advanced that we are now.
And such theories are becoming truth more rather than fiction as we are unraveling inventions of the greeks that are very similar to early forms of computers. With all the civilisations lost in oblivion its hard to tell if we're the most advanced because there's nothing to compare us to except for some Greek literature, the middle ages and we know the Romans we're pretty keen on hygene and inventing stuff, the fact that we draw most of our science from earlier civilisations and also philosophy just shows how immature we are in our time.

But back to the point; India imo has a long way to go, cause those british might have left the country but they are still in the minds of many indians.

910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Unconfirmed Parent transaction on: October 30, 2017, 08:35:49 PM
Hello, I got an unconfirmed parent transaction from a payment for work I did in exchange for BTC. I do this on a regular basis and never had any trouble but apparantly the fee is to low and it doesn't confirm, some specs:

Fee / KB    0.00051921 BTC
Size    963 bytes

Fee seems reasonable right? I tried the child pays for parent option (which made me laugh a bit) but still nothing changed... anyone that can help a hodler out?
911  Economy / Economics / Re: The Bond Bubble and How Humanity Will Be Robbed By Banks Soon on: October 30, 2017, 06:24:11 PM
Aren't banks robbing us everyday? Also for how long have these video's and blogs been around saying: SOON! I think before youtube there were plenty of homeless people holding those signs, with the internet it has become business to hold those signs.
912  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold: Should We Cash Up or Dive In? on: October 30, 2017, 06:20:37 PM
It does baffle me, that someone like Peter Schiff, who is "woke" to so much that is wrong in the world, is unable to see the value of Cryptos.

A lot of doomsday people aren't fond of crypto's because historically they are right. Gold is the safety net when everything goes down the drain.
Also a lot of people think crypto's are part of an elite plan so they can EMP the fuck out of us and leave us without any wealth at all (whilst they accumulate what.. gold!).

If I had more money I'd probably get into gold aswell besides crypto, I'd just do both.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where's my airdrop!? on: October 30, 2017, 06:16:49 PM
Got to understand there's a lot different people in the world who use this forum, some less wealthy than others. For some airdrops, bounties and such are a great way of making a living. I'm not sure why you made this post though.

915  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: china illegaliseert ICO's on: October 30, 2017, 03:53:48 PM
Fake news.
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves hold for longterm Good or Not? on: October 29, 2017, 08:01:58 PM
I am sure, mid 2018 Waves could easily pass through 0.001. Current price conditions are only part of nature the market. It's unforgettable market has memory, there are times to rise also to descend. In fact, I am very optimistic about the future of Waves which has its own advantages over other altcoins that grow like mushrooms.

That's utterly dissapointing I'm expecting atleast double figures in 2018 not a $6 dollar range.. I'm gonna cry if thats true.
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we Seeing a pullback in ICO investments on: October 29, 2017, 05:52:38 PM
I think the biggest problem with ICO's right now is the amounts of money being generated. A lot of people just looking for an easy flip though with all the bonusses and whatnot it's quite a common occurance that big investers dump immediatly for instant gain (as we will likely see with electroneum).

But emphasis on the amounts of money being raised, if you compare ICO's to the conventional Angel Investing or VC its ridiculous. Most startups don't even get a 100k and have to proof themselves first. ICO's that don't even have a product or haven't even start developing raise 10million+ easy. Long term holders can expect serious difficulty in the future.
Cause most of these projects won't deliver 1% of what they promised and what they deliver is utter garbage.

Take Datum for example, its an idea without a working prototype. Hasn't even figured out 80% of the problems but has a hardcap of 153000ETH(aprox. $46million). The project and product even if they deliver is garbage, it won't work at all. Even their whitepaper is highly speculative. But most likely they will still raise enough to ''start developing'' it will flop guarranteed and money invested will simply evaporate.

I was skeptical at first about regulations on ICOs thinking you should just have a good understanding of what and how. But I'm coming back on that and I think its time for this space to become regulated. I'm avoiding ICOs myself cause I can see that most of them are completely useless, demand to much money, sell tokens at ridiculous prices, whitepapers are awefull and its litterly just money grabbing. Especially eastern-European ICOs are truly awefull.

919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone know why BCH is going up? on: October 29, 2017, 10:14:20 AM
My two cents is that you can expect BCH to be pumped the next two weeks so miners switch hashpower to BCH from Core. This leaves less mining power on Core and could make it easier for btc1 to take over from Core at the hardfork. All the mining power on BCH could be transferred to btc1 at the right time if Chinese miners are actually coordinating a takeover.

Seems like the most logical explenation of all. Thanks for that.
