1461  Economy / Speculation / Re: If we enter a bear market how long it will last? on: April 19, 2021, 07:12:45 AM
Honestly, we don't really know when will we stay in a bear run but we know that it will be a Golden opportunity for the people who wants to buy bitcoin at lower prices, and if it goes on longer then you can accumulate more bitcoin to get big profit when the prices pump up again.
1462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin problems that need to be solved on: April 19, 2021, 05:59:03 AM
about the first issue, that's why they have private and public key pair. It has irreversible feature, so it's hard to find out someone's private key even if you know his/her public key. I don't really see any security issues on that part yet but it's just my opinion Smiley but good point to talk about
The real problem in number one is the people not the medium, it is effective but if people are lousy with their security then they will still lose that key no matter how strong the key and its encryption is.
1463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tenants to pay rent with bitcoin on: April 18, 2021, 04:00:06 AM
Money ... it is also money and it is considerable Smiley. It does not surprise me. Soon, a very large number of services will allow you to pay with bitcoin. This is good news for us because we will not lose money on sales Smiley.
I would still pay my rent if I was a tenant with fiat because fiat has a fixed price and I don't think that it is a good idea because the landlord is the one that is going to benefit from all of this in the long term, remember that bitcoin grows overtime so your 1 month rent could be 12 months rent in no time.
1464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk stop messing up the crypto market on: April 17, 2021, 03:32:17 PM
Saw this tweet and it sums up crypto shilling perfectly I believe  Smiley

https://twitter.com/defigod1/status/1383154119385448448?s=21
This is sad but I think that being mad that others are successful is not a characteristic of a good person, he should be happy that his bro got cheddar and also he should talk to his bro about his insecurities. To be honest, I am not annoyed with Elon doing this because you can actually use his shilling t your advantage, if he can move the market, follow the wave, the trendy ones are more successful.
1465  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase secures eSports partnerships on: April 17, 2021, 02:49:54 PM
eSports has been growing fast in the last few years since it becomes one of the most favorite sports among young people. I am sure Coinbase realizes its potential to develop more in the future. With many young people involves in eSports, it is the chance for Coinbase to promote their service there. As we know that most crypto users are at a young age or young generation, it is the right decision to have a partnership with eSports.
It isn't growing fast, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger, remember that the International 9 is considered the biggest eSports tournament in the planet for almost 2 years now, I would say that the game that has eSports is increasing with more competitive scenes in almost any game imaginable, I would say that they are getting recognition from the mainstream.

Don't do this. The person you attack can sue you for assault, and you will possibly be criminally liable for the same.

Instead, you should contact the police or FBI who can investigate and pursue criminal charges against the person, if there is sufficient evidence.
But can I just say that I was on fight or flight mode and that I was doing a self defence because that piece of shit made a hoax bomb threat, basically I am just trying to beat the shit out of this kind of people who wants to get clout even if it means getting to jail or terrorizing people.
1467  Economy / Economics / Re: What's Next? After Bitcoin Passes The 60K Mark...... on: April 17, 2021, 01:21:14 PM
We recently got yet another ATH, and to be honest I dont know what to think.
Before this i was convinced that BTC will drop and altcoins will go up. Now it is so weird, we have BTC going sideways and some alts going up.

It could be that BTC will bounce off 70k becasue it is historical logarithmic ressistance or it can go thru it and then surely we know what is the next ressistance, the 100k!
I would put my chips on bitcoin reaching the 70k mark next and then it will stagnate there for awhile and then it will continue its run into 100k and 120k and so on. We can dream all we want what happens to bitcoin next but all we can do is hope for the best and be prepared no matter what happens.
1468  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinbase reported significant user growth before IPO on: April 17, 2021, 12:36:07 PM
They did go public so it is understandable that they have an increase in users. I am sure that almost any company that goes public is going to attract more people, it is a strange thing if that wasn't the case because that spells that the company isn't going to grow anytime soon.
1469  Economy / Economics / Re: Charlie Munger: "Bitcoin is an artificial substitute for Gold" on: April 17, 2021, 11:45:43 AM
I don't think bitcoin was created for the purpose of replacing previous payment system like gold or fiat. Bitcoin was created to help users manage their own money without the interference of any government and authorities. Bitcoin is also not made to compete with other investment asset, pure bitcoin is a decentralized payment system. We have a different innovation on bitcoin from the banking system. Let him continue his thought and belief, we know that bitcoin is more useful than just a new currency phenomenon.
It wasn't, it's just that these people who thinks that bitcoin is the cure all that thinks that it will replace the current system, satoshi dreamt of an alternative not a replacement, if he did dreamt so, he would have created more bitcoin.
1470  Economy / Economics / Re: Struggles of being a freelancer in Bangladesh on: April 17, 2021, 07:54:41 AM
I tried being a freelancer during the last few years and it was a rat race.
You don't have any consistent income and the competition is insane.
You have to work for demanding and low paying customers and you have to struggle to find new customers at the same time.
If you are happy being a freelancer, that's great.
Do I wanna stay in the freelance business? No thanks,I will try to find a 9/5 job.
That is another problem, you always have to be on top of your game because there are a lot of freelancers that can do the job and this also spawns the problem of abusive clients who exploit the idea of competition by giving lower rates since there are more people that are going to replace the freelancer if they did not accept the offer.
1471  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will I be safe from litigation? on: April 17, 2021, 05:52:41 AM
would you say to the cops/authority that you know that the bomb threat was a hoax? if yes, then, maybe or probably depends on how much force you used or if they let the guy press charges against you. but if not I think self-defence would apply since you thought you and other people could get hurt from the bomb. don't take my word for it since this is only an opinion from a civilian.
Thanks for the information, I am just preparing myself to beat up people senseless because they are threatening people with a bomb, I am sure that people around me are going to be on my side when this kind of thing happens, I really hate people who do this fake bomb threats and swatting because they endanger lives all for the clout and personal twisted satisfaction.
1472  Economy / Reputation / Re: Prophecy - "community driven" bounty NOT PAID on: April 17, 2021, 05:10:54 AM
Can someone explain to me the rationale of not paying out shitbounties like this? They just made a bunch of tokens out of thin air. What do they stand to gain by not giving a few of those tokens to the bounty hunters?
Maybe they wanted the clout and have their token get recognized and knowing that they don't have money, they resort to running a bounty campaign that promises payment and when the credit is due, they will ask for the hunters to wait because the payment is delayed and then they will do a disappearing act.
1473  Other / Politics & Society / Will I be safe from litigation? on: April 17, 2021, 04:27:15 AM
If someone is making public bomb threat and I know that it is a hoax bomb threat, will I be pursued with legal actions if I beat the shit out of the person who made the fake bomb threat?
1474  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 16, 2021, 11:34:10 AM
Hi everyone,

There was a site called "freedogeco.in" that is now closed! back then in 2013 I just signed up and deposited about 12,000 dogecoins there and try to play with them which resulted in losing about 6,000 dogecoins! Now after I just realized that dogecoins bumped up a lot since that time I try to withdraw but surprisingly the site is now closed and only lets you submit a form and wait forever until maybe one day someone tries to contact you!
I just submit the form and sent an email to support@freebitco.in but no response and now here is my last chance!

Now please anybody please...please help me to get back my money.
I have my dogecoin&email address used in "freedogeco.in" and also all of my credentials to prove the ownership of the account.
for now my "freedogeco.in" address is DQiGETAXGyS21mKij7McE2LzyRKQ925UHd

I wish all of you to be healthy
I don't think that freebitcoin and freedogecoin is the website, you said that it was a long time ago so probably you won't be able to recover that coin since it was already closed down. Best you can do is to just move on and don't hassle freebitcoin because they are not a part of this.

Thanks for your feedback!
Is basketball more popular than football in your country?
Let's just say that it is a religion here, if you can put a ring on something and there is an open space then you will have a basketball court, I can walk for 10 minutes and I can pass by around 5 to 6 basketball courts. Even though the average height in my country isn't the desirable height for basketball, they still play ball.
1476  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Poloniex Fake/Phishing | Beware avoid!! on: April 16, 2021, 10:18:35 AM
The site that I said is dead and indeed they will create a new phishing site targeting many people, not closing the possibility of making the Poloniex site again different from the original domain, scammers are now smart enough that they will continue to process so that many are fooled by it Therefore, verifying is an important thing or in any way you can to avoid phishing sites that are advertised on Google.
I'm even more likely to expect more phishing sites targeting large exchanges, big projects and also some of the coins they duplicate.
Then it is our duty as a member of this forum to continuously fight these scams and inform the people about this phishing websites that imitates the legitimate ones, to all the newbies out there, remember that you can ask in this forum what is the domain of the legitimate site so you can be assured that you aren't landing on a phishing website.
1477  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Strand Capital on: April 16, 2021, 09:37:14 AM
Any bank with a dignity and there is no bank like that isn't going to give that kind of percentage so I am sure that this is a Ponzi scheme, I checked their team and they even have an office shot for proof, the only problem is that there are people that going to fall for this one.
1478  Economy / Reputation / Re: Let's take action against unpaid Signature/Bounty campaign together. on: April 16, 2021, 08:54:02 AM
Dude, this is the Internet, don't expect fast response when it comes to scams, as if this people are going to move their asses if they aren't affected by the scam, also if the campaigns are a scam, it will be difficult to stop them since they control everything.
1479  Economy / Reputation / Re: [FUN] Is DdmrDdmr even human? on: April 16, 2021, 08:24:32 AM
<…>
The secret is in reading the criteria used, and furthermore, understanding it. Remeriting some posts with an additional +1, when they initially likely received a +1 to begin with, is basically the same as having given them +2 initially.

Remeriting by the criteria I use, is a means to avoid them being wasted. Were the boss to be contrary to my criteria, I have no issue letting them burn.
Well you could technically say that but if other users were to do that, I am sure that they are going to be on the hot water and being scrutinized. Well, if I do this kind of thing in the future at the least I can defend myself with this thread.
1480  Economy / Reputation / Re: [FUN] Is DdmrDdmr even human? on: April 16, 2021, 07:41:17 AM
That’s what I do, but when I accumulate for a while, I remerit some of my previously already read and merited messages (no machine learning AI yet).
Is that even permitted or not eyebrow raising since you are spraying and praying basically your merits. I am sure that if I were to do that kind of thing, I would be flagged as merit abusing, what's the secret?
