It's not right to call it a bubble because it should've burst a long time or it could've burst when the prices were said to be unsustainable. The people that are susceptible to panic selling are greedy and some are cutting losses and I think it's natural because people have to make money so what do you do if your source of income is slowly cut in half? The known and talked conspiracy theories are really far from what a conspiracy theory is, a real one isn't over the top like lizard people in flesh suits.
