Off topic:  How did you get your activity to stay at 420?  I think everytime I see your posts it has always been 420...

1302  Economy / Lending / Re: Need .3 BTC miniloan until 8/23 on: August 20, 2013, 02:41:43 PM
If someone were to send you the BTC today, how would you turn that BTC into a new mouse that you would use before Friday (when you could just go buy one yourself) ?

Huh
1303  Economy / Lending / Re: want 0.5 BTC for 3 weeks on: August 20, 2013, 02:34:48 PM
Interesting. Could the account have been bought or hacked?

Maybe hacked... it looks like two users are using it at the same time.

Strange.

Edit:  My guess is that two friends are using it to get their post count up so they get paid more for the signature... just a guess!
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting Picks ( RECORD 143-64-16) on: August 20, 2013, 02:21:42 PM
It's really hard to say with the Marlins. Yesterday they were playing that freakishly good kid on the mound. They'll win series against teams leading their divisions. Then they regress to being the Marlins again.

Very true!  Well, I am going to ride the Dodgers for another 3 games if they lose again tonight.  After that I will just cry if they drop 6 straight after winning me so many bets this year Cheesy
1305  Economy / Lending / Re: .30 Mini Loan on: August 20, 2013, 01:54:23 PM
Congrats on the succesful loan!  It's not going to mean much though when your trust is red Undecided
1306  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: USB block erupters are now useless. $5 - $7 each. on: August 20, 2013, 01:51:16 PM
They seemed like a fun thing to resell, but Canary cornered the market on that.

Mining Bitcoin is a rich man's game now.  Good luck to all those who want to play!
1307  Economy / Lending / Re: want 0.5 BTC for 3 weeks on: August 20, 2013, 01:46:01 PM
I'm guessing English is not your native language?

Can you please type in your primary language and let me translate it via Google?  I don't really understand what you are saying Huh

Post pictures of you XBL codes.
1309  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: USB block erupters are now useless. $5 - $7 each. on: August 20, 2013, 01:40:59 PM
Nothing to stop people pointing their USB miners at PPC and other SHA256 coins. Just saying.

Truth, but if that was more profitable now then wouldn't people be doing that?

If not, then when it becomes more profitable than Bitcoin, will it still be worth the electricity? I mean free money is free money, but if you are making 20 cents a day off of a dozen block erupters then I think even for free electricity I would just make them into keychains and try to sell them for a few bucks Tongue
1310  Economy / Lending / Re: want 0.5 BTC for 3 weeks on: August 20, 2013, 01:36:48 PM
Are you going to be gambling with the 0.5 BTC?

If so, how do you intend on paying back if you lose?

I mean, I know you will be following my sports picks, so you shouldn't lose, but there is always a chance Tongue
1311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting Picks ( RECORD 143-64-16) on: August 20, 2013, 01:34:35 PM

sorry for disturbing again and again just so asking you what is meaning of Doubling down Dodgers

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martingale_(betting_system)

Basically since they lost last night, I am going to bet more (approx. double) on them today so that if they win I will profit even after covering my loss from yesterday.

It's the freakin' Marlins they won't beat the Dodgers twice in a row Tongue
1312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: August 20, 2013, 01:30:20 PM
lol you guys are stupid... that is all there is to it... get a better rig and stop complaining.

Have you ever loaded up CGMiner with a 400KH/s rig on Middlecoin and instantly saw a share submitted?  I have.

If you don't know why that is important then just go pitch a fit and cry about the difficulty.  It took me a few ah-ha moments to figure it out, but if you can't understand it after the beautiful explanation by metamine, then you never will get it.

As far as ranlo's theory goes... just stop.

No hashrate allows you to submit shares precisely at a given interval.  A 400KH/s rig could submit two 512-difficulty shares within a few seconds of each other.  A 1MH/s rig could go a full minute without submitting a share.

ya-dee-ya-da... go mine Bitcoin, dummies Tongue

1313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting Picks ( RECORD 143-64-16) on: August 20, 2013, 01:00:28 PM
Doubling down on the Dodgers today.
1314  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: USB block erupters are now useless. $5 - $7 each. on: August 20, 2013, 03:25:19 AM
Well to say that they will pay for themselves "for so long" is just laughable.

If difficulty keeps up then they will be running for naught before early next year if not before.
1315  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: USB block erupters are now useless. $5 - $7 each. on: August 20, 2013, 03:21:55 AM

Yeah, more info.  What temps are they running at and what does your config or batch file look like?
1317  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Mobo + CPU + RAM combo - good enough for gaming... on: August 19, 2013, 09:25:56 PM
That CPU + Mobo seems much better than what I have now, but I would definitely need to upgrade the RAM.

Let me get back with you and see if I can snag up some DDR2 RAM that could fit in there.  I think my brother has extra DDR3, so I was hoping to find a Mobo that I could throw that in there with...

1318  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Cointerra GoldStrike System Prices to be Released Soon! on: August 19, 2013, 08:45:52 PM
yeah I understand wanting to generate hype, but I don't get the need for a pre-announcement of a price-announcement that in itself is a pre-announcement for the pre-order... Huh

1319  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Cointerra GoldStrike System Prices to be Released Soon! on: August 19, 2013, 08:18:06 PM

so for arguments sake if i invest $4,000 at .002 a share it gives me 2 million shares I'll make 5,200BTC for the year? is my math correct?

2,000,000 x 0.002 = 4000 BTC = $400,000

$4,000 / 100 = 40 BTC / 0.002 = 20,000 shares = 52.8 BTC/yr

That's IF they can reach and maintain 2% of the BTC Hashrate for the entire year, I assume?

Edit:  2% of the current hashrate is about 800-1000TH/s unless my math is off...

My data is taken from here:

My 6950 is pretty quiet.  My 5850s sound like jet engines though.
