Provably fair isn't a company or a service given by anyone, it is just a specification for websites. You don't need to contact anyone, all you need to do is make a way for bets to be proven to be fair after the result is shown. It is just to make sure it isn't rigged.

So, in other words, if you have 25+ activity, you are getting paid 0.025 BTC. Kind of seems like a lot and my guess is that this is either a scam or a misunderstanding.

I am not calling this out to be a scam 100%, but if he doesn't use escrow or pay up front, it probably is.

I can confirm this in an iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, Galaxy S3, and Nexus 5. If it doesn't affect you, my guess is that we are either using different phones or different browsers. EDIT: My guess is that this is caused by the resolution of the device, since those with lower resolutions than desktops wrap the lines before the latter. I don't think it would happen in such devices as tablets or Galaxy Notes.
