I am such a fool i must have visited mpgh website he is banned over there due to scam, u can search with his user name "Microsoftserialseller" and read all the post, he is a big time scammer. He must also be banned here.

You seem to have bought it through PayPal, but then you opened a dispute and closed it, meaning you can't dispute it anymore through those means. However, if you used your card through PayPal instead of it just being through only PayPal funds, you can still do a chargeback on your bank's side. I am not familiar of how this interacts with your PayPal, but another alternative could be to talk to a PayPal customer service representative and explain to them what happened. Other than that, you are simply out of luck.
342  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: DoubleVPN.com - qualitative VPN Service for serious and successful people! on: November 02, 2017, 07:13:22 AM
Sup guys!
Are you offering any money back guarantees? I might need a VPN for specific gaming needs (or just check if I will have any lags with multy double package) and not all services are working properly.
Are you including the dedicated IP to your standart package? The normal price is kinda too high but if dedicated IP is included then it might worth it.

If you are planning to use the VPN for gaming, you really should look elsewhere. VPN chaining is a terrible idea when it comes to latency, as it results in more hops being needed to get to the destination. Going through a single VPN will usually take you an X number of milliseconds extra for all the routing and processing through such. With more than 1 VPN, this factor gets multiplied and results in much worse latency. If by gaming you mean a game that is latency-sensitive, you will experience some serious lag. In fact, you probably should not be using a VPN at all. If you insist, however, don't use chained VPNs, and with that aside, many other VPN providers offer much better prices and have the same policies as these do, but I will not mention any of these to avoid hijacking the thread.
343  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-01] ✔ Amazon.com registers cryptocurrency domain names ??? on: November 02, 2017, 06:35:43 AM
I don't think this move by Amazon means much. For the record, the following are the domains they acquired:
  • amazoncryptocurrencies.com
  • amazoncryptocurrency.com
  • amazonethereum.com

The truth is that many big corporations such as Amazon own a bunch of domains that they do not actually use whatsoever. Even if Amazon does eventually buy into the crypto craze in some way or adopt Bitcoin, it is unlikely these domains are ever to be used. Most likely, they only grabbed them to prevent misuse or phishing attacks by other malicious parties. You can look up different domains owned by a company and see how this is the normal practice. A Forbes article on the matter: https://www.forbes.com/sites/chrisbarth/2012/06/13/amazon-just-spent-millions-applying-for-domain-names-why/#a710c5566147.

Since I received a vouch copy I have the responsibility of being completely transparent to anyone who may come across this thread and be interested in this product. I was contacted by OP about my account having been deleted by the system administrator in charge and was provided with a new account at no extra charge. This, however, means that any data which may have been in my account could have been lost. That puts its original longetivity since the time that I got the original account at some time around 3 weeks, which is not that good. Take this as you may, however. The true value perceived depends on the buyer. OP has been more than helpful the entire time.
thanks mate,, i am very sorry, i never get like this problem, my account get deleted, but i have change the account that get deleted by admin of univrsity, this is first time as long as i sell google drive account. i hope always give the best for my buyers Smiley

You should provide a few more details for transparency to others. It would help boost sales.

For example, was what happened to my account the same that happened to other accounts or was it only my account individually? How can you prevent this from happening in the future? Answering these questions can provide security for anyone trying to buy an account.
345  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Uquid bitcoin debit card reviews on: November 01, 2017, 05:13:58 AM
I consider to sign up and request a Bitcoin debit card from Uquid. I want to know if I need to provide any personal data except the address to ship the card? Also, I would like to know if a verification is needed? I read that some card providers allow non-verified cards but the limit of withdrawals and payments are limited. Does this hold for Uquid as well?
If you want to request a bitcoin debit card then you have to wait as they are currently no issuing any cards and busy in ICO and searching for new partner they are issuing cards without verification but in this case some problems can happen to you best is complete your verification and then use card for deposits and withdrawals without any problem on all sites

What do you mean with new partners? As far as I know they are currently partnering with VISA. Are they looking to partner with Mastercard? Other big card providers doe not exist, except American Express, but it does not partner is such fields of business.
Since Uquid is currently not issuing new cards, do someone have experience with an alternative provider? I am urgently looking for a good service for a Bitcoin debit card.

A card provider is not the same as a card network. A provider is the one with the card licensing and partnerships with Visa/Mastercard already set up. A card network such as Visa or Mastercard is one that already has all transaction endpoints set up for the user. The provider simply partners up with Visa/Mastercard/whomever in order to be able to issue cards to people. Companies and organizations such as UQUID then make deals/contracts with providers and agree to follow their rules and guidelines for issuing cards under different customization options for their respective clients. Furthermore, the actual providers don't usually hold the money in the accounts, as the end companies themselves usually have a system for that. If you look at the API for a provider you will be able to see what UQUID and other similar companies have access to and have to manage on their end. A lot of it is actually out of their control and depends on the providers.
346  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: FREE VPN [OS X/Windows] - WHOAMI VPN - 6 LOCATIONS - FREE NOW on: November 01, 2017, 04:34:39 AM
I'll give it a try.A paid VPN is not exactly safer than a free one anyway. And I understand its market strategy providing free services.
I wish you success in the business.

A paid service might not necessarily be safer or more secure than a free one, but usually when you pay for a service, the tier for which you pay gives you a guarantee for some sort of level or tier of service (for example, a certain amount of bandwidth or speed on a VPN such as this one) and the service provider is more dedicated towards maintaining that tier. Of course, this is going to vary depending on who we are talking about, but given what I know so far about WhoAmI, I feel good about purchasing from them.

Feel free to PM me once a paid version is out!

348  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CoinMall Alpha | Buy & Sell Digital Goods for Cryptocurrencies | 0% FEES! on: October 31, 2017, 04:48:18 AM
There are some blatantly scam-like offers being currently sold in your site. An example of one is this one here: https://www.coinmall.io/i/gDW2b/bitcoin-doubler-scirpt-blockchain-api-v2. Do you plan to moderate the items sold on your site or are you planning to leave this to the end users? If you do decide to take a hands-off approach to items such as this one, I could see your site start being associated with such behavior and potentially fail. If you do moderate the entries, what guidelines would you be using to differentiate between scams, scammy items, and real items?

We are currently looking at various options to have items moderated without deleting them.
One such option would be to give selected community-chosen users the ability to give a tag/label to items which are blatant scams. In addition, we're also adding Product Comments so users can see what other users think of the item.

That makes sense. You should also consider a system such as eBay's where each seller can have their own feedback page for people to either vouch positively or negatively and aid other users in deciding whether to purchase from said seller or not. In my opinion, this is one of the reasons eBay got so big in the first place and why their system got adopted by even bigger players such as Amazon and their Amazon Marketplace. This way, there would not be much of a cost to you when it comes to moderating items, as it will all end up being mostly self-moderated for the community. However, regulations should still be in place to avoid spam and fake feedback from being posted in the same way as it is with services such as Yelp, where people are paid to post fake reviews. I look forward to examining how you solve this.
349  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [PAUSED] Google Voice Account - Your personal USA Phone Number Outside USA- $2 on: October 31, 2017, 04:43:55 AM
A word of warning for everyone who has a Google Voice activated account or is planning to get one. I currently use my legitimate (with my own personal mobile phone number) Google Voice account and was sent an email to verify my phone number again. I do not know if this is being done for everyone or if it is just for me individually, but it is the first time it happens since I first created my account years ago. If anyone who buys one of these gets a verification request from Google, you will be out of luck, as you obviously don't own the original phone number that the account was created with. This was not a problem for me personally because I used my own phone number from inside the U.S. when I created it, but I know this is not the case for most of you.
350  Economy / Exchanges / Re: List of bitcoin debit cards on: October 31, 2017, 04:28:26 AM
There is a card that has come out on the scene in the past few months.
They have their app come out today as well.
Centra card they have quite a bit of buzz with their celebrity endorsers.

Any thoughts on them and what you think they are compared to most that have been around for the past one year of discussion here so far?

The NY Times recently ran a story about the Centra Card ICO and the guys behind this scheme:
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/27/technology/how-floyd-mayweather-helped-two-young-guys-from-miami-get-rich.html

I would strongly advise against participating in the ICOs that make use of celebrity endorsements in order to
shill their tokens. Additionally, many people are in it only to profit from the ICO frenzy without having
a working product. Even the hugely hyped TenX and Monaco ICOs haven´t delivered a working product
as far as I know.

Not just against participating in ICOs with celebrity endorsements, but really just against participating in any ICOs in general. If you really are interested in a particular ICO, you should really be doing very in-depth research on them before choosing to invest. The great majority of ICOs that have and will be ocurring do not and will not ever deliver. We are not talking to regular entrepreneurs who already have a low enough success rate, but to potentially creditless ones who have only started the ICO because of the low barrier of entry to it. Especially when talking about bitcoin debit card, don't be part of any of their ICOs. If you are interested in a particular card, wait until after they release their product and service and then also wait for someone reputable to review them.
351  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Uquid bitcoin debit card reviews on: October 30, 2017, 03:53:58 AM
is the card available for the non-EU based countries?

No, for the most part it's not.

If you want a quick way to check, try accessing https://uquid.com/. If the website is not blocked then that means that your country is probably accepted.

EDIT: Ok, for some reason the site is no longer blocking me, even though I know for a fact that I should be. This has happened before and I keep getting randomly blocked and unblocked, so maybe it is not a geo-IP blocked after all? I am honestly not sure about what their policy for different countries is now, I could not find much about it. What I do know is that the country must at least NOT be set to one of those inside this list: https://uquid.com/restricted-countries. This means that only virtual cards are allowed for people in those countries, as physical cards cannot be shipped there. If someone is in this situation and wants to talk about what happens, please do, as I am curious about it myself.

I can't confirm for sure anymore because I am no longer able to access their website, but if my understanding of their official blog update is correct, every customer now has to verify their accounts if they are inside the European Union. If they are outside of the EU, they cannot actually get a card at all anymore, which is why I am now blocked from their site. Before their update, it was possible to have a completely unverified account and still get the card with fair withdrawal/transaction limits as you are suggesting others do, but I believe that has changed now.

Edit: It seems I might have been wrong. The website no longer blocks me. Check out my reply below to someone else's inquiry.
354  Economy / Services / Re: [Open vacancy] Communication manager / public relations manager (375 000 USD/Y) on: October 29, 2017, 06:20:52 AM
2017 -  the year when PR managers earned as much as brain surgeons!

What about 2013?  The year when the average crypto trader could earn more than a brain surgeon? :p

There is a big difference between earning money through work and investing. Even an average person can make big bank by just investing in the right stocks or other assets (such as Bitcoin). I would be very cautious with accepting this offer from OP as the salary for it seems much higher than it should be for the skillset that is required. There could be much more that is not being said in the OP. Furthermore, it is also possible that this could end up as an unpaid scam or an offer that pays out contingent on their service being successful, which is too big of a risk for anyone to take considering that it is a year-long effort that could go unpaid. I will not be asking for specific details, so I can't really add much more, but if you are considering it, do take into consideration what I said here as well.
355  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: FREE VPN [OS X/Windows] - WHOAMI VPN - 6 LOCATIONS - FREE NOW on: October 29, 2017, 05:01:56 AM
I registered at your website and downloaded the configuration file given by your system on your website. I can confirm that it, indeed, works just fine. The speeds are a bit on the slower side, but that is to be expected from a service that is being provided to the user for free.

I only tested the USA location so the experience might be different for different servers depending on which one you choose. Everything seems to be running fine, however, and even though the speeds aren't that great, the latency is actually pretty low compared to other VPNs I have used in the past. I will report back if I find out more.

You might experience a better speed by using UDP as using the TCP protocol for a TCP based application can result in double performance loss.

We will eventually upgrade our servers to provide a faster connection for our users. Thanks for the feedback!

I will be trying out connecting through UDP instead of TCP soon, although I am not the biggest UDP fan. I did use the VPN recently again and I was utterly surprised by how much lower the latency was compared to other VPNs. I know it is not a matter of location, as I am comparing this to similar VPNs near the U.S. Whatever it is that you are doing in order to keep latency to a minimum, it is working wonderfully. I have yet to try out VPNs at other locations, but I don't expect anything different. We'll see how that goes. Is there any ETA on when you plan to go paid?

I am reporting back about the Shift Card. I used it yesterday at a retailer and at a restaurant and both worked perfectly fine. Both point-of-sale transactions resulted in a charge off my Bitcoin wallet inside my Coinbase. I am not sure of whether this happens when I have something inside my USD wallet in Coinbase, but I would assume not. I looked this up on their website but could not find anything related to this doubt. Furthermore I had to give access to Shift to buy Bitcoins using Coinbase; I am also not sure of what this means.
357  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Google Drive Unlimited 2$/Account ac.id new fresh on: October 28, 2017, 05:58:27 AM
Do you guarantee the account to work for lifetime(meaning that if the accounts fail to work, then you provide a refund, no matter how long it has been from the date of the purchase for the account)? Also this is for lifetime, not just for a month or two, right?

Also may i know how you are able to get such a good deal?

Is it illegal/grey hat in anyway?

I received the initial vouch and know enough about this that I can answer your question accurately. Do note I am not OP and I could be wrong. Technically speaking, these accounts would work for a lifetime. However, It is likely to stop working at some point. These are obtained through what could be considered a gray-hat method, which is the reason why they may not necessarily last a lifetime. The actual longetivity on the account depends on the origin, which is the one thing I do not know about in regards to this specific one. What I can tell you is that I have an account obtained through similar methods that has lasted over a year and is still going while I also have gotten vouches for another couple which have already stopped working. This particular one that OP gave me I can confirm is still working. I do not think there is any good way to really figure out how much this particular one could last, so you should not be storing stuff solely on the Google Drive from this account. Get at least a couple from various sellers would be the best choice (or keep a local backup).

Edit: I have been ninja'd by OP.
358  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-27] Bitcoin’s origin remains a mystery. Here's why it matters! on: October 28, 2017, 05:38:32 AM
If Satoshi would reappear, I think he will most likely refuse to take the role of leader, because he wanted Bitcoin to be developed by open source contributors, with approval from the community, which is what we actually have now. It might even be one of the reasons why he choose to leave, so Bitcoin won't have a weak central point, like for example Vitalik Buterin is for Ethereum's network - just remember how the price crashed some time ago when someone started spreading rumors that he died in a car accident. So, from a technical standpoint it doesn't matter who is Satoshi, and if the market is rational, it shouldn't strongly affect the price.

If he did come out of hiding I feel like the markets would react very harshly. Not necessarily because he appeared and because it might have some sort of impact (he probably would not have a significant impact anyway-- Bitcoin has been doing fine without him), but specifically because of the market trying to overpredict itself. It would be just day traders trying to out-trade themselves. I would honestly be surprised if a significant price change caused by this were to last for the long term, whether it be an upwards change or a downwards one.
359  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit card + Giveaway on: October 28, 2017, 03:37:19 AM
You're so obsessed with advancing this ICO project and ignoring the need to address the inconvenience you caused your customers by abruptly putting an end to the card program.

Fix the card dilemma and inform your customers of developments. Very irresponsible of your company's founder to fixate himself with luring people to invest in this ICO.

Exactly, I could invest 50.000 usd on this ico but they not prioritize me as client and not resolved the card issue in deadline.

With the ICO craze, *even* if they had solved your issue with your card you honestly would do better not even considering investing in their ICO. They have proven to be not the best of the card providers and besides most ICOs are never worth anywhere near what the total raised funds signify. Furthermore, the real reason more ICOs are even started in the first place is because it is basically free money for the founders who came up with the idea and copied over some random template from some other ICO and changed the color. Just look at how they compare to the others.
360  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Is it totally safe and ok to show my deposit bitcoin address to the public? on: October 27, 2017, 06:39:58 AM
Yeah, what most people said here is correct; however, you need to understand that a public address is just that-- public.

If you were to post your address somewhere, there is no way for anyone to hack it, as everyone above said. On the other hand, everyone with your public address will be able to see all of the transactions you have been a part of with that address. That means that if you request money from some individual with an address and then use those bitcoins by sending them to some other address, the original sender (or anyone who knows this specific public address) will be able to see where you are sending those coins. The bright side is that usually this information means nothing as public addresses don't mean much and don't say who the address belongs to, but it is important to keep this in mind especially if you are to send bitcoins from your address to another public address that might be recognized by someone else. The network might be anonymous, but it is not as private as some marketing or advertising might make it sound. As long as you remember this you should be golden.
