Even trying to include something into open source code that can't be hacked seems like it'll be impossible - and there doesn't seem to be information on what happens if the user or developer refuses to comply with that law too.

As far as I know, using Dedicated IP address will solve this problem, since it is not redistributed as easily as public VPN's addresses. You just need to search for a service that provides Dedicated IP address for Poland and one that accepts payments with Bitcoin or gift cards. If you can't find that service then it makes sense to ask someone to do it for you. |
