1961  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Volare Project Going to cheat on: March 08, 2023, 04:38:18 PM
Sorry for the loss, but such scam will not stop unless everyone stops promoting bounty projects unless they pay in bitcoin or any altcoin listed on many platforms (they can paying part of the campaign amount in tokens will be better.)
The campaign manager is responsible for the duration of the campaign’s continuity and obtaining payments. If you did not get payments, the manager is responsible, but if you got them and were unable to sell them, then the fault is not his fault.

I remember once I joined one of the campaigns that sell using NFT, unfortunately I could not sell it.
1962  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Motivating facts about bitcoin and its communities on: March 08, 2023, 03:04:22 PM
Historically bitcoin remains the only fastest growing digital economy that has reduced unemployment rates across the globe.
I think you exaggerated a lot, is bitcoin a main reason for the decline in global unemployment? Has unemployment decreased globally?
If Bitcoin does not help reduce unemployment, then there is no problem because it is not its main role.

Bitcoin can help individuals who have knowledge of the basics of trading or want to invest in the long term, not people or countries in general, unless those countries decide to keep a percentage of their reserves in the form of Bitcoin, which did not happen in 99% of the countries in the world.
1963  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Wallet that allows Multiple Mnemonics on: March 08, 2023, 02:47:33 PM
Has anyone found a wallet that allows multiple mnemonic recovery phrases to be inputted and view all balances at the same time?
Is your problem in the wallet or in tracking the balance of the wallet? If your problem is in tracking the balance or showing all your addresses in one place, there are many ways that enable you to do so using either the wallet address, master public key.

But if you want to collect all the seeds together, you risk losing all your money at once, always remember not to put all your eggs in one basket.
You can do this using password manager applications.
1964  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Common red flag to detect a scam on: March 08, 2023, 02:23:27 PM
They sound like the kind of answers you'd get if you asked AI applications.
I think the easiest way to detect a scam is by asking, if scam is related to cryptocurrencies, then the question here is an ideal option to identify scam, but there are types of fraud that you cannot recognize until after they have occurred, and such types need a lot of experience to know them, and sometimes you may fail to know them.
So everything that sounds too good to be true should be avoided.
1965  Economy / Economics / Re: Kraken Exchange Unveils Plan To Launch Bank Amid Regulatory Crackdown on: March 08, 2023, 01:42:57 PM
Not only that SBF himself also was new to crypto, he started maybe in 2017 or so. Didn't go thru many bear markets. Hence he leveraged himself because he didn't think it was possible for altcoins go undergo -99% and hence why this implosion happened.
I agree with you, but if there is a lesson that we are supposed to learn from the previous events, it is that there is no secure central platform, you do not know what is happening inside and therefore you cannot know if their situation is good or bad.
LBC platform has been operating for 10 years and has stopped, so everyone is exposed at some point to stopping.

Yes, there is no comparison between Kraken and FTX, but let's leave all possibilities available.
1966  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: Crypto Defi NFT ما المشروع التالي ؟ on: March 08, 2023, 01:20:38 PM

1967  Economy / Speculation / Re: Maybe it's time for BTC to take off and reach the $100K on: March 08, 2023, 12:55:39 PM
All this wait, same price for months, sounds like the calm before the storm. Maybe it's time for BTC to take off and reach the $100K. Just saying. This price is a joke for BTC's potential. Of course all we can do is hope. But it makes me wonder why it's not happening yet. Right now BTC is cheap as peanuts. Luckily 1 BTC = 1 BTC.
In order for such a rise to occur, there must be a high demand and a fixed or low supply, meaning that the supply must decrease, which is something that did not happen, and the demand increases very dramatically, which is also something that did not happen, and therefore there is no opportunity to reach the price of 100k with the current data.

When will that happen? At any time during the next 8 years probably.
What you are trying to say here is not speculation.
1968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Just how bad is the bear demand right now on: March 08, 2023, 12:30:28 PM
The topic has been going on for more than a month, and it is a historical account of what happened in the last few months, and then an attempt to build a coherent hypothesis for what will happen in the future.

The current situation in the market is stable for several months, which means that the bottom may have already been formed and that the current price is fair for everyone who wants to buy and sell. There is no possibility that an additional price correction will occur unless something unexpected happens such as the collapse of a stable currency, a large central platform, or a correction in prices.

The price at the bottom recorded levels of less than 16K on some platforms.
1969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Deflation on: March 08, 2023, 12:05:11 PM
Wouldn't it be better if lost coins were reintroduced into the network after a fixed span of inactivity?
If this happens, the ownership of the bitcoin is not for individuals, but for the network, and therefore the currency is centralized, meaning that there is a third party that can, whenever he wants, move the currencies without the desire of the owner, and here comes a question, as long as the currencies are distributed again if they are not used, then what is preventing the return of the money that Is it proven that fraudsters used it? Or the money generated from the drug trade and arms sales?

Why are we afraid of lost bitcoins when one bitcoin (BTC) equals 100,000,000 SAT?
1970  Economy / Economics / Re: The cost of living is trying to kill the living on: March 08, 2023, 11:58:00 AM
If your country suffers from economic problems from the year 2018, then it is likely that the problem is with the economic staff in your country, because the strangest countries began to complain about the year 2020, and therefore there are no close solutions for the general economy of your country, but you can develop yourself to avoid many economic fatigues resulting from high prices.
As for the problem of lack of goods or their unavailability, it is something that the local government must take bold steps in.
1971  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need help - How to do signeture camping .. on: March 07, 2023, 08:27:50 PM
You now need 6 merits in addition to about 6 posts to reach member rank. Some bounty campaigns accept members. You can join them and get payments in altcoins and tokens. It is true that it is not worth much, but it is the beginning.
When you reach the rank of a full member, your chances of joining campaigns that pay using bitcoin payments will increase.
1972  Economy / Economics / Re: The Biggest Financial Regrets on: March 07, 2023, 08:18:19 PM
It is the random risk that leads to regret and then you will stop thinking and simply say that bitcoin is a scam, it is illegal, there is no way to make money except by working hard at the job.
Calculated risk, which involves initial knowledge of the investment you decide to engage in, is required.
The lack of surplus money is not afraid to lose it is another reason.
1973  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Adoption To Grow 50% By 2025, This Report Claims on: March 07, 2023, 07:59:23 PM
Quote
It is reported that using stablecoins for cross-border payments is 80% less expensive than traditional payment methods.
Accepting Bitcoin is a first step, and when they find that many people are willing to pay, they will accept it, but the problem lies in keeping Bitcoin.Do all stores bear price differences and long-term investment? And how will you deal with the price change when the user requests an automatic refund.
What I'm trying to say is that it's the demand and people's willingness to pay in bitcoin that forces stores to use it, not the other way around. Most of us deal with Bitcoin as an investment and if there is an option not to spend Bitcoin, he will not spend it.
1974  Economy / Economics / Re: Kraken Exchange Unveils Plan To Launch Bank Amid Regulatory Crackdown on: March 07, 2023, 11:53:55 AM
If they manage it properly, I think that the regulators will be less stringent, given that the banks will be directly subject to oversight and supervision from the government, and then the platform will not be able to dodge much, and investors may be reassured after what happened with Silvergate.
If cryptocurrencies succeed in being used by more than 20% of the population, many CEXs will disappear and turn into banks that transfer bitcoins to local cash.

Just hope Kraken management is not as chaotic as FTX.
1975  Other / Meta / Re: View Counter of each Reply on: March 07, 2023, 11:19:53 AM
What is the benefit of knowing who viewed your topic, you do not find a feature such as private Instagram accounts or Twitter circle feature, meaning creating private posts/topics for a certain number of people, all posts are public and everyone can view them even if you do not have an account, and therefore if this feature is activated, all What I have to do to view the thread without being detected is to click on "Open this page in privacy mode".
1976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Rules of trading and following to others read plz on: March 07, 2023, 11:05:08 AM
Just becouse someone predicted 1-2 things right or Even more things right doesn't mean you should blindly follow this trader always.
If you trade too oftet (specially with futures) you have high possibility that trade don't go your way.
People tend to believe that there is a guaranteed way to profit, and these analysts play on this sensitive chord. By convincing people that a person can accurately predict the price and thus guaranteed profit, you can make him involuntarily ignore all the times you were wrong.

Even the most well known experts can be wrong so newbies tend to be following others blindly just becouse they got 10 trades right doesnt"t mean you can lose all your safeguard.
Instead of trying and experimenting by yourself, following these people is more comfortable for the brain, because when you lose your money, you will blame them and stop following them, but if you use your mind, then you will feel regret.
Therefore, you must keep your feelings away when you want to trade, otherwise you will make a loss.
1977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im looking for to build up team and group crypto bankers and financial team on: March 07, 2023, 10:19:59 AM
It is the longest introduction I have heard in a while and I did not understand what you are trying to convey in the end, who tells you that we will not scammed is the one who thinks of scamming so try to make the motivation of others to join you are logical and economic reasons instead of a lot of words.
You are a newbie and without previous experience, so can you tell us what we will benefit from joining you.
1978  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Dubai Mandates Licensing for Crypto Companies on: March 07, 2023, 10:01:29 AM
The free zone will be dedicated to digital and virtual assets service providers in emerging technologies, such as the metaverse, blockchain, utility tokens, virtual asset wallets, nonfungible tokens (NFTs), decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), decentralized applications (DApps) and other Web3-related businesses."
I began to see that the use of NFTs gave a kind of public acceptance of cryptocurrencies away from what we used to hear in the past about Bitcoin being used by scammers or black markets.
Why is the use of cryptocurrencies in the UAE linked to free zones, and does this concept exist in other countries?
Does this include accepting and using Bitcoin?
1979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance.US again in trouble | SEC continues to harass offshore presence on: March 07, 2023, 09:39:40 AM
The US government started digging behind Binance, and I hope that this will end well. Binance has a lot of problems that is trying to hide, and any detailed research can reveal them, so I hope that it will end up with some sanctions, not like what happened with FTX.

CZ is smart enough to know importance of the USA. market and he tried to connect to Gary Gensler and wanted to hire that man for Binance. He failed to do so but he is also smart enough to quickly realize the long term impacts from a trade war between the USA. and China which started years ago.

Sometimes being smart is with governments isnot a good plan. You deal with a government and an angry audience behind it, so they will look for anything to condemn the platform, and Binance lacks many standards of transparency and always tries to hide themself.
1980  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy and sell bitcoins worldwide without KYC on: March 07, 2023, 09:28:13 AM
I see you are using some Russian bank and with the recent measures and the prohibition of many countries from dealing with Russian banks, there will be no problem for users, as we are not from the local Board.
this is multinational forum and i don't thing they can deal with Russian.
Therefore, you must either impose the identity or tell the allowed and prohibited countries.
I think they allow all countries from around the globe except for the United States as per their terms. If the few traders who have so far made the offers in the platform are genuine, then it probably a coincidence that most of them are from Russia. But I do some offer from the US as well  Cheesy
I tried to search using filters to select other countries, but it didn't work.
I don't know if the error is temporary or not.
The number of traders on the site seems limited, which makes the use of such a platform limited.

the site loads slowly.
