1781  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Kucoin Automatic Trading Bot: Enhance Your Trading strategy on: April 09, 2023, 01:16:03 PM
The narrative of the topic moved surprisingly from the Kucoin platform to the trading bots, which are two completely different concepts.
Most platforms allow the user to automate trading (trading bots) by access to your account using APIs, so that the software can talk to each other.
So all that happens is that you get rid of the monotony in the work by repeating the orders and let the software do that. But it's not an advantage unless you know what you're doing.
1782  Economy / Economics / Re: Recession Highly Likely on: April 09, 2023, 12:59:13 PM
The economic changes that occurred after 2008 broke all previous rules, and therefore relying on previous schemes to predict recession will not lead us to accurate results.
The definition of recession in its simple sense, which is job losses, increased debt and the inability to continue economic activities, is not currently available, and therefore the middle class has not yet felt recession, which means that we are still far from it or we need larger shocks.

The diversification of the economy and investment and the emergence of technology companies that provide thousands of services with the fewest number of employees have a role in this, and with the dependence of many countries on the dollar, the debt of the United States is distributed throughout the world.

1783  Economy / Economics / Re: Does People Really Care About Decentralization? on: April 09, 2023, 12:25:14 PM
I do not think that the problem is in the concept of centralization, but rather the preferred and well-known model for people is centralization. Banks arose more than 100 years ago, and almost all of us, since we were born, traded in cash, not gold, and even most of us believe that money is only in banks, given that cash payments have declined significantly Thus, the concept of decentralization is new to humans.
Humans are afraid of anything new, let alone responsibility in decentralization. For example:

 - You find that many people forget their bank account.
 - All responsibility in the bank is to prove your identity or signature, and the bank is responsible for securing your money from theft and all risks.
 - In Bitcoin you lose out if you lose access to the private key, most people don't want to take that responsibility.

If we take all these reasons, we will understand people's fear of cryptocurrencies.

I have not yet mentioned the influence of media, fake news, fraud, hacking, and others.

1785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in times of danger. on: April 09, 2023, 04:38:06 AM
Do not feel sad, but rather the happiness that your family got after they got this amount, and remember that money comes and goes and thinking is what makes you rich.
The price is still low and it is unlikely that we will see crazy increases until the end of next year, so you have about a year and a half to be able to collect more money.
learning a new skill and your experience in trading will make you collect that amount in a relatively short time.
1786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving only 1 year away on: April 09, 2023, 04:28:47 AM
Halving has not a direct importance to the average user, as he does not feel any change, as the network will work as it is and the fees as well. Perhaps the only effect is the price, but the price change needs about a year or a year and a half after Halving.

Miners are the ones who will feel the impact, and therefore the time has become tight, and you must recover your profits during this year, otherwise the accounts will change a lot.

Bitcoin Halving time is still in doubt, as some estimates still give a margin of error of several days.
1787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has a bad reputation (we should fix it) on: April 09, 2023, 03:58:22 AM
According to my experience, people are afraid of something new. I remember that there was a drawing 100 years ago showing electricity as something evil.

Therefore, it is natural for people to be afraid of Bitcoin or warn of it, and we do not forget the role of the media in drawing this bleak picture and the bad use during the first years of this technology.

The more time increases and the alert gradually increases, people will understand Bitcoin, especially since many user-friendly wallets began to appear, and not in the past, where the use of Bitcoin was restricted to those who had good knowledge of dealing with computers.
So the issue of changing awareness requires a little time and it is a gradual issue, the view will not change in a year, two, or even five years.
1788  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Mississippi & Missouri lawmakers propose laws protecting bitcoin mining on: April 09, 2023, 03:44:48 AM
The Arkansas State House has passed a bill (https://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/Bills/Detail?id=HB1799&chamber=Senate&ddBienniumSession=2023%2F2023R) aimed at regulating the Bitcoin mining industry in the state.

Quote
The bill proposes that a Bitcoin mining business may operate in the state if it complies with state laws concerning business guidelines and tax policies, any ordinances concerning operations and safety, any rules or rates for utility service provided by or on behalf of a public entity, and state and federal employment laws. The bill also proposes that miners will be required to pay applicable taxes and government fees in acceptable forms of currency and operate in a manner that causes no stress on an electric public utility’s generation capabilities or transmission network. The bill further allows individuals to operate home Bitcoin mining according to applicable utility rules and rates.

This is roughly the fourth state that may allow bitcoin mining, so we'll probably see more bills soon.
1789  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happens If Binance Exchange Flee Away like FTX on: April 08, 2023, 06:17:25 PM
When Mt. Gox caused the price to collapse by a significant amount, however, the price continued to rise several years later.

Bitcoin price dump to 220 USD from more than 550 USD.

It is true that the collapse of Binance will cause a major shock in the market and may lead us to reach the level of 10K, but after 10 years or more, the price will continue to grow based on previous events.

Now the situation is completely different but we can still make a comparison although I underestimate the possibility of a random crash of Binance.

The biggest danger is government restrictions from US or G7/20.
1790  Economy / Economics / Re: Without government job we can survive on: April 08, 2023, 05:07:54 PM
The government's economic policies between each country differ from one country to another. There is a country that focuses on the government economy, where everyone works for the government in exchange for lower food prices and lower salaries.

In some countries, it is easy to start an activity and make profits, but all prices are very high, and without your work, you cannot feed yourself.
All these economic differences differ from one country to another, and therefore we cannot get a unified answer, but inevitably the policies in which the government controls something, it kills creativity and innovation.
1791  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Every Bitcoin Purchased is a Vote for Decentralization!! Poll on: April 08, 2023, 04:59:53 PM
This would be true if Bitcoin works on the principle of proof of stack and the share you have is sufficient to vote, but in Bitcoin, buying Bitcoin is a guarantee of decentralization, but rather running a full node and thus checking everything that happens on your own.
In addition to that, operating mining equipment, so that mining is not centralized or one side can obtain mining power by 51%.
If you see all the big institutions when they buy bitcoin they run full nodes and verify the network themselves.
1792  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How does HD wallet operate? on: April 08, 2023, 04:46:03 PM
2 Is it a more stronger wallet than the one we all typically use?
There is no "more stronger wallet," if you have not generate your seeds randomly, you will lose your coins.
HD wallets give you dynamic and enhance your privacy by generating and managing multiple addresses and therefore you do not need to reuse you old addresses or a lot of headaches in keeping the private key for each address.

When I was looking at bitcoin wallets to understand more. As a result of my discovery of Hierarchical Deterministic Wallets (HD wallets), I can see how all keys are generated from a single source using HD wallets. Now, I have a query: With the existence of other wallets, why do we utilize this HD wallet?
3 how does these HD wallets works. And what are the differences between extended keys and mnemonic seed?
I brought it up since I don't understand these. Thank you
This info-graphic will answer these questions:
1793  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What if CEX do not have BTCs? What is being traded then? on: April 08, 2023, 04:26:50 PM
The simple idea for all central platforms is that you deposit money to them, and in return they update their database, and so you do not need that money unless you decide to withdraw here. The platform must have enough currencies to meet the withdrawal.
Just like banks, the platforms invest that money to make more resources available to them, but on the condition that when any customer wants to withdraw his money, there must be sufficient funds for that.

Problems occur when:

  • There is not enough deposit.
  • There are a lot of withdrawals without keeping the funds in the platform.
  • Money is not invested so that its return is good.
  • Clients' money is exploited and squandered for personal interests.

They are the main reasons that lead to bankruptcy of platforms.
1794  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How to close a crypto exchange easily on: April 08, 2023, 03:31:25 PM
From the USA there is a big struggle for spheres of influence in the crypto-currency market between the SEC and the CFTC
Are there any restrictions imposed by the CFTC on a cryptocurrency platform?
There is an office in the SEC that is in charge of this war, and they have been able to reach legal problems with many platforms. However, I see that a platform like Coinbase and others is still working, meaning that the problems with these platforms and their non-compliance with the laws of the United States.

Under such pretexts, you can block any stablecoins and whatever.

The main goal is to dry up any banking method linking these currencies to the US dollar so that it is without a *dollar cover*
1795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How not having money helped my Bitcoin journey on: April 08, 2023, 03:24:52 PM
I tried mining for the first time using a dual-core PC ( second PC ), if I have enough money to invest I wouldn't have had time for all this learning.
I don't know what you're trying to mining, but it's definitely not bitcoin, or at least not at the moment.
If by knowledge you mean mining, then mining requires knowledge and money, not just knowledge.
Learning in itself is a beautiful thing, but investment needs more, and not only learning, but money.

Learning may bring you that money, and it may be in other ways, but a financial return is required to be able to invest.
Knowledge helps you to improve the chances of doubling this investment and achieving an ideal income that enables you to invest quickly.
1796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Claim an old wallet and find the relative owner. on: April 08, 2023, 02:43:00 PM
In many countries, after announcing the existence of something and opening a report at the police station, you get 10% of the assets.
I do not know what the details are in other countries, but if the amount is large, it is better to consult a lawyer.
You can safely transfer the funds to a new wallet and announce it, but then you will bear all the legal consequences if you lose those funds.

Therefore, ask a lawyer if the amount is large, transfer the money to a safe wallet, and then you will get 10% in many countries.

Note that these coins may be stolen, and then, once you move them, you may get yourself into legal problems that lead you to prison.
1797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Expected to Trade Similar to Gold or Treasury Bonds in the Future, Predi on: April 07, 2023, 02:37:45 PM
Individual statements cannot be relied upon because individuals change their convictions according to circumstances. An expert who does not have any investment in Bitcoin will not make any difference to him if the price rises or collapses.
Does that *senior macro strategist* have investment in bitcoin or have any investment related to them?

If so, then he benefits from making such statements, and if he does not have it, then it is a personal point of view.
Institutional opinions are the most important, and more importantly, your belief in the importance of POW.
1798  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Every Bitcoin Purchased is a Vote for Decentralization!! Poll on: April 07, 2023, 02:15:37 PM
Bitcoin is backed by proof-of-work (PoW) and mathematics (difficult computations), whereas Fiat is backed by faith, propaganda, the government, and printers; one is under control, the other is not.
This information is not accurate, as most of the money is backed by dollars, and the dollar is backed by the US army, whose guarantee is greater than proof of work if we are talking at the national level and about huge investments.
The government's mismanagement of fiscal policies is the problem, some of which lead to inflation and lower prices, labor strikes and political instability.
Otherwise, countries have the best investment in cash and 1% in Bitcoin.
As for the individual, the options are better for you, and it is better to invest in bitcoin if inflation is excessive in your country.
1799  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Btc mining or staking crypto? on: April 07, 2023, 02:03:50 PM
I plan on investing in the crypto space, but for long term. Between mining and staking, which one would be a better option?
Mining is not an activity that you can start with without a clear strategy and planning. Therefore, if you do not know anything, which is the obvious thing here, because you are comparing two different things, then the best is staking, especially in currencies such as Ethereum, and not any random currency with HIGH APY.
Why is there no option to buy bitcoin? only crypto staking.
1800  Economy / Exchanges / Re: when a coin listed on exchange how it reach at high within 1 minute? (beginner) on: April 07, 2023, 01:55:06 PM
when a coin listed on exchange how it reach at high within 1 minute?
Because the price has not been determined yet, and therefore it is easy to manipulate it, just as the platform has part of the reserves of that currency and the developer team, and therefore they pump the price from trying to catch up with the train, and thus convert all the available liquidity into profits for each of the platform, the developer team, and the initial investors.
Reaching ATH makes them market that the currency will be able to reach that level if the price of Bitcoin rises.

It is rare to see a continuous increase in the price of a currency after listing, but rather a temporary increase and collapse.
