After all, Besiktas downfall occurred in the last 10 minutes of the match because perhaps, the red card received by Valentin Rosier made Lugano succeed in continuing to press Besiktas and managed to control the match well. Because after all, basically if Besiktas still plays with a complete team of 11 players, of course, Besiktas will still win, maybe with clean sheets too. So yes, I think basically Besiktas still has a good performance and squad too it's just that, when they experience an imbalance in the number of players like that then it makes Besiktas panic and difficult to maintain a good game.

I still can't believe how this happened mate. Besiktas are technically a way more powerful team than Lugano. Their worth is like at least 5 times Lugano's worth. But they still can't dominate this easy match and win comfortably. Instead just one red card despite being 2-0 ahead is enough to destroy Besiktas. How can you concede 3 goals in 10 minutes? It is really insane. Turkish teams have experienced this kind of unlucky scenarios quite often so far I'm afraid.

But this isn't about luck technically. This is about their having a mental breakdown easily and giving so many chances to their opponent.

But honestly this happens once in a lifetime for many players. It is one of those games that will be remembered exactly because it is so rare. Lugano will not do that again anytime soon against a superior team, perhaps not even in a league game. Besiktas had this, but it has to be pointed out that we should not talk worse about Lugano than necessary. They had 23:6 shots against Besiktas in Istanbul. Really, this is something that Besiktas should have defended much better. A team like Lugano shouldn't have the chance to finish their attack 23 times a game. That's too much and then probability comes into play that the moment will come when they hit one. The fact that they hit literally 3 in a row in 10 minutes is crazy.

I am really confused how Bellingham is literally replacing Benzema while also playing as a defensive midfielder and a defender. This guy is a miracle on the pitch and at first I thought he was just lucky being in the right place at the right time and that is why he was able to score in the first few games. But I start to believe that I was fundamentally wrong and we maybe dealing with one of the biggest talents the world has seen in a very long time. If he keeps scoring like that while also playing this multi role on the pitch, I don't even know how to put his performances in words. Has there ever been a striker with so much defensive workload while also scoring nonstop like him?

Sometimes PSG can perform well when there is doubt that they will be able to beat their opponent and vice versa they can be very disappointing even though the team they are facing is the bottom team but they can only play to a draw.

PSG are undergoing a rebuild and it is only normal to have shocking embarrassing losses here and there. Against Newcastle United, PSG simply crumbled mentally and tactically and while we blame the players for poor performances, we have to blame the coach too for a poor outing. Eddie Howe simply outclassed and bossed the PSG mega team. Good points for Newcastle United, Enough matches to bounce back for PSG in the champions League.

PSG should bounce back in the league game comfortably this weekend.
Are you not wrong to say that? I don't see any reasonableness achieved by Paris Saint Germain, because they feel this kind of result not only this time, but some time back also displays something similar. I would say it's natural when they overhaul the whole squad they have. But the fact is that currently they still have good players, even they have a star labeled player in Mbappe. If you say what they are experiencing is normal, then where were they some time ago when they performed more or less the same performance? maybe now they are declining from some time ago. And it shouldn't happen to them and it's not right to say it's normal.

An overhaul that comes with the consequences of a temporary loss in quality is different from what PSG has done. That overhaul includes many young talents that still need to be developed and are still prone to making mistakes. PSG dumped another money bomb to buy Dembele and Kolo Muani. These are players that don't need much time until they are able to play at full capacity. Imagine a team was to buy Mbappe, Haaland, Alvarez and Vinicius Junior and they lose the first 5 games. Would you say that it is normal because this team made an overhaul and first needs time to sort out all issues? Of course not, because that is the reason you buy a player for 100 million instead of 10 million. PSG has to deliver instantly. That's the point of making these investments and by the way that is also the reason why there are no excuses for Chelsea either.

But we have seen that his abilities are also somewhat limited to the abilities of his teammates. If they either can't play better or they are having a bad day, it's the same for him as he can't throw the party on his own contrary to what many believed. In those difficult games Al-Nasr will be happy to have him on the team for sure because if they all deliver and play a great game, he is the one who can score a goal out of half chances. That's a quality that can decide over win or loss.

It is true, whenever things are based on the stars there is a great milestone of hope, because we can say that things with soccer teams are 11 not just 1, but the stars can make a difference, in In this case, things can always go quite well in a team because they can be playing very poorly throughout the 90 minutes, but the difference that any star makes is that he can score the winning goal and that's it, the same thing has happened to him. With CR7, Al Nassr has experienced it, thanks to his contribution things have turned out very well and they cannot complain, the same can happen with Al Hilal with the case of Ney because he is a player who is also a star and that It's your job, just don't let your team leave and without any kind of good results, the stars always do their part, so it's always good to have as many as possible. You just have to look at Real Madrid, they are a team that has pure stars, and their results are always relatively good.

In the case of the Saudi football teams that are experiencing these new emconies, thanks to these players who always make the difference, it seems to me that Al Nassr is very well equipped, CR7 has a good team and it is difficult for this Team to play bad , they have his good Vibes and he can Quickly raise morale , in my opinion I would like to make a good comparison here, the MU has such a bad streak and I think they are now realizing that it is thanks to Ten Hag, if we look Going back, the coach had a CR7 sitting there more than a year ago without putting him to play, and he with his face as if he were giving a lesson, so things are not like that, you can see now at two o'clock faces, to a successful CR7 and Ten Hag sinking the ship, it is unfortunate because the MU is one of the red devils, but they no longer look like the red devils, they have not Been able to have a good game in the Important Competitions.

Al-Nassr should have no issues most of the time in the league, but this time they failed big against a blatant underdog. This is what I mean by saying that Ronaldo can't throw the party alone. It was said before Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr that from there on they are going to win every single game because of him, but that is not how it works. Every players lives off of the synergies that are created with his teammates and the more teammates there are that Ronaldo can create synergies with, the more effective he becomes himself to the benefit of the team.

~ I think the help of their family and professional help are both needed to assist the addicted to overcome their problem, the family is needed to provide the moral support, as overcoming an addiction is very difficult to do and they may think about giving up during the middle of the process, and the family has to be there to reassure them and motivate them to keep going, but professional help is needed as well, since an addiction can be so out of hand that only someone that has been trained could possibly help the addicted to get over their compulsion to gamble.

Very well said. The support from your loved ones is very important. It makes you want to jump off your addiction. But more often than not you can't make that jump without a professional help. To choose among the professionals is a crucial bit. It should someone with big experience, not a young person, but not someone very old either because his/her main experience should be in the field of online gambling.

I think a lack in social relationships can be a trigger for gambling addiction in the first place. I am quite sure that there is data on the degree of isolation of people and how it affects them in terms of susceptibility to addictions. If someone has great relationships all around him or her, it is much less likely that that person is wasting time in front of a screen gambling online I suppose. But once an addiction kicked in, it is of course as helpful to have intact social relationships. But with intact I mean that it is not enough to just have them, it is important to have those that are willing to raise their voice and tell you that something is wrong. Often times people with close relationships are too afraid to talk openly to each other because they think they hurt each other. That's not simple at all.

Pogba has been confirmed positive for doping.
He will have 7 days to give a defense.

He will be probably banned for 1 year according to rumors.

Banned from serie a, terminate from the club, receive 0 salary. I must be awarding this guy caused by he had been successfully destroying himself. Pogba is ballotelli's brother lol.

Im waiting for an official announcement from juventus to kick him out. RIP pogba's career.

Why did Pogba do such a thing? I'm very curious about this. He had a bad time due to injuries for a long time, I wonder if that's why his doping test was positive because of a drug he took? I wonder if he used doping consciously.
Now Pogba's professional career is completely over. I don't think he will ever play for a good team again. I won't be surprised if he starts playing football in Arab countries after his sentence ends Smiley

It will depend on how plausible his explanation is, but normally the anti-doping agencies are showing no mercy in those cases whatsoever and he can expect to be banned for years. But doesn't that mean he can still play for clubs in a different association like in Saudi Arabia? I guess it wouldn't hurt him that much if the consequence is that he is now forced to earn 30 million per year playing for a club in the Saudi Professional League. Unless I am missing something here and any ban imposed by the UEFA/FIFA? is valid globally or something, but I don't believe so.
867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: October 07, 2023, 09:04:06 AM
I wouldn't be too sure about it. I doubt that he will play 90 minute games. I guess that doesn't make sense and may not physically be possible on the level that is required at a World Cup. But having him on the team could still boost some extra hype and when he gets substituted for some player during the game, I think the audiences would go nuts.

Your math about his age is correct, but Ronaldo has not retired yet either. These guys are in the game for records and Ronaldo is probably going to try and play one more hoping for his team to win it and equalize the difference to Messi. It is also an incredible event in terms of size.

Well, I do have faith and hope that Messi will play for the next World Cup, maybe at 39 years old things will not be so bad, if Messi and CR7 play Messi at 39 and CR7 at 41 would be a hard blow for all the European teams that They wanted to lower the football career of these players by telling them that they were old, very bad of them, Messi still has a lot to give , in the World Cup qualifiers they are doing very well, I think things are not discussed about this type of world stars, even though the most powerful players there are have not reached the level that CR7 and Messi have, they are players who can make the difference this time, in addition to everything that has been speculated about Barcelona than its 6 titles when Messi came to the team and with the World Cup, which they say helped him a lot, but they can clean up his name very well in the World Cup, it's good, and I would like a match on Argentina vs Portugal, where these two Legends are, I think that That's what it's about, to be able to do something very good , otherwise you wouldn't be able to have another type of emotion, I think that all of us as fans deserve this, one more meeting, since at Euorp they were treated so badly, Unfortunately, I think that these will be the last Clubs of these stars because at least CR7 Already said it, and Messi, well, I imagine that he doesn't want to live through so many tough times like the ones he experienced at PSG.

In general, things in world football and in its teams are usually treated in a different way, first, it must be considered that these players are world class, that everyone acclaims them, that those who are fans of Messi or CR7, in this In this case, I believe that Messi can Be Easily convinced by his Teammates and by all of Argentina to play again, the one who would like him to come back and help win the cup is the Dimaría noodle, because he did a great job in Qatar,  he was the one who helped the victories. from Argentina.

That's the point here. Messi and Ronaldo would probably still be able to make a difference at the World Cup 2026. They may not take the ball and dribble across the whole field just on their own and then score, but Messi's free kick and passing precision is unprecedented and he would still be able to either score or assist in many game situations. Ronaldo is probably hardly losing any of his physical strength until then. Maybe just a few %, but he would still be quick and fit enough to be a center forward who understands how and where to strike during a game. Imagine you have Ronaldo sitting on the bench and you can bring him on for just 20 minutes at the end of the game. I guess it doesn't even matter if he is 41 years old or 37 years old.
868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: October 06, 2023, 06:14:58 PM
Honestly , Leverkusen is playing so smooth that I wouldn't be surprise to see them in the finals or even winning it because right now they seem to be one of the first candidates alongside Liverpool to win the trophy this year.

Meanwhile , Group B is fantastic to watch as you can't really tell for now who is going to advance beyond group stage  Grin Grin as AEK seems determined to qualify and leave Marseille out.

They've made a massive progress this season, not just this season, they did so last season. I don't them in this Competition next season.
What I'm not so sure of would be seeing Xabi Alonso with Bayern Leverkusen next season. Liverpool got so close a season to the finals but they couldn't get it. Sevilla displayed class during that finals.

I was rooting for Brighton, since it's the first time they've qualified for the Europa League Competition. But it's obvious they lack experience and chances of qualification slim.

What is so great about Brighton is how they are constantly working their way up in the Premier League and even though they don't yet stand a chance to qualify for the Champions League against the big teams, they are still able to cause the big names some serious trouble as we have seen a couple of times now.

There start into the Europa League hasn't been great, but there are still two games at home although both are relatively tough. There is Ajax Amsterdam waiting two times now. I think these two games are decisive. If they can win 4 points out of those two games, chances are good they can still make it.

Leverkusen is conquering the hearts from fans from anywhere. I think it is also because of Alonso as he is a very handsome guy with no prima donna behaviors or any stupid press conferences like Mourinho. He takes the time and answers in a nice manner. Great career in front of him and now we will see how far he can push Leverkusen.

Haaland is a very important player for Norway, but football is not a game played with just one person. All 11 players need to be important and play well. In basketball, sometimes one player can turn the match around on his own, but it is impossible to see this in football. It will require efforts from other teammates as well as Haaland. There is no other chance for Norway.

Teams who behave like one-man army can be very effective at times. We have seen examples multiple times in the past. Cristiano Ronaldo - Portugal, Goran Pandeev - North Macedonia, Gareth Bale - Wales and Mohammad Salah - Egypt are recent examples. And in case of Norway, they do have some young players who can support Håland, such as Martin Ødegaard. The issue with Norway doesn't lie in being a one-man army. Rather than that, their real issue is in having a very weak defense and poor team bonding.

But that statement without context isn't helpful.

Quote
Teams who behave like one-man army can be very effective at times.

They behave like one-man armies because they have no other choice but to give the ball to Bale or Ronaldo and hope for them to score. They do it because at times it is their best bet. But your statement suggests that this strategy is superior to something else and this is problematic. Because if Wales had didn't only have one Bale, but five Bales, the team would be tremendously stronger using all five Bales instead of the one real Bale.

These one-man shows can work but with every next round they can get to, the air gets thinner and thinner because those teams have five or six or seven or even eleven top players and that's when the one-man show usually ends.

But i am excited about the game tomorrow Dortmund vs Union Berlin and i dont how to bet there for now.

I am also waiting for this match. The Dortmund team did not start the season well but their performance is very stable now. The team has won their last three matches in the Bundesliga. They shared the points with Milan in the Champions League match. The team is in good rhythm. Especially in the last few matches, Dortmund's attacking players have been playing well.

Union Berlin, on the other hand, have not been in good form this season. Their performance suddenly deteriorated. They have been trying to get back on track for the last four matches. This team has lost four matches in a row. So Berlin is less likely to perform well against Dortmund at the moment.

Dortmund has been able to maintain excellent dominance in the matches between these two teams. Dortmund have won 4 of their last 5 matches and Dortmund are capable of performing very well in their home match against Berlin. Hopefully Dortmund will win at least 2 goals in this match.

The results were good for the last three games, but Dortmund is known for suddenly underperforming when no real reason is obvious. They play amazing and then bam, lose against a team that is in the lower third of the table. This game against Union Berlin is a must win for them. They are in a good position now with two consecutive games at home. I hope they can reap all the six points and then go with good confidence into the match against Newcastle. I am looking forward to that one as well as now I think the result Newcastle vs. PSG has shown that Dortmund has to play their best game of the season in order to have a chance to steal points there.

But yes, I don't know in how far ten Hag is involved in transfer decisions and whether he has a lot to say in the club when it comes to player transfers, but there have been some questionable decisions in the recent past.

I don't think he is entirely to blame for Manchester United's poor form. In the past they have spent millions of dollars on players like Jadon Sancho, Harry Maguire and Anthony Martial and they have never benefited from them. So, there is a long history of bad and wrong transfer policy at Manchester United. They are like Chelsea, but not as bad as Chelsea. Smiley I don't think Erik ten Hag has a squad that can compete with his rivals. Manchester United need a lot of transfers and they have almost no chance of winning the Champions League.

I wouldn't say entirely to blame, that's always an exaggeration as a club is much bigger than a single person in any case. But he can't complain about not having enough money to buy players. He did get some players. But what I wonder is whether those players were chosen by the sporting director or whether ten Hag could also decide which player to buy and which one to skip.

Do you remember the issues that Tuchel had with Leonardo at PSG? It was because Tuchel was essentially not involved in the transfers if I remember correctly and he had to work with whatever player Leonardo decided to be the right ones for the team. That's really bad because I think a coach knows better or should know better.

Usually Dembele and Kolo Muani should be able to assist him a lot. If they are all in their best form they can be one of the best attack lines in Europe. But it is easy to anticipate that they will lack consistency. Dembele has never managed to be consistent for more than two months I believe and Kolo Muani has played amazing in Frankfurt, but still owes the proof how he will be doing over the course of a whole season in a club like PSG. The league shouldn't be a problem for him, that is nothing new, but the Champions League as far as I know is new to him and he was pretty bad last game.
Both Dembele and Kolo Muani are two exceptional talents that can help PSG up in the champions league, they don’t need to depend on Mbappe to have them go that far. In fact I think they play better now than when they had too many stars. Aside this two, there players like Asensio who has the highest trophies in the competition and also Goncalco Ramos who is one of the most sought after strikers they need. This should make PSG go far but that is not the case. pSG do not have any senior player as midfielders, that was one thing though, they need to add somewhere

I think it doesn't matter which team Mbappe plays for, every team would depend a bit on him when he's there and when he then leaves the club, it would only be normal to realize a difference. These outstanding star players are star players because every team can need them.

About Dembele you said something important and that is he is an exceptional talent! Yes, that is the problem. It seems that he remains a talent forever. He has never grown up into this player he could be when he would be at his maximum constantly. But he has his up and down, he has his injuries etc. Players like Messi Ronaldo wouldn't be 10% as valuable as they have been if they only played at their maximum every four or five games.

Kolo Muani still needs to justify the money that was paid for him with goals and assists and good performances in general.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 06, 2023, 01:52:59 PM
It is a home game for Arsenal, which makes this game more interesting than I would otherwise expect. I think a game at Manchester City's would be a much harder task than this one. Arsenal is in great shape to go for it now, but this game also involves some desire for revenge for last season. If Arsenal beats Manchester City, I think it would allow people to dream again that Manchester City won't pull off a one team show this season again.
The encounter between Manchester City and Arsenal will have a high level of match intensity. Due to Manchester City's recent loss to Wolves, Manchester City would come out fighting to win the game, while Arsenal would do everything in their power to exact revenge and show their fans that they are capable of winning the Premier League this season

The reality that Manchester City can lose other games, like the defeat to Wolves, prevents me from dreaming that they will win the Premier League this season, even if they defeat Arsenal once more.

I just came across an article stating that Manchester City won the last 12 Premier League matches against Arsenal, but I know that things have changed over the years. Still that statistic is really telling. Was wondering whether Guardiola is still suspended, but seems he is not.

Guardiola is immensely complaining about Rodri missing the game and that the referee sent him off anyway. Can't recall the foul right now, but I am sure Manchester City has someone on the bench who is just good enough to play instead of Rodri. Tongue

Well.. Silberman was probably implying that almost everyone in Mexico can understand English. That was not the case when the world cup was held in Brazil (2014) or Russia (2018). Anyway, leave the language apart. The main issue here is travel. 2026 edition will be a great torture, as some of the fans need to travel thousands of miles to watch the matches of their favorite team. But then, 2030 is at an entirely different level. Who will be happy, if they are being made to travel from Uruguay or Argentina to Morocco? This is just plain crazy.

I don't know about Brazil, but I know that about one third in Russia is proficient in English and I would confidently say that in Russia there is more English proficiency than in both countries you mentioned, Brazil and Mexico. This is a source citing a test, but I also read across a couple of other sources. Since I know some Russians very well, I can tell from what they told me and English is quite well known. The reason is that Spanish or Portuguese is so widespread that these people are less dependent on learning additional languages. But no worries, this is not to educate or insult anyone here. It was a little interesting discourse either way. But language, as you said, shouldn't really matter. It is more about distances and political repression like in Qatar. Those are the things that we as consumers or visitors should be concerned about.

According to the data I could find, which is outdated but it was the best I got, 12.9% of the Mexican population can speak English, all of them as a second language, so you could literally grab a few random people on the street and you will soon find someone which could speak English, and taking into account the distribution of those speakers is not random and they are concentrated on big cities, then it should be even easier for a person which just speaks English to get by even without knowing a single word of Spanish.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_English-speaking_population

Language is really no point here and I am sure that it is something which could easily be taken care of by setting up info points for tourists and so on and so forth. As I mentioned above it wasn't meant to attack you or anything, but from your merit I understand you didn't take it as such. Wink I would merit you back, but I only have a single one to give so I apologize because sometimes I keep those for special occasions. Maybe this dialogue turns into one later on! Wink
876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: October 06, 2023, 12:28:15 PM
Not all prominent players would keen on moving to SPL probably not because of the money but for significant trophies and awards to win. Saudi Arabia has everything it takes to improve their league to European standards, but they are missing a single factor: the requisite competitive players who will devote their complete focus to the league. European football is established all around the world, however the Saudi Pro League is only recently gaining popularity. It was with the assistance of Cristiano Ronaldo that SPL was positively influenced, without any tension.
Even though the Saudi league offers a lot of money and is an opportunity for players to gain financially but it's an inferior league and not all players would be willing to move over their, especially youngsters that are yet to have a better career in the European major competitions that's more popular and competitive than the SPL.

However thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's influence that's helped the league in gaining popularity and due to his arrival alot of other European players have been convinced to move over there and it's made it a bit better and more competitive than it's used to be, the Saudi league might not be compared to the European leagues but they're trying to get there with the help of their financial stability.

This might also change in the near future if the Saudi Professional League clubs are willing to pay salaries that no young player in the world can resist. But it may become prohibitively expensive even for the Saudi club.

What it definitely does is it raises the basic level for salaries everywhere. European clubs can't "just" pay 10 million if a Saudi club is willing to pay 100 million per year.

This is one of my biggest concerns. That they get an inflation spiral for salaries going and European clubs can't and shouldn't really afford those salaries. Maybe it is part of Saudi Arabias strategy.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: October 06, 2023, 06:51:37 AM
These are just stupid excuses. If they want the centenary celebration, then what prevents them from holding a mini-world cup in the South American nations? Asking the fans to travel 3 continents just to watch the games is outright crazy. Think about the fans. They don't deserve any of this shit. And it is not just the effort and money that is required for the travel. They need to apply for visas, and it is going to take a lot of work. My guess is that nowadays FIFA cares only about the TV audience, and not about the actual fans who travel to watch the matches on stadiums.
This is the first time I have read about this, the current format of the world cup with Canada, the US and Mexico hosting it could still be argued that it made sense, as those three countries are heavily integrated and they are part of the same continent, while you could still get away with speaking a single language, in this case English, as even if there are parts of Canada in which French is the dominant language and when it comes to Mexico Spanish is their official language, there are still lots of people which speak English, but hosting the world cup at six different countries and three continents is simply too much, and it would not surprise me if the attendance to the 2030 world cup by the fans dropped considerably.

What single language is it that connects Mexico so closely with the USA and Canada?

I think all the associations, but first and foremost the FIFA, have realized that no matter how they structure these tournaments, the stadiums will be sold out no matter what and how they host the World Cups. That is indeed what counts for them. Sold out stadiums, big involvement of the global audience to drive up broadcasting revenue. I don't really have an opinion on that, but maybe one of the reasons also is that this gives the chance to smaller countries to also host a small part of the World Cup while otherwise they would have never gotten a chance. Obviously not aware of the details, but there are pros and cons I think.

Mourinho got what he needed to get tonight, since he got bad results with his team in the Serie A and had poor performance there, he and his was were under pressure and they needed to get a win and good result to make things better.
Today against Servette they won the game with a 4-0 result and players like Lukaku had good performances there and they didn't even use Dybala in this match.
However, after the game, Mourinho said he was not happy with the performance of the team at all.

AS Roma bounced back to winning streaks after humiliating their opponents. AS Roma is expected to be among the best leading teams in Europa League because they have everything it takes to compete with full energy against their opponents. With the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Paulo Dybala, they pair incredible duos, stepping out for impressive results for the team. The game against Servette, the visitors didn't stand a chance other than battling for defensive game. AS Roma thrashed Servette 4 nil with full positive impact on the pitch. José Mourinho seemed satisfied with the results recorded but he will push further to climb to significant positions in Seria A because they recorded quite bad results.

That is how it should be, but there are a couple of good teams in the Europa League and of course some more teams will get relegated from the Champions League as well and those will be some strong teams, too. It is quite a tough tournament and so far my guess is that Liverpool and Leverkusen will make it very far. Leverkusen does continue to be consistent and it's a joy to see them thriver further because of Alonso's management.

I would not count Roma as one of the favorites just yet. Not because they are doing bad in the Serie A as Sevilla has proven that it doesn't matter, but Roma isn't playing that well so far.

I am almost sure that next season the time has come when Mbappe makes the step from PSG to Real Madrid, but it is still Mbappe and he is probably the player with the most drama in history when it comes to transfers. But in terms of how Mbappe plays and the skillset he has, it would be perfect for him to play with Vinicius Junior. I suppose you can't have more speed in your attacking line than that.

Man turned down the offer to move to Real Madrid when he had the chance, he is a lucky player, ( I shouldn't have said that, he has lots of qualities and he fits no other club than Real Madrid currently. )
I'm still pondering what offer he got from the French President ( Emmanuel Macron ) for him to stay back with Psg. Psg had qualities, but the French league is not the place to see him shine and get his hands on the Ballon d'or.

Saw the Champions League game and two players impressed me alot. Rudiger and Jude Bellingham. Rudiger bullied the fvck outta Victor Oshime, just the same way he did with Erling Haaland last season.
Even if they don't want to get to admit, Jude Bellingham has got to be the face of England and British football around the world. He has been consistent and would still be on thr same level. He doesn't need the media to get him hyped. Consistency and his high mentality will take him higher. Top player.

Couldn't agree more about Jude Bellingham and Rudiger. Both have their stories that are worth looking into. Rudiger was more or less a no name who fought his way up to the top and is now one of the best in his position. Bellingham was so young that many critics said his move to Real Madrid comes too early. Both are great examples that modesty, mentality and hard work pays off no matter the age.

Well, I think Mbappe could also fit very well into the Liverpool team or the Manchester City team as a left wing replacing Foden. Mbappe is still one level above anyone else, he is just in the wrong team.

But I think Real Madrid would be the best solution for everyone involved, us fans included. He would somehow perfectly fit into that white Real Madrid jersey. Wink

Gambling is a stress reliever can also be quite the euphemistic description of what gambling does. In theory it is right because it is connected to dopamine release, but really the problem is losing money and that definitely negatively counters the seemingly positive effect. It is good if people can deal with fixed limits and stick to them or play as much as they want and their limit is set where it would start to interfere with their social life. No real life relationship is worth risking for excessive gambling.
Gambling is just a game to relieve stress for some people maybe things like this can still be understood and I still think this is true but the fact is that there are still many people who consider gambling with a different meaning where apart from those who think that this is a condition where to improve themselves (Even though it is wrong) sometimes many people also do gambling to relieve stress end up with those who are increasingly stressed because of defeat and cannot control the gambling activities carried out.

This is a basic thing that is quite important to realize and even though in theory it is true it seems that things like this are sometimes difficult for some people to accept in terms of their logic.

Yes but the line is way too fine to generalize it as a stress reliever. I know this has been said before, but how many people do you think would say that they drink beer daily for stress relief? They are not even lying, it is true. Alcohol relieves stress but only in the short term. Over the long run the overall stress resilience will decrease as alcohol does suppress anxiety and stress only when you are actually drunk or have consumed alcohol. That is why it is a vicious circle for many people. They start believing that the method they found to relieve stress is something they should or need to apply more often. When they can calm down while gambling, it signalizes their brain that gambling is something inherently good for them. While in most cases it actually isn't.
