If someone has owned SolidCoins, can they declare that they have owned them to get a tax refund instead?
(or would that be considered supporting terrorism since SolidCoin infringes on copyrights?)

rofl. First thing I saw was this: I knew it was a scam from that moment. (Texas Instruments doesn't make ASIC chips for bitcoin mining last time I checked.)

But guess what, unlike the foundation, this project is free and open to all.
Why not compare yourself to something else free and open? Like the thousands of youtube videos that already exist? Will you make those videos obsolete?

You used Tor and know what the prices are on SilkRoad (even call it "SR") but you didn't know that putting cash into bitcoin wasn't instant? Guess it's time to change your username and try again cause you dun goofed.

It's be easier to give you respect if you weren't lying about your identity and constantly telling people that if they aren't part of your "educational organization" then they will become "obsolete". Try being honest and humble for once. It does wonders for the soul. My identity? My bio has been posted for all to see. Who do you think I am? It was a tongue in cheek in reference to "Head of the Bitcoin Education Project". Seriously though, every other time I see you post it's about how no one matters anymore unless they sign up for your udemy videos.

I would just like to be treated with respect. I love this community and the idea of Bitcoin.

Most Bitcoiners don't hate the current system. They just hate not being on top of it. If they are the new masters, it's alright.
This.

1) Register 10 domains. 2) Spend all of 10 seconds designing ugly logo and filling each page with uniltelligible giberish. 3) Jump to the forums and ask for $63,000. 4) 5) Profit All I can say is if he succeeds in finding a sucker to take him seriously, we're all in the wrong business chaps!

lol@ "Who here regrets not ordering a BFL unit?" Who here regrets NOT.. - dealing with abuse everytime they try to figure out what's happening with their order?
- being lied to on a regular basis?
- waiting 7+ months (and still waiting) for anything to actually be shipped?
- watching their opportunity costs rise and their bitcoins quadruple in value while they sit on their hands?
Even if BFL delivered TODAY, on spec even, it has already become a horrible, horrible investment in comparison to Avalon.

Imagine what edtrice.org or edrice.info linked to all the great stuff would do to his career. He has a career? Oh right, you mean marks. Yea, it'd probably scare the marks away.

LOL I found that blog the other night. You do know it was written by Trice-a-roni right ?
He has a habit of creating blogs all over the place, having newspaper articles printed that he created.
I do not know what deal he had with Alexis Skye but he sure played her for all he could media wise.
He is the true egomaniac and has plastered himself all over the internet, creating his own Wikipedia and with his scam on gothic chess, my 61 memorable games etc., that has been plastered on just about every website you can think of.
Just do google search of "Ed Trice Scam", "Liquidnitrogenoverclocking.com scam" and scroll through the links, that junk not only hurts your eyes to read but it will give you a headache after reading how he can twist any simple question into a paragraph of nonsense that usually starts out with "if you were correct I would agree with you".
I have looked over so many emails with this stuff its not funny, after awhile it's just simply painful to keep going and read his garbage. The textual banter that he with a client was enough to drive you insane.
Hey don't ruin it for the rest of us. We're still "discovering" Ed for the first time, in all his delicious scumminess.

Bruno, in that blog he wrote about himself, he shows a supposed glowing recommendation by "Don Lafferty". Keep in mind, this is the same Ed Trice who claims he met Bobby Fischer (and can't prove it to anyone) and pays people to write articles about himself. Here's a snippet of the contract between papamoi and Ed Trice: Here's what caught my eye: Keep in mind the first was done on a computer in a PDF file.

and dead
Correct you are. Within one year really. Keep using drugs like a chemical dumpster and You might be dead in 1 year. P.S. I don't want to become famous. And probably we will never become. Bitcoin might become so huge than everyone forgets us. Or Bitcoin fails and we are left forever in memory of Archive.org All the more reason to have fun with what you do.

Just for comedy, I called the number our fat copn man supplied and there is no "Randal Smith" working there. There's also no detectives working there (it's the police district call center).
Ed is either mentally retarded, lived as a sociopath so long he thinks everyone believes him, or just lazy because no one has banged on his door yet.
Patience Ed. Paperwork takes time and the FBI takes a tad longer than local law enforcement in international fraud cases.

I feel sorry for Ed if he actually does have a daughter. Instead of apologizing to papamoi and refunding him, he's building a wall of evidence against himself and digging himself into a hole from which he may never be able to see his daughter from again. I'm actually quite surprised he's stayed alive this long to be honest. His pathetic attempts to scam millions from "investors" while lying about "Steve Wozniac" being his company's spokesperson will go down in history as one of the most ridiculous sociopathic pieces of evidence against him ever.
This fruitloop is comedy gold. Keep the gold coming Ed, it keeps us motivated to see this through.

You yourself would be considered a scammer (forever) then to? (You are trying to do kind of the same with the silly bet you made) I never took anyone's money and my bet was a prank to fuck with people I had considered annoying at the time (I know, a horrible thing to do and extremely poorly thought out). He could've run like a pirate .... but somehow he didn't. That deserves some kind of acknowledgment?!
Or it just means he might have been caught and realized he couldn't get away with it (death threats, etc). We don't know. I guess the previous poster asking for answers to questions is right on target.

*edit* double LOL - just reread it again and saw the bit 'about contacting the department early to our might mean you forfit your funds'... what a tard. I guess this explains why he would use his real name...
It is highly entertaining to watch someone so disconnected with reality try to protect himself. It's like watching a kid with chocolate on his face try and tell everyone that he didn't steal a cookie. I suspect Ed is not going to last very long in prison and would do anything to plea bargain against having to go. If he were smart, he would have recognized his mistake earlier and given every penny back to papamoi before he garnered this much attention. This is how all common crooks fuck up; they get sloppy in front of the wrong people.

It wasn't the most flattering article. He mentioned the delays and 1000s of backordered units, but I didn't see any mention of how much cash it generates. I can't see it pushing too many new sales.
That's because everyone flogged him on Twitter before he could write the article and told him the truth. BFL plan backfire extrodinaré.
