1701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain - LAUNCHED! on: August 18, 2014, 08:41:32 PM
On the honesty evaluation note, actually these devs should be an example for all altcoin devs terms of honesty and integrity. The fact that the devs returned the 250 BTC indicates these are quite nice and honest young men.

Of course they are about to face a legal prosecution. But ppl should be able to withdraw their investment after this massive failure. ppl deserve to get it back. These devs dont deserve to be paid for this mayhem

Why they would face legal prosecution? It is not a criminal case. They are trying to deliver. It would be a criminal act if they would run away with the money.

arrogant cheerleading material ...

Since you are the author of vericoin's only technical document that is in the public domain and you had the arrogance to publish and call it white paper, read this: http://www.gavwood.com/Paper.pdf
I understand it is a heavy technical material and it is not for you, but hopefully you would have a rough idea what a white paper is and why the money goes to Ethereum and not to vericoin, and then you would never ever involve with software development, just stick to your basic, arrogant, foot soldier hype making cheerleader role.

nonsense ...

All right fanboy, go back to the regional cheerleader meeting and work out how to make the next hype about the next secret project.

I never expected to be called a fudder, I am new, I stated my opinion. Everyone started on bitcointalk somewhere, I guess I picked the wrong place to start

You are not a FUDster. Don't worry what cheerleaders say, don't be intimidated by this group of arrogant scammers. Half of them loaded with 500k-1 million coins each and have a vast interest in keeping the hype alive, other half are the voluntary cheerleaders who have 1-2k, max 10k coins, they are actually the worst because they have no idea why but believe in the three clowns.
1706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VRC] | VeriCoin | POS - NSDI | VeriBit | VeriSend | VeriSMS on: August 18, 2014, 07:35:33 PM
I must say that this is an interesting coin. I have watched for a few days and I have seen nothing other than maybe this and maybe that. I actually listened to vrcradio and that was just as bland as I had expected. I hope you you all get where you want to go, but I am not on board with this rarely updated, empty promised,  strung out kinda coin.

Tell Tale signs of a Fudster. This is the first post made by a user who hasn't post before. Add that to the fact there have been and continue to be exciting things going on with VeriCoin.

It's obvious to me he hasn't been following VeriCoin

Tell Tale signs of a turbo mode hardcore cheerleader like yourself that ignores three clowns couldn't deliver a thing for 6 weeks never mind the secret project in the weekend and idiot enough to attack users who point out obvious problems about this declining cheerleader hype driven shit.
1707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VRC] | VeriCoin | POS - NSDI | VeriBit | VeriSend | VeriSMS on: August 18, 2014, 11:41:57 AM

Yeeep.. It's pretty dissapointing really. I think im about done with crypto. I got in to crypto thinking it would be an interesting and potentially profitable hobby, with other intelligent (far more intelligent than me) enthusiasts to interact with.

Instead what I have found is that crypto a cesspool of scammers, liars, cheerleaders, and the just plain retarded.. With the odd exception here and there for a coin that shows the slightest amount of innovation, or a person with some reasonable intelligence that isn't completely clouded with either greed or other questionable motives..

You should visit meetup.com and check to see if your area has a bitcoin meetup group. If not maybe you should start one. I can tell you I've had 1000x more intelligent conversations with real people in real life vs. talking to those on the internet (not that I haven't met some cool people). What I'm trying to say is don't give up!  Sad
I think most people are not dumb, but just acting dumb online.

Those who live in the past are depressed, those who live in the future are anxious, but those who live in the present are at peace.

First it was the hype with wizrig when Pnosker said everything is legit, watch back the hangout video how reassuring Pnosker was about the intentions and legitimacy of the scammer wizrig. We know what happened then. Then it was the New York Wall Street meeting, hype making tweets about investors and nice big office buildings, no substance whatsoever and nothing happened. Then came the BTC conference hype without any impacts on the progress and content delivery. Then they started to talk about new features, whitepapers without delivering anything to date. This weekend was for the announcement of a secret project, of course the clowns delivered nothing by the promised time.

They are taking the piss on the community and investors and you accept any shit from these three clowns. That's your present, if you want to talk about the present :-)))

And the secret weapon arrived this weekend.

The VeriCoin Devs delivered again.

It would make sense in this case, since they bought mintpal. If this turns out well it will have a positive effect on mintpals volume.

I am sure every actions could be justified, but what other coins would say if Moolah that supposed to provide a transparent, unbiased service support a particular coin that is in trouble with buy walls. Of course they could do that technically but it wouldn't be ethical. Their business is not to save coins, but provide service for coins.
1710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain - LAUNCHED! on: August 17, 2014, 07:58:36 PM
Can anyone answer this - why did the devs return 234btc back to moolah? And regarding to rumors here they should be used these money for forming buy wall. Buy wall 200+btc set. But money has been already returned. Is something wrong with this?

the answer is a simple one - it was a public display that they are serious and committed to the join - it's was kid of like taking money for work that was not done right - they're fixing the wallet now beause that's their responibility.

after a while you'll come across some coins where the devs take the ipo money and simply disappear - these guys are not that way...

I respect them for that...

and when the dust settles - please feel free to mine this coin at sys.lifeforce.info

Smiley

Absolutely. It was a statement of transparency.  The devs are saying, "We won't get our money until you get yours." Smiley

You both don't understand the question.
Those btc were meant for the walls.
The btc got returned.
Why where the btc still in the support walls?

Yeah, I guess I don't get you.  Moolah had the btc; they turned it over to Syscoin devs.  The Syscoin devs gave Moolah back the money for buy walls.  I guess I'm not seeing the confusion.

The coins where sent to the devs for the buy walls.
The dev in good faith returned the coins to moolah.
Moolah put up the buy walls.

Why instead of this haven't they put the buy walls from the start to avoid this mess.

I doubt Moolah would put any buy walls to support a currency. Moolah is an indenpendent business, why would they support any third party coins? So if I create shitcoin No. 32468 Moolah would support it with buy walls - I don't think so.

he confirmed it himself - take it as a fact (read up earlier pages if you dont trust me)

Who confirmed, Moolah? That guy wasn't the Moolah CEO, he was some random guy trolling here. It doesn't make any sense that Moolah would support any coins with a buy wall.

OK, the devs look solid, they have returned the 250BTC to Moolah. Quite nice actually in this scam driven altcoin market.
1713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain - LAUNCHED! on: August 17, 2014, 02:35:26 PM
It's fucking hilarious, the altcoin history books will write: "and then the syscoin devs woke up, posted on IRC and the price jumped from 440 Sat to 510 Sat".  What a crazy environment the altcoin market is. :-)))) Imagine the Boeing CEO wake up and the market react fro the good news.

wat wait i though vericoin is shit and has no actual development the devs are not suited for the crypto currency and [insert barabbas]

why is vericoin @14 k from 7 k now.......  i just dumped my 300 k vericoins....
barabass i trusted your comments... and monkeys too  Cry

my trust is lost, after buying on the top and selling at the bottom  Roll Eyes

Oh dear, oh dear ... not that I could sell anything at the low prices, but at least you had a good time and you were ecstatic for 2 hours when the price was at 15K. I am sure jorr and many investors who believed the hype and bought into the coin at 40-50K were very happy too that the price gone up as much as 15K for 2 hours. Are you still partying? You seems very quiet again since the price is going down.

I think celebrating a 100% rise in price is completely justified. Gives some confidence to the noobs who maybe bagholding, how quickly a coin can be pumped.

It's some of outrageous shit I've seen said that is not justified, people giving false hope to people. I try be true to myself and others and people should know crypto is high risk.

Those who keep the hype going and give false hope to people as you said, spend 12 hours per day on IRC, mislead new naive investors with 100k Sat price predictions, so the main cheerleader guys must have 1 million coins each (otherwise why they would put so much time into keep the hype going), they have probably mined the coins or got it at 550 Sat and having a slow dump since 50k, for them the 15k is great, but even 10k is a perfectly acceptable situation. For the cheerladers who loaded with cheap coins any new BTC that flow into VRC is a profit, every little dump helps to pay the bills so the hype must go on.
1715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain - LAUNCHED! on: August 17, 2014, 02:13:08 PM
I want to buy syscoin but I don't have more BTC so my business partner, a professional lady is activated for barter trade. (She is 42 but does the job well)
Blowjob: 10,000,000 SYS
Oral: 15,000,000 SYS
Full service:  20,000,000 SYS

I suggest consider this offer, at least you will be happy for 30 seconds and get out something from the syscoin project.

blowjobs are cheaper than oral? erm...

Well, since the coin is not in the best shape I could activate only a toothless lioness associate, therefore the oral is actually quite a pleasant service, but let me have a board meeting with the professionals to review the price policy.

At the current price of 440 sat 20,000,000SYS = 20M*0.00000440 = 88BTC =$45,320 is a bit steep

Well, I have activated my market analyst and sleeping expert colleagues as well, and the prediction was that when the sex service will be delivered the devs will be still at sleep and price will be 4 Sat.
1716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain - LAUNCHED! on: August 17, 2014, 02:05:58 PM
Actually there is a buy support from the devs, there is 17 BTC at Bittrex at least. Otherwise, who the fuck in their right mind would buy into this chaotic shit if not the devs from the 250 BTC?

Fucking hell guys, could you be reasonable please? Don't you understand the devs are sleeping? Don't disturb a sleeping man with coin launch and all kind of meaningless stuff. Let the men sleep ...

Actually I was thinking to buy some syscoins, checked to source tree, while I have not opened the source files and I could be wrong, but it seems to me from the file names the coin is just an other litecoin fork. Where exactly is the innovation? Is the decentralized market place in the github source, if yes then in which files? If you don't mind please point it out so I don't have to go through on the whole source code to find your innovative features.

nice code

WTF, could you answer my question at all, where are the innovative features, I just don't want to start to go though on the source code if you know the answer and which source file I should look at it?
