You probably live in Venezuela, there average joe/person earns $5 per month, mining there with their electricity cost paired with their worthless currency will give more than $5 per month, now if you live in places where you earn more than $1000 per month and then you come here and say mining is worth more than working in any regular job then that means you are an idiot.
I think miners need to be encouraged because they are the fuel of the crypto currency space. I also think miners should be the one who decide the price of coin. This way they will live and crypto will live too. Thanks for posting this @OP. Can you post some data if possible.

I feel India is the people's favorite at the moment.
Seems like everyone is giving the advantages to India. In the recent time they really is doing well. Anyway, Yes it is fun. Keep this things coming. I am thinking to create a wall with all this prediction posts in a new topic and after the world cup we can have a separate discussion with our own judgements for before and after :-)

~snip~ I can understand your affection for them, but the current Sri Lankan team is plain horrible and they don't stand a chance in my opinion with regards to winning the world cup.
They need to make drastic changes to their team and this is something which everybody would agree on.
And I am on the same page like you :-) It was just a moment which triggered me to bet for them :-P I do have no expectation from this Sri Lankan team in this world cup. I doubt even they will pass the group round.

But can it happen that tokens will completely disappear from the markets. Today their recession is on. Is it possible that the cryptocurrency will be forgotten by society and something else will take its place?
Are you saying this because of the example project you have used in your OP? Compare crypto currency with the internet invention. People were in doubt about internet because they did not understand what they will do with it. This is human nature. We get scared when we do not know what to do with something which is new. Crypto currency has just started. It's only 10 years gone. Still we have a lot of years ahead to come.

The crypto industry does not widely distribute the names of investors. They prefer to stay in the shade. Who do you think is the existing cryptoinvestor? Who made the most profitable investment in cryptocurrency?
Why would I care about the investors. I care about crypto acceptance, crypto adoption. I will be happy to see a world where fiat is gone and crypto took over the everyday currency transaction. I would love to see when I buy something, I am paying with crypto. When I am selling something, I am accepting crypto. When I will ask them to pay in dollar. They will say what is it? I will say never mind, it used to be a currency :-)

I’m surprised you choosed to place a bet on Srilanka in the first place, it was a risky bet right from the start you should have studied their form before placing a bet on them. This Srilanka team has no legendary players that can help them win, and I don’t think their current squad will even win more than 2 - 3 matches in the World Cup. I’ll agree Ipl form won’t help them in the World Cup, as in IPL the format is different and more money is involved, but in World Cup there’s less money so that’s always a factor.
It's the supporting philosophy. I think I already expressed it in here that I was a big fan of Sri Lankan cricket from the 1996 world cup. Since then I always had this soft corner for them and support them. Yesterday, in some point I felt they may win despite they lost some wicket but it did not happen. Anyway, I am ok with that. I really hope Sri Lanka become a better team.

Ripple, the company that holds the most XRP
Aha! How did they get all those XRP? Whenever they want they can create as many XRP as they want. Hmm. Company that holds the most XRPSounds like XRP is depending on their mercy LOL. So, you still think it's decentralized?

Coinbase deserve it. They do not care about cryptocurrency. They only care about their profit.
I mean, let's not forget that Coinbase is a business, not a charity. Them "only caring about their profit" is something to be really expected from a business. Same thing with the KYC controversy with ShapeShift. People forget that these services exist primarily to make money. I am not asking them to do charity but when they play with my personal data then that is something I stand for. I did not agree with then to sell my personal data. In a business trust is very important.

Again Sri Lanka lost the last ODI and with that I lost my money too :-P This Sri Lankan team needs some betting depth I think. They are always failing in Betting. 251 runs were not too big to chase in this pitch. ~snip~ I need to say that they were failed to create the players at this generation,we saw many legendary players from Sri Lanka but now nothing to talk much about it.I think they need to use the upcoming IPL tournament well to get their form somewhat for each players.
You think this will help them to perform better in the World cup? T20 and ODI are two different platform to perform.

>West Indies (I really liked the way they played their recent ODI series against England - it was simply superb!)
I do like the way WI played their recent ODIs with England in England. I think this English experience will help WI to perform better in the same conditions in world cup. England
I do have a feeling for English team but every time I seen them to fail and it hurts.

He is one of the best bowler because of his unusual bowling action which is confusing the person who is at the crease at every ball he bowls.I hope he will continue to be like that but if people starts to read his action then he might be less effective just like the story of lasith malinga.
Lasith Malinga still is a good bowler. He is a wicket taker for Sri Lankan. By the way, who is watching Sri Lanka Vs South Africa? My pick is Sri Lanka today. May be they can afford some wins like they did in the test series?

Considering the big controversy around Coinbase, how do you feel about the movement?
I do not see any controversy. Coinbase deserve it. They do not care about cryptocurrency. They only care about their profit. But let's keep it aside. It went extreme when they admitted that they sold the customer data. Now are your okay with that? #DeleteCoinbase worked for me.

~snip~ You have your point mate, but we also need to thank them as they gave alarming information about things that possibly can happen to all of us, we are no longer safe in terms of investing to this industry, criminals also been informed about this market and the value of any crypto currency, thanks OP for sharing this information.
Check this quotes Bitcoin, which is currently worth around $3,800 (£2,800), is semi-anonymous and therefore difficult to trace to a single individual.
Since its peak in late 2017, bitcoin has lost close to three quarters of its value, yet still remains an attractive prospect for criminals. They want you to get scared of holding crypto. Why it's specifically for crypto. Any valuable asset (Gold, cash, diamond) are attractive prospect for criminals. Why only Bitcoin? The yello media will get inside you and then they will spread the fear so that in the long run your mind shift. That's how they play.

Why isn't that is happening to people like Roger Ver and Vitalik? They aren't running around with a security team. This guy was probably involved in some shadyt dealings and got what was coming to him.
Why such hype by a normal robbery? Don't we hear this kind of robbery with fiat money too. People are murdering others for money. Bank robbery, hackers are hacking money from central banks. If we compare this robbery with all those high profile crimes then do you think this is even a news? The yellow media whenever find something to blame Bitcoin, they just print it. They want you to be scared.

~snip~ I disagree. Giving Vijay the ball was the riskier option due to his horrible first over where he was getting clobbered all over the ground.
On the other hand, Jadhav kept the ball low smartly and even took a wicket or two which is why Kohli's decision to go with Vijay was a great call.
The risk had to take because Jadhav could easily give the remaining 11 runs. Low balls or great spin may not work if just only two balls would need to hit hard. The last over Kohli needed someone who could bowl such a way that the batsman miss it.

|
|
~snip~
The decision to choose Vijay was done thanks to the suggestions by Dhoni and Rohit Sharma which Kohli himself admitted.
Except Vijay they did not have anyone else as option. Jadhav had two overs left but giving him the over could be too risky however if this was Kuldeep Yadav then the risk was less.

My both prediction for yesterday was correct :-)
Multan sultans are finally out of the tournament. Their team did not play this tournament well although they had some very good players in their team.
I will blame Shoaib Malik for this. May be it's time for Multan sultans to find an aggressive captain to perform better in the next season.

The operational cost is less than 4BTC we can be sure of that. And about the amount he is sending to his pocket isn't fair. As i say before is a bad deal to fill someone's pocket trying to get some cash with the winning chance of 1/100.
It's not 5BTC they are collecting. They are collecting 2btc all together if I am not wrong. Anyway, seems like things gone slow for them. Few days ago I saw 19 spots sold and still I see the same number.

~snip~ I didn't think that India will win today's match. The chance was almost no to a little. I thought I have lost. But I won at last. I can see a good place in the team for Shankar. He is doing pretty good with the batting too since the last series.
There were some good captaincy by Kohli. He used his bowlers when the time needed them. Ultimately he was out of option but to use Vijay Shankar. He could not give the last over to a spinner coz spin was easy to play at that time. Anyway, Vijay Shankar did the job very well despite he had bad start at his first spell. My pick for the third match will be India again. They are playing good cricket right now.
