True. anything can happen in smaller format. I agree all of things what you have said about batting lineup but why not blame the bowler, he was the one who failed to defend 14 runs?if its first time in his career then blaming him is bad idea if not then its common sense in cricketing knowledge. check yadav's ipl history before defending him. he's always the last choice of captain in death overs. 90% time he didn't get to bowl in death overs and when he does its the opposition team enjoy the benefits.

For some unknown reason I knew that Australia was going to win. I made the post saying that they will win. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how India perform in the 2nd T20. They will come back and my bet is for India this time.

By the way, may be you guys did not notice it yet. We have a dedicated topic for T20 and T20I: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion

Cheers :-)

Thanks peonminer and Little Mouse
Escrow is better. MultiSig can also work if the amount is not too much. If it is, people may manipulate it, you know after all it's about money. I recommend Hhampuz if he is well known about cricket.
I will need to ask them if they have cricket knowledge however it may not be necessary because in superbru they can see the point table of the participants. Which will be easier to identify.
8603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL 2019 Perdition Pool [proposal] on: February 24, 2019, 06:12:18 PM
So this is a site where you can bet on cricket games or? Could someone explain this better please.

No, this site will give you the tools to predict the match output and will manage the point system. This will determined our result.

I suggest you create an account with https://www.superbru.com and then join a cricket tournament. I hope the below explanation will help:

Again my suggestion is that create an account with them and just join PSL tournament. Use this tournament to practice you picks.

By the way, if you give me feedback that I have asked in my OP then I will appreciate a lot.

Cheers :-)

Peshawari Zalmi easily won the match as they are much stronger team. Multan Sultans  may not make it to the last 4. There team is good but they have lot a lot of matches.
For the 2nd match, karachi needs to win it in order to stay in the tournament and it will be tough to beat the unbeaten Quetta team today.
Good to see that Peshawari won the match. Multan Sultans were doing well in one stage. They scored 92 or 93 runs from only 10 overs but then Shoaib Malik  and DT Christian started to waste balls for the next 5/6 overs. I have no idea what was their game plan. This slowed down the run rate or they could easily score 190+ runs.

Chasing 145 runs was an easy target for Zalmi but Multan bowlers restricted them until the 2nd last balls to win.

I am watching Quetta vs Karachi Kings. If I am not wrong then I am expecting an easy win for Quetta.

By the way, if you are into IPL then I would like a feedback for this: IPL 2019 Perdition Pool [proposal]

This is what I could not expect, Indian Cricket Team only manages to score 126 runs also MSD playing such a slow inning in a T20 match. It's a low scoring game. Hoping for a good fight back from Indian bowlers and obviously will keep my eyes until the last ball.

What a game! Last 2 balls needed 6 runs. 2nd last ball a four and two runs from last ball. Australia was nearly giving away the easy win but finally they won.

As I said in the other topic which is dedicated to t20
My pick is Australia - I do not know why but it's just how I am feeling now.

Initially, I was expecting this match to be a tight one since both teams have been performing exceptionally in recent times, but it looks like I might be wrong since India managed to post a small total at the moment.

Australia seems to be chasing well currently and the only way India can pull of a win in my opinion is by claiming regular wickets on this track.
Seems like my prediction is working well. Australia requires another 60 runs with 8 wickets and 10 overs remaining. This should not be very hard for them specially when they have a lot of wickets to spare.

Superbu is the most popular one I know of. If we can work around this and make it like the Champions League one, I'm definitely in. Update the thread once things are finalised.
We will go with Superbu. I just created an account and figured out that it is possible. However the tournament is not available yet. Once it will be available then I will create a pool and send the participants the link of the pool in their PM.

This will be an exciting one.

Edit:
Please check this list: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5113733.msg49895124#msg49895124

A little suggestion, perhaps you can talk with all the available sports betting sites to be sponsor of this proposal. It will give benefit for both the tournament and the sports betting site who is sponsoring the tournament.
This is a nice suggestion. Thank you. Let us find the participants then I will try to find an sponsor too so that we can have a bigger prize pot.

SL is the first Asian team who has won any test series in the SA. This will definitely boost the SL side and considering their side now this is huge win for them as their team is no more like old experienced which was very strong but still they played exceptionally well to defeat SA.

Good for SL. I am looking forward to see the ODI matches. I hope SL manages to win the ODI as well. By the way, again guys I will appreciate feedback in this topic: IPL 2019 Perdition Pool [proposal]

Nice idea, it'll be a long tournament to follow. I personally feel that we should have a points system of grading just like Bitcointalk's UEFA Champions League Football Preditor Pool £25 in btc to join

~ Convenient entry fee for individuals: 0.005 BTC seems good
~ Proposed escrow: Any trusted escrow on the forum, my proposal will be minerjones
~ Distribution of the prize: Top 4 win, 1st - 40% of prize pool: 2nd - 30% of prize pool: 3rd - 20% of prize pool and 4th wins 10% of total prize pool
~ Are you in? I will wait until we decide on final terms Cheesy
Thanks for the feedback.

Sure we can do like the Champions League one. I will need to see if superbru will have the tournament. If you have anyone else in mind then please let me know. I will check them.

We can easily do the top 4 wins and the price distribution

Why it must be belonging to Investor-based game? It is just like a the other two Football League prediction where I involved in and managed by one of the forum Moderators. The difference is that it is about cricket competition so it is OK to be in this board.
Good luck Royse777 with the idea, sorry I cant join it because I do not understand cricket at all. Probably you can advertise this idea on the cricket discussion thread, afaik there is a thread for cricket prediction.

Thanks panjul07 for your input.

I think since this topic is about sports betting, it's in the right place again. May be ricardobs mixed up with normal investor based games and sports betting types. I do not blame him.

Anyway, I am doing my best to advertise this thread in several cricket threads we have.
8613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL 2019 Perdition Pool [proposal] on: February 24, 2019, 10:17:09 AM
Good idea but I am afraid we cannot have such discussion on this board.
Most probably this topic must be belonging to Investor-based games.

I think this is the right board as I can see a global moderator is doing the same in this board. Here:  Bitcointalk's UEFA Champions League Football Preditor Pool £25 in btc to join

So, I think we are fine. Another thing is that this is specifically for gambling so I think we are fine from this point of view too.

By the way, I would appreciate your feedback on the thoughts in my OP.

Cheers :-)

Virat Kohli factor is going to be important for India today. Other than that, home ground is going to favour the men in Blue too. Should be a win for India as per my predictions, current odds on India are 1.50
Waiting for a full 40 overs thrilled tonight
Whoever wins, this will be an exciting match to see. Both teams are playing very good cricket and they both have outstanding history to destroy each others. My pick is Australia - I do not know why but it's just how I am feeling now.

By the way guys, I need your feedback here please: IPL 2019 Perdition Pool [proposal]
Let's have some fun together.

Cheers ;-)

The real issue with Quetta Gladiators is the loss of momentum at the time when the tournament is about to finish. They've been in the finals for a couple of times, but they face real difficulty in semi-finals and finals. Quetta Gladiators might win all of these (ten) matches, but if they're unable to win the finals, these wins will actually be totally useless. I personally would like to see Sarfaraz winning this league as it'll prove that he is the best option available (for captaincy) for the ICC World Cup 2019.
I did not have their history in mind. I was judging them seeing their performance in this tournament and I see a very strong team comparing to others. So my bet still stay for Quetta. I hope they win the tournament.

Today they have match with Karachi Kings. They should win it easily. I am wondering about Multan Sultans vs Peshawari Zalmi Match. I can not pick any from them.

Guys if we don't mind then can we discuss this India Vs Australia T20 in this topic: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion

Thanks

Why is this series win by SL the biggest ever upset in Test History?

Playing away from home
Had not won a match since October
Top 3 pace bowlers injured
New Captain
Chandimal and Mathews absent
Batting last and conceded a lead both Tests
No Asian team had won a series in SA

Upset of whatever, I am happy to see the result. Sri Lanka bowling team did very well in this test. I hope Sri Lanka finds inspiration from this test series and do well in the one day series and also in the World Cup.

I will go first if necessary. I use paypal, skrill, and many other e-wallets.

You need to understand that Paypal is a reversible payment method and they are not crypto friendly. So I do not think anyone will be interested to trade with you using paypal. Just a thought however good luck.
