Some weeks I didn't follow a Moto GP race. It seems that Ducati is still dominating. Looking at today's provisional rankings there are three Ducati riders in the top. Honda, Yamaha still seem to struggle to compete with them. In fact, it seems that only KTM is able to keep up with the speed of Ducati. Maybe this season Honda and Yamaha will find it difficult to compete. It looks like they are not serious about developing their bike for this season. I think Ducati will still get the constructors' championship and keep the championship this season. I think the domination of Ducati will continue for years now,they used to be happy with having the fastest top speed in straights and to have a very difficult to ride bike for most riders with the exception of few of them like Casey Stoner but now they have improved in almost every single part of most tracks and it will be difficult now for any other team,be it Honda,Yamaha or any other team to cope up with Ducati.I know the Japanese manufacturers have dominated this sport for many years but things are not the same now,they will have to fight Ducati,a bike maker from Italy and I doubt now they have the power to do so,it will be interesting to see how things develop further. |

Who is actually going to stop Verstappen in the future? Last season was of little use, and this season has never been exciting, has it? In terms of technique it is of course nice to watch Verstappen, he gives it his all every race, but the best battle was the last race in the championship 2 seasons ago. Then the championship was decided in the last race.
I'm still saying Hamilton as an answer to that question. Because the only reason why there is no competition between these drivers from now on is the huge gap between the cars. Red Bull have got far ahead of Mercedes and Mercedes are newly trying to close this gap slowly. The same thing happened to Verstappen in the past seasons as well. That season with a legendary competition between Verstappen and Hamilton was amazing. Mercedes need to develop their car to that level and it should be enough for a fair competition. Hamilton and Verstappen are the most skilled drivers on the grid right now so I don't see any other driver who can compete with Verstappen as much as Hamilton. I think there are enough good drivers there that given a great car can fight Verstappen at least in the same level of performance of Hamilton and I would keep in this list,Leclerc,Sainz,Russell,Alonso and Perez,they just don't have a winning car except the case of Perez as I don't know why he must suffer the complex of inferiority against Verstappen,probably because the team does not support him as much as they do with Verstappen. Nevertheless we need a team capable of performing not the same as Redbull,even a bit less but to be near them and it is up to the drivers then to show their skills in beating Redbull even with not the best car,we had the McLaren 1998-2000 era where they beat Ferrari even being the second best car thanks to Mikka Hakkinen. |

Well, after the end of UEFA Champions League of this year 2022/2023 and it wasn’t the best season but we saw some good game to be fair and discovered good new players. Also the good play by Manchester City and could win with the highest expectation. Now it’s period of transfers we already saw some big exchanges and big players leaving Europe and won’t be able to participate in this competition.
In my opinion we will see Real Madrid challenging Barcelona again the next edition of 2023/2024, what’s your expectations for next season?
Talking about Real Madrid, learning about their shortcomings this season, they will certainly evaluate and improve for the coming season. Real Madrid is a team that has good financial ability, so I think they will buy players even for a high nominal. It was one of their quirks that they didn't do in the previous season, so I think they will do it again this season. Real Madrid was able to perform exceptionally well in the Champions League But was badly defeated in the second leg of the semi-final. If Real Madrid focused a little better on La Liga, they could have done well in that league. They had no chances in La Liga as Barcelona got away much further and it was almost impossible for Real Madrid to catch up Barcelona with their big inconsistency throughout the season so they changed focus to Champions League as they are used to winning it even when they are not in the best of their form,they have won it more than any other team. The problems this time was that Manchester City was in a formidable form and no one could stop them especially when playing in their home stadium where they crushed not only Real Madrid but also Bayern Munchen,two teams who had 0 defeats before. |

What a disappointment for Italy's football fans! The Italian clubs were unsuccessful in winning their respective European finals this season. While Inter Milan's had their best performance but let down by their strikers' indecisive finishing. Inter really controlled the match against Manchester City, which is no easy task. Of course, City rules, but Inter put up a great fight.
In some ways, it's still plus point for Serie A that their clubs were able to make it to all three finals and narrowly losing each time. Hopefully next season Italian clubs will bring better luck.
Well I support Inter and Inzaghi their coach said that I still cannot believe how that ball did not enter from Lukaku both the massive chances that we had in the last 20 minutes of the game.I am very proud of the guys he continued and I would not change a thing,we played with courage against one of the best teams in Europe if not the best and we had about 5 finals in 20 months so we are growing and we will still try to win the Champions League next year. I think that Serie A this year showed somewhat of a great football,in the three major competitions in the final were Italian teams which unfortunately all of them lost,nevertheless this is an achievement for Italian teams. |
