1901  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 ICO ANNOUNCE 15 AUG 2017! JOIN THE TRANSFORMATION! 🎰🎰🎰 on: August 06, 2017, 10:26:28 AM
Nice project.
Thanks for the compliments.

Just to be clear: what is the purpose of this ico? What will it be traded for?
As much as I'd like to details you on the topic I'd like it if you just skim through the white-paper which can answer all your questions.Link : https://ico.bitdice.me/prospectus_en.pdf

Players will convert fiat and other cryptocoins to bitdice to bet and if they win they convert bitdice back to fiat and coins?
Will this ico be used also on  other betting sites or only on bitdice web site?
Since the tokens can be traded on various crypto exchanges, you are free to do the conversions as per your comfort.Like I said, read the white-paper,it is self-explanatory.Any further questions on the ICO please direct them to the ICO thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2047543
1902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin is Unstoppable on: August 06, 2017, 10:11:00 AM
Cross-posting from r/Bitcoin [Although lot of you might follow the sub but for those who don't,I've posted couple of images which are accurate as f] Long Live Bitcoin

Haters will say it's photo-shopped

UPDATE : 3rd September 2017

There is no way bitcoin is stopping my dudes!
If you observer closely, any external event which doesn't favour bitcoin or even tries to make insecurities amongst bitcoin holders, the only resulting event that takes place is the rise in bitcoin's values.
I even derived an equation,

The acceleration of Drama as produced by the external factors is directly proportional to the price of bitcoins.
1903  Other / Meta / Re: why cannot become junior member? on: August 06, 2017, 09:59:09 AM
it need time to update, it's not immediate
You can pay 10 btc donation to the forum and request custom changes according to your needs sir. Theymos might consider your request of changing the algorithm to update ranks in real time if you give him a reason to.Or shut the fuck up and lock the thread.
Absolutely hate it when newbies show up with 0 zero knowledge about the forum and start whining about things not working their way.
1904  Economy / Reputation / Re: Waves Signature Campaign - Not Paying People ? on: August 06, 2017, 09:54:08 AM
OP, I applaud you for speaking up against the WAVE of bullshit.  It sickens me that campaign participants have their noses so far up the asses of campaign managers that they don't say anything because they're so afraid of losing their "job".  You're damn right they should let you know what's going on.   You did the work, you advertised their product,  and you deserve to be paid.
Yeah but I like it  when these idiots come crying about not getting their satoshi's for the shit posts they made so far. When someone warns them to not join campaigns ran by random campaign managers where no funds are escrowed, they choose to ignore the warnings. So this is expected.I wouldn't be surprised if they're not paid anyway.

Another example : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2038052.0
Someone literally commented
Can i join you??
bwahahaha

I understand delays.  Yahoo62278 was late once--only once--in the bitdouble campaign.   I posted very nicely, asking how his fence painting was going, and it was like all of China mobbed me for saying that.  He's super responsible,  though.  I don't know about your man here.

Yahoo is smart enough to take enough funds from the campaign owners if the things go wrong. He makes sure the participants are paid.
1905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Redeeming Bitcoin Cash using one machine only on: August 02, 2017, 02:38:52 PM

I have a lot of BTC in my Electrum wallet, and I want to get my BCC, but the problem is that I only have one machine.
You could use your cell-phone ?

You are going to end up loosing all your bitcoins. I dont understand why people are in such a rush. I dont even see your Electron Cash wallet on the list of BCH supporting wallets. Are you sure this wallet supports BCH? Which Electrum are you using because I looked on https://electrum.org and theres nothing about Electron Cash
Yes,there are risks still involved. The other wallet is not associated with the original electrum in any ways.Although it has been listed on BCH's official website but it isn't advised to move your coins in it yet as there are security issues.Especially if you're technically weak.
1906  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to join in Campaign/s? on: August 02, 2017, 02:29:04 PM
Thank you. One more thing, how should i know my bitcoin address? is that the same with url?

You don't know what a bitcoin address is and you want to join a signature campaign ? I tell you what, you stand no chance of joining any campaign on the forum.Even if you do,I'll report you to your campaign manager for absolute terrible posting quality.Worst than that, you don't know anything about bitcoins.I feel bad for myself to see what a dumbass you are.

I just became a Jr. Member hopefully it is a good thing. And i want to make use of it. Give me a link
www.google.com please study more about bitcoins and come to the forum again.Or stay in the forum, learn more about bitcoins without joining any signature campaigns because your posts will  be worthless anyway.
1907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: God of gambling is just on the movies on: August 02, 2017, 02:16:18 PM
The gambler that can always be winning in every gambling games is just on movies, i don't see on real life  Cheesy
You sure ? Who do you think is Dan Bilzerian then ? You gotta check that guy out.

There are lots of people who are Masters in gambling and there are lots of games which are solely based on calculation. So I guess the answer for your question is no. Haven't you heard banning people from all the casinos.?
There is no such thing as banning people from casinos.I'm not even sure what are you talking about, unless rules are broken there isn't a gambler I know who has been banned for just being rich.Scam gambling sites may do that.If you want to know more about gambling heroes of real life, check out Ben Afleck's gambling addiction documentary.
1908  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling-Slack hangout share strategies and tricks on: August 02, 2017, 02:10:54 PM
Hey,

i made a gambling slack to just hang out,
share tipps and strategy's and cry over your loss.

feel free to join

https://join.slack.com/t/the-winning/shared_invite/MjE5NjA5NzAyMTE3LTE1MDEzNDEyNjAtMWVkNDA0MmQ5Yg

see you there

Almost all the gambling websites have a chat-feature where the players are suppose to "hangout".Do you really think they'll give  a shit about another slack group ? No wonder all the third party groups would be filled with gambling addicts begging of satoshi's unlike gambling chat boxes where  they get banned for doing so.
1909  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lone Shark attempting to extort Bitcoin Cash from customers on: August 02, 2017, 11:15:59 AM
Not even sure why people are making a fuss about it. OP is not even a borrower of mine. Then ALL the borrowers who will be affect did not complain about it by the way. In a court case, this person, UFCkid, does not have personality to file the case as he is never privy to any contracts I had with my borrowers.
You don't really understand how law works and let's not even go there. This isn't just about your service but also about your reputation as a forum member.Had your service been running outside of the forum,we wouldn't really bother. It also doesn't matter who opened the thread,as long as they make a valid case it's liable to be judged by the community.

If anyone was allowed to file such a case then it was the borrowers who were affected by it. Again, to reiterate, no one complained about it even. I posted the change as well as sent them a PM about the change.
That doesn't make you right ? The fact that you asked more money than you had lent shows the integrity of your service.Unlike Government laws, this forum is driven by the community to a large extent.

Also mind you all, that post was created before even the confirmation of the BIP 91. At the that time there was no guarantee that there would only be one bitcoin. As what I have read from Thymos' post about the possible splits, there could possibly be 3 bitcoins. Which one is the real bitcoin, there was no guarantee of that. So I asked them if they can pay up before August 1 with less than half interest per day. If someone had a problem, I did not hear anything about.
That doesn't explain much.Sounds irrelevant. The quoted post (in my previous comment) doesn't prove you were unsure about things.

If someone wants to really open a legitimate scam accusation, please be a borrower first. Without being a borrower then this is pointless. Everything was contractual and nothing forced.
Stop using borrowers as your defence. You know when they're in your debt and are likely to use your service again, they won't really speak against you even if you were wrong.
1910  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lone Shark attempting to extort Bitcoin Cash from customers on: August 02, 2017, 10:22:59 AM
Likely this guy is one my of borrowers that just don't want to pay that part. Note to that guy, next time just PM me. Every one of my borrower knows how considerate I am to them.
Why are you forcing him to pay that part when it wasn't agreed upon on the initial lending terms ? You changed your conditions after a thread was opened against you, might not be the case if the discussion had been in your PM.

Just took a look at the conditions you imposed on the lenders which weren't part of the initial terms,
Quote
1. In case there would be a hard fork and the network splits into multiple blockchains (which means there would be multiple bitcoins), your loans will also be for multiple coins. (Ex. If you owe me 0.1 Bitcoins and the network splits into two resulting to having bitcoin1 and bitcoin2, you owe me 0.1 bitcoin1 and 0.1 bitcoin2.)

2. I will give an incentive of discounted interest (up to 50% off) to the people with loans due after August 1 to pay now or before August 1. Send me a PM and I will recompute your loan.

3. If in the event there would not be any splitting of the network, then the loan terms will remain the same.

4. If it does, however, you will still be liable to me for multiple coins as I have given you notice and ample time to settle your loans before August 1. You cannot say that after August 1 that you cannot pay the other coins, because your exchange or wallet only gave you one coin.

Shows how desperate you're for the other coins.Title of the thread perfectly makes sense. You are literally asking them to pay more than what they borrowed.
1911  Other / Meta / Re: *Cyrus*Lauda *Theymos* Satoshi * My Signed MSG Please Verify! LORILIKES Hijacked on: August 02, 2017, 09:36:23 AM
Could you sign a message from your staked address? Seems kinda unusual that a hacked account would be restored by admins this quickly.
IIRC,her account was never hacked but locked as they tried resetting their password through forum's secret question feature which is a known bug.It isn't unusual to see such accounts getting restored quickly when the person involved is a good contributor to the community.

Also,a few days back I saw a thread in Meta of a dude who had his account hacked and his family was dependent on his signature earnings (BitBlender campaigns I guess) unusually, the account was restored by the admin in a couple of days.
1912  Other / Meta / Re: Loan Shark Evading Ban on: August 02, 2017, 09:28:07 AM
He got his account already, it was stated by LS here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1820695.msg20551474#msg20551474 with the help of Cyrus.
But he had different situation here but yeah there are rules which have to be followed.
This is crazy indeed! I have nothing against him but forum's policies are meant to obeyed right ?
Today I learned : BitcoinTalk's perma-banned accounts can be unbanned in certain cases.
You can see how professionally they're dealing with the situation anyway,

Who the fuck I think I am? I'm fucking Lone Shark bitch. Since you are so hostile to my me, I would be to you. You aren't even a borrower here.

For your info asshole, it split. BCC is a network split you noob shit.

I think it would probably be best to ask that he not participate in signature campaigns for at least 30-60 days (or have a signature for a business of which he is not a majority owner), as the copy/paste issue is incentivized by his paid signature. He would still be able to advertise his own business, and would still be able to include in his signature any political message and/or other non-commercial message of his choosing during this time.
Exactly.Otherwise it is unfair to most of the good campaign participants who got banned for copy-pasting.He indeed shouldn't be allowed to carry a signature as some sort of penalty.
1913  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Making a living from signature campaigns, is it possible? on: August 01, 2017, 08:32:44 PM
Though the amount of money earned via signature campaigns might not be enough to make a living out of it,  this is a huge amount of money in third world countries where this money can be used to sustain a family.
Well it depends in which third world country the campaign participant is located in.I've seen Indonesian's/Filipinos/Bangladeshi's claiming to have made a living out signature campaigns. In some situations, signature campaigns have sponsored their medical expenses as well. While it isn't a bad  thing, the amount of spam generated during the process is troublesome.
1914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs McGregor: Info and prediction thread on: August 01, 2017, 08:27:34 PM
I'll vote to may weather because he can stay long in the inside the rich remember pacman vs mayweather he can stay long in the battle field
And i think he has long stamina that i think much stronger than mcgregor..
Boxing matches don't work like that. It's not like the one who stays for long in a fight wins the match but the one who scores more points by landing more punches.More stamina doesn't mean stronger.

Conor McGregor does not seem that taller than Mayweather, they are at the same eye level. Im saying "if its legit" because who knows if Mayweather is standing in something to appear taller for the shoot lol. We will see if this video showcasing fight heights is legit when the weight ins happen.
They're and that barely matters.Even if Gregor was shorter,it would give him exposure to the hit points where he can land punches starring right at them.
1915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Hire someone to host an ICO? on: August 01, 2017, 07:26:00 PM
Hi! We just published demo with basic design http://demo.startico.net/ everything works, you can try to purchase test coins and get it on Waves wallet.
Stop it ,you're spamming the threads by your service links.Such advertising is not encouraged in bitcointalk, use forum's add banner instead.I have already opened a thread where a similar service was warned by the mods from doing so,I've reported you as well.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2024862.msg20544790#msg20544790

You will most likely get a warning from a Global Mod please refrain from doing so.
1916  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for an animator on: August 01, 2017, 07:15:29 PM
Why are you doing the animation using adobe after effects ?
The flash based animations will be only visible in laptops and computers which support flash and will not be able to load on slow devices as well as hand held devices like mobiles and tabs.
Exactly.Much slower, can crash google chrome engine and graphics will be rendered properly only on a network with good bandwidth. Also, not sure if they're mobile compatible.

I would advise you to get the animation dome in some way that it can be accessed in any design as well it is responsive.
Which is HTML5/CSS3 based animations, faster than flash and responsive. They could use JavaScript based libraries  such as velocity.js or d3.js for advanced graphics.

1918  Other / Meta / Loan Shark Evading Ban on: August 01, 2017, 06:27:48 PM
Thread started by Lone Shark : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2058662.0
Their account got banned for copy-pasting which is a perma-ban I suppose. He runs an active lending thread to which hilariousandco directed him to PM the lenders, instead he posted outside of Meta onto his lending thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1820695.msg20540655#msg20540655

He also stated,he'd be opening more threads in the scam accusation section. Is it allowed ?

Take note that I can still open a scam accusation against anyone who will default or try to scam me.

1919  Other / Meta / Re: Signature space as Initial Distribution Method on: August 01, 2017, 01:58:23 PM
Why wouldn't it be allowed? Unless I've missed something there's not much difference between this and every other crapcoin signature campaign.
You seem to have missing out an important point here, this isn't that usual altcoin bounty signature crap, this is an advanced bounty signature crap which has a definition of it's own " PoBP (Proof of Bitcointalk Presence".
OP,have you planned to run mining operations of your coin from bitcointalk signatures in the near future ? I'd love to witness the tech that your project promotes.
1920  Economy / Exchanges / Re: WARNING - Poloniex(POLO) deposit and support issues - you may lose your money on: July 31, 2017, 06:59:09 PM
Not sure how big OP is withdrawing, but I've never had any problems with poloniex. I actually withdrew all my bitcoins out of there in preparation for August 1, actually in just a few hours. I probably withdrew about 2 btc from them without problems.
You sure ? Because expect you everyone is seem to be having problems with the withdrawals lately. Not only they're delayed but the support tickets remain unanswered for days/weeks.

About ETH deposits, I think you need about 1 ETH so that the system recognizes your deposit. Maybe you deposited less than that? This is likely a low chance though.
Is that a condition ? I've never come across that.I deposited 0.01 ETH a few days before and it landed  in my wallet like it was suppose to be.
