I may be wrong but only Mods have the access to move threads into the trash-can.You can always try a workaround that is,use 'Report to Moderator' option with a comment why would you want the thread to be deleted.This is just a rough guess,actually I could be right.

True.However,I feel it's also upto the campaign managers to an certain extent to accept only great quality posters so those farmed accounts wouldn't stand a chance to get accepted in any campaigns.Once they realised bought accounts have no chance,the account sell business will reduce drastically.

Coin-base doesn't make money from your bitcoins stored on their website.As the bitcoin price rises,the coins stored on exchange do rise in the value.All the numbers you see on your wallet on coinbase doesn't mean the coins are actually reserved for you.They keep recycling.
