I don't think you understand how encryption works.The following code is not only a bad example of using arrays to declare a constant but also shows how poor the approach is. 1.Why would you want to encrypt the port number ? It is not very difficult to get the port number using any routing commands/tools. 2.If you wish to do it anyway,you have two options a.Write your own encryption algorithm method which you can call on your private constants like. //Closure

No they won't pay him because apparently he violated one of their terms which are a subject to the judicial system they're associated with ! Don't you think we have came too far off the usual drama casino's do when it comes to paying someone their own money ? Youtube video bloggers don't work like that.Their conversion rates are only considered by YouTube add clicks to a certain extent but primarily huge audience/views being the main source of income.Pretty sure they are not very fond of bet affiliate commission and they'd ask money for the word spread among "x" number of the target audience. Depending on the viewers/subscribers this amount can range from $5k-$50k depending on the artist. |

As Far as I know it's theymos Himself choose who deserves to be a merit source, and all those merit Sources are good in speaking English even thou it's not their native Language (some of them). Base on your profile resume (is it a Resume?) you have use other Language which could not be understood by Some individuals if not translated. The best of Luck Bud.
They don't necessarily have to be good at speaking English as I believe theymos does allocate merit sources for other local boards.However,I think Op has got it wrong,to become a merit source,one has to list down a few posts which are unmerited and should ultimately prove one is good at judging what is a high quality post from the one that isn't. So probably OP needs to list down high quality posts which will be understood by theymos. |

One theory I am thinking is he was a Full Member before January 25, 2018, previously banned, deleted all his posts then successfully recovered his account just recently leaving 100 merits to his account.
Your theory is partially true.He was a Full Member with 100 default merits.He deleted his previous posts and eventually dropped the rank but merits did persist. |
