8961  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How long will signature campaigns last? on: November 05, 2016, 01:53:08 PM
I feel that it is time for us to discuss about this matter. How long do you people thinks that Bitcointalk signature campaigns will last?

Bitcoin will be hitting its peak and probably surpass it very soon looking at the current rate. Which means that more people will be joining us in investing Bitcoin. This mean that there will be a huge changes in the signature campaigns community.

I feel that the number of signature campaigns will be greatly reduced once Bitcoin reaches a new height because it is much efficient to just start a advertisement campaign on popular AD networks like A-ads and MellowAds or even Google Adsense.

No one  really knows  on when  signature  campaign  would last  because it really depends  to a  manager  or owner  of a certain site if   he  intends or decide to put  up funds for their  marketing   on their   investments  or services. Inflation of price  of bitcoin doesnt matter  though  because if   it rises  it only add up a small amount   . If signature campaigns would  be gone on this  forum for sure the  traffic would drastically dropped  for sure.

Your mistake/s in trading that leads to loss of money
I think it will be the best to share your story so that we can avoid your past mistakes.
MY  mistakes  on trading  is   my  temper or patience because  this thing  really makes  my decisions  not right  and   i cant  do the right things when  im  trading, especially when price  move too slow  ,i cant really wait for the price increase thats why i sell them off early and some   trades i  buy at   the peak  price  but  unluckily  the price  rose down, instead  of   waiting  for the  price  increase again  i just sold my coins  on  a  cheaper price which  really makes  negative profits.

8964  Other / Off-topic / Re: Traditional cigarettes or electronic cigarettes? on: November 05, 2016, 12:19:35 PM
i have quit smoking cigarette for the past 8 years in exchange to electronic cigarette. i have never heard anything wrong about using electronic cigarette. and i also don't see anything wrong on my health for the past 8 years. so i encourage everyone to use it instead of traditional cigarettes that gives you a lot of sickness. and actually electronic cigarette is much cheaper that traditional cigar. just an opinion Smiley

Thats  the thing  why electronic cigarettes  is being  invented because  its  less riskier  than the  traditional cigarettes. Good for you  that you could able to  stop traditional cigarettes  but  switching  to  ecigaretes  would  be also a good move  because you would not  risk  your  health compare  to old. As you can see there are  lots  already of  people  do  switch  to it because  they saw   that   its  much better   for them but the  best thing is to stop  cigarretes on both ways.
8965  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin? on: November 05, 2016, 08:26:39 AM
Most of the times I miss the right time to buy bitcoins as its hard to predict that which is the perfect price to buy bitcoins, suppose if I buy today then may be price may go even lower very next day and that makes me regret that I should have waited for sometime to buy at even lower price.
Thats the hardest part  of trading  on which  when we should  get  in  on a particular  price of bitcoin. The hindrance of  buying  is  always there and we cant really remove it  on  our  minds  because  we  are  scared   of the price might  go  on opposite way thats why  traders   would  do the best way to overcome it or lessen  it. You would really need  an experience and  knowledge on trading. Missing  the  chance  of selling or  buying the  right time  is normal.
8966  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: November 05, 2016, 07:29:02 AM
More early more better, is my opinion. Many lost time in doing stupid things, trading czn be very profitable and people who get in sooner have more chances to learn more, earn more.
This doesn't mean that people need to rush into trading, good preparation is most important thing when someone planing to start something new.
Start with trading when you think that you acquired enough knowledge and money for that, read this forum and see what kind of problems people had with trading. Good luck.

We should   really not   waste  our time  because trading could   give  us   good money  but as you said  we  must be  prepare   and  we should not rush into it   because  trading  would not  be an easy thing to learn and  it would really takes   time  for you  to get it. It may be  long   but  its  worth  it  because this  would really help you  out  to make  money  on stable  basis especially when you are  up to trading forex or other means.
8967  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: November 05, 2016, 06:30:41 AM
When all of us begin to us only one currency, I think it would be easy to transact since everyone uses the same currency and we will not need an exchanger at all. It will cause some people to lose their jobs but it will ease everyone's spending even when buying online. If this will happen it might be because all of the countries are under one government. That happening I think is great.
It would not be  great as  you think  , spending  with ease  anywhere on the world  would be the  advantage  on having a   one currency  but still you  wouldnt  know  that there would be  soo many negative effects   on this  . Competition would  arise  on each country grasping   more  money   hence   more of it  would symbolizes on how  powerful a country would become. Chaos would surely arise  on this  matter when theres only one currency and  many countries  would not   let  this thing to happen and they want to make their own currency.
8968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin core safe to store all of my bitcoin? on: November 05, 2016, 05:40:01 AM
I am looking for the best wallet to safely store my bitcoin for the next lot of years (who knows how long) is bitcoin core a safe place to do this or should i look at others?

Bitcoin core is safe compared  on  web wallets    because  you  have  the  private  keys and  you would  able to retrieve it back when   theres unexpected circumtances  might  happen   in your bitcoin. If you are  making  secure  on your  bitcoin better  to keep  on  cold storage  paper wallets or  trezor and  other  hardware.
Some online wallets actually let you create copy of your private keys, export it, store and import later to software wallet of your choice - for example Blockchain.info has this feature.

Bitcoin Core is the first and the longest developed bitcoin wallet. It is open sourced and it is probably the most trusted bitcoin wallet available.

If you want to learn more about it, I recommend this article: http://www.coindesk.com/original-bitcoin-wallet-still-matter/

I am using Bitcoin Core myself and the only con I found so far is that some antiviruses report bitcoin-qt.exe as harmful file containing virus/malware.

Im  not aware  about that  feature  on  blockchain.info where  you can copy on your  private keys  that  sounds  really a good thing for me  because  i do  use also  that web wallet for  fast  online transactions . Thanks for this  new  information brother, i would  try these  feature and  securing  my bitcoin  even  on webwallets.  I use  bitcoin core too and  you should really be careful  on  downloading malware  on your pc and   might get   those bitcoins that are being stored .
8969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin core safe to store all of my bitcoin? on: November 05, 2016, 03:41:39 AM
Desktop wallets  are also  okay to keep  your   bitcoin on  it  because  you have  the possesion of   your  private keys but   the risk  of  lossing it  is still there. Just like what  is being  mentioned  above   you  must  have a  clean pc and  an  antivrus  in able to avoid being hacked   on your  desktop wallet. If you  really possess   huge amounts then  better to find and use  hardware wallets. In my  own  opinion.
8970  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Authorize log-in attempt blockchain.info on: November 05, 2016, 03:11:31 AM
This   thread is   already  1 and half year  ago and  now  being  bumped.   AUthorize  log-in attempt  would usually got into  your  email and i do also encounter this  kind of situation on  where  the email arrives to long  and   i think  its  on servers  side. EMail would surely  arrive anytime . This  issue  have  been answered already and   theres nothing to  worry about  with this.
8971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Craziest Buy trade [Mistake-Fake-Real or whatever] on: November 05, 2016, 02:28:34 AM
I just noticed today a coin called CBD Crystals listed on Cryptopia that was sold at 200 BTC on first trade.
Some days ago, at Zcash launch, someone's bought peanuts zcash on Poloniex  at 3000 BTC.

Anyone remember other crazy buy orders in past crypto history time?

Ubiquion also has that massive buy in their ICO getting 200 or more in 24 hours, and it was also over that day but unfortunately nothing happens in this Ico and people thinks that the dev just self buy his coins..

Indeed,  im quite assured that devs  do  just self  buy on their coins   and  thats  a  marketing  strategy of theirs  because   they just want to show to  public that their coins  have the potential  and   they  intend to  put  money  on a particular coin and  the  hype   would  pile  up and  in days   more people  would  tend to  buy more  because they are seeing  that its already famous  just like what  happen to zcash.. 3300 btc and  now  it dropped to 1 btc.
8972  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Free electricity == big advantage? on: November 04, 2016, 04:11:21 PM
Think logically about this. If you're receiving +100% ROI (so you put in $1000, you receive $2000) why would you think the university would Support you financially? If it's costing them $20,000/yr so you can make $40,000 they aren't getting any benefit to it and you'll be cut off so quickly. Hobby mining is one thing but setting up a huge farm to quit your day job is another. They won't stick with the free electricity for long at that rate.

And +100% ROI is completely unrealistic btw.

They  would surely cut it  out hence  they would definitely  notice  the sudden  surge of  current  and as  you said they  would  not  stay  up  long with this  kind of  free service hence they are not benefiting  from you.  Mining  with free electricity is a great advantage though  because roi would be achievable  in no time  but  the problem here is how  long would  you able to sustain that  free electricity.?
8973  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: November 04, 2016, 03:43:25 PM
So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)

I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.

Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)

Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.
I Think that it Happens With You Because When You are New to Trading then You Deposited 47 Btc in Trading and I Know You Have Knowledge About Trading But I Think that You have Less Experience about Trading that's the Reason You Lost 7 Btc In Trading Or You Focus on Earning at Beginning and Don't Focus On Learning That's also Can Be A Reason For Your Losses......
You have a  point  but   considering on the price of bitcoin 2 years  ago when  op put  it  up  into trading  is quite  low compared as  of todays and   also   2 years is already  long   and for sure you would  really learn about trading  , it may takes  more time  but  2 years  would   be  enough  but it seems  OP isnt effective on trading thats why  he decided to  quit  to prevent more lose which is  a  good decision to me.
8974  Economy / Economics / Re: How good are you at managing your money on: November 04, 2016, 01:31:00 PM
I am not an expert in managing my money, but I always invest whenever I have enough funds. So I can pay for things I want and want to do. Also, I always try to use credit as to extend the time before I need to pay for anything.

I think people who already have a job and have a regular income and he is good in the management of money, I'm sure in a few years they will become rich, but together with you I'm not good at this
Your status in life would not automatically determine that you are good in managing money and you will be rich. Even if you are a poor person you have to learn how to manage your money as you needed that more, for the rich if they will not manage their money properly, they might loss it.
when poor in my opinion it's easier to manage money, because we would have to make savings. but when it became rich it is sometimes difficult to manage money. the best way to manage money is learn to live frugally.
It primarily depend on use, poor people will have to manage their money as they do not have more money. They have to manage it for them to survive daily, their situation is very hard so they must be careful of dealing with their finances as needs is more important to them than wants.

I agree with you   it really depends  on the  capability  of  a person and you are  right   poor people would really need  to manage  their  money well  in able to survive .
Prioritizing the needs would    be the first thing rather  than  on wants.  Good  money  management would  really help you  out  to prolong   on everyday basis not only  on poor people  but on all people   but there  are really advantages for those person do recieve  ample amount of salary.
8975  Economy / Economics / Re: Have $20 worth of bitcoin, how to earn more with it? on: November 04, 2016, 11:35:01 AM
it just $20.

I saw this... and it made me laugh so hard... Are you from India or some Sahara Desert village?? ... is 20$ your monthly wage where you live??  Cheesy

Dont discriminate  people  mate Smiley I know what youre  thinking. $20  would be   already  big  for them    but to some its  just a dust  on their  income  but  OP  just want to seek advice for another way of  gaining more bitcoin. Instead  of  laughing  to the situation better to suggest some  good things to him Smiley
Actually there are  lots of   ways to earn  more than you earn today,  dont  waste your time  on faucets  , Use your skill..
8976  Economy / Gambling / Re: losing from freebitco.in on: November 04, 2016, 08:29:46 AM
Ive tried thrice to play in freebitco.in but it turns me losing the game.
I don't know whats the trick to win the game but it comes up always
not winning. Maybe playing in gambling is not my luck.

Actually theres no trick to  win  on  freebitco.in and  any  other gambling sites  out there  because  its always based  on  how  much  luck you had  on that game. Maybe  you are  unlucky enough to  play gambling    its better to  stop than to try again and  lose  even  more money. This  is the reality  on gambling which  you would  definitely lose if  youre  unlucky enough.  Better  to  focus  into some things  rather than  spending your time on  playing gambling.
8977  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Have you seen the news about this mining farm? on: November 04, 2016, 06:30:13 AM
Looks fantastic, but those are not actual pictures. Sine they are Computer generated images we can't know what is really going on on the site. I'd be very cautious if they'd propose cloud mining because they can't even show real pictures to prove they have that farm.

As op mentioned  it would nearly acomplished and  would  operate this   December and we could somehow  say that  its nearly finished and   they  made  the plan which are shown on the picture. It might  not be  lived  pictures as  of now but its existing and   true which means this  is really a huge project with  multi million dollar  investment. This kind  of news  is awesome. FOr those  people  who say they would operate cloudmining, i think they would not   do that for sure.
8978  Economy / Securities / Re: How much interest is reasonable for you? on: November 04, 2016, 04:51:42 AM
So, my question to you all is why the heck would anyone consider asking for money on a Web forum when there are billions of dollars in VC funding available for clear ppans? Why would someone with the ability to generate such massive revenues be asking for money in this way?

May I try to answer your question? Thank you.

You think and say about massive revenues, but you obviously don't take into account that these revenues are only massive in relative terms. In absolute terms they are not hefty, and the main issue with them is that they are not scalable. It is not uncommon to make 5% monthly on a small investment, say 1 Bitcoin. This is the max you can get without risking too much, but what is 0.05 BTC per month? Just dust, and if you invest more, your returns will drop dramatically.

Putting  up 1  btc  on the  purpose of   making some  small  loan  business would really just wasting  your time though because you are only  gaining small amounts  of   profits  on  monthly basis. 5% would  be already  big  for some   on  monthly interest some  may  offer even  lower  because  of   the competition some  offer 3-4% which is  lower and   probably  borrowers would  always  seek for the  lowest interest  lendor.
As we  all know  there are lots of  users  here  does have  lending  services or businesses   which means   lots  of competitions are there. If you are  just  starting  up then   you should begin with a  low  interest compare to others  so that  others would see you and  might possible    build trust and   gain  reputation on the  long run but  as   you mentioned 1 btc for  starting would  not  be ideal because you  only gain on small  profits.
8979  Economy / Services / Re: Signature Campaign please on: November 04, 2016, 03:12:19 AM
Hello,   Cheesy
I can do, for sure, above 25 posts every week, with some constructive ways.
I can do regulary and daily advertising, on my facebook profiles and Bitcoin groups, or even on my website.
I'm open to negotiations.

Regards.
Hi,

You can definitely join on  campaigns hence  you could able to  post enough  for a week but   basing  on  your rank  of your account  , i think you would really  have a hard time   on earning bitcoin  because  payrates are too  low for a newbie account. If i were  you, build first  your account  with  good  post  quality dont rush  up into  joining as of  now maybe  the best time  when you  reach either  member or full member rank that would be the best time. Besides  there are lots of ways  to earn not only on sig camps as you mentioned  you could able to  advertise  on social media sites  which is also possible   for  social media campaign  you could also earn from that.
8980  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Spark Profit on: November 03, 2016, 02:16:53 PM
SparkProfit is a great way to earn some cash i made 31 $ from it from doing nothing all you have to do is look at the prediction of the prices on the internet and boom you get points which will earn you money they have a mobile app which makes earning much easier.

Making  money  with  sparkprofits  is  not bad  at all  but  you would really need excellent  trading  and  prediction skills  because  your      profit  or  points would really depends  on  your skills , if  you are   good at it , earning  points would  be easy but if   you dont have any  knowledge about  currencies and  commodities for sure  you would  not  make  money with it and also its  time consuming   like  on  actual trading in forex.
