3681  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Think about when you invest in hyip website on: August 30, 2020, 11:52:18 AM
Yeah the high yield investment plans. The name itself sucks man.

I think such topics shall exist in the multiple threads and mostly in the beginners and help section. The reason being it mostly helps newbies rather than people who already exists here since grandma time!!

And i guess it is alright to have such topics as "refresher" course so that everyone can go through them. It is all about money and how to not risk it all in this anonymous market. It would be better to share any real examples that has apparently witnessed by someone.
3682  Economy / Economics / Re: Virgin Atlantic Goes Bankrupt, Bailouts? on: August 30, 2020, 10:46:26 AM
I think this thread discuss how US might wanna go for bailouts on the near future. Will bailouts become more frequent?

It is very first thing if such popular airline is going bankrupt then they will have to support the employees and directorish levels in the first place by getting bailouts from the interested investors.

Same thing is happening in Indian region where government is actually auctioning out military divisions which helps Indian military to produce artillery products. I mean surely this is only for big investors like Ambani group of industries, TATA industries and more.

You never know, VA airline might be taken over by some private investor if things went off the chart.
3683  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bailouts become more frequent? on: August 29, 2020, 07:13:19 PM
With every bailout imo strengthens the control the government have on the banks and other institutions and heightens regulations.

I think we will soon just start to see government ownership of financial institutions instead.

I hope all the institutes won't go under government rule since it will create huge chaos in terms of how they run it. At least in the private sector you get few demands fulfilled because these private banks needs actual "business" and they don't have big fat wallets to fullfil any worsening condition around them. They serve the customers like a God, otherwise they might run out business.

Govt controlled banks are just treated as safety deposits, since they do not run out of business "virtually" and provide security of lifetime funds.
3684  Economy / Economics / Re: Remote Working and Inequality on: August 29, 2020, 06:59:32 PM
And looking further, will this then, eventually, lead to greater equality of opportunity across the world, if all you need to work a 'London job' or a 'New York job' is an internet connection and the ability to speak the language?

The quoted para isnt new thing I guess. Well most of the part you had in OP is correct, there is good amount of change in so called remote operations and they are doing just fine. In fact many of the people are also complaining that the work-load has increased enormously since employers are now free to call the employee at any time since everyone is just sitting at home and there is no fixed punch in and out for work clock.

Coming back to the above quote, the service industry work in the similar fashion since many years. Specifically Indian IT giants are service industries who support the western IT firms by working around the clock in shifts.

Consider pharmacovigilance and BPL jobs, they are nothing but the remote works only. This time everyone is doing at comfort home, thats the only difference.
3685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Image Is Getting Stronger by the Minute on: August 29, 2020, 06:11:20 AM
Being the world’s reserve currency, however, the dollar is expected to maintain its strength and recover from the downturn as soon as things get back to normal.
who expects this?
i'm no expert but i've been reading a lot of experts talking about how there is going to be a crash soon thanks to the extreme amount of dollars that Fed has printed over the past decade specially the gigantic jump in printing dollar over the past couple of months.

But I isn't printing the dollars is inflation in the market? I mean it won't help the economy if businesses are not running and cash flow isnt circulating in the first place. If they keep printing the money, give out stimulus packages (more to the current one) then it's like people are getting fed on government money and in return government is not getting taxes and thus they will ruin the economic balances. This is will cause more chaos in long run for the government.

We all know that dollar downtrend normally coincides with bitcoin uptrend,
Quote
we haven't had enough dollar downtrend to coincide with bitcoin uptrends while we had lots and lots of uptrends in bitcoin over the past 11 years.

Corelation between bitcoin and dollar might be limited to stock markets, lets call it as an indirect relationship. Over the time it is truly seen how share market news floods the crypto exchanges as well where people refere something like this: "XYZ stocks to be listed, and company is involved in crypto investment", or "ABC company is to buy stocks and give out crypto platform to their shareholders". etc. That is just my point of view.

Quote
although some say bitcoin's value didn't really increase and instead it's dollar's value that deceased.
Quote
over the past month bitcoin price has gone up about 36% but dollar value hasn't yet tanked that much.
so bitcoin value did rise but it has nothing to do with dollar value dumping. not yet anyways.

Yeah the same thing as above. No concrete proof.
3686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your keys, your bitcoin? on: August 28, 2020, 12:26:25 PM
[...]
This news, despite its importance for bitcoin community, is not why this topic was created. What I am really interested in is a simple question which is does this law "Not your keys" work in an opposite direction?

"Your keys, your bitcoins" sounds logical too. But there is a small problem. It is relatively easy to prove that private key is not yours if you can't spend corresponding UTXO, you can't sign a message or in case it is stored inside exchange's wallet. But how can we prove the ownership of the private key?
[...]

Yep, this law has to be there if bitcoin is legal asset in that particular country.

Well this is the case why those two sisters who were waitress back then and had argument over millions of dollars just because one of them thought to leave the party early as she thought bitcoin is nothing but the bubble.

After few years she returned with fights over who had what share and stuff like that. It's completely insane since she was the one who left the bitcoins with her sister and all the wallet details.

If we apply this law to them, then yeah the other sister who kept the keys is the winner.

"Justice made on the spot".  Cheesy
3687  Economy / Economics / Re: Your economic outlook and your life for 2021 poll on: August 24, 2020, 06:04:42 PM
Interesting poll this is.

I gotta say I have different outlook for 2021. All of us see that it has destroyed many small and medium businesses but there are many more businesses which has emerged as new start up.

This is happening mostly in healthcare sector. In my country there is huge movement in medical supply chain as we speak!!

Many CRO which are called as contract research organisation which support the bigger pharma and vaccine manufacturing industries has got amazing opportunity by having 24*7 workload on their shoulder.

This is very good news for this field and any other related chain to it. I think it will be opened up for rest of the field by 2021.
3688  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What went wrong here? on: August 24, 2020, 05:47:29 PM
Apologies, this should do it
https://imgur.com/a/u3yZ6GK

From the discussion above I hope OP must have understood he ain't gonna loose money yet. Trading is just gamble jumble stuff of moves. I think Op is turning into panic trade very fast. The only advice for them is to get relaxed about it and let the green candle take over.

This is where most of trader loose hopes when they see simple downward movement. Just plotting triangle over few days data won't give you perfect prediction here. This will need data prediction from project development too and how is the regular trade going for ALGO.
3689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Virtual trading before actual one - pros and cons on: August 24, 2020, 03:09:00 PM
Yeah first time I too got confused when op mentioned virtual money and not the demo account. But after going through other posts it seems they are talking about demo account.

This so called practice account shall be considered as real only when we start trading. For me strategy works well when we just limit the demo account to what we have in pocket actually. I mean there is no point in making million dollar demo account. One should just limit it to what we have really.

Then you can see how fast you drain your wallet and loose all the money if doing it in wrong way.

It's far better to work around it as real account only.

But it's good knowledge to share. Smiley
3690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about XRP now? on: August 24, 2020, 02:19:01 PM
In fact all of the crypto's are doing just great these days. This reminds the days of 2017 where bitcoin started to plunging its movement in green candle and rest of the altcoins followed it.

Not to mislead, but XRP or any other alts have the way to move around bitcoin when it's market capitalisation is rising. It's more or less pseudo effect for other's market cap.

It's pretty good opportunity to invest in XRP on any other currency keeping in mind their ATH which we recorded in 2017. This can be taken as reference and same strategy can applied to all of them while investing.
3691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New User - Problems Understanding Bitcoins Validity on: August 23, 2020, 07:59:18 PM
So many guys here are calling bitcoin as bad choice and still on the bitcointalk forum, lolz God knows that's best sarcasm ever.

Anyways, OP seems to be troubled with lot of services which were not right choices in the first place.

Why would anyone go real banking if bitcoin is not legal in their zones. I mean their is local bitcoin, or P2P services where you can exchange money with real people without even contacting them. You have to verify your account but only for that platform and your privacy won't be hampered at all.

Why make so much buzz if you have so many anonymous options out there.

I mean come on they have invented bitcoin mixer as well to hide the original and recipient addresses.

3693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IRS: Releases Draft from 1040 and it's include virtual currency. on: August 23, 2020, 09:19:39 AM
America's got no chills!

If IRS is taking the virtual currencies seriously then it could be good thing for the loyal tax payers. It can increase the credibility of the person who receives the passive income from bitcoin/miscellaneous crypto world.

The government knows, pretty good amount of population owns the crypto currencies and amount in USD could be just off the chart.

One of the articles states it's around 14.4% of American's who has crypto asset investment. The figures date back to 2019 and new numbers are yet to be out.36.5 million Americans own crypto

With that kinda figures I am guessing it's futuristic step to involve BTC income into the legal system. This will benefit the government for sure.

Well, for those who wants to hide their income in terms of taxes, then it may not be option anymore.

The question still exists though: How they will track those assets?
3694  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiSquares.com 🟩🟦🟦🟦🟦⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ Try new chat game, win free bits! on: August 23, 2020, 05:55:20 AM
Well got registered and it seems pretty easy game to play. So as low as 1 bits can be placed as your bid to play out the game. User interface is too easy to understand . It's simplest one I guess, no loading, no lights and stuff!

What I understand is, you can increase your bonus by setting the game mode from easy level to extreme one. It's worth trying I believe.

However, as stated in the title say and hi stuff, I dont get that part. Neither anyone or bot is responding for that matter.  Tongue

Thanks for trying it out.  Sorry you didn't get a "hi" in the chat.  The chat isn't manned all the time Sad   So please accept this ---->  HI!  Cheesy

There is one huge problem in the game.

The chat game has to be played like this ------>

1. You have to place a bet with lowest whole number.
2. Once the counter hits 0 the winner will be picked up with qualifying criteria.
3. Currently there are only 2-3 members who are seems to be playing and (1) is the lowest whole number that can be placed.

The thing is if everyone places 1 then it's a tie and no one wins really.

I don't understand how it will work when there are 1000 players!!

What would be rule at that time.

[...]

It's seriously noticeable how all of us from no where keep talking about china and how they are making fuss around the world. Its damn thinkable why this is the case about the china. The only short answer for this, they really making things amazing for themselves.

They are the game changers and they think ahead of the world. Who would have thought they will outbreak deadly disease and take down the throne of USA from thousands of miles away. I mean come on rest of the world moans in soreness and they are living happy life at this very moment.

China has got no chills man!
3697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you remember what $ETH caused from 2016 -2017? on: August 22, 2020, 08:51:34 AM
Not many people realize this about $ETH , too many keep staring at the 'old school' projects they once bought in a hype moment and still hoping on a big return 2016 -2017.Because now day the ETH will be very incredible in the market price, But the ETH gaus fee very high,

Fees are high but as long as the assets start to move upwards with good returns then fees won't matter.

2017 was golden era for almost all the shitcoins because mother bitcoin recklessly gone off the chart that time. This created the surge in all of them and made them go ATH.

It's dream for everyone that whole crypto assets will show same era one more time. Honestly this time it will be far more stable and for longer duration. So yeah, ETH going that level again is good chance for ROI.
3698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where Are You Next 5 Years? on: August 22, 2020, 07:55:50 AM
Just want to get enough money which can fund my research and development project. Being pharma scientist it's always dream to get more and more money which can fund the projects.

The only way to get such huge money is through bitcoin investments and altcoins (some).

Since this market is offering greater hopes of hiking the hill, I believe it's way to enormous passive income. I mean with traditional jobs you get fixed income but rises slowly and there are more expenses than income these days.

Things are so costly, and it rises every year.

In next 5 years I gotta see good portfolio which is giving me return of investment that would take 10 years for traditional job.
3699  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I've automated my portfolio using machine learning for 100 days on: August 21, 2020, 06:32:05 AM

Pretty good article and your feelings can been seen while reading the whole article.

Well I am not sure how bot trading works but whether it is Nomics or Shrimpy they has got different opinion as seen from your article.

The point where you stated that Nomics kept predicting the flatline for one of the assets kinds seems terrifying. I mean in the world of crypto things are volatile and a flatline can turn into peak at any given time!

But of course, it's machine learning and it keeps learning based on the data. So next time it may be able to predict the flatline asset in very different way.

I am happy to see such easy tools exists which can over the time could become so prominent that one might just have passive income source based on them.
3700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin (or others) for the Adult Industry? on: August 21, 2020, 06:13:22 AM
If anyone's going in the adult world then surely they have to be anonymous and hide the other world, I guess BTC stands greater chance of doing that can easily workout for the customers as well. Some of them got talkative wifey, bold, loving yet talkative, so man always wander here and there for fun, LOLZ. So yeah easy to get customers.

I have seen one user whose thread has been viewed more than 55,000 times!!! That's huge response from the BitcoinTalk forum and could be best for you to work in similar fashion.

Here is the thread : [NSFW] Lets Have Fun Smiley 18+ Only!
