921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Succeeded in introducing Bitcoin to a friend on: February 03, 2024, 09:31:47 AM
Motivating friends to invest in bitcoin is a much better way. start teaching them about the benefits of bitcoin for the future, by introducing them to the history of bitcoin, both the history of the bitcoin price and what the bitcoin halving moment is. So that makes them interested in investing in Bitcoin. Showing your BTC investment amount to a friend may depend on you, if he is a close friend it is okay, this will increase his trust in Bitcoin. but if he is not a close friend, it is best not to show the amount of BTC in your wallet. Sharing seed phrases is a stupid act, especially with friends, it's better not to share them with anyone. Because it's not permissible to even share with friends with one of your family members, unless you really believe it 100%.
If you can introduce investing to your friends about Bitcoin then this will really help them to be able to have good future investments. If they are interested in investing, you really have to guide them well so that your friends don't make mistakes in their recent investments they started.

Showing your friends the amount of Bitcoin that you have been able to collect will certainly be better, this will make them enthusiastic to immediately try as you have done to make a profit in investing.

That's right, it's impossible for us to share our seed phrases with anyone, even if they are our close friends, and we also have to remind them of this so that they don't share their seed phrases with anyone other than family they can trust.
"If Im diving into these waters, Im bringing my crew with me." Isnt there a fine line? More than merely showing the improvements, guiding them requires preparing them for the ebbs and flows and teaching them its a marathon.

How about sharing my Bitcoin stack? It has two sides. It ignites that "I want in" moment. Its important to emphasize that this is their trip. Their route may differ from mine, and thats fine. Not only the destination, but the trip.

Now for the golden rule: seed phrases. I tell everyone, "Treat your seed phrase like the most valuable asset you own." Because it is. Not mistrust, but wise, secure behaviors. Remember that Bitcoin knowledge is as valuable as investment.
922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be stolen? on: February 03, 2024, 09:08:33 AM
Bitcoin is secure but not impenetrable. James Zhong shows that Bitcoin protocol weaknesses are in interfaces and human interactions with it. In recent years, Bitcoin's security has improved, as I've seen. No system is invincible, though.

My experience has shown that personal attentiveness and best procedures protect Bitcoin. Using trusted wallets, two-factor authentication, and offline private keys are my recommendations. Technology and user awareness boost security. I repeatedly tell classmates, "Be the guardian of your digital treasure."

To explicitly answer your question: Bitcoin can be stolen, however careful handling reduces the danger. I recommend continuing education and security trends. Knowing and being cautious are our best defenses in the digital age. We want to empower via awareness and prepared action, not fear.
923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the rush to gain profit in crypto? on: February 03, 2024, 08:46:53 AM
The crypto currency space is filled with a lot of positive and life changing opportunities, but it also have it's negative sides as well, especially to those who have little knowledge about Crypto currency, lately  there are a lot of fake influencers, fake media whales, scams, fake Airdrops especially on the social media that could lead new crypto beginners to invest their time and money on projects that would do them more harm than good. A lot of people see Crypto currency as an agenda to get rich quick, well there are chances that it's possible, with the right investment and skill, but before you venture into the crypto space currently you must be prepared with a vast knowledge of how to overcome this negative activities, cause it would help one to know the right choice of crypto investment as well as knowing how to detect scam project and fake influencers that could lure you into wrong investments.
People are desperate cause the feel like since everyone is making emphasis on the bull run, the fear of missing out makes them partake into fake airdrop and news.  A lot of people will want to capitalize on this opportunity to spread fake news and propaganda luring poor people to waist their time and resources. Getting the right information is very paramount in the crypto world, the right information will give you the right results.

The truth is that people are usually looking for where things can turn around their financial predicament to liberation. Once they hear any route that will lead to such success they don't wait to know the disadvantage involved. Another thing here is the human action always tend to what they hear and what they see, as most of the influencer always advertised on social Media and shoe how they make money through investment and trading it draw the attention of many poor people who think is so easy to make it and they will jump without proper information about it regarding the losses involved. Trading with deep knowledge is the worst thing person will do was it come to this crypto market because the loss involved can make you hate the system because making money in Bitcoin is not easy as people see it it requires wisdom and been smart, knowing the right time to enter the market and right to mornitor changes. And having full knowledge about some shiltcoin that can failed easily as they lack required standard.
Or simply they do become that instantly become that desperate on the time that they would be able to hear out those kind of probabilities on which they do know that it does have that kind of chance on making profits or making that money on which it would really be just that part of human instinct for us to rush in on whatever things that we do see that it does give out that kind of chance. This is why it wont really be that shocking nor surprising that people would really be having that kind of approach when it comes to profits this is why we do really go into different paths and ways on which some do go into the right path and majority would really be going into those wrong things on which it causes for them to have that loses.

When you do step your foot into this market then really be sure that you should really be that wise when it comes to the steps that you would really be making. You are the ones who would really
be the ones to find out which method works for you and which one wont really be doing so. You are the ones who would really be finding those methods
and the ones who would discover which one will really be that sustaining.
The desire to make money is almost magnetic. And why not? We all want to succeed. I think the financial market, especially ETFs and Bitcoin, is a marathon. I've navigated this path, fallen a few times, and learned what true investment wisdom is.

Everyone's path is different. I've found no shortcut or magic technique that ensures success. Trial and error is about finding what works and rejecting the rest. Your approach and method come from personal exploration.

Everyone learns what they need. All part of the process, it may take time and some hard knocks. In addition to growing your money, the market offers a platform for learning how to make successful and sensible decisions. Remember that its about the journey, the lessons you learn, and who you become.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying with Bitcoin. on: February 03, 2024, 08:24:24 AM
For some it might be okay to do so since it would just like selling your Bitcoin and then using that money to buy things that you wanted, but on the other hand that just means you are selling your Bitcoin which means that you might be selling it at a lose unless your selling it or your buying it when the market price skyrocket to the moon unlike the price when you bought it. For a time buy it probably wouldn't really hurt, but if you're going to use Bitcoin as your daily payment method for most of things that might not work, considering the fees in the mempool every transaction could potentially cost a huge payment of fee, especially on congested network so using Bitcoin at that time might not be a good idea, also congested network for sure is a problem of Bitcoin since it just limits our transaction if the fees are huge we cannot do any transaction if the transaction is already fee cost is already half of the transaction.

To be honest Bitcoin is not really ready as a digital payment or something that we could use on a daily basis, in my opinion, Bitcoin is great as an investment right now just because of its volatile market price and the potential profit that we might get in the future, it might get better in the future for sure because there are probably going to be a lot of upgrades in the network soon as Bitcoin continues to grow over time, but right now it is still now ready.
True Bitcoin supporter. I support it as digital gold and a hedge against market volatility. Bitcoin isnt part of my financial existence. Huge transaction costs and frequent network congestion make it unsuitable for fast, daily purchases.

My opinion: transferring Bitcoin to fiat for daily spending is smarter currently. Through this method, I avoid excessive costs and unpredictable transaction delays. Practicality and financial efficiency are more important than preventing losses from selling too soon.

My faith in Bitcoin's future and growth remains. With network maturity, my strategies may change. At the moment, I prefer investing in Bitcoin and using currency for daily requirements. It balances costs and delays so I get the most out of my investment.
925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin ETF really the best to hold? on: February 03, 2024, 08:06:02 AM
I find the idea confusing. Why buy something more expensive and less autonomous? Bitcoin's permissionlessness and private key control define it for me. Hodling actual assets is my preference, not ETFs.

A common claim is that ETFs introduce Bitcoin to folks who are wary of cryptocurrencies. I know - comfort and familiarity. But isnt Bitcoin's main goal to bypass traditional banking systems? ETFs seem to dilute revolution.

I think the desire for Bitcoin ETFs over Bitcoin may arise from a mistrust or ignorance of Bitcoin. Maybe its about security within the usual investment framework. Regardless, an ETF doesnt appeal to a Bitcoin enthusiast. I believe in direct ownership, where Bitcoin's actual value may be realized.
926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proverbs and Sayings that Act as Triggers to Gambling on: February 02, 2024, 09:45:52 AM
Just as we have expressed our concerns about certain gambling advertisements serving as potential triggers, I have observed and I think that there are gambling proverbs or quotes can also play a role in influencing individuals. Look at this Chinese proverb, "If you don’t gamble, you won’t know how lucky you are." From this proverb, it can spur a regular person to explore gambling as a means to test their luck and become hooked. Also, the person who has been gambling will want to continue gambling while being hopeful that someday they would eventually be lucky and hit the jackpot.

What other proverbs or sayings could potentially act as triggers, enticing individuals to initiate or perpetuate their gambling activities?
Take "Lady Luck smiles upon you." That luck is capricious and coy is ingrained in this phrase and mindset. Gambling ain't fairytale.

I can't help thinking about humanity. Gamblers remember these sayings. "You've got to be in it to win it" is almost mocking, driving the weak deeper into the rabbit hole.

Antidote? Reality, education, and awareness. Gambling should entertain, not deceive. Reframe these sayings, remove their romanticized sheen, and reveal them as words, not fate. It's about choices, not chances.
927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: February 02, 2024, 09:15:50 AM
Cristiano Ronaldo's side and Messi's Lyon will be full of plenty of competition between these two. As Al Nassr club is relatively stronger because the defense department and attack department are much better. But Inter Miami team is relatively less strong as they lost one match against Al Hilal team by a huge margin. But I want to play for Al Nassr in this match.

Such easy goals netting, we can only witnessed the magnificent performance from Al Nassr, they're no mates for Inter Miami because they've proven to be the best in all angles, holding strong themselves to be strong enough to absorb the pressure from Inter Miami. Halftime, the scores is 3-0 and Al Nassr leading. There will be no comeback because Inter Miami doesn't suit in the big case to compete with the SPL side. However we should expects more actions in the second half, Inter Miami will refused to accept cleansheet against Al Nassr that's prepared for anything.
Base on what I have seen SPL are far better than MLS, it can not be compared their strength is not of the same size, I really pity Messi for engaging himself in that kind of weak club, he alone can not do it and will this result he will one day be sent off, because when he came him fan expectations are very high hoping to see change but it was getting worse am really afraid for him because all eyes on him.
Messi's struggles in MLS contrast with Ronaldo's success in the Saudi Pro League, notably Al Nassr's recent 6-0 win, which is glaring. To quickly assess the leagues' strengths and these big players' impact is tempting. Perhaps we're missing part of the story.

Football is as much about teamwork as individual skill. Ronaldo fits into Al Nassr well, and the team's recent wins are impressive. It doesnt eliminate Messi's MLS effect. Journey and hardships are unique. Messi's move was always about legacy, influence, and the patient, often unnoticed process of creating a team and league, not just player achievement. We shouldnt judge too quickly. There will be more than scoring in Messi's MLS story.
928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 02, 2024, 09:00:41 AM
~~ Snip ~~
Juventus is indeed a good team and has become even better this season so the potential to become champions this season is still very open for Juventus. Meanwhile, Napoli has experienced very different conditions from last season, because this season Napoli were unable to fight better in the Italian League. Even if Napoli try to be better than they are now and target a fairly reasonable place in the League table, I think Napoli can only reach the top five. Even then, it is quite difficult for Napoli to get past several teams whose points are currently almost equal.
Juventus only needs to be consistent if they want to win the Scudetto at the end of the season, their only tough competition is Inter Milan. The other Serie A contestants are not at the same level as them, even Milan, who I hope can revive the race, also failed. Full focus on local competitions must be put to good use when Inter return to their European tour in the Champions League, that's when they have the best opportunity to overtake Inter. Next week will be the start of the competition, Juventus will challenge Inter directly, and we will see who is the best between the two.

Regarding Napoli, I predict they will not be able to finish in the top four of the standings, in fact I feel they will miss other European competitions next season. Overall their performance has never been stable, in the last five matches, Napoli was only able to achieve 1 win, and is currently ranked 9th. There is no longer any hope for Napoli, their performance has dropped slowly, from a top club to a mid table club, that's the fact about them now.
I think Juventus can win the Scudetto this season, but consistency is crucial. Although dismal last season, their performance has improved from what I've seen. Their lack of European competition qualification was a wake-up call. They appear to have recovered this season and are determined to win again in Turin. As Inter Milan's Champions League schedule is tight, they must continue this momentum. This is a great opportunity for Juventus to pass Inter in the league.

I share your Napoli pessimism. Weak form, with only one win in their last five matches. Their chances of finishing in the top four are minimal at 9th. More consistent and promising clubs include Fiorentina, Bologna, Roma, and Atalanta. Napoli fans find it hard to accept that the team is slipping from the top flight to the middle. They'll probably not play in Europe next season unless they improve drastically.
929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 02, 2024, 08:37:38 AM
Wolves vs Man United turned into a firecracker of a match in the end with 5 goals in the last 20 mins + additional time. For a moment I thought somehow Wolves have managed to comeback being down 1-3 at 75 mins to make it 3-3 but a very late goal from Kobbie Mainoo foiled the attempts of recovery from Wolves and gave Man United a much needed away win. The game ended Wolves 3-4 Manchester United.
It was surprising that Wolves were able to turn things around after being quite far behind MU. It all started with the first goal scored by Pablo in the 71st minute via a penalty kick. From there the enthusiasm of the Wolves players became even more enthusiastic, until after that 2 more goals were scored from Kilman and Pedro. I thought the match would end in a draw, but in the final minutes Mainoo scored a goal and put MU back in front until the second half whistle sounded. It was a very tense match, because if MU didn't have great luck in that match, MU could have lost to Wolves. But fortunately the victory was still in favor of MU.
Maybe in that match the MU players lost their focus a little, because they felt they were superior to Wolves. So they didn't expect that in the second half Wolves' performance would change that much.

So,with this victory, MU managed to take home 3 points and is ranked 7th in the EPL standings. Apart from that, MU also has a narrow point difference with Westham, namely 1 point. So in the upcoming match, MU has the opportunity to move up to 6th place. If only next week MU can beat Westham who is ranked 6th in the standings. My hope is that MU can rise this time. Even though points and rankings are very far behind City and Livervool. But at least they have to try to reach at least 4-5th place in the EPL standings, if MU wants to have a ticket to enter the UCL.

I still believe MU won lucky. MU players felt too comfortable after leading, which almost lost them the match. Wolves' comeback was extraordinary, showing tenacity that may have won the game. Football isnt over until the last whistle.

With important games ahead, MU must fix this focus issue. Next up is West Ham, and any distraction might be disastrous. To reach the top four, every point counts. Not even in the dying minutes can MU afford to give their opponents room. Their defense and focus must improve for the full 90 minutes. This Wolves game should wake us up.
930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 02, 2024, 08:20:36 AM
Manchester United management doesn't need to focus on winning the title this season because bad conditions like this will make it impossible to provide the best performance and what MU must prioritize is just looking for more quality players and looking for a more experienced coach to be able to help the club this is a return to performance like the past and was able to win the trophy he wanted.
The reason I say it like this is because I no longer have trust for a long time, I gave the opportunity to be patient and believe in Erik Ten Hag, but it was all in vain and I really hope that MU can fire the coach and try to find another coach like Xavi or Xabi, even though it's too much, but there's nothing wrong with speculating early.

I'm also not sure whether MU will be able to get more quality players this month or will just waste money again because Erik Ten Hag doesn't have the intelligence to choose players and I have to admit that in the coming season if Erik Ten Hag still stays I'm sure MU will end worse.

Manchester United won't be searching for a new set if players this January, besides the transfer window has already come to an end tonight.
Picking a player should be done by the sporting directors, Yes? Erik Ten Hag is to manage the players that fits into his project and that of thr long term plans of the club. I'm sure Erik Ten Hag is completely the man for Manchester United and he should be backed regardless of his recent challenges.

Maybe you're one of them that prolly wants to see Jose Mourinho back! Lol! Manchester United now has most of them squad returning, they'll do well henceforth.

Like you, I support Erik Ten Hag. Manchester United needs a stable leader, and I think Ten Hag is the appropriate guy. I hope his ideas will pay off eventually, despite critics' criticisms of his style or player management. Team togetherness and his vision for the club's future are exactly what we need.

The Mourinho parallel amuses me. Mourinho enjoyed his successes with United, but looking back isnt helpful. You stated the team's form comeback; we should focus on that. Im optimistic as the players get fit. Long-term thinking and patience are crucial.
931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe visiting a seer or spiritual house could make you win a game? on: February 02, 2024, 07:59:30 AM
Some people still believe in such superstitious things and use them today to gain win. Many people will use all means, including superstition, to win, but they still cannot win the gambling game. They forget that gambling is not a place to make money. They do things like that consciously because they still want to pursue winning. I don't have any experience like that because I feel gambling has nothing to do with superstitions like that so I don't need to visit a spiritual house or a fortune teller just to help me win. When playing gambling, many people predict the results of matches, but these are only predictions that can be right or wrong because they depend on the performance of each team. So it's best not to rely too much on fortune tellers when it comes to gambling because we have to remember that gambling is just entertainment and nothing more.
Its fascinating human behavior research. Gambling appeals to me beyond financial gain. Winning boosts happiness immensely, but there's more. The thrill is in the suspense and adrenaline rush when the outcome is uncertain. Experience matters as much as result.

Gambling, like buying a movie ticket, is fun for many. You pay for suspense and thrill. Investing in emotional highs and lows. This explanation explains why gamblers keep going after losses. I think moderation and awareness are crucial. Gamble responsibly to spice up life.

Also important are regret and healing. I value contemplation and learning. Change is achievable when people realize their deeds. Gambling is fun not only for the wins and losses, but also for the self-awareness and progress it may bring. Celebration, risk-taking, and personal growth are part of entertaining, responsible gaming.
932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any fun in losing while gambling on: February 02, 2024, 07:39:27 AM
~snip~
It's true, there are still many gamblers who don't think about the risks in gambling so that it's something that is always neglected in gambling. many of those who gamble only think about winning and not the risks in gambling. because the chances of winning are smaller than the chances of winning, it's not strange that many defeats are obtained because it's a natural thing in gambling and they should be able to realize this,  because this has become a certain thing in gambling. There are also many of them who experience changes in gambling motives, maybe there are gamblers who at the beginning they have a target but when they reach the target they change to want to get a bigger win. this also often happens among every gambler.

that's true, I don't believe in that, even though there are some people who say like that and they believe in that, I think that's just their alibi to keep gambling, in fact I think the more often we gamble, the closer we are to destroying our lives, that's that's what I thought. and it is true that gambling has a strong attraction, so many people fall into gambling and become addicted, but if they can restrain themselves, maybe bad things will not happen, such as addiction and big losses. It's true what you said, they have to be aware of the many losses they have had and this has to be corrected by not gambling too often.
They should be able to think about the risks of gambling so that they don't use a lot of money, which could make them lose that money because they might be less careful in managing their expenses. The chance of winning is smaller than the chance of losing, so they should be able to reduce the risk of losing so that they don't lose a lot of money. Otherwise, they will only regret it at the end of the game, but if they are already addicted to gambling, they will not regret it because they do not see the amount of money lost at the gambling table as worth regretting. They will only come back another day with bigger money and the hope that they can gamble and win big.

Yes, that's just their excuse to return to gambling, but they can't realize that it will destroy their lives because they will lose a lot of money from gambling. Gambling has its appeal so that it can make people return to gambling more often without considering that gambling should be done for fun and entertainment. They forget to restrain themselves from gambling excessively and should also be able to increase their vigilance in gambling so that they can control the use of their money to prevent more losses. However, they must improve it by reducing their gambling activities so that they do not fall deeper into gambling, which will only destroy their lives.

In my opinion, they are not very careful nor do they always consider the actions they will take well, so they can spend a lot of money just for gambling. The possibility is that if they are addicted to gambling then I don't think they will regret it, even if they are addicted and regret it, I think there is a chance they will be able to stop, it is possible that by regretting the actions they have taken they will stop gambling because they are aware of the big losses they have suffered. receive or gain while gambling.

But even so have you ever thought about where the pleasure in gambling lies?
In my opinion the joy of gambling lies in winning if they win or get a win then they will be happy and conversely  if they lose or lose then they won't be happy Also in my opinion there seems to be no pleasure in losing.
Consider a game where the result is always known. Not very interesting, is it? Chaos, unpredictability, and the "what if" are the elements. Its not about how it ends; it's the narrative you tell yourself when the cards are dealt, the dice are rolled, or the stocks rise and fall. Humans are naturally drawn to ambiguity and like to overcome obstacles even when reason tells us otherwise. And what about giving up when you feel regret? It resembles attempting to use your bare hands to stop a moving train. The mind is aware of the game, but overcoming it calls for a complete overhaul of one's reward system in addition to realization. Irrational? perhaps. Unthinkable? Not at all.
933  Other / Off-topic / Re: Having a regular/steady income is important as a gambler. on: February 02, 2024, 07:21:27 AM
Gambling though is a risky game that the chances of winning and losing is in equilibrium but however in other for one to have a possibility of winning, it requires a steady income.

Having a steady and regular income is very important as a gambler because it would enable you to scrap out money you should use for gambling, feeding, taking care of yourself and family and other miscellaneous.

Having a steady income helps you to enjoy gambling more than when you don't have a steady income and you're relying on gambling to make money. When you're gambling alway to make money you can become addicted easily as you'll be chasing after your losses unknowingly or intentionally. Chasing losses makes you have the wrong mindset of gambling and it begins a part of your game. Over gambling and over spending also become a habit which makes you become an irresponsible gambler.

As you're gambling, you need to know that you can't win always, no individual is that lucky therefore you need a source of income to support you when you're not wining so you don't get desperate and do things that you weren't suppose to do so you can gamble responsible and not get addicted. Having a steady sources of income provides you with enough resources for enjoying gambling as a form of entertainment.
I completely agree with your gambling and income views. Being aware of a safety net while walking a tightrope makes the experience more fun and less stressful. My own experiences and interactions with others show that gambling with a consistent income makes it a leisure activity rather than a desperate attempt to make ends meet. Gambling is for fun, not need.

As you noted, chasing losses is dangerous. Too many people fall into that rut, thinking their next wager would be their big break. It rarely is. Gambling for fun keeps you in the game. A steady salary lets you enjoy the pleasure without financial stress.

Maintaining a consistent income helps promote responsible gambling. Setting and maintaining boundaries is key. Gambling should be fun, not expensive. Cheers to playing the game with a consistent paycheck. Its the smartest gamble.
934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You can not win if you do not risk on: February 02, 2024, 07:04:15 AM
Good day guys, how is the gambling industry helping you this period?

However I just want to say that in the game world gamblers are always there to bet and the important thing here is when a gambler can not risk he also can not win, true or false?
Many might still believe that a gamblers who's just gambling at the first day might end up winning w huge amount of money that he wasn't expecting but the truth is that as long as you stake on bet you have already risk your money, be it big or small.
I think that's true, and in fact it is, when you don't take risks you won't win, but that thinking is incomplete in my opinion, I think that people who are silent are sure to lose compared to people who take risks they have two possibilities, namely losing or winning.

But the concern is when people cannot manage their own risks that must be balanced with their finances and themselves in managing their finances and personal, and that is usually a bad impact, which makes a person in a difficult situation because he does not understand the risk profile that can be overcome.
When someone understands gambling games they definitely understand the risks they will face, if they can take risks by betting with the money they have then they have a chance of either winning or losing, people who dare to take risks can win but are also ready if losing, which is a risk, is definitely more likely to be a loss, isn't it? However, when someone is not ready to take risks, he will just stagnate there, neither winning nor losing, so his money will remain intact because he does not dare to take risks.

Yes, that is the main problem for gamblers, if they know that gambling is full of risks, but there are also those who ignore this and they continue to gamble without thinking until they end up experiencing big losses, there are also those who become addicted to gambling due to chasing losses too much, so someone must consider managing expenses properly and understand the risk of losing so that gambling does not exceed limits.
I've always thought gambling was the ultimate fun-foresight test. Though the mansion has the advantage, isnt life about taking risks for unexpected joy? Gamble, not outcome, is crucial. Each move can result in a win or a wild ride to the next chance.

Lets face it - big wins can be as alluring as blockbusters. Insight: the actual prize is the experience. Memories between bets matter on a night out with pals or a lonely slot session.

If you're after the thrill of the win, the following bet can be tempting. But, having fun without letting the stakes take over? Gambling art. Know when to hold, fold, and laugh off a loss as entertainment cost. Lets take it easy, stay positive, and remember that life's biggest wins are the ones we enjoy along the road.

Telling people about Bitcoin 8s not a good plan, I have known that many Bitcoiners are a big target, so if you are telling someone about Bitcoin and the forum that shows that you are endangering your self and your assets.
Telling people about bitcoin I don’t see it as bad thing the only place it could be consider as a bad things is if the people don’t have interest in bitcoin but if I see those who have interest in bitcoin I can render them my knowledge tell them how it works and what they could expect from it.

The place where it’s bad is when you start telling people I hold this and I hold that of bitcoin which will bring eyes on you and you can fall into danger of losing them all as a result of being targeted by thefts, another way which I also see talking to others about bitcoin as bad thing is if they are not interested and you are trying to convince them to do what they don’t want to do and if they in anyway lose funds you will be the first person they will point finger on.
Im always happy to teach and guide them through cryptocurrency' maze of rewards and pitfalls.

However, your warning has personal resonance. I always believed in "speak little, act intelligently". I agree that discussing one's assets can draw attention and make one a target. Sharing enthusiasm while protecting privacy is tricky. Digital wealth safety is crucial.

Persuasion is a responsibility, I've realized. Bitcoin should be introduced gently to encourage curiosity rather than pressure. Sharing information and experiences, then allowing kids make their own decisions, is key. Bitcoin should be pursued out of interest and conviction, not coercion.

Your friend's query is terrifying and fascinating; it explores human ethics and digital asset security. I would put my safety first in that risky situation. Its about safety, not Bitcoin. Life is more valuable than wealth in such situations. Knowing my family had access, I would likely give the wallet address to secure assets.

Bitcoin security must be strong. Use multi-signature wallets and teach your family emergency wealth management. A safety net lets you compromise.

Accepting and planning for Bitcoin risks is crucial. The extreme situation of your friend emphasizes privacy, security, and backup. Bitcoin empowers and controls finances. Making educated decisions safeguards our assets and health.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying with Bitcoin. on: February 02, 2024, 05:22:25 AM
After doing my research, I came to realize that this may probably be influenced by personal choices. Because looking at it thoroughly, some people would pay for items using things like Gold, Land, and other assets. But in the eyes of a money literate, that may be totally wrong.
So, I would love to ask and get this confusion over with. Is it ok for you to purchase items with Bitcoin? If yes or no, please state your reasons so we can all learn from it.
Depending on each person's point of view and regarding purchasing goods using bitcoin, it is fine because currently there are many products that provide payment transactions using bitcoin even though they do not fully accept payments using bitcoin. In fact, many people who use bitcoin as an investment will not use bitcoin as a means of payment because they consider bitcoin to be the best investment asset that can provide large profits in the long term.

Another factor is that people have to be connected to the internet every time they make a payment using bitcoin and this definitely requires transaction fees, so some people are more inclined to make payments using the old system which involves fiat currency. Apart from that, each individual may have their own views regarding payments using bitcoin and I prefer to use bitcoin for investment purposes not for payment.
I get Bitcoin's dual role as an investment and a transaction medium. I favor long-term Bitcoin investing. Its not just about the big returns, but also the exhilaration of financial change. Decentralised Bitcoin is the future of money, in my opinion.

Internet access, transaction fees, and novelty are all issues with Bitcoin payments. I also see great potential. The growing acceptance of Bitcoin in many marketplaces shows its adaptability. I support using Bitcoin for transactions whenever possible to integrate this revolutionary money into our daily lives.

Fiat currency is suitable for daily use. Bitcoin transactions lack their simplicity and stability. But I'll always support Bitcoin. Looking forward to the future of bitcoin integration. Bitcoin symbolizes financial empowerment and innovation, not just investment.

There are other reasons besides money that we like Bitcoin. Assembling with a movement that questions the present and envisions a future where everyone is financially free is very important. Supports a system that will change the way money works in the digital world. Insights, technology, and the thrill of navigating uncharted financial seas are all things that interests me.

The reasons I support Bitcoin go beyond its short-term rewards. For a decentralized, fair, and open financial system, my idea is a place where people can be creative, start new things, and feel hopeful. Bitcoin is important not only because of its market price, but also because it promises to lower the barriers to entry for money and give people around the world more power. Please remember that Bitcoin is a step toward a future where everyone has the right to be financially independent.

Maybe in fact it's like that and I think it happens because of addiction, so they keep gambling even though they always experience lots of losses. In my opinion, it's because they are thirsty for victory, so they keep gambling even though they have experienced a lot of losses. If indeed they can no longer leave their addiction, it means they will always prioritize gambling every day, it is also possible that they will think about gambling and gambling every day. As time goes by it will become increasingly difficult for them to get out of gambling.

Indeed, it is a necessity, we must gamble with the money we can afford, because if we force ourselves to gamble it is the same as wasting money. In my opinion, gambling with a small portion of your income is enough if it is just for fun, because no one knows when luck will come, by gambling with 1%/5% of your income, in my opinion it is enough, because if you are lucky you will get win and if we have won, we are completely in control, if we gamble intelligently then it is better to cash it out than to continue gambling because it is not certain that it will result in another win. It's true that we should only gamble by adjusting our income, because that way the risk of big losses can still be avoided, but if you only think about big wins then it's likely that you will gamble by spending a lot of money, without looking at the income you get each month.
Yes, it is difficult if you have a gambling addiction so they don't realize how much money they are using. They have changed their goal from just wanting to have fun from gambling to how to win a lot of money from gambling and that can make them deeper into gambling. That is why those who have not experienced a gambling addiction must always be careful when spending their money and always pay attention to how much they have used for gambling. We must always apply limits when playing gambling so that we don't experience too many losses and don't have to experience losses like other people experience.

By maintaining limits on gambling, we will only gamble with the money we can afford and will not want to spend more money. We can also allocate a certain amount of money for daily needs while we can gamble comfortably because we already have a fixed budget for gambling. Playing gambling with small amounts of money is also okay, especially for those who just want to have fun in their free time, so they will immediately stop when their free time is about to run out. They also won't want to chase wins or recover from their losses. After all, it's not worth doing because it could make them experience more losses. By always maintaining these limits, we can use gambling as entertainment and enjoy gambling well and will not experience problems like other people experience.

In my opinion, many people gamble with the motive of making money, I myself am not a hypocrite about gambling because in my opinion it is clear that if you gamble it means you want a profitable win. If it's for fun, I actually think there are many other things that are more fun, even unpaid and not as risky as gambling. If it's for fun, I think they don't have the desire to win, but if they gamble frequently, it indicates that those who gamble for fun also want to win.

We should gamble with the money we can afford, not force us to continue gambling when our finances don't support us, this happens a lot where many gamblers force themselves to continue gambling without looking at their own financial situation, even by borrowing money to gamble, of course. this is not true. It's true what you said, gambling with enjoyment is what you have to do, winning or losing will trigger addiction if we don't enjoy and have no limits in gambling, so do gambling appropriately, don't overdo it, that's what you have to do, also gamble with the money you can afford. For example, if your monthly income is 100 USD then you gamble with 10 USD, and think about how that 10 USD can last for a month, I myself do that, where when the budget I set is finished before one month I don't spend any money to gamble again.
I understand and agree with you. I view gambling as a strategy rather than a pastime. Its the thrill of perhaps winning, right? I think a no-stakes game of cards with friends is just as exciting. The game changes when money is involved. I support responsible gambling. I only wager what I wont miss, treating it as fun. Gambling with 10 bucks for a night out is my entertainment. I stop when you use rent or borrow to keep the game running. Knowing your limits, right? Fun gambling should be supported with a clear mind. I bet for fun and profit, but never beyond my means. Not essential, but a hobby. Im done for the month if my budget runs out. Enjoyment and discipline should go together. Fun, not financial strategy, is the goal.

This goes back to how each individual responds to it..... And if the person responding to it is wise enough, then this will be a motivation for him to continue trying to improve his abilities and knowledge in gambling, so that he can also increase his chances of winning. get a win or so that he can also get the same opportunity, namely getting a big win in his gambling. However, if the person responding is stupid enough, then when he gets a story that someone has managed to win big in a certain type of gambling, then he will immediately go to the gambling site and play the same type of gambling, without considering everything, he just assumes that he You will also get the same luck and get big wins. but in reality, because he was too ambitious to win, this caused his gambling to become uncontrolled, so that instead of getting a big win, what happened was that his gambling ended in defeat.

The people who get success was not like by all the relative and friends around us.This was the reason for which the gamblers will not share about their winning to the relatives mostly and to some of the friend. If the loss happened, many relatives are ready to blame him for the loss. But they are not ready to accept the winning by their hard work.Because the relative are more jealous on us,the winning is based on luck will be the word of the relative on your winning. The experienced gamblers will not accept the words of their relatives,So the best way to handle such time waster will forget the words of that people.Even though you had win sometimes with the luck, the gamblers should not agree it as happened due to luck.Because let the relative wicked by seeing your big money winning.

If you just share stories about your success in gambling by getting several big wins. But you don't share the victory. Yes... it's only natural that this can make other people feel jealous and dislike you. Moreover, if the person you invite to tell the story is someone who has just experienced consecutive gambling losses. So I think, if we are kind enough, then we shouldn't just share stories, but we should also share love. Even though the amount we give is not much, because at least it will be an entertainment for him, after experiencing several failures and disappointments because he was not able to get good results when gambling.

And do we have to think about what other people say about us.? yes... we need to think about it, as an evaluation material so that we can be better in the future. And when you receive sweet words, consider them as honey, and when you receive bitter words, consider them as medicine. So both of these things can be good things for you.
Sharing gambling victories without losses is incomplete. Telling half the tale and expecting cheers is like that. I usually say, "If you talk the talk, walk the walk." Sharing your luck, however modest, isnt about bragging; its about making someone else happy.

Yes, worrying what others think is smart, not weak. Like collecting data. Every response - good or bad - is feedback. I can improve my social game. Why not make every tip a personal growth tool? I consider that a win.

While we love gambling and its stories, let's remember the human aspect. Sharing wins or moral support can make all the difference. The feedback from others? Bring it. Everything's part of the game and keeps it interesting. Gambling is about the experience and the connections we establish, not simply the money.
