941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: who leads the frontline for the war against Bitcoin vs Government on: February 27, 2021, 07:57:46 PM
It's always the businesses adoption (investment and/or accepting as payment option) towards bitcoin, then its users through its influence. Once every or most fintech businesses do adopt bitcoin, banks will follow as if they're embracing their own drawbacks. Then government will  though its not as easy as 1,2 3. Decades might pass to make it possible.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How future applications would be !? on: February 27, 2021, 07:37:03 PM
A successful blockchain app should be a user-friendly, telling users without knowing the technicalities behind the technology (blockchain) or requiring everyone to know what is private keys or something. Also decentralization should be a thing and always be implemented to these apps.
943  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Not receiving authorization mails from Blockchain.com on: February 27, 2021, 05:06:51 PM
I use protonmail as a webapp. Do you think thats the problem?
No, you have to contact blockchain and wait to address this issue of yours, its the only way you can do right now.

Once your issue got resolved and got access your funds again, best to do is to move your funds from blockchain to other wallet which will give you full access of your funds and doesn't need email address for otp/confirmation in every login or something, you can use either electrum, trust wallet, mycelium, blockstream green to do this.
944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright's Latest Escapade -- Give me the bitcoins I stole from Mt. Gox! on: February 27, 2021, 01:18:32 PM
Isn't there a way for somebody, who lost coins with the Mt Gox incident to file a report to the police? I would if I had.
There are many users and many would do only if they can afford to take time (wasting) on court since I guess most of them can afford the fees.
945  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: International scammer, Beware! on: February 26, 2021, 05:54:36 PM
Move this to Scam accusations this isn't the proper board for this topic and make sure to include proofs of him being a scammer, also tell your friends who are scammed to back your claims.
946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Faketoshi's new attempt to attack bitcoin on: February 26, 2021, 04:02:19 PM
The lawyers allege that Wright’s personal computer was hacked in February 2020, resulting in the theft of two private crypto keys that ostensibly belonged to him.
His coins were claimed hacked and now forcing the bitcoin developers to bring it back, lmao. Another show that this monkey and his fellow lawyer monkey telling that they does not know how blockchain and bitcoin work and still claiming he's a computer scientist and satoshi.
947  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Someone bought Bitcoin at $6,000 yesterday on the PDAX. on: February 25, 2021, 04:27:49 PM

So we decide to help some of the places affected, and we choose 2 Brgy that were most affected 1 in Tanauan and 1 in Dulag. We did distribute 252 packs of goods.

These are the contents per pack.

Images while repacking and preparing before the distribution

These are the only photos we get, only a few since we are only 4 and I can't get take shots coz I'm the one distributing the goods.

These were taken on Tanauan

Here on Dulag

Again, thanks for the help and support. This activity is truly a success! Another activity will be held next month (hopefully) as we decided to make this a monthly activity. Smiley

950  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Need help recovering bitcoin (mycelium app wallet) on: February 23, 2021, 03:57:19 PM
1. As I remember they already use recovery seed (12 words) when creating a wallet, if it's not, only private key is the other option.

2. Creating mycelium wallet for the first time needs to create your pin and gave you the recovery seed it's the default way IIRC. After then you can import another private key from another wallet or create a watch-only address and etc.

3. No, you need the private key of that public address in able to send the bitcoin on that address

I suggest you to find the recovery seed of your wallet, it's the only way to recover your funds imo. Actually, Mycelium is a bit annoying trying to remind you to backup your seed again and again if they detect that you still didn't. That's why it's really unfortunate for your right now knowing you never did that.
951  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam alert!!! on: February 23, 2021, 03:34:28 PM
Because a project is listed on cmc doesn't mean it's legit or so. You and those people who want to join their activities and whatsoever should have due diligence.

And there are lots of scammers and impersonators in telegram you should know that by now.

While I can't say that the telegram link on the cmc is a scam or not but they just do it as it published on their website as well as their official telegram group, if you think that those info are incorrect and scam or whatsoever feel free to report it on CMC they will act as what they are told once its proved and confirmed.
952  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: MyCelium Unable to Send To Specific Addresses on: February 23, 2021, 03:23:04 PM
What specific error did you face? Are you sure that it's a correct bitcoin wallet address without whitespace or other extra characters?

955  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitfinex stay away. I cannot withdraw BTC. on: February 21, 2021, 10:21:32 PM
Are you somewhat came from US? Bitfinex is somewhat playing this crypto hostage game for a while now, there are lots of users who experienced such this and can't read any of those got resolve.

Better to get in touch with them regarding this and try to make a way on how you can get/make this proof of funding docs.
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is it worth to invest in SFP ? ( SafePal ) on: February 21, 2021, 10:09:09 PM
Thanks guys i really appreciate your suggestions, i already invested some of my capital in, good luck for you too
Good decision, now you must do is just set aside your investment and do what you usually do irl dont bother the shorterm lows. All coins backed by binance has potential and always make profit in long run. Look twt now.
957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk: "Bitcoin is almost as bs as fiat money" on: February 21, 2021, 08:59:16 PM
Anyone who is hurt/affected by this tweet because Elon says so that bitcoin is BS is totally biased, what he says is actually, somewhat, true. For example, when sending bitcoin that costs $$ just for fees which probably will mark to anyone who will just try accepting and sending bitcoin.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Musk's BTC/Crypto tweets are pretty childish... on: February 21, 2021, 08:07:57 PM
Of course, tweets from Elon related to being hype to bitcoin speaks no advice to anyone. But how can you prevent that if other people make it a big deal coz you know it came from the richest man of the world which is only trolling, and to those who are also hype can assume that it really it is. Especially the media which can alter all info to their perspective and cause a domino effect that always gives a positive/negative vibe/effect to the bitcoin/crypto value esp. bitcoin and doge.
959  Economy / Services / Re: ▄▀ ⚡️ BITCOIN TRANSACTION ACCELERATOR for Unconfirmed TX⚡️ ▄▀ on: February 21, 2021, 09:48:04 AM
I always doubt services like this wether its free or paid esp. from a user that has no access to a mining pool.

Now if you want to help then you might be needed to op of this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5318390.
960  Other / Meta / Re: theymos; another cloudflare error when accessing bitcointalk on: February 21, 2021, 05:43:11 AM
Nope; Just now I turned off the VPN and I got a cloudflare 520 error again.
Have you tried to access some other websites to check if its they have the same error without vpn? Assuming they have hosted on cloudflare the same on bitcointalk. You can check newsbtc.com and cointelegraph.com
