You can't buy such telegram channel with organic and active members, not unless a website community sells it. Even its possible to buy such channel after it renamed or change its topic/niche probably members will leave, so I don't know why it needs to be bought while you can make your own and find active members that is willing to follow and tuned to your content.

There are many available wallet with lightning feature like electrum, so paying developers for this isn't necessary. OP just need some basic understanding on how to send and receive bitcoin, also some security measures on how to secured its funds while using these wallet softwares.

Sorry, but if you're really a victim on previous electrum hacking incident (mentioned above), means there's no way you can recover those lost coins as bitcoin transactions are irreversible.
