1501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto.com paused all withdrawal on: January 19, 2022, 06:55:55 PM
When an exchange starts to pause 'all' of the withdrawals. Then one thing is for sure they've been attacked and hacked, they're not telling it literally.
But if you've been in the crypto market for so long, you're going to understand their actions and they're just trying to reduce the potential amount that they're about to lose.
And that's why pausing all the withdrawals means that they're too late for it and the hackers have probably got a huge amount already.
1502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Altcoins Have Good Opportunities in the Next Year on: January 19, 2022, 05:57:45 PM
Mate, if you want to invest in any project, then go ahead, but if you want to suggest it to others, then make sure the project can be really good and popular in the crypto space because you are still Brand New.
So that no one will believe in these words you say
It's common to see those brand new accounts suggesting newer projects that they're not really an investor of it. They're more of the people that are working for them.
They're the ones responsible for letting the others know of that project with just a few words. The more that they post about it, the more people that are going to be curious about it, and they're voluntarily going to search for it.
1503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's The Future Of Lunr Token? on: January 19, 2022, 05:13:30 PM
I don't own Lunr token and I don't earn it. But you're still putting hope from this token? It's actually a bad token by the looks that it has, it seems that it's already out of the market and the devs have completely made a rug pull. I'm not accusing them but the pattern that it shows on its charts speaks for itself. If you think that there's still hope for this token, you should sell while there's $300k volume on it because you'll never know when that volume will go near to zero.
Well, good thing i'm earning it for free, if not i would have freaked out.
That's good to hear.
Yes, for sure that you're going to freak out if you've been wasting your time and money on it. But if you're just earning it for free, you better sell them it out if you don't want to see the worse comes out from it.
That's going to be your decision and as long as it's still money for you, there's no problem from earning it for free until it doesn't have any value anymore.
1504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My 2017 predictions on: January 19, 2022, 10:59:09 AM
Just for kicks more than 5 years later this scenario worth now:

ETH holding is now (25.3165*3170$) 80253.30$
BTC holding is now (0.2554*42419$)    10833.81$
XMR holding is now (23.58*205$)   4833,90$
BLK holding is now (7518*0.037)      278,17$
ESP2 holding is now (50100200*0)    0$
LTC holdin is now (27.54*141.81$) 3905.44$

1000$ now worth: 100104.62$
Well, we don't know if he has sold before these prices have come and that's already far that these investments of his have come especially for bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin. OP hasn't been online since 2020 and hopefully, he'll get back on this thread and tell us his story on how he managed to make profits with his investments or does he still holds them. If he does, then, that's really a huge profit that he got in there within 5 years.

1506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: eTH gas trouble on: January 19, 2022, 07:56:45 AM
Anyone heard about upcoming swap Dex that will allow Ethereum bridge and others when making transactions, this way one can easily avoid ETH high gas fee and still be able to send ETH, new right? If this happens would it matter for ETH Devs to still do anything about the high gas fee?
Isn't that going to remain high fees if transactions are going through bridges? I think the idea is good but still, transactions will happen in eth network which means that it has to bear and use the currently required gwei for the transaction to proceed. The devs should know how to resolve it even we're not yet in 2.0. There has to be some development since they've implemented last year the London upgrade and before 2.0 comes, they should already have a resolution for the enormous fees that ETH has.

1508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to avoid all scams? on: January 18, 2022, 06:58:24 PM
I will personally answer, it is very difficult to avoid scam investments, especially in new projects that actually have potential. Because currently scammers also have a very clever strategy to trap investors. However, apart from that it doesn't scare me into investing even in a relatively new project because one of the keys to investing is to do it with money that is intended for investment. So, if the money is lost it will not have an impact on our finances.
I agree.
They're clever and making it look like they're trustworthy at the beginning and that's why spotting them these days is hard. But don't settle for it because there are still ways of finding them out especially if you already have the experience of being scammed. You'll get to see how they're working for their brand and if there's something that's truly suspicious, you'll get to see what they're up to. In that case of seeing a red flag and bad sign, you just have to avoid it then and don't push for it even if you're really seeing the potential with them. Because that could be hype at the first place that you've seen.

1510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more suitable for investors, Eefi or NTF? on: October 22, 2021, 10:49:03 AM
I'm not yet sure about combining NFT and DeFi. But I'm sure that because many people are into NFT because they're earning on it and using it to leverage their money to source out and generate income. The same with DeFi but I think in chosen NFT games, they're more viable and easy to adopt than DeFis.
1511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Walmart Sells Bitcoin on: October 22, 2021, 09:29:53 AM
This is like people from where Walmart can be found have now an idea where they can buy and sell bitcoin on its kiosks or atm.

Do you think this will be successful?
I think so but the important matter on this news is that it's bringing adoption near to those establishments that are known already like Walmart. We'll see more of this soon.
1512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your top coin to invest in for passive income? on: October 21, 2021, 11:02:25 PM
Currently the market is doing a lot of pumping. But at the moment if you want to get something by investing then you need to invest in the most popular coins. The most popular coins are Bitcoin, Etherium BNB Solana Polkadot etc. If you buy and invest in these coins, you will have a chance to get a good profit later.
Passive income with those coins are when the value goes up. And having other coins for passive income, those that are able to stake.
Some can be deposited for interest accounts and you've got to look for one reputable platform where you can do that.
1513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you believe in market analysis published by crypto news websites? on: October 21, 2021, 10:11:19 PM
It is you if you're going to believe them. Every analysis and predictions are just tip of the iceberg and you're the one to analyze those analysis that they're publishing if they're quite reliable and believable. That's the only matter with them because they're already known and usually, the predictions that they're posting is from someone and not actually from them.
1514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all pro traders on: October 21, 2021, 09:11:39 AM
Yeah, but i think the alts looks really different compared to 2017, its like many alts are stuck and down, not following the move along Bitcoin like before. Do you have any clue?
True.
Those alts that don't move with bitcoin are simply about to be dead or nearly dead. Look to the volume of theirs if there's still quite large that they have.
But if they don't have then that means that's the reason why they're stuck.
1515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a right time to buy some ethereum?. on: October 20, 2021, 09:02:29 PM
Ethereum is rising so fast at this time. If we think about Bitcoin, it has reached a new ATH and I hope bitcoin will be growing more. Most of the crypto follow bitcoin and thus Ethereum has good potential to grow big. In my opinion, it is still good time to buy Ethereum to get a good profit.
It will so don't worry and those that have asked if they should have bought Ethereum before. I guess if you did, you're now seeing the answer if you just did.
It's stepped again to $4k and that's all you have to see and now there's regretful decision for those that didn't trust themselves for buying it.
1516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't miss this opportunity to buy and hold BNB on: October 20, 2021, 08:05:02 PM
BNB is back to $500. The burning of it will keep helping to make high prices again and it's looking good as the major crypto in the market reaches ATH.
Hold it if you have it and thinks that it will be higher than $500 or its ATH because it's very likely that you'll get to see a glimpse of it again.
And when it's there, don't forget your profit.
1517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask - Wallet or Account? on: October 20, 2021, 10:21:57 AM
Hey guys
would in a potential Airdrop from Metamask the Account 1 receive the tokens where it was swapped or the Wallet?
So if I've a wallet and made 5 swaps with 5 different Accs would I be still eligable for the drop with the 5 Accs or just once for the entire wallet?

And if someone is using his trezor/ledger with Metamask will he be eligable too?

Thank you!

It's confusing, there's no airdrop that will come from metamask alone. You'll receive airdrops from different projects if you participate there. In the meanwhile, the rules will depend to the project that will land that airdrop to your wallet.
It's all about the rules about that airdrop and we have to know it first.
1518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buying shib right now on: October 19, 2021, 07:54:41 PM
If you want to invest with shitcoins like SHIB, you should buy when the price of the SHIB coin is experiencing a decline, because so far we often encounter many investors who only pump and dump with these coins, so there will be a risk of loss if you buy SHIB coins when the price is rising.
I have friend who bought this coin. I've told him that it's a meme coin but he insist to buy it and put that on stake on Binance. I've just given him a piece of advice that when he's already in profit.
Take it, and don't think of long term on this coin because it's unsure that this coin will be having a good future.
1519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins on: October 19, 2021, 06:42:19 PM
Hard to not hold deadcoins in your hand nowadays. It was hand back then, a few years ago since most altcoins need a client, a standalone chain so you have to download both of them to get your coin. But now anyone with token address will have deadcoins in their wallet. Literally the internet's garbage.
If you've been collecting altcoins in the past and that's very likely that you own some dead coins today.
I own some and didn't have any intention to sell it. I might just hold it and wait for some unexpected thing to happen and wish it to see some gains from it.
1520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most performing altcoin for October on: October 19, 2021, 05:38:00 PM
Mining Bitcoin requires a lot of electricity. The price of Bitcoin continues to raise. It means that more miners will start to mine Bitcoin in the future.
It's not like that. Investment needed to start mining is too big and saying that there will be more miners in the future, that's right. But there will also be those people that considers mining that shall stop.
Because they see the hashrate keeps going high and the equipment needed for it is very costly.
