1881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good bounty on: July 16, 2022, 10:36:16 AM
Before, bounty allocations were like $1M in fund and then no one has that thought of which of them was real and fake. Well, it was the ICO craze and many have made a lot of money from there. Knowing today how legitimate a bounty is harder. Let's say that you've been legitimately paid by their token but the next challenge that you have to face is where that token is listed. If the devs are good, they'll have it listed on a good exchange otherwise, it's listed on ugly exchanges that has got low volume.
1882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc and crypto what i been told on: July 16, 2022, 08:49:29 AM
Dude, your characters feels like you're just sending SMS to us.

Btc was not created by satshi satoshhi
In fact was just blck market owners same as libert resrrve been doing just now together with goverment money dont know ethics and morals.
Okay then so that means that satoshi=blackmarket syndicate? Honestly, many don't care anymore who satoshi is especially the new investors. But to us, we do care a lot and thankful to him and whoever he/she or they was, and we're all aware that it's an alias/pseudonym and we'll never know who he really is and there goes too many speculations on who he was.
1883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gamers want to use crypto in the Metaverse? on: July 15, 2022, 04:34:37 PM
Due to the rampant play to earn projects since last year until the bear market has come. It's interesting that you get paid to play and it's like what everyone is dreaming of.
You enjoy and you're earning at the same time and that's the desire of the majority since everyone is into gadgets. There's a belief from the oldies that you can't earn and play at the same time before but times have changed.
1884  Economy / Economics / Re: Sri Lanka Economic Crisis is Getting Worse on: July 15, 2022, 02:40:05 PM
There's the interim president now proclaimed, Ranil Wickremesinghe. I've read it on this article in particular about the formal resignation of its former President who flew and now in Singapore.
Article: Sri Lanka MPs to elect new president after Gotabaya Rajapaksa officially resigns
I do not know much of politics in Sri Lanka but what does the citizens there think of it?
1885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does staking even make any sense on: July 14, 2022, 11:30:38 AM
Staking do make clear sense because it's one of those things that reduce risks and lose in Crypto space.
Risk is reduced because that you don't have to be active at all. But it's still there and the market will still have the effect whether it'll be positive or negative (moving up or down).

Traders look forward to staking, even myself prefer staking than trading.
It is because anything that earns us money, we'll take that chance and opportunity even it's that low.

Perhaps it's still risky doing both trading and staking, some tokens might come out to be less Profits while some tokens pumps massively. Staking is not 100% guranteed that you would make enough Profits after all, it still depend on the volatility of the market
That's so true, the market as I've said will still have that reaction whether we're trading or staking.

now that the market is bad because of the recent bearish and dumps going on with coins, same thing will also apply to staking.
But what's good with staking is that you actually gain in coins without doing anything and btw, you can compare the rates that mycointainer has to other staking platforms that you're aware of.
1886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to invest Dot for long term? What are your thoughts about Polkadot? on: July 14, 2022, 10:03:27 AM
I haven't seen any issue with DOT and I think it's one of the top likeable projects in the market. It's not overrated, it's not also underrated. Well, by the look that it has right now. You can have it if you want but to think that you'll only buy when it breaks out, don't you think that it's even riskier?
If you believe to the project, you start the DCA right away until it breaks out and waiting for your time to take profit.
1887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum’s failure to close above $1.3K on: July 13, 2022, 09:01:57 PM
The other scenario is bulls want the bears to win and pull price down below 1000 again -- dip and surge to 1300 is instant 30% gain, and very easy to happen with these levels.
Surges can happen for Ethereum, well, there's still the connection and correlation for bitcoin and ethereum. Whether they've got the best update and merging.
If, bitcoin don't move that much, Ethereum can be limited on its move and that's why there's still the tightness of these two and it has to move along with one another.
I am really pessimistic about the future of Ethereum and I think it's over priced for what it is compared to Polygon and CNDL especially. This cherry on top is that people locked up millions of dollars in ETH that may never be unlocked. Consider what happens if the merge fails or post merge the ETH is not unlocked for some reason. Also, ETH 2.0 sharding, when that comes in 2025, only includes sharded data, not true transaction sharding like seen on NEAR or ZIL.
I'm not thinking that the merging will fail because I think they've foreseen the possible outcome on it and that's why there has been a long delay that they need to apply to make sure that it becomes successful. But not ignoring the other projects that have got good chains too just as you've mentioned. Well, it is all on you and if you're for the tech from all of those projects, they'll be prevailed within the next bull run and I think Ethereum is still there no matter what how good you think the other projects are.
1888  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Prompt safe staking with good APY on: July 13, 2022, 08:03:28 PM
In liquidity pools, there is the impermanent loss that you have to take as the collateral of what you'll be adding there. In staking, the risk is also there because the market is volatile and that percentage of APY won't guarantee that you're in profit if the price goes at low.
If you're still trying to find some platforms for you to stake, try to pay a visit on mycointainer, they've got several assets that you can choose for you to stake. APY for most are not that much but they're decent.
1889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: July 12, 2022, 04:14:51 PM
I would like to know if you have any links to support this claim why the US government is prosecuting Binance. As I can see, Binance is doing very well in the US market, and they have their own website dedicated to the American market as well.
I think that he's talking about this: SEC Investigates Binance’s BNB Coin
This is one, you can see it if you search google news. I don't feel safe investing in BNB anymore and I will only buy it when it dips to like 50 bucks maybe. Right now I'm buying ICP and MATIC for the most part and participating in bounties.
That's too low if ever it will fall to $50. I don't think that it will fall that much since they've got a burning mechanism. Just to let you know that I'm holding it and currently don't any plans of selling it. Well, if you are holding ICP and matic, good luck with those.
BNB and those two that you've mentioned, whatever you hold, you know what you must have and you're holding a good coin which you've spent time in knowing if it's a good one.

1891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading question on: July 12, 2022, 12:02:10 PM
Actually crypto trading is far better then any other trading or staking. But in crypto trading, you need to wait for longer period for the good profit from it.You can get double or triple of profit from normal trading, but in crypto you can earn 10 times of 20 times with a certain period. When you find the correct project, you can even earn 50-100 percentage of invested money.
There's really a far difference in trading and staking. In trading, you should be active with your trades and you need to keep an eye with all of the cryptos that you're trading and your profit depends on the market and how you are, it's an active profit.
Whilst in staking, you don't need much effort on it. For example, in staking, with mycointainer, they've got several assets that has a fixed APY and the same goes for other platforms like Binance and Uniswap for which you don't need to be active at all times.
You're free to choose any or both of them.
1892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: July 11, 2022, 11:55:54 PM
Seems like the author of this post was pretty right about BNB.
It really became the most popular exchange out there.
Yes! He has believed on BNB and now everyone considers it on their portfolios to have BNB despite we're in a bear market.

1893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you guys invest meme coins now? on: July 11, 2022, 10:59:29 PM
They can promote what they want, but it's literally up to you to choose if you want to invest on those or not. Meme coins sometimes good to invest at first because you can gain profit on short amount of time if you can, it's not something that you have to invest everytime you want unlike the other "decent" coins out there. The exchanges are free what to do because they just do their job.
Before, they were really good. It's where the hype was being known for meme coins and it's almost not changing during the bull run. But that was during the bull run.
We're no longer in a bull run and that's why if you ever invest in it, you have to think that you're at risk because there is a big chance that meme coins won't recover any more from this bear market.
1894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about recently released OJA Coin (OJX) Blockchain.? on: July 10, 2022, 11:35:43 PM
OJA coin is relatively new coin with huge potentials if well managed
Can tell this with other projects that they've got a huge potentials and I've said and heard the same thing with the projects I've chosen years ago. But I was wrong with those choices that I've made and that's why, research and analysis for projects is important so that you get the worth of your buck.
You just can't be a believer this time without any supporting basis but you need to have strong reasons for you to tell that this and that are good projects with such potentials.
1895  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance will be ban in the Philippines? on: July 09, 2022, 09:01:39 AM
First question, is it possible to ban Binance in the Philippines?
Yes. Just like what happened first with their operations in the US but later on, they've complied with the appropriate rules that they've violated. The same also in Singapore, they've been stopped there but eventually has to come back CMIIW. But as said, it's like a proposal and it's not yet official.
And even its government allow it to hppen, Binance will do something to change that decision will all their might and that's how powerful they are as a business.
1896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New to staking - is this worth it? on: July 09, 2022, 05:04:31 AM
I have decided not to stake for now and just hold.

On the site they say there is no locked period however it does take 72 hours once I decide to unstake to get my funds and a lot can happen in 72 hours.

I will just hold for now.
There are those type of rules that you have to decide whether you'll go for it or not if you really want to stake. You can compare most of the staking platforms and mycointainer.com then if you're still interested in staking not just with the said altcoin, you can check all of those rates and just choose what's genuine. And if that's what you've decided to do, that's okay since you've said "for now" means that you can change your mind the soonest. There really are different rules and regulations per platform about staking.
1897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: who is your favorite artist for Bitcoin artworks? on: July 08, 2022, 04:03:07 PM
Surprised no one mentioned Pascal Boyart yet. His Hal Finney art made up of torn-up dollar bills is one of the most iconic Bitcoin-related art in my opinion.
I've known this guy years ago when his art went viral. IIRC, that was the mural with some prizes and code in it.
CMIIW.
He's also my favorite artist that creates arts related to bitcoin/crypto.
1898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Singnature on: July 08, 2022, 02:44:47 PM
"Singnature"
Is that's the correct name for the project that you're telling us that will be a good place for our money for long term?
And as you say long term, it's not just going to be around 2-3 years because that's more than that. But if that's definition of your long term, then that's fine. While with the name of the project you've left, I don't understand if that's the real name or you made a typo because I can't find that project in cmc.
1899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your recent altcoin investment and why? on: July 07, 2022, 11:16:46 PM
I have investments in fan tokens and chiliz. The supply of fan tokens is very low and also their price is not very high as it is the end of the season now. Some fan tokens are success-driven. That's why I made a small investment in big clubs with a chance of success.
Good luck with that choice of yours. I have also an eye for chiliz but not with other fan tokens but on it alone. I also determine that the supply of it isn't that much.
And that's why, I have that plan of taking chiliz on my portfolio but I don't have that much yet and I want to have it like bagholding it when money is ready to be deployed so that when the bullrun comes, that's much profit for me.   Cool
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Well, you put your money in your luna if it gets forked? on: July 07, 2022, 10:12:24 PM
I don't think so, the present luna condition can not be a good investment opportunity, so many investors hard this kind of mentality, and this has led them to more losses even worst than when luna initially crashed.
It's almost dead. People shouldn't be thinking of buying it anymore. The hype remains to be there but a little lower this time and everybody thinks that it will have a comeback.
Forget about that.
If you're about to invest into it, you better put it to bitcoin and that's a better idea, no, that's the best idea if people are still getting their attention into it.
