241  Other / Meta / Re: Please remove 'cryptodevil' from default trust on: May 19, 2016, 05:21:24 PM
OK guys i give up on deleting my neg trust because it's all confusing here on bitcointalk, soon people will be afraid to even make a post because they will probably get red trust for spammning.

but my conclusion on this is that: Bitcointalk.org supports illegal ponzi schemes

that'sthe reason of this misunderstanding.

This argument has always been written off as emotional or rhetoric when its addressed but I agree it has to play a factor into the forum. But without the ownership correcting the forum,we remain in that area that we currently have with people policing the forum, you can agree or disagree,it never changes the tact one way or another.

I find I usually get my posts dissected three ways to Sunday to the point I no longer recognize my own post due to my logic fails,so tread lightly in agreeing with anything I say.
242  Other / Meta / Re: Please remove 'cryptodevil' from default trust on: May 19, 2016, 04:10:01 PM
Why the forum administration does not remove that forum is beyond me. Having the investor based forum here is actively supporting ponzi  schemes, If the administration is really serious about preventing ponzi scams why would they keep that forum alive which enables anyone to openly promote such schemes.

This is why people are confused by the stance of the mods and ownership. On one hand they have a sub forum that is set up by ownership for a reason and the other mods not wanting people to use the forum. There are many splinters off this issue that make you worry about agendas being driven a little to hard at times.
This is not a accusation against any one just a observation, really do not care if the forum goes or stays.

Edit:

@minifrij

I am simply stating how I perceive things here, its the same line mods take with signatures as well.
Think you are misunderstanding what I said about the trust, personal reflection encompasses all those aspects you are stating. The agenda tool aspect is when some one is doing nothing but attacking a certain aspect it becomes a agenda, otherwise they let it go after 3 or 4 members get dinged making their point.
So it usually goes down the road of why and people look into those aspects and find threads that do not look that great, but I think you can find a thread like that for anyone driving change.
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Robin Hood - Steals from Bank and gives to fight ISIS through BTC! on: May 19, 2016, 04:02:49 PM
I like the idea but worry about the Middle East dynamics down the road. A lot of the opposition groups could become issues in the future as they push their own agendas into the limelight or achieve more sway. Would rather the money went to areas that could truly use it but again this is his personal issue and therefor his outlook being reinforced by funding the opposition.
244  Other / Meta / Re: bitcointalk run by jews? on: May 19, 2016, 03:54:19 PM
Since you bring this up with almost every aspect of life, its amazing you can get out of bed.
If they did,so what? Would you stop posting here or suck it up and stop posting such nonsense!
245  Other / Meta / Re: Please remove 'cryptodevil' from default trust on: May 19, 2016, 03:44:23 PM
Mods are in support of flagging people for using a sub forum that ownership set up? I can see how people get confused here. Grin
I know the line but you can see why these issues bubble up and it seems a member is pushing them to bubble up by leaving these trust ratings.
Thought trust was to be a personal reflection of your interaction with the person, rather than a agenda tool.

Just interesting to see this over and over and still a disconnect.
246  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NYC to Fine Businesses That Don’t Use Correct Gender Pronouns on: May 19, 2016, 02:58:39 PM
Well it looks like the world is starting to feel some of the side effects of relying on an open ended definition of itself. An open ended or imperfect definition means that you don't have to commit yourself 100% to being a specific way/entity. It allows for scalability, evolution and growth from experience, something which does not exist in a closed-ended or perfect definition. For example animals can be viewed as having a closed-ended definition of themselves since they don't strive to be more than what they are. They do evolve etc but it is something that happens separate from their awareness and beyond their control.
The downside of having an open ended definition is that everything within the definition enjoys the same perks. Unwanted traits grow at the same rate as desired ones. A suitable analogy would be the human body, a child growing up can't decide to have his hands stay small and not grow along with the rest of his body.
And no it is not possible to eradicate unwanted traits as feasible as theory would suggest it is.

This is not explaining why we are throwing rules out the window to protect kids from pedophiles or over zealous parents who push their child into confused state to gain attention.
I imagine if you have a disagreement with a trans you would be in the wrong due to people not wanting to look like they have a prejudice.
In Canada we had rights for everyone that protect everyone. Now trans are getting rights that are set to protect them but actually seclude them farther.

The percentage is less than 0.5% and the group splits into offshoots farther that make this a absurd issue to get so much attention.

Man receives first penis transplant in America

Never thought my penis could end up on another dude or some one becoming a dude. Might re-think donating my body parts or stipulate I want to be buried with my cock.

penis is a part of a human body so it can be transplated . this is so normal. if transplating my penis helps another dude's health, it can be transplated . there is no problem for me ..

Normal? Its the first in the USA and the second in the world. Far from normal but it states that in the heading and article. Roll Eyes

If every one was to spam their referral link in multiple threads we would over run, so why is OP allowed to act like this is a unique offer from his site?
Any one visiting the site can get this reward, this is shady and OP needs to be called out.
249  Other / Off-topic / Re: Lost lawsuit, judgement against me is rough, opinions? on: May 19, 2016, 01:53:11 AM
Had a issue with my car insurance once and got hold of a lawyer. He told me I had a case but they would make me pay equal in lawyer fees.

But I think this equates to how you want to see yourself in life. Personally think you move on and do what it takes on your own, you will respect yourself more for it in the long run.
250  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN] Cyberdeck Poker - Flagship of the Enterra Bitcoin Poker Network on: May 19, 2016, 01:30:08 AM
Odd I thought I posted here earlier today.

I was using the html version and will download the client on Friday and test it out.

Noticed the freerolls are gone, if you add those in next week I will help get some tables going since I have next week off. Just need a freeroll or two to get a roll going.
251  Other / Meta / Re: Why are the Politics Forums dominated by Wilikon's Opinions? on: May 19, 2016, 12:50:52 AM
Lol.. this is the second thread I am seeing here, complaining about Wilikon dominating the sub-forum. (The first one was posted by some noob a few months back). I took a quick look at the active threads. Out of the 40 threads on the first page, some 11 were started by Wilikon. That is just 27.5% of the threads, and no way near the majority as claimed by prettybuds.

But I've noticed the majority of threads are threads and opinions by one single person.

Yeah, but damn that's a lot for one person!  Having said that, I don't frequent the politics & society part of bitcointalk much anymore.  I'm interested in bitcoin, and I've never been interested in politics OR society.  Both of them can go gargle a sausage for all I care.

When I was reading P&S occasionally, I did find the postings about conspiracy theories to be interesting, but I've had my share of idiotic arguments on Youtube videos and such, and I'm not into debating stuff with lunatics anymore.

You poked at a dynamic that is important to me in context to bitcoin and I know a lot of people careless. Politics is was brought me to bitcoin in hopes we could change the world, for that reason it is one of my favorite forums.
Think if there was more discussion we could shape bitcoin back to the early days, rather than stating its open and therefore dictated by the people driving bitcoin into regulation for personal gain.
Different strokes for different strokes, like you could guess meta is more in line with those that want profit over societal change. But thats a debatable aspect, more maybe my perception.
252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How many people use BTMs on: May 19, 2016, 12:22:37 AM
I use btms but here you can get around the KYC stuff since they put up daily limits thinking people would not figure ways around them.
Never any one close enough to make local trades in any substantial amount.
253  Other / Meta / Re: Why are the Politics Forums dominated by Wilikon's Opinions? on: May 18, 2016, 11:53:16 PM
Didn't visit the politics section for a while but today I would say that it is a total anarchy there,  wouldn't bother checking all the topics but when I visited few of them, I noticed that the OP is bumping his topic like 4 successive times in 1 hour, this isn't allowed and could lead to a temp ban... Wili stop breaking the rules (btw i don't care about your political choice since all the politicians should be in jail imo)...

Are you reffering to this yahoo?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=521755

I reported him because his ramblings where making no sense. He is a troll that alters his posts after the discussion is well under way,so I just stay clear but he seems to want to be banned or something with his 6 posts of psychosis earlier today.

The way I look at this section is you need to balance the racist and religious propaganda and posting something that you are interested in can change the direction away from the individuals with agendas. So choosing not to post is in my opinion allowing bigotry and hate run amok in the forum and I prefer to counter it.
You do care about politics you just are not aware of the day to day minutia of every day life that correlates to it.
254  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: May 18, 2016, 11:44:48 PM
Can some one confirm that gambling sub forum does not count?
I am short posts and if its not that I need to adjust my posting time a hour off what every one claims to be the start of the new day.
Notice if I post say 7:05 it will not count but sometimes I am pushed back to 7:25 other days,so maybe just adjust my posting to 2 hours to be safe. Cheesy
255  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Bernie Sanders able to make a surprise win in the California Democratic prima on: May 18, 2016, 11:31:07 PM
There is a saying in the streets that Trump will reveal some dirty documents about Hillary soon which will become the final nail in her coffin. That may be a chance for Sanders.

Or maybe they wait until Hillary's win against Sanders. Dunno.

If this is true they would wait till she has eliminated the other guy being Bernie,so that they would not kick her out and bring him in.
After would allow them to cake walk if they got the goods. I would not doubt that she has some skeletons kicking around to make her sing the swan song.

Saw she is planning to use Bill to get the economy going again or running smoother and that means that it will be running pretty much the same when he was President. How is she bringing something new to the table? Huh

Did you guys change the way the tracker keeps track of hands?
I recall you used to be able to get started on the 100 hands as soon as the tourney started, now it looks like it does not track till the tourney is over.
Is this correct that hands during the tourney no longer count, just curious,no big issue either way on that.

Since there is no answer yet I will a suggestion. I see that you can stack tables for multitabling but it does not bring table needing action the front of the screen when I have used it. Is there a way to implement this feature easily, otherwise the stacking of tables does little for me and limits to 4 tables and I know I can play 24 when needed. Would like to play 6-8 tables though at a time.
257  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NYC to Fine Businesses That Don’t Use Correct Gender Pronouns on: May 18, 2016, 07:53:36 PM
There was a popular podcast that played this story about a guy that would get in the shower a dude and come out a female and by the time she was dressed would have to change again due to being a dude again. His wife left him 2 years into this issue, but it reminded me of the people they used to bring on those talk shows with 30 personalities that they turned out to be a totally fake issue.
I think today is transgender day or something here in Canada, something got passed.Let me go look.

Edit:

Looks like its a global thingy:

Not as smooth as Obama with the Flint water,I saw a photo of Obama and it looked like he thought he was drinking some ones piss. Its always funny when these guys make statements of fact and then high tail it out when they are forced to prove it!
