161  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: May 25, 2016, 07:54:15 PM
Sounds like you are either kicked or have a problem on your side of the computer. You have run into this problem 3 times this month and it has started working later or still the same no payment from May 1st? If you have not received a payment from May 1st,then you are most likely kicked.
You can also look and see what it says in the "Your Bitcointalk UID" or if it is still recording posts to see if you are still in the campaign.

162  Other / Meta / Re: Message for account sellers and buyers on: May 24, 2016, 08:34:50 PM
First of all no im not selling a good here but i believe this is the appropriate section as most sales happen here or in auction place and this will be read from potential scumbags who are selling accounts or potential scammers buying accounts.

Is everyone who is selling an account a scumbag? The answer is obviously no to that but i think those of you who do sell the accounts are helping the potential scammers of the forum. So technically youre guilty of scamming by association or something like that. Yes i know youre trying to earn some btc and its just a way to make some money, but your little .001-.5btc you earn could potentially lead to someone else losing .5-50btc.

The argument im pretty sure ill hear here will be if ppl used escrow thered be less scams. I agree 100% but have you not taken the time to read half the scam accusations that pop up? Same stupid excuse over n over. He was a hero member i thought i could trust him. Or some other ridiculous speech. Bottom line, people are retarded. Theyre too lazy to search for an escrow or a suitable escrow isnt online at that time so they take the risk.

Now while account sales arent illegal here, only frowned upon, i think there should be some sort of line drawn. Should account sales be allowed? I think up to a certain rank yes. IMO selling of accounts member or below is ok as most likely theyve not accrued much reputation and they will most likely be bought specifically for signature campaign earnings. Any rank higher has extreme potential for scamming. Especially when you see sales threads advertising green rep.(most likely seller has no clue of how trust works, but certain users could still see a user as green if the acct is in their trust network)

Im almost to the point where i feel like sellers should be tagged by DT. Something needs to be done 1 way or another

The next point i want to make to sellers about selling accounts is while account sales are allowed for now, at least get your damn moneys worth. Im seeing threads with users selling full member accounts with BIN prices of .03. WTF is that?Huh I dont know what ppl should pay for accounts but you would think since it takes approx 4.5 months to reach full member status that the account should be worth at least 1 month of what a user can earn from a sig campaign. Quit selling shit for third world prices. Make em pay or dont sell. Its all a part of discouraging scammers in the long run. Same goes for any rank account youre trying to sell.

The only message i have for buyers is QUIT TRYING to LOWBALL SELLERS. Pay up or shut up.

I could go on all night long on this subject but you people get the points im trying to make here. At least some of you should.

Will address the latter part of your post first due to it being easier to pin down. Account sales are needed for loaners to recoup their loses from defaulted loans. So when you are wanting to get rid of account sales, you might as well be saying loans as well.
Sure some people would see that as a good thing as well and it usually comes from this utopia people want here, where their values are reflected in bitcoin.
The price of accounts is due to sellers flooding the market and people scared that attacks like this thread might get the rules changed and they would be caught with a bunch of garbage accounts and out of pocket. People are also stupid and that is why you see lowball offers, try selling a car on craigslist and you will be lowballed to no end.

The trust driven agendas do not sit well with me and it always feels a bit abrasive in nature to start labeling accounts in a fashion that feels predatory. Stupid people are every where and stripping the forum down because people get scammed is really achieving what?

Was playing the last freeroll of the night and was doing good in 1st with the bubble just broken when I was kicked out. Took me 3-4 minutes to get back no big deal but I noticed something as I waited for the lobby to load.
It was flashing "waiting for facebook to load" or something near that but for sure said facebook.
Why am I seeing a connection to Facebook?
164  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is JETWIN.ps a complete joke? on: May 23, 2016, 10:45:43 PM
For the first time I've seen such a TnC on a site!  I believe that its just because maybe jetwin doesn't look at women as their potential customers who would be willing again to deposit more and gamble again on their site, and as this is basically a "bonus" for luring people, there is no point providing the "bonus" to the category of people whom you think are not your potential customers.

You saying this because you wear their signature or you honestly feel that discriminating against 50% of the population is a good business plan?
Why discriminate if you are not expecting many women to sign up,it makes little sense to add this into the TOS.

May I add that it also makes you wonder what other great ideas they have kicking around behind the scenes if this one is out in the open for all to gasp at.
165  Economy / Gambling / Re: PvP | Android | Multiplayer game | Project | Need suggestions & tips on: May 23, 2016, 05:53:57 PM
Its a interesting idea be it with limited potential due to the bitcoin aspect but intriguing idea.

Would worry that some one would create a bot to manipulate the game in their favor or exploit the site.
If you could get that figured out it has some aspects that could be brought into a bigger bubble like a actual app standing alone from bitcoin.
Meaning you could have a connection to bitcoin but also allow other currencies to earn more potential.

Have you considered sudoku like puzzles, that would be very interesting. Smiley
166  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is JETWIN.ps a complete joke? on: May 23, 2016, 05:46:56 PM
Really thought this was a lame attempt to troll a site but spit my coffee at my screen when the TOS was posted and it was highlighted!

Was thinking at first it was for religious reasons but that would not make much sense because we are dealing with gambling after all.
So I looked into their location:

167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the Videogames Industry on: May 23, 2016, 05:25:57 PM
The one connection I would love to see that will never happen, is getting Blizzard Entertainment on board.
Just with World of Warcraft it would allow more fluid exchanges and create dynmics like PvP betting or player purchases. Have not played in years but know bitcoin could benefit, its just convincing Blizzard it would help their bottom line.
Gaming industry looks to go virtual as the next big step I believe and bitcoin needs to beat the front gate when that happens to solidify its self.

I am with you on that mate.... I desperately want them to incorporate Bitcoin into StarCraft. I would like to buy personalized skins and play PvP {1on1} games against people for money. It will be

absolutely awesome if they offered Bitcoin prize money for the top players and also players in the top 3 positions in the league rankings. There are limitless opportunities for Blizzard to incorporate

micro payments into their games... Grin

Little out of the scene but was reading a article about CS:GO skins in relation to gambling and sales. Had no idea about this aspect of gaming and thought it was a pretty cool concept for wagering on games or making some side change.

Keep waiting for Blizzard to create something new I can be a early adopter of as opposed to dredging up my Rogue at lvl 80 I think to play catch up. Saw a add for a game for the xbox but it looked like a kids game, which was dissappointing. Need a strategy, worlds game to grab on to.
168  Other / Meta / Re: Public list of yobit spammers(this one's gonna be long boys) on: May 23, 2016, 05:17:30 PM
Why does yobit not ban users who arent proficient in english? posts from their campaign users just clutters the board with useless posts

example

The person risks no one biting,if people get into a frenzy because others are involved they need to figure out better ways of going about buying in a auction, long run they will overpay way to often.
Its always buyer beware and you need to figure things out mostly on your own or get duped when some one is not there to hold your hand.
Not saying it isn't shady but you need to lock down proof of such thing and not let it turn into a he said, she said situation.

yobit needs to sort this out,

Found this last week and figure I should address it,since it is a shot in my direction for not being proficient in English!
Find it odd to be accused of such things by a guy that does not use punctuation, gave him the chance to straighten this issue out but stopped responding after I asked to be shown respect and would return the same in kind.

So about this post I made...It is in relation to why some people use alt accounts to bump their bids. So knowing this,it should explain the nature of the post and it helps to actually read the thread before passing judgement.

This is the third attack from this member due to my signature and as much as signature spam is a issue,it is also overzealous to go after every signature you come across as a spammer. If you can not hold yourself up to the same standards of posting you really should just mind ones business.
169  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Shock as 15-year-old student filmed on Snapchat having sex with 25 boys... on: May 23, 2016, 05:05:43 PM

PS:
I live in a country where there is war, so I know very well what it means pain, Here children lose their parents early, even I almost died in an accident that people were watching and nobody came to save me, people were taking me photos and filming while I languished on the floor.

photos and videos of my accident were all social networks and all news programs. Before someone make misjudgments would like to say that I know well as it is.

The point here:

How can we help girls who are in this situation?

To where the school can give good education?

What parents should do in this situation?

Video is crappy, you can't see anything!

So, what's wrong? The girl doesn't need help. Why would she? Maybe it's you who does. In Norway, at the end of the school year, it's a practice for girls to have sex with as many boys as they can in a day. In Nice, France, not long ago, the police arrested 2 prostitutes and their pimp. The girls were 14 and the pimp was 17.

I don't know where you live, but I guess you live in a country with rigid sexual correctness. Some places, many places are much more relaxed.

What kind of argument is this?

Any one seeking out multiple partners for sex in this manner is definitely lacking in some from and needs attention.
I say this due to the age and maturation of the brain for reasoning, its why as you state pimps recruit at a young age.

Things that go hand in hand with sexual permissiveness are anxiety, depression, great use of drugs and alcohol and unsafe sex.
So it is not a normal behavior to be gang banged in the high school bathroom.
170  Other / Meta / Re: Trust system abused by caring, overzealous members. on: May 23, 2016, 04:19:09 PM
As far as I can see there is absolutely no good reason to promote these operations. If they want to work to earn customers they can do so themselves without you creating a random list which will likely end up simply being a collection of scams with one or two legitimate services.

Each one should have it's own thread where they can work to prove themselves as not being ponzis. The legit ones will fare well enough under scrutiny and the fraudulent scams will quickly be exposed as such.

By all means, please explain why the bold paragraph isn't a reasonable resolution and, please, don't get all pissy about an issue being made out of people promoting services which are extremely high risk of scamming. I delete ratings where users cooperate and seek to resolve the problem. Simply calling for the choir of the usual suspects to begin their poo-flinging while they pretend like they don't have an ulterior motive for complaining about me shutting their shit down isn't going to solve anything.

Why promote them when you yourself aren't sure, whether they're safe or not?

^^^This.

As bad as things are I still believe there needs to be a separation from accuser being the judge and jury as well.
You can cut the way you see trust many ways, for me I see it as extortion to make people submit to the thumb or face potential damage to their account.
Could we not set up a mediator for passing judgement, might help address the issue of fairness.

Lot of these accounts are newbies just starting out so I hate this to be one of their first dealings with the forum.
171  Economy / Reputation / Re: Gianluca95 is spamming on: May 23, 2016, 03:42:34 PM
So you support the OP creating this thread well the person is banned and unable to speak for his side of the issue?
There is nothing to speak about; he was a spammer. The proof is in his posts, which are public for everyone to read. There are no excuses for spamming, especially while he was getting paid for it.

The problem with a lot of these responses attacking my view on the issue is they do not take everything into account.
A allegation against a banned member, made by a alt account when he could not represent himself.
If you want this forum to conduct business in this way,its no longer about some ones reputation and a feeding ground for smear campaigns.

The allegations where settled in meta and the accused understood and stated that he understood. Soon after this thread opens up once he can no longer speak on the issue. So why are we encouraging some one that has not even come back to the thread to make these attacks after the fact?

Not making a case for him but think its unfair to do attacks on members no matter how deep the evidence.
Just looked at the accused posts and it looks like it will be a short time before he is banned again.

There is nothing to speak about; he was a spammer. The proof is in his posts, which are public for everyone to read. There are no excuses for spamming, especially while he was getting paid for it.
He is back again but never bothered to reply here or in his Meta thread where he brought up the issue with other shit posting account.Maybe he is too busy dealing with his little signature campaign business.

Doubt he even knows this thread exsists,I find a lot of off the cuff remarks about me in threads by accident most of the time.
Most people do not expect to end up in this forum or know it is even here.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to promote new gambling site? on: May 23, 2016, 03:23:56 AM
Problem with signature is the people wearing your signature sometimes can cause you issues by overreacting to some one that may be experiencing a issue with your transfers or bonus. Go take a look through FortuneJacks thread, they are in a world of issues and they are not even that bad of a site, just bad optics and getting caught in tight lies.
IIRC the problems with FortuneJack that are currently flying around come from other sources than their campaign participants.
At any rate, a decent campaign manager can prevent you getting tied in any problematic situations due to your advertising members.

If you are going the signature route anyways, maybe look and see if actual advertising on this forum is cheaper in the long run.
That depends on what kind of campaign you run.
Unlike with the ad-spots (which are roughly stable in their weekly costs lately), campaigns can come in various forms for quite different budgets.

Lot of the members with their signature are overzealous in their shilling and it detracts. The multiple other issues they are facing are a side to the issue because we addressing ways to promote and many suggested signatures. Just wanted to point out the downside of having signatures.
Think its something FJ endorses though in a round about way because they do not correct the members that state things in glowing regard when they are wrong.
But you know the signature business better than I do,all I understand is the poker side of things.

What I am having trouble understanding is how hard it would be to implement hand history audits for players that want it! What are the crack collusion hunters doing if they can not review hands for cheating to catch these guys?
If they are able to review the hands easily it should not be hard to add a feature for the players to look at their hands.
Will start recording my sessions because I need to know why players are calling with air and hitting runner runner repeatedly, either they are house players or the game has a bug that makes this more frequent.

Add hand histories,I will not let this drop!
174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to promote new gambling site? on: May 23, 2016, 02:46:52 AM
Signature may be expensive for a site starting out might be better to just run some promos in games and rounds that give free chips that need to be cleared through rake.
But you would need to watch for bonus abusers and cheats.

Thing that amazes me about America is how different laws can be from one State to the next.
Its near impossible to keep up on all the differences in laws as a outsider looking in.
What a bunch of unnecessary attention and drama as well, need to just let people be.
177  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Yobit Support on: May 22, 2016, 11:31:30 PM
I recently emailed Yobit Support with no response, I have continued to send about 1 email a week, claiming the similar thing, with no response. Anybody else finding it difficult so contact them?
They respond to me well after the issue is dealt with, usually 3-4 weeks later.
This is common and one of the reasons they have lots of complaints on the forum.
Not sure why they do not hire more folks to deal with the issue,it would improve things for every one.

Very common, hope that answers your question.
178  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Afghan Taliban leader Mansour likely killed in drone strike: US official. on: May 22, 2016, 07:05:19 PM
fake news its not confirmed yet, locals saying that the man killed in drone attack was wali and he looks like mansoor.no confirmation from Taliban leadership yet.wali who belongs to quetta city killed in that attack.

Its not fake news when I state it is developing and likely, these words do not state absolute fact.
But to add to the dynamics the States must have been pretty sure they had the right guy to go into Pakistan's
air space with the drone.

Pakistan says U.S. drone strike violated its sovereignty
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-afghanistan-taliban-idUSKCN0YC0P6

Pakistan on Sunday accused the United States of violating its sovereignty with a drone strike against the leader of the Afghan Taliban in a remote border area just inside Pakistan.
Quote
Afghanistan said the attack killed Mullah Akhtar Mansour. But a Pakistani passport found at the site bears the name Wali Muhammad and the passport holder was believed to have traveled to Pakistan from Iran on the day of the attack, according to the Pakistani Foreign Ministry.

It always takes time to confirm these things and I believe there are plenty of dynamics involved that could slow down the confirmation. One being Pakistan needs to save face and will road block many aspects to show the difficulty in going around them in the future.
Problem being that Osama was right under their nose the whole time and they supposedly have the worlds top spy agency,so something does not add up.

Reading this and the accusations it looks like he was using that supposed big win as a platform for a bigger scam.

Believe the last guy that did this type of give away, was just working the membership for trust and a bigger scam.
Let me go look and see if I can find it...

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1360268.0

Found it..WOot!

Think a member before that as well but not sure, its a common way to establish ones self in the community quickly.

Believe what you want, I do these giveaways because I in general like helping people and giving; the bitcoin community as a whole is skeptical of anything anyone does that does not benefit themselves becaus3 they thing they're working and angle, surely there can be no good hearted person in all this forum? Wrong, I don't so this for trust I do thsee for fun and because I enjoy it.

My statement was more a observation as this promo triggered the memory of that guy is all.
No a indictment against you for donating to the forum,I actually posted till I noticed I miscounted and was 6th and deleted my post to keep things clear.
