1101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on BNB (Why it won’t replace ETH) on: February 22, 2021, 06:32:25 PM
What about the fact that Binance is just going to conquer the crypto world and they truly succeed in it? They become the number one exchange, they acquired Coinmarketcap that was between top 100 websites across the world in 2017. Binance has a lot of resources, a lot of money and the influence. Just look, these shit people in Binance makes you lose a lot of money in leverage because they shut down the servers. They do different activities to pump their coin like they did 2-3 days ago. It's dirty what they do but finally, they can replace the Eth.
1102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have a Bitcoin exit strategy? on: February 22, 2021, 01:43:29 PM
Hi, just to be clear I'm bullish as hell for the next few months but I think it's generally accepted that this bull run will probably come to an end at some point this year.

I'm wondering if people here are planning on getting out of crypto or significantly reducing your stake at some point this year and if so what your plan is and where you are looking at reinvesting your funds?
I would sell bitcoins right now and wait for a while, for me it doesn't worth to risk that much, just get the solid profit and wait for a while, that's why I prefer. For further investments (and if your aim is profit and not support of certain coin/project), I would buy BNB. It has a catastrophic fall right now, have a look at the market and decide when to buy. There is N1 exchange behind this project and I strongly believe BNB is a good long term investment for great profit.

P.S. I don't support BNB, I will never ever support that but for financial profit, it's a great choice.
1103  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] YOLOdice.com Signature Campaign on: February 21, 2021, 08:47:29 PM
YOLO = you only live once. If the founders are now filthy rich, I understand the desire to retire !
haha, very creative explanation, nice Smiley

This is certainly bad news for the campaign participant. Although the campaign has been going on for quite a while, it was not good news when the team decided to stop the campaign. YOLO has become a well-known gambling site and probably doesn't need more exposure around the forum so the team is very confident that they can still attract new gambler from the forum. Regardless, I wish the site and the campaign participant all the best.
This is bad news for the whole crypto gambling community I guess. They decided to stop the campaign because YOLOdice is suspending. It's a sad fact but the final decision from the owners. Btw they may appear with new project, there is a possibility of this as they already stated.

It's better to see Ethan's post.
1104  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: February 21, 2021, 06:10:29 PM
Now time seems to be good for the FUN tokens and those who had bought more than a week ago would be having hard times as it has fallen by 50% or so. Not sure what exactly is happening instead of rising it is going other way round and in some time other coins price is rising. Would be participating in the giveaway and would love to see if can get some free tokens too.

I am amazed too, there is so huge support from freebitco but seems it had one good rise and that's all. I was holding Fun but saw that I was just stuck in one place, didn't see any significant rise in profit. Sold them and bought my bitcoins again (just got 5% profit of capital from Fun), glad I did that. See where BTC is right now and where is fur (in terms of profit), have a loot at other coins, for example, BNB, it had a dramatic rise in price, when people and especially traders see that during this timeframe Fun is in stuck but others are positively moving and moving, they'll leave Fun and move on other coins. Well, Freebitco may thinks that the price will skyrocket once they launch the premium program and start accepting deposits.
Sold them all isn't a good idea, I hold a few more in my wallet because I know it will rise someday. I saw a potential that the FUN token will I guess the solution to the huge fees of bitcoin, you can send the FUN token to exchange and trade any altcoins that have a low fee when you are converting fiat.

Yes, look at Binance, BNB was have drastically price growth because BNB coin becomes useful when it comes to fee and I guess as an alternative option for traders of having cheapest fees. But at least you have earned 5% which is considered as good.

It is too early to tell what may happen to FUN token. We are not even on the launch date here. So maybe, while FUN token's price is down, it is good time to accumulate more. And when the time comes, when these players can enjoy the benefits of having FUN tokens, they will realize the importance of FUN tokens and then it will rise its value. And at that point, some will say that they should have bought some for them.
Fun will succeed, I believe in it because there is a freebitco behind it's massive adoption and marketing right now but what I am saying is that it's not a right time to buy if we have a look at bitcoin, bnb, ethereum and other coins. Fun is far away from them in price aspect (at the moment). So why to hold it when it falls? Just trade with other coins at the moment, gain some profit and then buy Fun (it's price is low too) and wait for implementation on freebitco that will happen on 15 March. It went 2x when freebitco announced this idea, so, that's why I believe it will skyrocket on the launch date.
1105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Musk's BTC/Crypto Tweets Are Pretty Childish... on: February 21, 2021, 04:20:56 PM
Elon Musk's tweets are alright I guess. I like that he has a sense of humor unlike most other billionaire CEOs who are boring and think they have to cater to the image they've built for themselves.

What I don't like is people taking his memes seriously and putting their life savings in anything he mentions when he is clearly joking. Like he mentions "Doge" once and it goes parabolic.

He mentions Bitcoin once and people are regarding him as some sort of a Bitcoin messiah.

It's hilarious to see, but at the same time pains me to see how gullible general population of this world is.
I created a thread about that, it really hurts me what's happening around Ilon Musk's posts. Whatever this man says, people 100% agree with. I bet if Elon posts 2+2=5, a lot of people will blindly believe it and argue with everyone that 2+2 is really five and not four and then they'll make some shit calculations that you can see on youtube Cheesy

Elon Musk proves that he has huge influence and power on people, his one word can radically change the situation for better or for worse for a thing. But the problem in this situation is that people don't think, they don't use their brains, they read Musk's post and make themselves sure that what he wrote is right. The rise of dogecoin proves how "clever" some percentage of people are.
1106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BNB will takeover Ethereum! on: February 21, 2021, 03:18:46 PM
Yesterday, there was a huge dump in BNB's price, it had 30% fall and the lowest price was 222 USD, from 335 to went down to 222, imagine, so huge loss in just some hours, yeah, in some hours. And now? Price went from that point to 309, it recovered again in some hours. I am really amazed, haven't seen such a thing in top altcoins (I don't mean doge and other shits). I am really amazed, don't know what to say.

Was actively looking at Reddit posts and there were two types of people: Ones who thought that price would be 100-150 USD and those who were suggesting: Just hold, it will rise because it's absolutely better than Ethereum. But from reddit posts and others, almost 90% couldn't imagine that it would recover again just in few hours.

I was actively looking at price, it was hugely playing between 240-260 USD for 1-2 hours, it was like you could easily profit a lot if you bought at 240, sold at 250 and then repeating these steps multiple times.

One thing is true, despite the fact that Binance is centralized exchange and it has problems, one thing is true, they succeed and conquer the crypto business. BNB will takeover Ethereum! Remember my words!
1107  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 suspending on 1st March 2021 :-( on: February 21, 2021, 12:16:18 PM
Thanks for all the warm words! What you said, and reaction of people in the Chat almost made me change my mind :-)

But seriously, I am not saying "never", so maybe YD will have it's comeback. I just don't know yet.

THANK YOU! It's really hard to express how much I will miss YD, and how much I am happy for these 4 years - it was really fun. But as I hinted in the explanation, the real-world value of coins are kind of killing the fun. Not to mention the crazy transaction fees that kill the fun completely for smaller players.

No worries, I cannot stand doing just nothing, so I'll probably come back with something new. Maybe a distributed, consensus-based, verifiable game?

Thanks again, I'll stick around!
Cheers,
Ethan
We had amazing crypto casinos like Coinroll, PrimeDice, Betking but there were different reasons for each of them, they failed:
Coinroll didn't care about the project
PrimeDice - no one knows what happened in reality
Betking - turned into a scam.

But there were legends that went away, Rollin.io was a very active and good casino that went out of business, I think that was a huge miss at the moment but now, YOLOdice is going to leave us, that's really sorrowful. You know, it's hard to find as trustworthy crypto gambling website as YOLOdice was, there are only few that I can name that deserve my trust.

Farewell, farewell and godspeed <3
1108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you sell if you had bought 10 Bitcoin at $100? on: February 21, 2021, 10:03:26 AM
Truth be told, most people definitely would've sold. But literally everyone? Nooot really. There are also a good number of truly avid Bitcoiners that has true conviction and truly believe in the movement that doesn't really sell unnecessarily. Including, me! I'll admit, I also sold a decent chunk throughout the days, but I wouldn't have sold them if I didn't really need to.
What's the point of infinitely holding bitcoin? For me, it looks like the wealth that's not in use. What if everyone buys bitcoin and just holds? For me it looks like the situation where banks just hold all the money they have and don't give loans.

Four years ago, I would sell them if the price was higher than 1K USD (it was unbelievable at the moment) but I have learned so much during these years, the patience is the key, bitcoin is the endless rise and fall. The problem for us is that once we saw the fall, we immediately sell, we don't understand that rise happens after the fall. We look at bitcoin's price like this is it's last rise and then panic sell once a small movement happens, then we regret it and imagine in our fantasy what would happen if we didn't sell and hold.
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling payments fees on: February 20, 2021, 08:26:43 PM
As we all knew the crypto bull run is her with bitcoin leading at a price of between $56k to $57k and transactions fees at a very high price most especially the ethereum gas fees skyrocketing. How are gambling platforms receiving this have there been a change in their withdrawal fees inline with the current high fees. I believe some casinos gambling platforms like bustadice still charge same fees in bits.

Let me know if there is any that have increased their transaction fees.
How can we say that? There are a lot of casinos, you can ask their customer supports for more detailed information but I'd give you some examples:
1. Stake and probably PD manually set transaction fees according to network. This fee changes frequently, if I am correct, it changes every day.
2. Bitsler has the same fees they had, except instead of 3 option, they left two: Low (slow) and High (fast) transactions with fees: 0.0003btc and 0.0006 btc.
3. Freebitco has 0.00004278 BTC fee at the moment on slow withdrawal.
4. FortuneJack offers free withdrawal, they cover the fees but as far as I know, they ask you to at least 2x wager the deposited amount.

1111  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: binance is very strange [no withdrawn and my fund had disappeared on: February 20, 2021, 06:21:47 PM
Once again we see that it is always risky to keep Bitcoin on centralized exchanges, and we must accept risks when we use them.
This isn't the situation that I would call risky, nothing serious happened there, it can be fixed very soon and everything will go smooth but the problem is that such cases don't have to happen on N1 exchange. What if someone uses leverage trading and the price went down? What if a person used leverage on BNB that went down to 20% today? Will they recover these loses? No, but will take a commission for leverage, that's unfair and very disrespectful.

I suggest everyone to be extra safe in trading these days if you use Binance. Their service often stops working and shows: Network error, too many requests, etc. It's very risky to use leverage right now.
1112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sponsor Money from Casino, Is bad or Good? on: February 20, 2021, 05:08:54 PM
The most common in this case is Fully sponsor money. I am intro marketing field and while this kind of advertisement easily brings more customers to your company casino, it is unethical. The casino that runs this kind of marketing is mistaken and they have a very bad team. I strongly believe that marketing must strengthen the connection between the company and the user, must make a user interested in the product/service in a way where the user is pleased and doesn't blame you. You shouldn't make him a victim of marketing, it works well in short term but in long term - it sucks. And the aim of every business should be long term, you have to gain trust during this process and not negativity from customers and society.

At least that's how I think Smiley
1113  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto debit card without kyc? on: February 20, 2021, 04:41:44 PM
I mean if bitcoin made anonymously, why do we need to expose our identity to spend our bitcoin?
Bitcoin was never designed to be anonymous, but the reason you need to expose your identity is not because of bitcoin, but because of fiat. You can quite happily spend bitcoin at anywhere which accepts bitcoin directly without having to hand out your KYC, but as soon as you want to interact with the fiat monetary system is where things become more complicated.
This is truly the best short answer related to bitcoin that I have ever read. In reality, bitcoin was created in order to get rid of 3rd party services and not for making someone's privacy on another level, no, then we wouldn't have this kind of blockchain that is open book for every transaction.

I don't know any legitimate service provider that gives you that possibility without KYC. They require KYC once you touch Fiat because it's controlled by the government and financial institutions and it's the law that they set. In this case, companies require KYC because they don't want unknowingly to become involved with illicit activities. (At the same time it's hilarious, Deutsche and other banks many times were involved in money laundering).
1114  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What to do right now with Binance? It's terrible on: February 19, 2021, 07:17:11 PM
I only get 4 animated orange vertical lines when trying to view my Balance. Not very promising.

As for their own little altcoin: any reason why it's suddenly worth 46 billion dollars?
BNB had so huge rise Cheesy haha, it's very funny, it had a rise for no reason or am I really missing something? Cheesy

I can view my balance but am unable to trade, OMG I am missing such a great time, I wanna cry Cheesy
1115  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance has temporarily suspended withdrawals of ETH and Ethereum-based tokens i on: February 19, 2021, 05:33:39 PM
BNB seems good for trading (for me) but Binance has problems at the moment, I can't even trade, F*** it.
1116  Economy / Exchanges / What to do right now with Binance? It's terrible on: February 19, 2021, 05:28:22 PM
I want to trade on Binance but at the moment every time I try to trade, I get this message from them: Too many requests, please try again later.
It's very bad, I'm constantly looking what happens around BNB and I missed great chances during this timeframe (had set alarm but can't buy/sell, so who cares).
Btw BNB had an amazing rise in price, just in 2 days you would gain more than 100% profit of your capital if you hold BNB since 17 February (two days ago). Bitcoin rises too, seems they can't handle so many requests, who is facing a similar problem right now?

Glad I didn't use leverage trading, btw was thinking about it Cheesy
1117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If most of Bitcoin is owned by few it cannot be a store of wealth for all on: February 19, 2021, 05:06:20 PM
If 13.5% means most for you, then yeah, only 98 address holds that number of coins but you have to consider that most of the coins are owned by exchanges like most percentage of gold owned by banks. I would forget the 3 addresses that hold roughly 2% of coins. Btw I don't understand what's wrong with btc as a store of wealth and can't hear good argument on it from anyone.

And bonus!

Here are the statistics that I took from Coinmarketcap (and used Mitchell's forms, hope he doesn't get angry Cheesy ).

1118  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitpay sells stolen Amazon gift cards? on: February 19, 2021, 03:21:31 PM
Why do you want to use gift cards, when you are buying stuff from Amazon using your debit card?
There are a lot of things that you can but you choose another way to avoid something unwanted and in this case, maybe this user doesn't want to use his/her credit card or has money in bitcoins and want to purchase via it.

Yes, you have to keep pestering them until they probably figure a scammer wouldn't have bothered this long. Bitrefill have also given similar advice. But a year and a half to resolve the issue Amazon themselves have created is a lot longer than I've ever heard.
Two months ago I bought the rice cooker from Amazon and the box was damaged/opened, missing some important parts too. I haven't requested return/refund from Amazon for years and even in past, they refunded me without even sending the actual item. But right now, I decided to talk with their Customer Support in live chat and this man was telling to me that I can't return an item because it's missing some parts (ignores the fact that mistake is made from their side, I received it originally as I described above) and I am not eligible for return. I don't know what to say, the man was probably Indian according to his name but this man had no idea about Amazon (I used chat because had other questions too).

I thought and still think that their customer support is the best but hope the same won't happen (eBay's customer support just sucks).
1119  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crash is inevitable on: February 19, 2021, 02:55:01 PM
Just like the subject says, the more Bitcoin goes up this bull run, the most correction it will have, people who thinks this will go up without stopping are very naive.
This is not the time to buy, don't be a fool to buy at 50K.

It's sad but a lot of people really think that it's peak times are the best ones to buy the bitcoin. I know a lot of people who sold houses and bought bitcoin when the price was 20K and I hugely believe the same situation is happening right now. Those people who bought bitcoin at 20K, don't even think about it and totally ignore it, calling it a scam. Maybe I would risk the current situation for daily trading but not for long term investment. Yeah, it's possible that this coin will rise, everything is possible when it comes to bitcoin but I wouldn't sleep well If I invested in bitcoins right now.

Halving is the best time to invest in and sadly a lot of people ignore this moment, they only come to bitcoin when they see a massive rise, the time when it's better to quite rather than to enter.

Hey @shield132,

We clearly stated that the funds will be released in the case of going through the KYC.

Our team strongly believes in a fact that in case us revealing the amount in advance, things would go in the wrong direction. Meaning that, after spending approximately 2-3 months in total, trying to find a spot place with the customer, none of those worked.

We tried to fit the needs of the customer, but got denied by the user end and therefore got insulted without any actual proofs. It would be close to impossible for us to imagine where this case would go if we decided to tell things in advance, as the past shows the truth.

Most commonly, the users never decline the KYC request. According to the past, the vast majority of the customers who did cancel the request were involved in some sort of fraudulent activities (we don't say that the OP is among them) - to summarize: FJ as a company needs to work transparently and operate legally without breaking any laws in the countries that we specialize in.

Okay, no questions from my side. Wish good luck to both of you, FJ and EpicChamp in your own way.
