Honestly, this is why I find this hard to buy along with the amount of fake stories on this forum. I can't think of any reason big enough that makes refreshing people's memory worth a try. Of course, there's always a chance someone's not in the best place when it comes to making decisions but I'd be leaning towards the most likely in this one.

But I'm not that surprised since instant exchanges like fixedfloat are pretty much a simplified version of the custodial and centralized exchanges we're used to -- e.g. kucoin, binance etc.-- created for quick trades. We may not leave our coins there for long but they do have the attack prone hot wallets for daily transactions.

I'm not sure where your heard this but it's not true. US folks -- with no state exceptions remains restricted from OKX's custodial services which includes their so called "p2p market".

Regulations are honestly tough in the USA, I can't think of any other custodial centralized exchange that allows US folks in their hybrid p2p/c2c market. Best course for op is to find a privacy leaning p2p exchange that sits on the grey line.

Whenever I read the terms of service of any popular fintech service e.g. exchanges, casinos, banks, etc. they prohibit using another person's identity that is not yours so I'm pretty sure such policy is standard to KYC/AML. It makes sense because buying/selling accounts makes it easier for bad actors to bypass restrictions or abuse the platform. I say let's not encourage people to buy kyc'd accounts.


Absolutely not lol because who knows for what purpose it will be used. It's worth noting that a company operating multiple casinos may group data so if for instance my kyc'd account got associated with someone multi-accounting to abuse bonuses in one casino, I'm pretty much then blacklisted in other casinos they operate.
