If you look through op resellers for the areas are listed:
Canada: teek
I know but with WTCR it costs about 0.17 BTC per erupter I think with taxes and shipping, so kind of meh.

I think you all are jumping the gun a bit to soon.

We don't know what happened.  He could be dealing with a family emergency for all we know.

www.bitcointalk.org could possibly be his homepage on his browser, so whenever someone uses his computer it automatically launches here causing his recent activity

Even if there was an emergency he's been on these forums in the past 24 hours, and really should have posted an update on this security.

C'mon creativex don't do this to us.
1763  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: October 14, 2013, 07:36:51 PM
It's interesting creativex hasn't said anything in awhile, does anyone know what is happening with dividends and where the stock will be transferred to?

No one knows anything.

I will try and call him tomorrow.

I just tried to call. The number is a voicemail box that has been locked. It prompts for a password.

Would love to hear from you CreativeX!

same

I just tried sending an email

I emailed him around a week ago wondering where basic was going to be relocated at, and never got a reply back.

What brand of 7950? I'm located in Canada too. Smiley

Can you provide any proof of ownership OP? A few pictures of the miners along with your name and the current date on a sheet of paper?

And like others said, it's difficult to trust a new person with low activity, who needs money first before shipping. And the fact you don't want to use escrow is a red flag as well..

I was planning on phoning Creativex at the phone number on his site, but it was a Sunday and I thought I'd just leave him alone.

But if anyone here wants to call him and ask what's up I'm sure it would be appreciated. Smiley

Hi SSB, do you do international shipping on this group buy? I don't see international shipping or prices for it anywhere here. Sad
I only ship to USA addresses. Thanks for the question.
Alright thanks anyways!

Hmmm, need to find a Canadian place to buy these from. Guess I need to compare WTCR and BTCGuild prices now. Looking for 2-3 for a RPi miner setup. Smiley

So creativex, we should be getting 800GH/s online sometime this month, or is the delivery scheduled for next month?
1771  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: What else can you do with an Asic USB Miner? on: October 02, 2013, 02:57:05 AM
I'm thinking about getting one to use with an RPi, think it would be kind of neat, but probably never pay itself off.

Well I have a Raspberry Pi already + $10 Amazon gift card.... Hmmm...

Does anyone know what's with all the FTC orphaned blocks? There's 20 orphaned blocks in a row currently.
1775  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Is This USB ASIC Miner Worth It? on: September 27, 2013, 09:44:32 PM
BTC Guild sells them (in hand, ships within 24 hours) for 0.15 for repeat customers, 0.17 for new customers.  That *includes* the cost of shipping.  So no, the one you linked isn't worth it at all.

However, they are unlikely to ever produce a return compared to the value of just buying that much BTC and holding onto it.  These days they're more of a gift item/novelty.  They're very good as a replacement for noisy GPUs if you want to keep mining.  Get rid of the heat/noise/power consumption that a graphics card uses for a fraction of the cost.
They only include the cost of shipping in the USA. To other countries it costs a flat 0.08 BTC + 0.02 BTC per unit to my understanding.
1776  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: September 26, 2013, 01:34:39 AM
Well I'd prefer Havelock over BitFunder anyway, Havelock looks more professional (it's not about looks I know) and doesn't have a funky funding way. WebEx is just one more thing that could go wrong for BitFunder.

And besides, here in Canada we have much different laws than the USA, I know you don't hear about Canada website takedowns much, if ever. But to be 100% safe these places need to host in countries with slack laws on this sort of stuff IMO.

Does anyone know where I can find my worker passwords? I've searched the site and I'm either blind or they aren't listed.
1778  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Deprived Mining Speculation (DMS) on: September 23, 2013, 01:57:52 PM
Also there are different fees:
Bitfunder: 0% for buying, 1% for selling (less if you have turnover 50+ BTC)
Havelock  0% for buying, 0.4% for selling (total is the same as BTCT)

I would prefer Havelock.
And BitFunder has a messed up way of crediting your wallet, all the coins have to go through WebEx first. :/
1779  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: September 23, 2013, 01:00:36 PM
Well dammit this really sucks, at least we have until the 31st to do something.

Not sure if I should buy shares that are low right now and sell them when they stabilize again or what.

Besides, Bitfunder sucks IMO, have to go through WebEx first or something crappy like that.

Please don't panic sell.

I'll begin looking into options to re-list ASAP.
Wasn't planning on it, but my first thought was: What's gonna happen to bASIC?
