Can you provide a virus scan on the files?
It seems a little suspicious that a brand new user would release all of this, especially when other people are asking for payments for the same sort of software.

I'm interested in worldwide shipping as well. I'm located in Canada so I don't think it will cost that much but it would be awesome to know if shipping is covered.

Can the miner successfully connect to the internet / pools?
You can check this by SSHing into the S1 and then using the following command:
"ping XXXXXXX.COM"
Don't include quotations in the command if you decide to run it. If it successfully pings it then you know it isn't an internet connection error, however if it fails to ping the site then it's an internet connection error.

What a strange setup, I didn't realize PBMining is listed as having 1% of the network. I can't imagine they're doing that in Saskatchewan; even for large industrial customer with their own 72kV transformers they're probably still looking at 7c/kWh or more.
Where are you seeing that they are listed as 1% of the network? On their website? |

Try to reset it to factory settings - the controller should have a little button on it. Click that and let the machine run for a few seconds and then reboot. Hopefully that fixes the problem.

Its ok if shipping is slow.. But its ok to if shipping cost 0.2 BTC ...0.35 BTC very expensive to me..  Sorry, 0.35 is the lowest shipping cost I can find via Canada Post (the cheapest courier) so I can't go any lower than 0.35 BTC. |

No unfortunately 0.35 is the cheapest shipping price I can get. Would you still be interested? To reflect the price in CAD, it costs about $156 or so to ship to Malaysia. So you'd be paying about $146 or 0.35 BTC. |
