No, this is about conspiracy theories people have the fancy for. This doesn't in the least mean that they don't exist, though (both conspiracies and aliens)

This forum is about "Why do atheists hate Religion?": you can answer the question directly or discuss about atheism and religion.

Conspiracies and aliens are neither atheism neither religion.

What's your point in that discussion?

I guess you should read this very thread at first (since you wouldn't ask if you did). Just in case, I have already answered that question, directly (somewhere in the first pages of it). Further, beliefs in conspiracy theories as well as aliens are of the same nature as any other beliefs, so, I suspect, it has everything to do with religion (or lack thereof)...

But this is irrelevant since it is not for you to decide what is OT and what's not (yes, I checked, you're not the OP)

Nah. There's better things to do in life than either killing them or trying to understand them. After showing them how mixed up they are (because some of them might change their minds and believe in God and be saved), then ignore them. God will take care of them at the right time.

Is the translation that bad? That's not what I said.

What I said is more like...
If you think that there is no God, in the face of nobody knowing for sure that there is no God, then you are setting yourself up as God above God if God exists. But if there is no God, you are setting yourself up as God, because we have a lot of evidence that suggests that God exists, and no proof that He doesn't.

Either way, you are making yourself out to be God by your decision to be an atheist. Maybe you don't know it, but you are. So, as an atheist, you are formally saying that there is no God, but by saying this, you are setting yourself up as God.



EDIT: You use the term "G-d" on a regular basis. What's a G-d?
