Although ICC is working for the development of cricket but I think the organization needs to have a better role in decision making.

Yes ,you are right. All teams were in trouble in this tournament because the pitches were not good. ICC should take decisions on the many parameters ,they thought that in this country, cricket will be viral and they gave all responsibility to USA for this tournament and after that USA made his team by picking players of different countries. Panthers won the 5th game of champions cup by 84 runs Panthers team played first and lost their four wickets quickly after which Mubadir Khan and Haider Ali created a partnership of 144 runs for the fifth wicket.
