Nepal is just showing their class to the other teams and they stand out among them. Not only do they score big runs but at the same time they bowl out the opposition very cheaply. In the latest match, they won by 138 runs against Maldives. In the match before that Nepal beat Mongolia by 273 runs.

The other teams need to improve themselves in order to compete with Nepal. However, I am interested to see how Nepal will play against the stronger India, Pakistan and Srilanka teams. Are they the new emerging Asian Team?

Congratulations to Nepal cricket team for huge victory of 138 Runs against Maldives. Nepal team shown another dominant display by Scoring 212/7 at the Asian Games as they defeat Maldives by 138 runs, securing their position at the top of Group A. Nepal team performance was amazing Kushal Malla played 47* runs Inning in 27 balls and 6 wickets haul by Abinash just give only 11 runs in his 4th Over. I think Its a tough match for Team Maldives against Nepal, Maldives bowled Out in just 74/10 but their fighting spirit was truly unmatched. Maladies Needs to improve his Batting skills and as well as bowling Unit.

The Nepal cricket team is playing some exceptional cricket. They are learning continuously, and in the next few years, they might be a tough team to beat at a lower level. If they get regular opportunities to play against the top teams (like in the Asia Cup), they will improve a lot and could be the next big cricket team in Asia. Cricket in Nepal is alive, because a few businessmen who love the sport continue to support the national team. With a bit more support from the ICC, they have the potential to become the next Afghanistan.

England vs Ireland

Second ODI match between England and Ireland lived. Ireland won toss and decide to bowling first. England batting performance has been commendable. England played 30 over and scored 194 runs while losing 3 wicket. Ireland seems to be difficult situation because bowling performance not good. If England continues this performance they successfully set a target of 300 or more runs.

Ireland right now need 73 runs in 37 balls. There is 27 runs last wicket partnership going on. Chances of Ireland winning this game are very rear but they are doing good by giving a good fight. England scored 334 runs in 50 overs and Ireland in replay are not giving a good fight by scoring 262 runs and still one wicket in hand. Ireland cricket is improving day by day and soon they can get regular test status.

Yes, Ireland team has shown significant improvement in ongoing ODI series against England team. In the previous series between England and Ireland , Ireland performance was quite poor but in this ODI they have improve many mistakes especially in batting lineup. First match suspended due to rain but in second match, England set a tough target. Despite England's already has a strong team Ireland has been working on correcting their mistakes and improving their weak points. The next and final match of this ODI series is played on 26 Sep and hoped that Ireland will show an even better performance than the previous match and secure a victory.

In the match between England and Ireland, Ireland improved quite a bit but could not save wickets. The fall of wickets was high which ultimately led to an all out and departure from the field. If Ireland could have kept their wickets in this match, it would have been a competitive match in the end. Because I can see that England is a strong team compared to England Ireland is not strong so it is natural that Ireland has a weakness in these matches. The bowling line of England team is weak and has pace which is ready to counter the Ireland team. If the Tucker players of the Ireland team could have collected something, we could have seen a competitive match here.

England Lost today in the world cup by the underdog, Afghanistan,  A very big upset indeed.

Afghanistan won by 69 scores and also had the 6th position in the point table so maybe the Afghanistan team can qualify for the top 4 semi-finalists. They won the match with a very high and amazing run rate, which can help the Afghanistan team to qualify for the top 4, but I think that they can’t qualify as semi-finalists because the competition is so high. They need to win against Pakistan, New Zealand, South Africa, and other countries. This is a tough challenge for Afghanistan.

The most shocking news of this World Cup is that Australia is at last position in the World Cup until today. This is a piece of shocking news because they won 5 times ODI World Cup. They won in 1987, 1999, 2003, 2007, and 2015.

1st ODI match of Women's International Series:

Today was the match ODI match between Scotland women and Ireland women of Women's International Series. Ireland women won toss and decide to bowl. This match was played in Desert Springs Cricket Ground. K.E.Bryce and A.Bryce performance was outstanding in this match. K.E.byrce scored 78 runs in 103 balls and hitted five 4s and other batsman S.Byrce scored 42 runs in 66 balls and hitted three 4s. After giving the target of 211 runs then all team dismissed and almost 3 overs were remained for batting. Ireland women failed to chase down this low target and did not secure their winning in this match. Now Scotland women leads 1-0 from Ireland women. Remaining two matches are left for play hope Ireland women perform well in next ODI matches.

I am still confused about the number of participants and qualifying system. The ICC wants a 6-team tournament, with no qualifying tournament (they want teams to be selected from the ICC ranking instead). The IOC is definitely not going to agree to this and in the end two sides need to come down to a compromise solution. Anyway, one plus point is that since cricket is now an Olympic sport, many of the national cricket boards in associate nations such as China, Russia and Iran now becomes eligible for increased funding from the government.

When cricket was first introduced to Commonwealth Games (in 1998), it was a 16-team competition. And this year we had the Asian Games Cricket Competition, which had 14 participants (and it got over in 10 days). A 6-team competition would make sense if a proper qualifying system is in place. But directly selecting 6 participants and dividing three medals among them is not something I can agree with. Football is more popular than cricket and FIFA is much more powerful than the ICC. If FIFA agrees to an Olympic qualifier and 16-team tournament, then what is the issue with ICC?

Just wanted to share an emotional event in this world cup.

Rizwan attended prayer on the ground during the match and he prayed during the water break. He did this all in the match of Pakistan vs Netherlands and when the match was played between Sri Lanka and Pakistan so Rizwan hit a century and when the match was over then Rizwan tweeted this century goes to our brothers and sisters of Gaza, which means Rizwan gave their performance to Palestine, and then the media of India say that this is not good, remove Rizwan from this World Cup and other such things. Then Vineet Jindal was the lower of India and he caused to Rizwan because of prayer and ICC didn’t take any action, and then media criticised to Rizwan and other players of the Pakistan cricket team tweeted that we stand with Palestine.

If Pakistan is supporting Hamas, then there may be other countries who support Israel. For example, England is one of the participating nations and they have sent military aid to Israel. What if they conduct a prayer meet at the ground and then tweet in support of Israel? My advice is that let's keep politics away from cricket. If different teams and players start fighting over politics, then in the end sports is going to suffer.

If we see performance of past matches of Pakistan team the they disappointed their fans and now they lost four matches and won only two matches. If their performance continue like this then they will not qualify in semi final match. In today match, they gave 270 runs target which is normal target not a tough target. But in bowling side, their performance was little bit better than batting side. they gave a trouble time to South Africa because South Africa won this match by only one wickets with 16 balls. Performance of Q.de Kock was not outstanding in this match. He scored only 24 runs in 14 balls and he hitted five 4s. He is in the top #1 in player stats because he made brilliant centuries in old matches.

ICC is very strict in political matters, so the incident of Md. Rizwan was viewed strictly by ICC. But here Mohammad Rizwan made a big mistake but it is not like that. The kind of torture that goes on in Gaza and the kind of brutality that Israel perpetrates will shake anyone's tender heart. You must have seen the videos of children being attacked by marijuana where a large number of children are losing their lives and this is happening on a regular basis. Whether you are a Muslim or you belong to any other religion is not a big deal for you, you are a human being that is your identity. Mohammad Rizwan's tweet about this torture and brutality may not stop the war or have any major impact in this war but he expressed his bad feeling as a human being through social media.

The ICC wants to restrict Olympic cricket tournament to be a 6-team affair, that would leave out the weaker test nations and all of the associate nations. But IOC hasn't yet agreed to their proposals. BTW Daily Telegraph has reported that the IOC can earn as much as $250 million in revenues from selling media rights for the cricket tournament in 2028 Olympics.

In 33th match ,Bumrah out Sri Lanka's first batsman. India second bowler dismissed Sri Lanka in the first ball of the second over. It was the second major win for India. On the very next ball, Siraj got out again. And it was a huge win for India as they conceded two runs in an over.Siraj made two out  in his over. Sri Lanka scored 15 runs in 10 overs And six were out.Shami out  the Sri Lankan batsman very smartly. Here all Sri Lanka's hopes were dashed and India beat them very easily. The Sri Lankan batsmen did not play the match smartly. Sri Lankan batsmen scored 49 runs in 18 overs. Sri Lanka played very badly due to which they lost the match.

Sri Lanka lost the match at the toss when they choose to field after winning the toss, Sri Lanka started well picking up Rohit Sharma and then they dropped catches which help India and then they were able to built partnership and set a huge total and in reply the Indian bowlers were brilliant and some of the deliveries were unplayable to any batsman and India qualified for the semi finals with ease.

A big scandal has been uncovered in France:

The coach of one of the local cricket clubs is claiming that most of the clubs in France fake cricket matches involving women's teams. No actual games take place, but the clubs just create scoreboards out of nowhere and post them online. This is necessitated by the fact that clubs without women's and junior squads receive only a fraction of funding when compared to the clubs who have these teams.
