Roy Hodgson deserved clubs the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea to manages not Crystal Palace but i think he will still enjoy his come back to management. I still dont agree with the premature sacking of Frank De Boer, maybe he was sabotaged, that really is not new especially in the EPL.

maybe the club considering sacking De Boer and choose Roy Hodgson could lifted Crystal Palace performance and as far as i know Roy Hodgson has been experience with plenty of teams in the world and i thought he was retire after resigned from England team but his achievement during his career doesn't really good and he was got sacked too several times

Crystal Palace has good players (Sakho, Cabaye, Zaha, Townsend, Benteke) and I think it will be saved easily. DeBoer deserved the exoner because with this team it was really difficult to make 0 points and 0 goals in 4 matches!

the return of Roy will probably not have too much impact for the Premier League rivals because we know a smart coach and have a chance to earn a Premier League title this season with a sumptuous squad only owned by rich teams like Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City and etc. so, I think Roy will only add color from the coach rivalry in the Premier League.

You have to be out of your mind to hire Roy. He only deserves to manage teams in the lower divisions until he can prove himself.

I think you are being a bit harsh on Roy, it's not totally his fault for the failures with the national England team. England have had always one of the best national teams if you compare individuals with other national teams, their problem have been always harmonizing with each other. This no good coach can solve if the players do not solve it by themselves first. This is like a weak point which has kept this national team without winning a big competition lately.

As for the Premier league, we all know it is an unpredictable league and I agree with you here, Tottenham has been always a failure under Roy supervision. Still he can manage a team like Swansea or Watford and not directly to go in the lower divisions.

this week in the Premier League there are 2 very interesting matches: Chelsea vs Arsenal and Manchester United vs Everton.

Chelsea after the flop of the debut against Burnley, looks like the war machine again just like last year.
If Chelsea wins, the Arsenal will be far away from top teams.

Manchester United will have to play without Pogba (out for at least 1 month for injury).
Let's see if Rooney will score against his Manchester United.

Bournemouth started The season with a very awful one as they are now like Palace winless with 0 points and scoring just a single goal from 4 games while the visitors Brighton have just little bit better results as they made  3 loses in and one win at home in the previous match against Zest Brom ended with 3-1  and historicaly Bournemouth have a  solid  resultd against Brighton as they are without a lose in the last six games between them both with Brighton willing at least one point to get one point so they will wait for their chance in this match so I expect them to at least wn it draw and under 2,5 goals.

I think that Crystal Palace does not set itself high goals in the Premier League. Now if this coach was invited to the City or to Chelsea, then another thing. And so just Crystal Palace

Well that's the thing! Roy sells himself as the manager for those abysmal England squads. He only selects players from the big clubs to represent England. I mean they had a lot of talent to choose from, why pick Wilshire for example if he knows the guy was still recovering from injury?

Overall, Roy makes a lot of bad decisions and tries to justify it as "oh I have experience as an England manager". Something he should really not do if anyone wants to take him seriously.

I think Chelsea will play with all its ability to win the first position in the standings that are temporarily occupied by Manchester United. Arsenal is also determined not to want to lose when playing with Chelsea later because they always want to improve the performance of his team in every game.

although Manchester United are without Pogba for a while due to injury they still have other players to coat the void I think Juan Mata will replace Pogba role on the pitch in the meantime.

I am going for same , I am sure Wenger will come up with some or the other plan to atleast draw this one and the odds are impressive too so X2 is the best pick of the match.

He even failed when he coached Liverpool. Roy Hodgson does not deserve to coach any team, he is not even worthy of coaching a small team though. In addition to being too old, he is also not talented in becoming a soccer coach. He has to retire.

Tottenham is back in form defeating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 so logically swansea will be a less stronger team and Tottenham will win. Chelsea faces Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in London derby. I think Chelsea is the favorite to win, Arsenal is struggling this season. Manchester City claimed a large victory away against Feynoord in the Champions League so Watford will be the next victim to Pep Guardiolas's team.

With Chelsea playing at home, I doubt that there is anything Arsenal can do to win the game at  Stamford Bridge. They are without doubt going to lose the game this weekend, i am hoping that something unexpected happens and they do win but it's totally impossible especially with Hazard back into the team.

this is could be good opportunity for Chelsea to takes advantages while Arsenal not in the good shape although Arsenal was reach the winning results in europe league but for BPL game they was lost twice against Stoke City and Liverpool so for this game Chelsea has slightly strong and i personally dare to pick Chelsea win and the odds for Chelsea looks very good for me

My prediction is also almost as like you, I think Tottenham Hotspurs is passing a very good time both in the league and the champions league. so they will be the winner against Swansea very easily. Harry Kane, along with Ali is enjoying a very good performance. on the other hand, Manchester City has started thier season with a glamorous score in the Champions League. so they are also the favourite in their match.
but Liverpool is not in their mood. they haven't performed as thier level so this match is very important for them in order to come back the winning track. so I am going to bet with Liverpool this weekend.

Huddersfield started of the season very well but lost in the last game with 0-2 against West Ham so now they are with 7 points at the middle of the table it's a good results for them as many expected them to be in bottom of the league while Leicester lost 3 and won one only game but all these events were against good teams so it's expected from them to drop points and this game should be interesting to see because Huddersfield have home advantage and got better results so they are confident while Leicester still struggling especially in defense so I think both teams scoring is the right bet.
